The prices are fair and they are one of the most transparent businesses I've dealt with in a long time. They recommend only what's needed and I always leave here feeling so great about the experience. Couldn't be happier to have found this great place to get all of my vehicle needs taken care of. Definitely recommend using them if you're in the South Tampa area.

I have been coming here for over a year now and everytime I come, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Love that you don't need to leave your car and that they talk you through the process and what they are doing. Had a wonderful experience this morning. JS (the manager) helped us repair a flat tire. We arrived early (before open) and he still came out to help us. He went above and beyond and got our flat tire repaired within 15 minutes. Service was fast and very kind. Will definitely be returning if an issue arises again.

Called ahead and the attendant provided a good status on how busy the shop was and when would be a good time to arrive. When I checked in the attendant and mechanics were very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They made the process of getting an oil change easy and no stress!

Ricky caught me early, as I sat in the parking lot he immediately told me that due to my specialty wheel and tires for my vehicle, he actually ironically refused service. He did not want to cause damage to my vehicle, and proceeded to humbly recommend other businesses. He saw the potential for his company to make money, and still refuse service for the greater good of the customer. Their tire to wheel installing machine maybe old, but Ricky's morals and honesty with something new that I greatly appreciated.

Stopped by this Express when visiting from out of town, as my wife’s car had a slow leak in one of our tires. Luckily we had Road Hazard, and the folks at Express happened to have a replacement tire in stock, and got me in and out in under and hour, for less than $60! Highly recommend if you’re in the area and need some help.

My son got his oil changed at a different Express Oil location and it was leaking. I called the Dale Mabry location as it was closest to my son's apartment and Brady said bring it by. Juan and Ricky evaluated the problem and found that the plug was not put on correctly so they fixed a problem that they did not create! What SERVICE! Their only concern was getting the problem solved and me and my son back on the road safely. They could have sent me back tot he original store which is about 30 min away. They were extremely knowledgeable, caring, professional and trustworthy. They told me if there were any other issues to come on back. I am so thankful to Brady, Juan and Ricky..they have earned our business!!

This place is my favorite in all of Tampa! I was there less than 20 min pulling and and out. I got my oil changed, and my tires pumped up. It's so fast and so affordable with AMAZING service. Both guys were so friendly, and helpful. Before I left they checked my horn, my lights, and made sure my tire light and check engine light was off before I left. I would recommend this place to every one! Oil places aren't known for their customer service & hospitality ... but this place should be known for it!

This was a great experience. I arrived for the first time and was greeted by a great group of employees. Then when I pulled in for the oil change, I was directed and guided in by a great employee. His name is Juan. This gentleman was very thorough and knowledgeable. He made sure that I understood everything that was going to take place during my first visit. I don't know if there's a way that this young man can be recognized, but he's definitely an asset to their organization with his positive attitude and great customer service. I had a phenomenal experience, and I, HIGHLY, recommend this location.

Joesph the assistant GM always makes sure the service is above and beyond. The staff they have are excellent, and they seem to keep their employees, unlike many other shops in the neighborhood. Everyone is welcoming. The fact that you can get an oil change, and not get out of your car, that is extremely convenient, especially if you are out running errands. In and out within 10 minutes, and they are fairly priced. I’ve never been harassed or upsold something that truly was not a safety issue. Honest on their diagnostics, and what they feel needs to be replaced at that moment in time. It is nice to get things done, and your car back the same day!

Oil change was complete in 15 mins, I brought in my own full synthetic oil and they had no problem doing the job! One thing I'd like to point out here is their attention to detail. Allow me to explain, my car called for 5.8 quarts of oil. I brought 6 quarts. Now me not knowing much about cars in that sense, they could have easily poured all quarts in the car as it was just 0.2 remaining in the final bottle which is hardly nothing. It is pretty much empty however they did not pour the final drops in the car being that it only called for 5.8 and they did just that, 5.8, returning the final quart back to me with the measly 0.2 remaining in it. That's what you want when you take your car to get serviced. People that care as much as you do and do things by the book. Great job and salute to the manager on duty as he runs a great shop over there!

Chris and his team where amazing! I came late on Friday with an hour left before closing for an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and a tire repair. Most service companies would have told me to come back in the morning or schedule an appointment. Chris and crew jump right on it and said we will have it ready in 45 minutes. We just went to our dealership for a recall and while there, they tried to sell us on many more services. When I went to Express, they let me know I really had 5000 more miles before the service was needed, which is important because we plan to trade the car in before then. Great service and best experience! I was rushing after work to take my boyfriend’s car to repair the stem of one of the tires where it was losing air constantly. I had gone to Westcoast tire connection 30 minutes before they closed where they denied me service because “they were putting stuff away” and were very rude about it even after I tried to explain I only needed the stem of the tire fixed but was cut off before even finishing a sentence (don’t go to that place). I ended up rushing over to Express oil change and tire engineers 10 mins before they closed and honestly wasn’t expecting to get helped because of how late I was getting there but I figured I’d give it a shot since the tire would go flat every couple of hours. Upon arrival I was still greeted and welcomed, the person who greeted me actually let me explain my situation and instead of denying me on the spot went to ask his mechanic if there was a way they could assist me. With that alone I was already happy because they atleast were attempting to help me. And then the fix literally took 2 mins and I wasn’t even charged for it! They exceeded my expectations and literally made my day, especially after a stressful day and such a poor experience at the other place I went to. My boyfriend and I will both be bringing our cars here for all our services from now on! Thank you guys again for your help! If you want great customer service do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Recently had to get 4 tires replaced and an oil change on a company truck after having driven it across country. Brittany Mahoney the manager was awesome. The guy in charge of equipment and company vehicles at my company was concerned about the price of the tires (replacing 4 tires is not cheap) and Brittany was able to give him some cheaper options that he was happy with. I had to come back the next day because she needed to order the tires. Val, was the only tech on duty when I got in but he didn't let that slow him down and I was there for a reasonable amount of time. They did a great job and were very friendly and professional, will definitely go back here as my first choice if I have any other issues.

This place is the best!! I had to stop here unexpectedly 15 minutes before close due to a large nail stuck in my tire. I was reassured that I had nothing to worry about and my car was fixed faster than most coffee drinks I've ever ordered!! Very pleased! The dealer wanted $200 to replace a tire valve and pressure sensor, and it was going to take all day. Goodyear quoted $150, 6 hour job. These guys (Tire Engineers) figured out all that was needed was a replacement O-ring. $30 and 20 minutes later the leak problem was solved! I will definitely come back again! My car's AC wasn't cooling, and I needed a new tire sensor. I had stopped up the street at a tire place, and they couldn't do it that day, plus the fees charged for it were high. But then they told me I had to bring in my van for an alignment on Friday another suggestion was to rotate the tires. So I schedule an alignment I brought the van in and then they told me that that my van is to big and they can't do it????? What the hell Why make a customer go thru all that. On top of that the guy that was there when I got the oil change, and worked on my van and suggests to the alignment played stupid like he never said it. Ugh I'm so furious.......
