The staff was very friendly and the service was top notch. I went in for a state inspection and was finished in about an hour. They did a courtesy safety inspection as well and gave me detailed information on what could or should be done in the future. I have went to other places and have had terrible experiences with them trying to take advantage of me being female and add many many things to my bill that don’t need to be done at all. This is the second time taking one of my vehicles here and I trust them completely. They are honest and friendly and make the experience so easy. I waited in the office and it was very clean and comfortable. They had complimentary coffee and water. They played great music and I was able to use the free wifi to complete some work. They even offer a shuttle service if you need it! They gave me detailed reports and pictures of what they saw and didn’t do anything I didn’t approve. They even had a bottle of water waiting for me in my car when they were finished! It was truly one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. Thank you so much Patrick and staff I will be back for all future needs for both of my cars. I also think that the fact they are closed on the weekends so the staff can spend time with their family is amazing. This is a business that cares about its customers and it’s staff.

I dropped my company work truck off with these guys to get new brakes and rotors and could not have had a better experience. First, their customer service is top notch. Having dealt with other shops, this is by far the best in that regard. Their communication via text to let you know the quote of the service to be done and when the vehicle is ready to be picked up is a huge plus. When they checked my brakes (which they did a free brake inspection) they determined that the brakes did not need to be replaced just then and didn’t try to push them to get done anyway. Being that it is a newer vehicle and a little over 60k miles, I asked for them to be replaced anyway. Their quote was similar to other shops I had priced out. The best part is they had initially said it may not be ready until Friday, after having dropped it off Wednesday morning, and it was ready by the end of the same day. Their waiting area is also really nice and relaxing. A person could fall asleep on that couch. Just all around good service. I would recommend giving them a try before you go anywhere else on Holland road.

Second time I have used Christian Brothers for my car inspection/oil change and all I can say is great customer service. Can’t emphasize that enough especially when auto shops have a bad rep for bad service and pinching pockets. As always, the staff was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. It is so refreshing to be treated as a valued customer at Christian Brothers rather than just someone paying you money, which is often how I feel at other businesses. I am thankful for their friendly and prompt pick up and drop off service. I appreciate and am grateful for their warranty policy but, honestly having someplace I can take my car where I feel I can trust the work and will not be taken advantage of means so much in this age we are living in, I am truly grateful!

Once you have found a Professional who provides above and beyond service, you follow that person wherever they go. Mr Diaz may have brought me along with him to Christian Brothers but I have discovered that he made a great choice for us both. Christian Brothers is a family and they extend that to their customers. They go above and beyond what any other auto shop would normally do, and you feel a part of their family as well. Simply put, they look out for you, communicate extremely well, and they help you in any way they can. The goal is to to get you quickly and safely back on the road again. I had set an appointment for my car state inspection and even brought it in a little early and they were still able to take my car in a few minutes before my intended appointment! Other places usually delay your appointment even further, or tell you to come in the next day, but they were true to their word, and I had the best experience with any state inspection at all with this place. They even send you a text message with a link with pictures from your inspection so you can even see it yourself. I will definitely be doing all my state, inspections and other auto repairs through them from now on!

This was by far the best experience with an automobile service center I have ever experienced! From the diagnosis of the problem through the repair, things were done quickly, I was kept informed of status daily and everybody I dealt with were professionals! In this case, the entire engine wiring harness had to be replaced due to rodent damage. They coordinated with my insurance company and turned a possible nightmare into a great experience. I really appreciated the last text I got from them saying the car was fixed and asked if I wanted them to come pick me up. Perfect! Thanks!

Scheduled my inspection with a few days left in the month. I was fit into the schedule, upon arriving I mentioned needing to replace my headlight prior to my inspection, they offered to use my bulb and replace free of charge since a price was not mentioned during the appointment set up. The customer service was excellent across the board, ranging from the service technician, the person who oversaw the work being down, as well as Brian, the driver who took me to and from work after my vehicle was dropped off. The only complaint I have was the price of each repair that needed to be done. This was the first time using this shop for a regular inspection and the cost of repairs to just have my vehicle pass inspection was over $1,000. Other places that have inspected my vehicle didn’t charge me nearly as much. However, in defense of Christian Brothers, the service tech did take pictures of each defect and sent them to me.

