Outstanding Friendly Fast service. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted. They quickly found the problem a large nail in my right front tire. An hour later I was on my way again. Thanks again for the great service. FYI I had gone to Firestone across street first and was told we don't have time to fix flat tires if we did that's all we would do all day.

We have used Brazzeal for years. They are super professional and polite. They really have our best interest in mind. They don’t up sell or pressure us at all. I love the system they use to send us pictures and descriptions of the work required. We can then pick and choose what work gets performed. We trust them and have never been disappointed. I originally called asking for an express appointment for an oil change because I was going on a long drive out of town and had forgotten to make an appointment. Captain John answered the phone and at first glance stated they would not be able to get me in. As I was planning on hanging up in defeat, The Captain paused me and in a few moments, arranged for my service to be completed THE NEXT DAY!! WOW! That made me very happy. When I brought my car in, I asked them to check it over for any problems that might develop on my drive as I did not want to have to deal with a repair while on the road. I had noticed (almost as if I was imagining it) that when on the highway my car seemed to rattle as if it were going across railroad tracks or rough pavement, when neither scenario was the case. Their mechanic came back and identified a problem with the arms where my tires are mounted. Total freak out by me, because I use my car for work and could not be without it but still had to have it repaired for my trip in a week. After more help from the staff everything was resolved with the mechanics being able to get the parts, fix the car and I had my car back by end of day!!!! The Captain even gave me a ride home in his car so I wouldn’t have to wait at the shop!! I have used Brazzeal’s before when I had my old car and they have always been professional, HONEST and trustworthy! Thanks for all you do!

Had a slight leak in one of my tires. Brought my car to this shop. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I really like how they texted me a link to the invoice and plenty of pictures showing not only the issue but the repair as well. Had me fixed up in less than two hours. Reasonable cost too. I went to Brazzeal Automotive due to discovering a nail in my tire. The technicians told me the nail was no longer there, but the tire had gone flat and was unfortunately beyond repair. They presented me with options and texted me a copy of a proposal for the costs. I was able to click on the link and accept the proposed changes and costs. Once the new tire had been put on and my car was ready they called me. Since I was busy, I received another text message with the ability to pay my invoice online and never have to provide my credit card information over the phone. I picked up my car after hours by accessing a designated lockbox outside their store and I was given the code to the box. It was so easy! Thanks again for providing such amazing customer service!

My car broke down and I pulled into their parking lot. Although they weren’t going to make money on me because my car would be towed to the dealer, they could not have been more gracious. They invited me into their air-conditioned waiting room, offered ice water to drink, and encouraged me to charge my cell phone while I was waiting for AAA. My car was 2017 White VW Jetta was towed to your business last Thursday, after I hit a curb, attempting to miss a dog. My passenger front tire had two holes in the tire. I had been told I needed new tires, the old tires were the original tires on the car. I (Annie Thompson) walked into your showroom, was greeted by Logan, very kind, asking how he could help me, he knew I was upset, since I rode in with the tow truck. I, and my husband Michael Thompson, had called in to let th know I was coming in with my car. Explained to Logan, I had spoke with John, gave him all the information I could on the phone. Logan had offered either himself, or someone else if I wanted would drive me home, I told him I was waiting for my husband, Logan was kind, make a cup of coffee, just relax, everything is taking care of. My husband came yo pick me up, we went home. My husband had spoke with John the following day, John had gone over what needed to be done, my husband gave authorization to go ahead, then about 3:00pm on Friday, I went to pick up my car. Again, coming in, taking care of our bill, still everyone was genuine, kind, professional. I drove my car leaving your facility, thought I was driving a brand new car, the four new tires, 1 wheel, 2 hubcaps, alignment, I was amazed on how my car felt. I feel extremely safe, the tires grip on the road is perfect. My husband has been to your shop several times, this was my first, not my last. I will go to your business for any car repairs, wipers, oil changes, what ever my car needs, I will go back to you. I am an extremely satisfied customer in every aspects..your staff is kind, professional, helpful, they listen to their customers. This was a terrible day, but I left Friday a very pleased customer with another cup of your delicious Green Mountain Breakfast Blend.. I was looking for a Mechanic Service to replace my transmission gear shift cable. I checked around called a few businesses and the turn around time was 4-5 days. My neighbor recommended Brazzeal Automotive I called and spoke with a representative. So I had my car towed and dropped off at Brazzeal. The service was great they kept me in the loop my gear shift cable was replaced and the price was reasonable and my car was completed in one day. Very courteous and professional. I got a price for an install & balance of 4 tires. After price shopping, I found that Brazzeal was a lil more expensive than a couple other shops but Still competitive. I called in the morning, a few days later, and asked if they could get it in if I’d dropped it off about 2:30 and they assured me it could be done. I brought the car there prior to my “appointment”, filled out a new customer form and was told it would be about 3 hours, that they would call me when it was ready. I showed back up about 2 1/2 hours later and my car was just being completed. I asked a few questions about the service and it was really nice to hear input from the 3 guys behind the counter, even the technician was super nice. Even my receipt had pics of the entire car, prior to them working on it, and details about the install and balance. I brought my car there for 1 huge reason: they’ve been in business a very very long time…for a reason. I value quality and a sense of trust & dignity over price, without being pressured for an “up sale”. So now I know where to bring my car and where to refer others where a “good mechanic is”.

