This is the third service I have received from this location and each one has been a pleasant experience. Napa BP was able to diagnose and give an estimate of repair with in one hour from the time a dropped off my car at 8am. Repairs are done by 11am. As a female with car trouble, I felt respected and was given excellent service. I have and will continue to recommend Napa BP to my friends and family.

My wife and I started bringing our cars here recently. Eric is a really nice guy and tries to accommodate everyone. We've gotten really good service so far. We used Napa for a Carmax warranty service to replace taillights on a Toyota. It only took a week for Eric to receive the parts and schedule the repair. They seem to be quicker here than other places. We drop off our cars at 0800 and have them back a few hours later. Not sure why some shops take all day...

Normally I don't participate in reviews but when you receive quality service I think consumers should know about it. On 5 Jan 2022 I had a pre purchase vehicle inspection conducted. I was in & out of there in less than hour. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They took very good care of me in easing my mind that I had nothing to worry with buying this car. I was very satisfied with my service and would highly recommend them. Now a days it's hard to find reputable companies that have integrity and treat there customers right. That being said, thank you Napa BP for your transparency and honestly. Because of that I'm enjoying my new ride! 🙂

Great shop and experience. Needed a State inspection and was able to get it as well as my power steering and break fluids exchanged, and a bushing in the rear suspension replaced. Fair pricing and great same-day service. I was pleasantly surprised by the service after choosing this shop after the first two I called couldn't get me in for the inspection. (2007 mazda 3 2.0). Eric was wonderful to work with and did right by me. With a service center like this, my car will stay on the road for many more miles to come. Thank you for the fantastic service and experience.

Couldn't find a place to get my VA State Inspection done until I called Napa BP. Was able to bring my car in first thing in the morning. Everyone I talked to here was extremely nice and helpful! Had to have a few things done to my vehicle before it passed inspection but it was all done the day I brought my car in! Felt the prices charged for repairs and services was very fair and I even got a military discount! Extremely pleased with Napa BP! Will definitely be coming back here!

I had gotten my state inspection done and it was done in great time. I had 2 bulbs out and they preformed the service very quickly to get me going since I had the day off and had a long honey-do list. They also offer BG Services that I know and recommend everyone take advantage off.

I came here for a state inspection at the end of the month and they had me in and out under 30 minutes, sadly my car didn't pass but when they told me about the missing maintenance I needed they were willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was getting other things fixed while they did the required maintenance. (Ex: break fluid flush when changing out my old break pads instead of leaving the old fluids)

My car broke down on dam neck rd 2 days before Christmas and thankfully I was able to get to Napa BP …. It broke down after hours and I left it in hopes that it would be ok to just leave it there. Which of course it was. Erik was so very kind and helpful. I didn’t expect the genuine compassion for the situation I found myself in. BE WEARY! Last Sunday dropped the work van off to get looked at and they closed and parked my van outside in the parking lot with $1000s worth of parts and tools inside and NEVER EVEN CALLED!!!! How do you do that? Thankfully I have a spare key and went and got it... manager called and apologized and made it right so I scheduled the repair to be done a week later(tomorrow). Got a call today at 11:30am saying even though I have a scheduled appointment that I scheduled a week ago....... they are closing because they think they will be slow. I have a fleet account with them and was very happy with past service but they got me again! Now I have to go ANOTHER week without a repair! Lame! I'd stay away! ** Update ** They asked one of the mechanics if he'd be willing to come in and work on the van. He agreed and the manager opened the shop to take care of my appointment. I left at 3 stars because I had to deal with the situation. The WORK is great. He found spark plugs that had never been changed even though I paid another company to change all of them 2 years ago. Also, pointed out a few other things and made recommendations. They made it right in my book and I went back today so they haven't lost my business. If they can keep up the good work I'll continue to go and soon may be recommending them again. Let me say this one more time. The work they do is great!