I have always been the do-it-yourself mechanic (everything from an engine change, rear differential, suspension, brakes, etc.) mostly due to a general lack of trust with local shops. When the Heater Core in my truck started leaking I just didn’t have the time to fix myself (a major job with most modern cars / trucks your entire dash needs to be removed), Christian Brothers was recommended by a few co-workers. From initial contact to job completion they EXCEEDED my expectations!! I had an 1:45 appointment for a state safety inspection. Delivered my vehicle at 1:30 technician started inspection at 2:00, received a email at 3:30 stating the results of the inspection. The results gave specifics of areas of concern and recommended tests to correct discrepancies. Only one requirement to change windshield wipers to pass inspection. Gave permission to install new windshield wipers and I picked up my vehicle about 4:43. During this visit all personnel were very professional and polite. I really enjoyed the way I was treated and, best of all the corrective actions I received during my visit!

My sunroof drain was cleaned (my highlander pools at the drivers floorboard when clogged) I was told they were cleaned and a bottle of water was poured down it and it drained properly. After 3/4 of an inch of rain last night, the problem was worse than before. I will call them when they open…we will see if they remedy the situation. Very disappointed right now. The next day I called and Christian Brothers refunded that portion of my bill. I appreciate a company who stands by their work.

Wow what an amazing experience first with how nice the staff is and how nice clean and organized the shop and office is second I brought my car for a state inspection and due to the time I brought it in i had to leave it over night which i mentioned i was going to have to bike to work next day the gentleman mentioned they had a shuttle service that could actually take me while my car was getting checked i was in shocked because ive never had that before and next day sure enough I contacted them with time and they dropped me off to work what a great support they provided, third while i was at work i received a text message with a link to all the details their technicians checked on my cars with high quality photo explaining what was not good and also with great suggestions for maintenance they checked everything thoroughly including my car fluids, then I received a link with an estimate of the cost and if I wanted to approve it, all from the tips of my fingers again none of this i have ever had at any other shop which made it super easy and convenient again what an amazing experience i will recommend them to anyone having car needs!

Great experience…everyone keeps you posted on the status of your car throughout the repair. There’s never any pressure to complete any unnecessary work. Made an appointment to take our car in for a state inspection, the front desk was ready to help me right at our specified time. My info was processed quickly and I never felt that I was agreeing to services I didn’t specifically ask to be done. Our car was quickly taken back to be inspected and a shuttle service was provided to take me back to our home while the inspection was done. The inspection was completed in a timely manner, got a text with the summary of the inspection only about an hour and a half later. While reviewing the inspection they never once tried to up-sell additional repairs/services to me. The shuttle service took me back to the garage, we settled up for the inspection fee and I was on my way with no hassle at all. Christian Brothers provided a painless, straightforward, and overall pleasant experience and I can definitely see us going back to them for any future vehicle needs.

I have used Christian brothers for multiple issues I have had with my SUV. They are extremely efficient and always communicate everything that is going on with my vehicle step by step. I have an extended warranty with my car and they have always worked with that company to make sure everything gets covered and done quickly so I am not without a car long. They have gone above and beyond, including bringing me a car seat when I forgot it when I dropped my car off and even making it so my car got to me when I could not come pick it up because of scheduling issues. A very good experience. I had a set appointment time which is nice because then I can pretty much gauge how soon I’ll be finished. Staff was very polite and professional. I was able to use a coupon that was sent to me in the mail. While I waited, there was a very nice reception area. They offered me a bottle of water and had one in my car as well; waiting for me when I left. Jackson gave me suggestions on things that will need attention with my car in the near future, explained them, gave me estimates with no pressure to set an appointment.