My car's check low tire pressure message came on. Last time I ignored it my tire blew out on the highway. I called Brazzeal after being told by another tire store to leave the car, they'd get to it "sometime." Brazzeal's service man (Captain) answered my call and said he'd check the tires right away. True to his word, he put air in four low tires and sent me on my way. Brazzeal had excellent on-line reviews, and here is one more. Thanks, Captain.

Was on the way to work and started hearing a weird sound from my car. Looked underneath and the protective skid plate thing was hanging down and even though they were busy they fit me in and fixed everything within a few minutes. Would highly recommend them.

It all started the day my wife was driving my Jeep. The low tire pressure light came so she pulled in the shop fully expecting to pay for a service call. The quickly checked the pressure in all five tires, added air where it was needed, and reset the sensor. All without charging her a dime. This kind gesture lead to my wife surprising me on our anniversary with the growl I had been talking about adding to my stock Jeep. She worked directly with the shop manager Chris to figure out what was needed and ordering it. We could have done the ordering online, and then tried to find someone to do the install, but Chris took care of everything and got a better price than we could find anywhere else. I also can say with confidence, if anything goes wrong or needs adjusting, I know exactly where to go to get it taken care of. So if you are thinking about adding a little growl to your Jeep, please do not hesitate to work with Brazzeal's Tire & Service.

I took my car here for a second opinion after a dealership insisted I needed to replace some very expensive parts. Both the service representative and the mechanic I spoke with were very helpful and informative. They determined that I didn't yet need to replace the parts after what I felt was a very thorough diagnostic. Everything from booking the service appointment to picking up my keys was a much better experience than the dealerships where I've had work done in the past. I highly recommend Brazzeal and I'll be returning here myself whenever I need service in the future.

I drove in with a flat tire, and the man behind the desk was courteous, professional, and respectful. He is also responsible for the 2 stars. He informed me the tire repair would take 2-3 hours, which having patched tires, I knew was much longer than is needed. I called in after 4 hours for a status. The man told me the tire was patched but hasn’t been balanced or put back on the car, because the crew went to lunch. It is now 1:30 PM, 4.5 hours later and it still isn’t completed. The people are nice, but my experience with actual service is very poor. Update…. I will modify my review. After speaking with the representative when paying, I do believe this delay was due to miscommunication on my part. I work near this shop which led them to believe I had more time than I did… I’ve updated my stars as well.

I don’t like mechanics but I have to say I’m very happy with the service at Brazzeal. They have a system where they send you a text with everything that needs to get done, it has pictures of the problem and a breakdown of the cost (parts + labor). I loved this because I don’t know anything about cars and having this information helps me make educated decisions. It is a bit costly but I rather support an honest mechanic that lets me know upfront what to expect than one that takes advantage of my lack of car knowledge. I will be back for sure.

Outstanding service! I was from out of town and found a nail in my tire. I called and made an appointment at 10:00 am for the next day. I arrived 5 minutes before 10, my car was taken in at 10:05, my tire was patched in no time at all. I paid my bill and was on the road in less than 25 minutes. The young man who worked on my car took his time to show me how the tire was slowly leaking air and the nail that he pulled out. Definitely would recommend this shop to everyone!!!