They are a pretty good bunch of guys. The staff is very knowledgeable. The location is very visible and located right on Dam Neck Rd near Holland Rd. I've been taking my cars there since they opened a few years ago. They are accurate when they tell you when you're car will be ready and they are very good at notifying you with updates. When the estimates were a little too high for my budget, they worked to help find cheaper parts or alternate solutions. Sometimes you'll have to press them for that information though. The staff has showed great patience and willingness to help even when I had a million questions to try to figure out if I could postpone some repairs or try to do them myself. They have been very instrumental in a few of my DIY projects and were very open and honest about sharing their expertise. I think that's the biggest reason why I have come to trust them. Oh yeah, their waiting area is big and quite nice. There's free coffee, tv, and wifi too. I don't like having my cars in for repairs but this is a pretty good place to go. UPDATE: As of 2019, they have downsized the building and services. They moved next door and no longer do full service repairs, just oil changes and I think inspections. What a bummer! I used drop off and walk home. UPDATE: As of 2021, they have secured a good group of mechanics and offer more services. I have been there 3 times in the past year to get new tires, engine coils replaced, oil changes, and other general repairs. The guy that makes all the phone calls, Eric, is great in person and on the phone. He has one of those radio announcer voices too. They have been timely, efficient, and communicative every time I went. I love being able to drop off vehicles and walk home within 15 minutes.

I came in for an inspection and the mechanic noticed a squeaking sound from.my engine. After opening the hood he discovered a belt tensioner getting ready to come apart. They found the new part, made the repair and inspected it within a couple of hours, all for a very reasonable cost. Excellent work, excellent customer service and excellent value! FREE CAR WASH = GREAT DEAL (no one can't beat that) As always this team is awesome! I went there because my Toyota Highlander needs a brake pad and rotors replacement. The staff here has always taken care of me. I am always advised of the progress and they are more than willing to answer any questions I have about my vehicle. Plus they didn't charge me for some minor services like battery service, they also offer MILITARY DISCOUNTS and after the work is done..they gave me a free car wash. One happy customer and that's me :)

I give them 5 stars for responsiveness and friendliness. My car overheated down the street from their shop and my teenage daughter was driving and had to leave the car in the road and wait to be rescued. I was unable to get to her since she was driving my car, I called NAPA super car care center asking if i get my car towed their and told them my car was in the middle of the road on Dam Neck just a few hundred feet from them. They said they would go check it out and let me know. They were great! I was impressed that they didn't just blow it off or say they didn't have time. They were able to get the car to the shop and do a block test on it. While they said I needed a replacement engine and I turned down this repair due to costs vs. buying another car, I had the car towed home after to die. Despite not having had work performed here, i would definitely recommend them. I am so grateful that they were there during this ordeal. :-)

I’m 60 years old, bought my first car at 16 and in all of my 44 years of owning cars. I’ve never experienced the quality and helpfulness in Automotive Repair Customer Service that NapaBP gave me recently! I had a Groupon for a wheel alignment which is how I found NapaBP. I was shocked at how completely customer friendly they were. They even reduced my price on my front wheel alignment. Because, my car did not have certain adjustment options... UNHEARD OF! An automotive repair shop lowering their quoted repair price that a customer had already agreed to, out of simple basic sense of fairness??? This is the best, most fair and honest Auto Repair shop in Virginia Beach!!

I had a fantastic experience at this NAPA location. Pep Boys seriously screwed up a 4 wheel balance job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee (Custom Rims and tires) even after two attempts. NAPA got it right the first time. I just completed a 1,700 mile drive to Colorado with no issues. They were quick, provided great service and were completely professional from the men behind the counter to the excellent waiting room. I should have brought my vehicle here first and won't make that mistake again. Thanks for the assist NAPA.

I give this business 5 stars and would give more if there were more than 5! I walked out of work last night and got in my car and the tire pressure on one of my tires read 11!! I knew I had to get somewhere fast! I work over at Landstown Commons and drove over here to the Napa BP. I ran in and asked the girl at the counter if someone could help me at least get my donut on until I could get home and she said without hesitating "sure"! A young man came from out back and said pull the car around back and he came right out with a jack and lug wrench and took the tire off and then took it over to see what was causing the issue. Of course, it was a nail which I had suspected! He took it out and patched my tire up and put it back on all within 20 minutes! I was just so blown away at how fast they helped me and how nice they all were about the situation! Customer service like this is almost unheard of these days! Not sure of their names, but the 2 that helped me deserve to be addressed! Thanks so much and I can't tell you guys how much I appreciated the help in a time of need!
