This was my 1st visit, I scheduled an appt for an emission's test and I was in and out of there quickly. While I was their, I was thoroughly impressed with the staff, cleanliness of the facility and watching people checking out. It appears they are more than fair for their services and have a board, posting costs for general maintenance as well. 123 Auto is definitely in my contacts to use in the future.

Call this morning and waited about 10 seconds for someone to answer the phone. The lady was friendly enough, I asked her how much an emissions test would cost and how long it would take. She replied with quick answers $24 and 15 mins. I made an appointment for same day at 1 30 PM. I showed up at 1 20 PM and they took my car right away. It might have taken them till 2 PM to get my car complete (A little longer than I expected) but everything was complete. All in all, this is your standard run of the mill auto shop. Decent experience

I destroyed one of my tires while passing through town last Wednesday and needed to purchase a replacement to continue home, a distance my spare tire could not handle. As a walk-in customer at 11am, 123 Auto was able to order a new tire and have it delivered to their location same day while I ran a few errands on the spare. About 2 hours later they called me to return, and the install took another 20 minutes. I really appreciated that they took my predicament into account and confirmed they could assist me same day before placing the order and made the effort to be as convenient as possible, so time wasn't wasted. The price I paid was almost exactly what I had expected it to be. The next day, Tom from 123 Auto texted me asking if I made it home alright on the new tire. Overall, this place seems legit, efficient, and trustworthy.

He made sure to keep me updated on the progress, and let me know the recommended. There was a change in the services due to an issue that he noticed, but he talked me through everything and was very clear on what had to be replaced and why. They were flexible and understand of my unconventional time frame, and were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Wow! St. Louis Hills Auto just made another extremely impressed and satisfied customer today. They got me in right away for a caliper and brake pad replacement, and at the last minute, I decided to have all my tires replaced as well. It was no problem for them and they worked with me on finding affordable but quality parts. This was all after a very unpleasant and upsetting experience I had with another big name tire and auto business here in South City. I heard about St. Louis Hills from my girlfriend who also had a great experience with them recently. I'm glad I decided to cancel my service with their competitor and give St. Louis Hills a try. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company to ANYONE for any kind of service. I could not be happier with their professionalism, customer care, and their quick and quality work. The air suspension on my Lincoln Town Car pooped out on me like they all do. I needed to get it done as cheaply as possible so I bought the kit myself and STL Hills Auto said I could bring in the kit and just pay them for labor. That alone saved me a couple hundred bucks. They were super nice and helpful from the first time I called to the time we picked up our car. When we went to drop the car off to be fixed we planned on just waiting and walking around until it was done. I had my 2 year old with me so obviously that is not the easiest mission to accomplish. They offered us a ride home FREE OF CHARGE & even called us to let us know they were on their way to pick us up once my car was done. I was able to go home and put my son down for a nap and get house work done all while it was being worked on. That was 2 months ago. Then a couple days ago my sun roof won't close. I took it up there today and they had it shut within minutes and charged me only $10. I feel very comfortable here and plan on taking my vehicle here for all future repairs now! Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about this place. They get you fixed and back on the road as fast as possible. Good prices and they only fix what needs fixed. My wife dropped her car off with them because the ac did not work. We expected 400 to a thousand and it was barely over 100 bucks and fixed!. This is a great locally owned business in afton mo. Go here they even work with some of the extended warranty companies.

They were able to fit me in quickly for an inspection and emissions testing. I waited less than 30 minutes and drove a couple blocks further down Gravois right to the Affton License Bureau and successfully got license plates for my car. How convenient is that?

Had a phenomenal experience with this shop. Instead of just fixing the issue I had with my vehicle, Tom found that it was still covered under an extended warranty through GM. Instead of just fixing what I asked, he saved me thousands by being an honest mechanic. He ended up replacing my timing chains (not covered under warranty) and did so on time with the schedule set ahead of time, and a better cost than I found anywhere else. I definetly found my mechanic. Thanks Tom.

I just had expensive work done on my vehicle and not even a week later my car began making noises. I took it back to the chain location I originally went to and they quoted me $1400 for additional work plus I would be without my car for the entire day. On recommendations from others I took my car to St. Louis Hills Auto for a second opinion. I explained my situation and showed them all of my paperwork from the other location. Despite being incredibly busy, Tom drove around in my car with me and explained all of the noises he was hearing. He then pulled it into the garage and completely checked it over. He explained that some of what the chain store suggested was correct, but not all was necessary. Additionally, he felt a simple tune-up would also help with the noises I was hearing. Most importantly, he told me that only 1 of the repairs needed to be done immediately while the other repair and tune-up could wait since the Christmas season was coming up. I opted to have both repairs done as soon as they could get the parts in. It took them only half a day and at half the cost of what the other place had quoted me. I am extremely appreciative and will be using St. Louis Hills Auto from now on.

They really practice what they preach and provide service that exceeds that of other independent automotive service shops. Cars can be high maintenance and have complex problems at times. The first time I came here was a few years ago. I was having electrical issues, and a place my uncle recommended did a quick fix that only made my problem worse. They were so patient and understanding. Went above and beyond to figure out what was happening, and make sure I understood (while I embarrassingly had a mild break down in the waiting room). I cannot say enough great things about this crew! I had not been in a few years since I had a maintenance plan through the dealership, but went for an oil change a few days ago and was pleased to find the same great service! Called them on a recommendation and they came out for a tow. The gentleman in the tow truck asked what was wrong. I told him I thought it was the starter. He got under my truck and messed with a few things and it started right up. Only charged me $45 for a service call and saved me a tow fee and however much in labor.
