Bought a new set of tires here. They were in stock and very competitively priced. The premises were very clean and modern and the rep I spoke to was very cordial and knowledgeable. My previous tire supplier did not have the tires I needed and we are leaving on a road trip, so that's why I went here. I also like the fact that they offer oil changes and will rotate my new tires for free each time I come in for an oil change. I'm impressed!

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. The service from the time I walked into the shop until the service was complete was top notch. The drop-off process was quick and easy. They offered to give me a ride if I needed one while it was being fixed. Once they service was complete they contacted me so I could pick it up. Each individual I spoke with was polite and helpful. We will return and I would recommend them to others!

Had tires rotated, an oil change, remote key battery replaced, and a fuse replaced. The charges came out cheaper than I expected so I was pleasantly surprised. I've pretty good service here and it's always reasonably priced so I will continue to come back whenever I'm in town and needing some work on the car.

Update: I spoke with the Tires Tires Tires manager regarding this situation. He conducted follow up training with his staff to correct this issue. The customer service here is sub par. I walked in and at least five of the salesmen ignored me without even a greeting. Eventually one of the salesmen called me over only to tell me that they would probably not be able to get my car serviced. The “first come, first serve” model is acceptable, but they need to be able to schedule appointments. One good note is the customer lounge is very nice!

Great options for scheduling and getting my vehicle there around my work schedule. Shuttle came and picked me up so I could get my vehicle back as well. Great communication about findings during the service of my vehicle as well. Even let me know about a rebate for my new tires!

I was very impressed with my first visit to Tires, Tires, Tires. I was in need of an oil change and tire rotation, when I found out the tire rotation was part of the oil change service I was impressed because other shops in the past charged much more for this added service on top of a more expensive oil change. Matt the service writer was upfront on costs and NO hidden fees like some other shops and everything was completed in a timely matter. Matt even walked me back to my truck to review a few items and show me the work being performed. Being a fellow business owner in the auto field I was very impressed with how clean their shop and customer area was. Most repair shops are dirty and not inviting, here it was super lit up, clean with all friendly staff. Their waiting room was very nice and clean and featured free coffee and cookies while I waited. The service was fine. Better communication is needed when scheduling an appointment on time. I tried three time to schedule an appointment. The third time I at least received an email stating someone would get in touch with me within 24 hours. That did not happen! I sent a message via the website and was immediately asked what I needed. I told whomever that I wanted an appointment time for 3:30 that afternoon. I was then told I had an appointment for that time. Great news! My complaint is…..if you’re going to have the ability for online scheduling, someone should monitor those emails. At least let the person know if the appointment time they are requesting is available or not. Common courtesy.

We had a patch job done on our tire. We had picked up a screw with the lovely clean streets of Sioux Falls and they work us into the schedule and we were done in little over an hour. Considering it was a Saturday and they looked busy (we also obviously didn't have an appt) i think they finished in a good amount of time! I'm happy with their service they also rotated our tires and did an oil change for us too (they asked). We originally purchased our tires there and I'm still pleased with their service! We opted to stay and wait instead of going home and they had cookies soda and coffee for the waiting parties. Nice place to get work done on your vehicle especially tires!

Came in with a single tire already off the truck. It was totally wasted and needed to be replaced. Was short on time and ask the service guy if he could mount a new one for me. He found a close match. Your shop was very busy but your service counter man said he would go back and mount it himself and would be done in 20 to 30 min. Sure enough I was in and out. Wow I could not believe how fast it was. Great service

I worked with Tyler. I got 4 tires, an alignment, and 2 control arms replaced. After picking up the vehicle, I noticed only the front 2 tires were replaced. I called Tyler back and he got me in the very next day. Talk about speedy customer service! Tyler took full ownership of the error made by the technician. 10 out of 10 would recommend working with Tyler again.

I had all four tires replaced and the mechanic was nice and honest about a part that was rusted and how it will affect the wear on the new tire if not fixed soon. Very professional and helpful, comfortable waiting area. Matt went above and beyond on my jeep. I just wanted to add that this company continues to provide excellent service. I needed to bring back in my jeep a couple more times because it's just an older vehicle and needs TLC. Matt always is up front with me and they recently looked at my vehicle for a fluid leak. The leak was from a previous repair at another shop, so I was given the option to go to that shop for the repair as it is still under warranty.I would highly recommend Tires Tires Tires for all of your automotive needs. I also want to add all the other employees I have interacted with have been very friendly and professional.

I had a tire that had a slow leak. My wife was taking the car to Minneapolis on Sat, Feb 18th. I wanted to get the tire fixed before my wife left so I stopped in at the Tires Tires Tires store on Fri, Feb 17th at about 4:45 to see if they could fix it for me. They said Yes they could and they started working on it right away. They got it fixed within a half an hour. The charge was very reasonable and I was extremely pleased with the service and relieved to know that I didn't have to worry about my wife having any problems with the tire. I would definitely recommend them.