This place is fantastic. I went to a major tire shop to get my ac fixed and they did some work that didn’t fix the issue. I brought the car here based on reviews and they went above and beyond what I expected. They drove me back and forth to my home and updated me via text with what the issue was, what needed to be done and the price. It was pricey but I’m not sure what it would cost at another reputable shop. You get what you pay for and it was worth it.

Says alot about a company when they own up to their work, was able to pick up vehicle fully repaired a few days later. Jackson was super helpful and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. My car was driving so rough when I brought it in and after the alignment and tire rotation it rides smoothly. The staff was very attentive and Mark at the front desk even stayed a little past closing because my Uber driver ran a little late. I was really impressed with the front desk staff. The waiting area is also nice compared to most places that usually have an uninviting space. They even left me complimentary bottles of water in my car. I think I’ve found my new repair shop! Definitely will be back!

We’re new in town and I just so happened to find CBA online. My van did not pass inspection due to a tire issue and it was pretty close to the expiration date. I would like to say that this was my first time at Christian brothers and it was for an alignment that they ultimately could not complete until other repairs were done first. I was unable to afford the list of repairs so we decided to take the car home and do some price comparisons and save some money in order to complete the list of repairs. My fiancé paid for the alignment in the morning and by the time they were finished with the estimate and determined that we had to wait on repairs, they refunded ALL of our money and charged us nothing for their services that day. First of all, Christian Brothers are very reliable and trustworthy. I’ve taken my cars a couple of times and they only charged me with the necessary repairs. Matt was the first mechanic to accommodate my first car. He was very thorough and have even gone over the problems with every detail. It was up to me to decide which problem to get fixed first without any pressure. Recently, Luis helped me and was very professional and very nice. Always called me for updates and explained everything. I was not charged because they could not find a problem. Communication-wise, they always keep you updated via text on the progress. Absolutely top-notch experience, as is expected from Christian Brothers. Unlike all of the other auto shops I've dealt with over the years, Christian Brothers embraces technology and utilizes it to enhance the experience. While inspecting and diagnosing vehicle issues, they take pictures so that you can see exactly what they are seeing. They attach the pictures to an electronic quote so you can pick and choose which items you want them to work on (they also triage each of the items so you can tell what is higher priority for repair). The electronic quote is great, because that means you don't have to wait in the lobby to find out what is going on, which speeds up the overall process, and you know ahead of time how much you will be spending. There are no surprises, which I love. By the way, it should be noted that even though you don't have to wait in the lobby, if you choose to, the lobby area is very clean and comfortable. Instead of the plastic/metal folding chairs you would expect at an auto shop, they have couches and chairs that are super comfortable. It does not feel like you are in a waiting area all. In case you were thinking that I give 5 stars and glowing reviews to everything, feel free to look at my other reviews to see that is not the case. Christian Brothers is that great.

Very impressed with this place. All the employees are very nice and the waiting room is clean and welcoming with amenities like granola bars, coffee, tea, and water. The free shuttle service is incredibly convenient. They send updates by email or text with pictures of everything going on with your car, as well as a request for you to approve or decline the services they deem necessary, which also have the price listed so you know what to expect. And when I picked up my car, there was a cold bottle of water with a referral coupon in my cup holder. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I recently took my Mini Clubman in to Christian Brothers to have the front brakes serviced. The on-board diagnostic popped up a couple of weeks ago and after an unsatisfactory back and forth with Checkered Flag I decided it was time to find a good local shop. Having only been to sketchy places previously, I was happy to be able to treat my 07 Honda Accord to quality service lol This is the 2nd time I've taken my car here, and both times they were quick to communicate (via text, too!) and seemed to genuinely care about me. They take relevant pics and upload all of the service notes online so that I can view it whenever I want, and that makes it sooo much easier for everyone involved. So I'm skeptical of mechanics. I have trust issues. Mechanics and I haven't had that great of a past. This place was beyond amazing. GREAT first impression. They're clear, thorough (so it seems), the communication (which is a HUGE one for me) is FANTASTIC, seeing the reports on my vehicle is by far the coolest thing I've seen with a mechanic (I'm also very visual so pics definitely helped), very attentive and friendly staff, for some reason the added touch of the complimentary water just topped it all off. I took my car in for an oil change and inspection. After failing miserably to work the online appointment method I called and got one scheduled quickly. They were top notch. They even offer a ride back to your business or home instead of waiting there! They take pics and document the entire inspection and send them to you via text. Amazing! They also provided recommended fixes but don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. When I picked up my car they had a cold bottle of water in the cup holder. Yes, their synthetic oil is a bit pricey. It was worth it to me to have the process documented and get treated like you matter. I HIGHLY recommend them!