I thought I needed to change both tires but the salesperson told us that I only need one since the tread on the other tire was good. Honest, sophisticated mechanics that provide excellent service ranging from routine auto care (oil change, brakes, tires, alignment, suspension) to complicated issues related to the powertrain and increasingly complex electrical and onboard computer issues. I've been taking my cars to these guys for over 7 years, and I can't say enough about how great this place is. I was referred to them initially because I couldn't find anyone that could fix an obscure electrical problem with one of my corvettes. Since then, I take all of my vehicles (and my wife's) to Brazzeal for everything. They are honest to a fault and do business the right way. There have been many times where I drop a car off expecting a major expenditure and they have resolved the issue with little to no expense. Suffice to say, I moved to Riverview 4 years ago and still travel to Tampa for my automotive needs because these guys are that good. 10 out of 10!!!

Oversized, high performance tire on my 911 picked up a nail and went flat on a day trip to Tampa. “Captain” John was able to source and install two high performance Michelins by 4:30 pm even though I did not get the car to the service center until 4:30.pm. Tire repair. This was the third tire shop I went to for a quick repair. The other shop was hours of waiting for the repair and the second shop just ignored me as I stood at the counter while 2 employees refused to even acknowledge me and say we will be with you as soon as we finish phone calls & ours paperwork for the day. Brazzeal was quick and courteous. The technician did reinstall my tire incorrectly. (Failed to match white letters out.). But when I returned the next morning, they quickly corrected the issue and apologized for the inconvenience. Cost was expensive, but got what I needed.

Got a nail in my tire this morning while driving from Tampa to St Petersburg ( getting medical equipment to Bayfront Hospital). Barely made it to Brazzeal Automotive. Long story short, those people completely understood my case of emergency and took my car in right away.. After careful tire examination, they were able to patch a hole in it and I was ready to go. A couple of people in my office have used Brazzeal's before and liked their service so I took my car there when it needed a new tire. The service was stellar, the price was decent (not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive, especially since it was urgently needed), but the best part is they didn't try to upsell me. Paying was a breeze with their payment link so all I had to do was get my key and drive off once it was ready. Speaking of which, even though their parking lot and bays were FULL when I got there at 9am, they had my car ready before lunch time! Will definitely keep them in mind when I next need anything!

Not only did Brazzeal actually have the tires I needed, there was virtually no wait which was important as I was traveling at the time. The staff was most helpful, offering whatever drink I wanted while the work was being done and a very clean and comfortable customer area to read or work on my computer. I was also struck by the number of customers that showed up with which they obviously had a very long term relationship with and their knowledge about them asking after relatives. In fact, they were so efficient that, in the short time I was there, none of the 6 or 8 other customers had to use the seating area at all! Courteous and kind, great prices, and efficient - what more could you want?

As a new customer here, I was quite pleased. Drop off and pick up were very easy. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I needed and bought four tires, and I wasn’t “up sold,” which tends to annoy me. I got a very good price on fine tires with no hassle. This feels like an old school type business where honesty is the guiding principle. I will be coming back and will recommend Brazzeal to others.

My alternator shorted out causing it to catch fire. I was on my way to work so I was far from my house and didn't have any tools with me so had to get it towed there. It was the closest with good reviews. They mentioned that my battery was bad so I had to buy a new battery as well and pay for the install which I wasn't expecting because my other battery was starting my vehicle before this incident however they sent me a picture with my receipt showing battery being tested bad, making me feel better. End result, to get a reconditioned alternator and a brand new battery with a 3 year warranty came to $1,026 out the door which All in All is fair. I did ask for a little discount or help as this came unannounced like everything in life and wasn't expecting to shell out 1k right now but such is life. I didn't get a discount but service from start to finish was great. I would definitely refer them, they did a great job 👍

The folks at Brazzeal have always been trustworthy. One time I had an issue and Brazzeal looked up the issue found there was a warranty coverage and printed paperwork as proof to take to Honda for free service. They did this as a courtesy and said just use us in the future. They care about building relationships and I have never felt taken advantage of. If there is extra things recommended for the car when I take it in for service it is handled via text and web where you don't have to have an awkward conversation if you don't want to. Just say yes/no/or call with questions. I write this review because I trust them.