I was on my way to get gas and my daughter's vehicle before she was going to drive across the state and I heard something start to drag. When I got to the gas station I saw that one of the gas tank straps had rusted out of her older vehicle and was dragging on the ground. I tied it up as best I could and drove straight to Tires Tires Tires. I wasn't sure what they could do for me but it was on my way home and opened at 7:30 a.m. I was greeted immediately with a friendly hello and from there the experience just got better and better. They arranged a ride home for me and not only were they able to remove and replace the straps, but they were finished with the car within a few hours of the time I dropped it off. Would recommend and will return!

Experienced a battery light on . Went in due to tire rotation needed to be completed.. Had them diagnosed battery light I originally stopped at o'reilly's, they diagnosed it as an slternator. I told Tires 3 about this they said O'reilly's does not have good testing equipment. Was charge $0.00 for the service from O'reilly's. Tires 3 charged $68 witouth even telling me there would be a charge. When I asked about the charge was told well we have high paid technicians and thousands of $ into equipment. I get it but you should also notify a customer that there will be a diagnosing fee. They notified me of what O'reilly's already told me. Intimated with the charge. So for an additional $500+ they would fix the alternator. No thanks and thanks the the extra fee... Update- Chuck made things right. No charge for the service. Thank you!

I love that any time my tire/s get a hole or leak in them, Tires Tires Tires will fix the leak for free if you bought the tire/s there. They ask for clarification when needed versus just guessing or assuming. Their service certificate is fast and very professional and respectful with addressing people of all ages with ma’am and sir. The waiting room is very comfortable and homey with a large TV, plants, comfortable chairs, tables, fountain drinks, coffees/ cappuccino/ hot chocolate, and cookies of all flavors. They also have a large kids nook with shorter walls off to the side with a TV and kid sized table and chairs.

I picked up a screw in my tire on my way out of town to an important customer visit in Watertown. The shop was slammed with work but Luke stepped up (as he always does) and worked me in right away. These guys have absolutely the best customer service in town which is why I’ve been a loyal customer with all my vehicles for the last 6 years! On a second note, I purchased a 2019 Nautilus from a dealer in Minnesota and the vehicle needs 2 tires. Chuck saved me $25 per tire and $50 on the alignment! Great service and best price!!!

I didn't have an appointment and couldn't get one until the next week. My change oil light came on so I knew I needed to get in asap. The guy I talked to said they offered a first come first serve service but he didn't know how long I'd have to wait between their appointments. He advised me to get there early the next day and park in front of the garage doors. I got there at 7:45, they opened at 8:00. My car was done by 8:40. I got to wait in their plush, comfy wait room where the machines offered a large variety of coffee or soda, add cookies. Free wifi and a TV to watch. Nice clean fancy bathrooms and a fun looking play area for the kiddos. Very impressive set up they have for their customers. I had bought tires from them a few months prior and because of how long it was going to be they offered me a shuttle ride to and from home. How convenient is that?!?!

They have really good coffee machine! Half hour goes by and the front desk person comes in and says were done! I recently visited to have a tire repaired. They were a little pricey but very professional. I had a small issue and had to come back but they took care of it and treated me very patiently and respectfully even though I was frustrated at the time. Second visit was for tire rotation and noise in the front of my vehicle. Again great customer service from the time I arrived to the time my vehicle was done. I had to leave my vehicle to be looked at. They gave me a ride home and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. The employee that gave me a ride did a great job and was very friendly. Great customer service! Service was completed in the amount of time they advised. There was no pressure to buy more expensive tires or additional services.

Called them in the morning to get new tires. They were helpful and found a set that worked within price range. Was able to get it in right away. They called letting me know a sensor needed to be repllaced before doing any work one it. They got things done in a very timely manner and went over the warranty and other benefits that went with the tires.

It took nearly an hour and a half to get a nail fixed in my tire with only 3 people in the waiting room for almost half of that time. They did a good job fixing the tire just took way longer then it should have. Maybe the wrong place to go for a small job like this.

The entire team at T3 from front desk intake professionals to the auto tech professional were amazing. My car had extensive work done and during this time, I was kept informed of costs, part searches, explanation of issues as they developed and choices of how I wanted to proceed. After I had picked my car a unforeseen additional situation took place and I was terrified that after all the work done that my car would not be road safe. When I walked back into the store, the entire staff did not hesitate to hand me know "they would take care of me" and handed me a set of keys for a loaner car while they investigated what was occurring. I was able to report to them of what my car was doing and they listened to not only the factual information but heard of my distress underneath as I was explaining it to them. They reassured me that they would figure it out and come up with a game plan. I walked out knowing that they had my back. Within a short time, I was notified of what they found (not related to my initial reason I was in the shop) and took care of it. I walked in and they handed me my keys. I asked how much to settle up my bill, they all smiled and said just enjoy your day. I can not THANK the ENTIRE staff for the amazing customer service and peace of mind that they provided me. I have told every co-worker, friends and family about my experience and would recommend them with the highest of marks of professionalism.