From the moment I stepped into Christian Brothers Automotive I could tell that they hold themselves to a higher standard. Customer service is at an all time high here from start to finish. I was greeted kindly before I could even close the door, the lounge was great in the event of having to wait (if you even have too) as there is complimentary coffee, a space for children to play and an area with a variety of magazines. I brought my vehicle in for a state inspection and a brake diagnostic; they were able to fit me in to their schedule without any prior notice of me arriving. When I dropped my vehicle off I found out about their shuttle service and was able to get a ride back home to my second vehicle, continue taking care of my errands, and they were able to pick me up at my home once the vehicle was ready to be turned over to me. I thought I was going to have to Uber initially but it was awesome to save money on those 2 trips or try to coordinate with someone else who could drive my vehicle. During my trip back to the shop I also found out that most service repairs done here has a 3 year/36,000 mile guarantee which is something I’ve never encountered at other automotive shops before. I received a detailed inspection report link texted to me and was able to see the state inspection completion as well as the results from the brake diagnostic. Also, there is a complimentary thorough check of your entire vehicle and the report link for this was also texted to me. I will never go to another shop again.

Disappointed in the service. Went to CB for first time because close by, good reviews, and shuttle service. Shuttle service driver was excellent, but I can't say the same about the customer/auto service. I had state inspection, oil change, tire rotation, wheel balance done. Appt was 11:30, but I dropped off at 9:30. I thought that was plenty of time for the work, for them to tell me what else I need done, and to do any of the minor extra work, if necessary. I heard nothing from them until I called at 4 to find out status and was told my car was "in the air" (on the rack). Heard nothing still until shuttle driver picked me up about 5:15 (they close at 6). Upon arrival at shop at 5:30, I asked status of my car and was told that if shuttle picked me up, my car was done. It wasn't. Despite it being 1.5 hrs after I was told it was on the rack the first time, they said that's where it was. When they finally finished just before closing, they printed a list of items that I needed to have done and included photo of heavy corrosion on battery, which they did not offer to clean before I left. They said they'd send me a text/link with pricing on all the work I needed and that there was a cold bottle of water waiting in my car for me. Neither was true. After a week, I called to ask for the pricing they had promised and they said they'd send it. I never received it, so I guess they don't want my business. At least we are on the same page about that. Very disappointing, as I had hoped they would be my new "go to" auto shop. SECOND EXPERIENCE: Owner called me personally to apologize for my first experience. He clearly strives for stellar customer service. I needed additional maintenance, so I gave CB a second chance and my second experience was much better. When their policies are followed, CB works like a well-oiled machine. CB schedules drop offs at different times so there is little to no wait for customers. I received a text when the work on my car began; another later to let me know they were still working on it; and a phone call when the work was completed. At pickup, they back in customers' cars by the front door, so they don’t have to search for it or do any maneuvering to get out of their busy parking lot. Because of these standards, I will likely return to CB.