I pulled up to Brazzeal just see if I could get my tire pressure checked and a little air thrown in since I was nearby, the gentleman helping me noticed some other things he recommended I have done pretty soon(by no means in a pushy way at all), things I was thankful he saw like my tire almost to the threads, I drive on the interstate daily so it could’ve been an easy accident. I had some concerns with my headlights as well and they cleaned up the casings and I was very impressed with the end result on them, have never seen them that clean before. After parts and labor for two tires and the cleanings, I spent less than 400$ in all which for me was awesome compared to having spend half that or more in the passed for used tires with labor. These guys were kind and insightful. Hopefully your experiences here leave you with a smile on your face

I went in there in my early 20s, requesting a $100+ service (I had googled and self diagnosed what I needed), and they told me that I only needed a $30 service. I had a flat tire coming over the Howard Franklin Bridge. They were the first tire place I came to as my tire was now at 4 psi. They were able to order me new tires and install them in just a few hours. I was on my way to a meeting and they let me use a loaner vehicle at no charge. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing new tires. Price was cheaper than what my dealership quoted at my last service visit. Professional and friendly. The shop has a large clean waiting area.

Our tire blew out on veterans Expressway and I thought that the tire would have to be replaced for sure. I got the car over to Brazzeal’s Parking lot and left it there and left a message on their voicemail. They were able to repair the tire and did it fast! So, I didn’t have to buy a brand new expensive tire and I was driving it the next day. I pick the car up after hours so I never interacted with anyone in person. Everyone on the phone was professional and they have systems in place for you to pick your car up after hours.

These guys go the extra mile. I was replacing my rims and they mentioned that the tire pressure monitors may not fit the new rims, which would call for a replacement for each. It was around $30 each rim if they did not fit. This is a perfect example of where a repair shop has complete control, they can easily say “they didn’t fit” and collect the extra $120. When I went to pick up the car they told me they fit and there was no need to replace. That’s Brazzeal’s for you. Come here if you don’t want to get hosed for unnecessary work. Not to mention they are quick!

This is where you want to go! Really saved me, my check engine light came on. I pulled into firestone since they were the closest. Firestone said it would be a couple hours before they could even look at my car. I was heading to meeting two hours north in Gainesville and couldn’t postpone my full schedule. I drove one minute away after looking on google. Their reviews were good, and friendly enough but realistically since they were so close I pulled in. They checked out my problem right away, have me an hour and a half roughly to get the job done. They called me right when it was finished, price was even better than the quote. Seriously made my day. Review: My car started overheating on the way to work. I had just moved to the south Tampa area and my previous, trustworthy mechanic in Brandon didn't have a recommendation for a place in the area. I took to Google and the reviews pointed to Brazzeals. I was pretty worried because I had recently replaced the radiator and hoses and didn't want to have someone tell me that it all had to be done again. I was pleasantly surprised, after a review of the cooling system they were able to determine it was just a faulty radiator cap. They could have easily told me a fabrication for a more expensive part and I may have paid it but because they were honest, they've earned a customer! It also helps very much, that they were courteous and communicated very often and professionally. I would them and will use them again. Thanks guys! Good Work!

I’m floored by their service, especially for an auto repair shop. I went in for a simple tire patch and they fixed the tire but there was a snafu during the installation. I came back the next day ready to duke it out over the issue but without any trouble and almost before I finished my explanation they stepped up to the plate and squared me away free of charge. We had the unfortunate experience of a tire blow out as we were vacationing and heading to Clearwater via 275. We somehow managed to get to Brazzeal tires in Tampa... what could have been an absolute nightmare turned into one of the most satisfying customer experiences I have had. Chris quickly diagnosed the severity of the blowout and then said he could fix the problem by the end of the day which was critical as were from out of town. Additionally, they have a program of providing a loaner car for an extremely modest daily rate. So we were able to leave the car and enjoy the day in Clearwater. Additionally, they diagnosed a crack in the aluminum wheel and were able to locate the part across town - and promised to stay until after hours to install the wheel and tire. I have taken my car here for years, but recently I found out they are under new ownership. I took my car in for an oil change and have never had an issue before. After my oil change was done I noticed a burning oil smell that lasted for more than a week. I took my car back and told them ever since the oil change I smell burning oil and never had notice anything like that before. I thought it was just burning excess oil. They looked at my car visually and said oh my gaskets might be going bad but I should be ok for a while. I left relieved, however the smell of oil continued, my friend suggested to take my car for another opinion, only to find out the oil pan bolt was not tight enough and was leaking oil all over!!! I was not to happy about this. In addition this place takes good year accounts but they don't take good year coupons.