My only suggestion would be if they need to move the driver seat to drive it out to park, they move the seat back. Whoever drove it out, has considerably shorter legs than me and I didn’t realize it and rocked my knees. Minor detail.

I showed up unannounced with my wife’s car that had a slow leak in a front tire, and asked them to check the brakes, too. Later, I called and asked if an oil change could be performed as well. These things were done quickly, and the report on the brakes required no work. Tires Tires Tires employees are always super friendly, helpful, and efficient. My only complaint is whenever I get my vehicle back from being serviced, I almost always have to wipe down my steering wheel, shifter, center console, and door due to oil and grime residue. Today was the worst with two small oil "puddles" on my center console arm rest area. I hope management brings this issue up with the service team and have them be more aware of the cleanliness of their hands while in a customers vehicle.

I brought my car in for an inspection before a roadtrip. The guy on the phone was helpful to bring up a bad tie rod that the could replace easily. Later I walked in to pick up my car and stood around a desk while no one welcomed me? Also had an alignment and when it was done I still had a value in the red. Plus a tire was a two on the tread scale and I wasn't informed about it till I was there to pick it up. No one really explained it to me while I was there and I felt rushed to get out the door. Mind you I was there at 5 when they close at 6. I have used this place a lot and other times have been great but this time was different.

I was very disappointed with the way my used tires were loaded in hatchback. They were loaded standing on end and at the first stop light I had a tire roll right up between my seats up to my shift. When I opened the hatch when I got home, a tire rolled out. The tires were put in the plastic bags but not tied .. All had slipped out of the storage bags as they rolled around the back of my car. NOT IMPRESSED. I was very surprised .. I've never had this issue in the past.

I dropped off my Honda crv for an oil change and they gave me a ride across town to my house. Then offered a pick up when It was done! I declined and took my other vehicle out to run errands. In under an hour the oil change was complete and they called to let me know my wiper blades were bad. I already knew they were bad but completely forgot about it. They offered to put new ones on and the price was cheaper than any auto parts store in town! Very satisfied the oil they put in gave me a 7500 mile limit til need to be change. Wow! I drove to pick up then dropped off my newer Honda Pilot for an oil change and to look at the tmps sensor light that was stuck on. I drove my crv home and waited. Bout an hour and a half later they done with oil change and had a solution for my sensor light. It needed to be replaced and gave a fair price. The wife and I went to pick up and the synthetic oil they put in was good for 10000!! Very impressed with price as well. So much cheaper and double the miles compared to Valvoline. I will never go anywhere else for my oil change again!!

My husband and I had a very slow leak in one tire and we limped it along for months. Today when he put air in it, he broke the valve stem. He said to take it here. I was greeted warmly. I explained I had a nail in my tire, my husband wanted a patch not a plug, we had a broken valve stem to replace, and asked how much it would cost to put the tire back on where my husband had put the spare. The young man showed me a combination patch/plug system they use and explained they have success with them. He said cotton plugs fall apart. He said there would be no charge to put the tire back on. The young man came to find me later and showed me our Nissan Armada has a combination valve stem/tire sensor which would cost $75.00, but he wouldn't charge me any of the other fees. I failed to notice he had a small box with him, and I asked how long it would take them to get the part. He said he had it. I called my husband so they could talk to make sure we all understood the decision and cost. My SUV was ready in just a few more minutes. The young man told me I also had a screw in the tire. While one never hopes for a problem with one's vehicle, I know where I will be going next time.

Over the phone experience with the service advisor was great. After trying to pick up my vehicle then I had some issues of pressure and sensors not programmed. The next day issues again where I had to return to the center to have a tire looked at for leaking air. This is my company vehicle some time is something we all don't have to just sit around for mistakes like this. I get things happen and hope measures will be taken in the future to insure that customers shouldn't have to return for having air issue. If I would not have had an air compressor at home I would have had to call someone even to make it back to there center. The. Counter people were really nice with everything.

Had a couple issues, they should pay closer attention to their work, they didnt notice that 3 of my tires had broken bands, had to take it to a mechanic to have that diagnosed, their loss, would of bought the tires from them. Other issue was that within a week of services, two of my centercaps fell off. They came to my house to check things before driving it to the shop. They found the problem, fixed it, and brought it back to my house.