Finding an good auto service can be quite intimidating, but based on other reviews, I took a chance. And I'm so glad I did. I love how they give you a detailed report of your car, as well as suggested actions to take (which you can deny if you choose). I went in because my breaks were squeaky (turns out my pads and rotors were just cheaply made. That's what I get for buying from Carvana) and for a coolant service. They suggested a fuel system service, I had a left bulb out for my plate, and I had a leaky valve cover. I went ahead with the first two. You can even pay online! They have a shuttle service that will.pick you up at home, too! How delightful!! The only thing I didn't like was Facepay, which is what they use. It doesn't give you a balance left if you've made a payment already, so you kind of have to guess. (At least for me. I made one payment for my initial services and another for the added.)

We had a starter replaced as well as the drive belt. It took a little longer than originally planned, however, all auto shops are running behind right now so I will not hold that against them. What a WONDERFUL experience! I was driving to my morning workout and had a blow out at 5:45a! CBA was the ONLY shop open at 7:00a. I had my car towed there and the staff ensured I was attended to immediately. Once I was checked in, they gave me a courtesy ride to work (WOW!) and gave me updates via text. As they proceeded to do the repair, they sent text updates with links that showed what was done (very high tech with pictures and descriptions). When the work was completed, they followed up with a voice call to ensure I understood everything. A thorough, complimentary inspection is conducted by the mechanics to accurately diagnose needed repairs. The staff then sends pictures of what needs to be repaired now or at some time in the near future with the commensurate estimate for the work. You then decide and approve what you’d like to get done. The lobby and garage are very clean and organized and is reflective of their approach to providing their high level of service. I’ve been in the area for close to 40 years and have not encountered any shop that provides the service or customer care they do. Not one. Now unfortunately I didn't have the privilege to take my car in to the shop, but I had my S.O. do it for me. But the level of detail they have with their autotext feature kept me informed with literally every step. There was no guess work about what happens when you drop your car off at all. Then to top it all off the have a digital estimate of things they find as they perform work on your car WITH pictures so you feel more knowledgeable about your car. Then they'll help walk you through the whole procedure so you're not left in the dark. Pretty much as I expected and read, the Christian Brothers staff (Amanda) was courteous, responsive, timely, and helpful. They were very accurate on the times they stated they would follow up. What was not expected was the link they texted me that had tons on information on what they had diagnosed so far. There was a complete breakdown of all trouble spots they found. They were broken down by severity, relevance, and a timeline of when they should be addressed. I can't forget about the shuttle service. That's a bonus no one has. Most car dealerships charge a small fee for a vehicle and you're always worried about them delivering similar service but at a much higher cost. I initially arranged for drop off service but my wife became available. Just knowing that they have that convenience is a big draw. It's not easy to get your vehicle in there. Apparently, I'm not the only one who knows about their reputation. They have very high ratings and they know it! You can see the confidence, pride, and almost a touch or arrogance in their faces. I initially looked them up because the place that I took all my cars to, regularly, decided to downsize their building and services. That was a bummer because we all know the amount of trust that can be placed in a lot of these shops. I had to start looking for other places. There is a place that I used to live near that had pretty good service too (Davis Car Care), but they were a bit slow, understaffed, and they weren't always familiar with some vehicles. The other shops I visited, before they built this Christian Brothers, either didn't work on all my cars or they seemed a bit shady or they were just too far if you couldn't arrange transportation. One last thing, they were very straightforward and didn't gouge or offer several different recommendations. They also aren't the most inexpensive, but they provide service, quality, efficiency, and thorough speedy repairs. I guess those are all of the qualities that get them the high ratings and return customers. I hope that nothing happens to my vehicles anytime soon, but, if so, I'll be calling them to make reservations. I hope that helps the next person make a solid decision.

Update: Went in for a safety inspection and they fixed a problem I didn't know I had and charged the bare minimum for it! Keeping me safe and legal on the roads. These guys are awesome! Got my oil change done at a reasonable cost in a reasonable amount of time. Very friendly. Clean and comfortable waiting room. Called some time back and talked to a gentleman about a service light on in my car that turned out to be a simple reset. I don’t remember who I talked to, but he recommended I tried a set of steps to reset the light which was actually a timer before bringing my vehicle in for service, and of course it fixed my issue! Today, I read a story about this shop on Wavy and I saw the true caliber of the folks there, taking care of a much less fortunate individual, and I immediately felt guilty that I didn’t follow up my experience with a proper thank you and a five star review. I’m not usually one to write reviews, good or bad, I just tell my close family and friends about my experience but I HAVE to brag about this place. I took my car to Christian Brothers Automotive yesterday to be serviced and I don’t think they could’ve possibly been any nicer. Matt checked me in and actually gave me info that helped make a better decision on what to have done, specifically a transmission flush vs. fluid change. I felt like he was being honest because the one that ended up being better was the cheaper one, when he could’ve just said “alrighty we’ll call you when it’s ready” and did what I originally booked for, which may or may not have caused problems after. As most car places do, they do the complimentary inspection to tell you what else may need to be worked on and I did not feel pressured at all to get more work done when I declined. On top of all that, they gave me a bottle of water with a reference card for a friend to get $20 off $100 and for me to get $20 of $100 once redeemed. AND I just found a cute little teddy bear with a CBA shirt on it in the car seat for my baby boy I’m expecting soon. How adorable ❤️

This is a fantastic company! I was visiting Virginia from Georgia and noticed my car was making some odd sounds on the drive up. I took it in to have it looked at. They were accommodating with my schedule, they were great at staying in touch through texts and phone calls, they explained my cars status in a simplistic manner and did not talk over my head, everyone was very friendly, the lobby/office and garage were extremely clean. This was the best customer service experience I have ever had. I brought in my car without an appointment due to a large scraping noise in my front wheel. The reception area was impeccable and the staff was so friendly. Despite being booked up for the day they took the car in for what was presumed to be a brake job that they would try and fit in before the end of the day. The owner shuttled me home and within 1.5 hours I got a txt telling the car was ready for pick-up. When I called to confirm they told me that the noise was a stone that was causing the noise and the brakes were fine... and no charge for service! The owner came back out to pick me up. One of my biggest concerns in auto repairs is being taken advantage of by dishonest shops. Now I have found a shop that I can trust to do reliable and honest work. Why go any place else?

I've turned in my family's cars to my local Christian Brothers shop long enough to be comfortable with their "critical" repair recommendations. Their photographs of failed or failing parts help a lot. Our 2000 Ford Taurus has visited their shop more than our other cars, being prone to failure (actually, I think parts are simply failing due to age and replacing them is restarting the clock; there are no repeat failures to date). Previously, before committing to repairs, they asked me to consider getting rid of the Taurus since repair costs exceed the car's value. I wasn't ready for that move and partly took their advice by asking for specific repairs to be done, which were completed to my satisfaction. This last visit to the shop was pricey but necessary to get the car back on the road. All repairs were made that I requested, and they found additional items that needed repair (safety issues), with photographs, of course. I don't believe their "recommended" repairs always need repairing, but I appreciate their thorough inspections.

Got right on my car. Great price and we’re done within 2 days doing a significant amount of work. This is an update: the day after I picked up my car the back 2 tires were flat. This was not their fault, but the new tires they put on leaked between the rim and the tire bead due to the age of the rims. They came and picked up my car, fixed the issue and had it back to me the same day. The only reason I’m not giving them a 5 star is because they charged me to sand the rims down to get the tires to stop leaking air which I believe should have been done up front. Other than that I like their operation

I had a lot of work done to my old pickup truck at Christian Brothers to fix a host of strange noises, terrible ride, and things that plain didn't work anymore; including, a state inspection to finish it off. Everything was done within 5 days. I would have thought that much work would have taken longer. Each day Matt communicated with me by both voice and text msg. The cost of the repairs was significant but I knew it would be and was prepared for it, but frankly, it seemed less than what many other places might have charged. I was very surprised and pleased by the 3 year warranty they provided on all their work! Find that anyplace else! I asked for the old parts to be kept in the bed of the truck and they kindly obliged without question. I am 100% satisfied with the quality and completeness of the work CBA performed. The 2nd thing that catches your eye is the clean and comfortable waiting room. They handle your business promptly and the wait time is minimal. I caught up on social media while I waited. The staff are very nice, however they wanted to charge my husband $1,500 starting price to give his truck a tune up, a cam shaft sensor, and the battery (which he needed either way and we paid for for $200 which wasn’t bad ). Which wasn’t guaranteed to fix the problem. Needless to say this is way to expensive for us to pay or anyone and we did it at home ourselves, with all due respect I would recommend somewhere else.

I already have decided my Jeep had a computer problem or a cannon plug problem when I brought my Grand Cherokee in. It was discussed at the beginning, that no matter if it is the computer or not, I wanted the plugs repaired or replaced. The computer was replaced and it fixed the original problem. I was informed the cannon plug was fixed as well. A day later I noticed that neither cannon was replaced. I asked about this, and have yet to receive any information on this. Being this is the first time ever bringing my vehicle to a garage for repairs, I know now Christian Brothers must be in name only and not in practice.

I headed down to the beach for vacation this past Saturday morning, but as soon as we got into the city my car began making a God awful grinding noise. It was so bad that I legitimately had a panic attack on the highway. After inspecting what I could of the car and finding nothing, I went to Carmax as that was the company I bought my car from and they informed me I could use repair pal to find a carmax approved service center. Christian Brothers was the first on the list and nobody was even open on Sundays so I made the appointment for early Monday morning. The car was diagnosed and the news was grim, but easily fixable. Because my car only had 25k miles on it, it was still on the manufacturer’s warranty, so we had it towed to Hyundai to get it fixed under the warranty. However, the techs at Hyundai lied to me, my dad, and Christian Brothers twice about what was “actually” wrong with the car. They also admitted to not taking the wheels off to inspect the damage. So how could they have run a full diagnostic? Luckily, CB takes pictures of anything they diagnose as being wrong with your car. So we knew everything Hyundai told us was wrong. Amanda at CB was in contact with me the entire day, helped me get my car back from Hyundai, called my local carmax for help, and shuttled my girlfriend and I wherever we needed to go as we were stranded four hours away from home. The next day my car was fixed by the amazing techs at CB, Amanda called me and sent the shuttle for us. I’m so glad I happened to choose this place, because I don’t know what I would have done had I gone anywhere else. They got me out from between a rock and a hard place and were extremely courteous, patient, and helpful during the whole disaster. I can’t thank them or recommend them enough.

I Have never had an experience like this with an automobile repair shop. I made an appointment with CBA expecting a list of repairs due to neglect on my part , in fact I had put away $1K to start.. I even told them that I expected a lot of necessary repairs. At the end of the day they told me that other than oil and filters I was due nothing for another 5K miles. No complaints with the service they performed. Friendly staff and nice waiting room. Only minor issue is that I asked them to look at my steering and suspension, and even told them specifically that I thought my sway bar links could be worn or broken. They said they looked at it and everything seemed fine. I crawled underneath when I got home and one link was broken and the other had come disconnected. I bought the parts and installed them myself, but would've been willing to have them put on if Christian Brothers had actually looked at it when I told them. Maybe it was just a miscommunication, so not a big deal.

I love how they text you the breakdown of what work you want them to do and it shows you a price for each thing, and then you have to approve it before they do anything. They also texted me with updates until my vehicle was ready for pickup, and called to check in with me a few days later to make sure that i was pleased with the work done or if there were any issues. I haven’t been taking the greatest care of my car and I’ve seen this place was nearby with great reviews. I was told it would be $119 for diagnostics. I agreed, lots was found wrong with my car. Unfortunately I couldn’t afford those services so I told them I would just have to pick up my car. I’m getting ready to pay and an employee behind the man checking me out says “we didn’t do anything to the car, zero it out” I appreciated that so much.(may have been miscommunication w/ pricing, glad it was caught) they drove my car around front and there was a chilled water bottle waiting in my car along with a thank you note attached. Virginia’s weather is hot so I also greatly appreciated it. I only have 4/5 stars because of the price but the customer service is amazing. You guys really made my day even though there was no work done on my car, I was just simply satisfied by how I was treated(: amazing job guys!

This place was above ane beyond. I had a check engine light caused by a car accident. Anyway they told me they can't fix it because it may be wire issues or some computer issues and I need to take my car to an electric shop. Although they couldn't fix it, they didn't charge me for a diagnose fee. Also their shuttle service was nice and they put a bottle of water in my car for me when picking up. If there is anything else happening in the future I'll come back to this place because I feel they are honest and trustworthy.

A different type of business, that treats it's customers right! Even though there are other customers, they care about every one of them. As I was at the front desk seeking assistance with my disabled car; I noticed one of the clerks was helping a elderly lady. He had left the front desk. While she sat on the sofa in the waiting area; he kneeled, and was explaining. In a calm, and compassionate voice, he was explaining things. I smiled and loved it! So many good things about this place. Definitely the cleanest auto shop you'll ever find. Had another place look at an odd window wiper motor issue. They told me it would have to go back to dealership. Christian Brothers fixed the issue the same day. Everyone there is so nice. They will go out of their way to help. I had fluid leaking but did not know from where. They ran a diagnosis, found the problem got color pictures and explained the problem. Nothing with them was a guess or a maybe,e was based on actual proof. When they started fixing my car I got a courtesy ride back home and back to get my car. Everything in this shop is very clean. The bathroom looked like something from a home improvement magazine. Once you walk in, you will feel like you walked into a high class medical clinic. My overall experience was very positive. First time walking into the service center, I felt like I was walking into a doctor's office, clean, professional, and slightly upscale.My appointment was for a pre-purchase car inspection; the rate was slightly higher than other places, but it was near my office and they said they could work-me-in sooner than any of the other places i called.I dropped off the car and they shuttled me to work. While at work, I was pleasantly surprised when I got a text message saying that my car was currently in the shop being worked on; it's nice to know what's going on. I also got a text when the car was ready; I prefer text to phone calls for something like this; it's less intrusive while I'm working. When the car was ready, they picked me up from my office. NOTE: The text sent when my car was ready included a link that I could click on with very specific details on what was done including pictures...nice touch.They found evidence of a small leak in the A/C system; I'm glad that was found now so that it could be handled under warranty before I took delivery on the car. If I did not get the pre-purchase inspection, the result of the small leak would have showed up after the warranty period expired.Typically after checking out you get your keys back and you are sent on your way; to my surprise no keys were given with the receipt; I was told the car was right outside the door running and ready for me...nice touch.To top things off, when I get in my car, I did not have to adjust anything, the A/C was on (it was a hot day) and there was a chilled bottle of water in my cup holder with a thank you note...again, nice touch.On a final note, I read all the posted reviews on Christian Brothers Automotive(CBA) and focused on the the low rating reviews; I was impressed with the detailed responses (there are always two sides to a story) and the intention on making things right. CBA is a customer service focused business that pays attention to the details.

They where an awesome friendly staff that also knew what they where doing. I been having intermittent issues with rough noise from starting my car and knocking noise when making right turns for several years. I have took it in multiple times to dealers and local auto shops. Since the issue never occurred while at the shop they where unable to diagnose the issue. I took in and within a couple hours they had answers for me on the issue. Also, while waiting for my car, another lady brought hers in for an oil change. While doing the oil change, they also did a full inspection and found some minor issues. She broke down in tears because she was assured things where taken care off from the last auto body shop that she brought her car into. Upon her checking out, they took very good care of her and went beyond my expectation.
