I came in tonight after having a terrible experience at O’Reilly’s. I walked in and was greeted immediately by three very kind men that were nothing but patient and understanding with me. I was near tears when I walked in and they went above and beyond to not only fix the problem that O’Reilly’s made worse, but also calmed me down after seeing how frazzled I was. Wonderful experience, wonderful staff. THANK YOU!!!

Last night I had a problem with a tail light. After being given the wrong information at another auto part store I went to this Auto Zone location. I was greeted by Chase and explained my situation. Chase went above and beyond and personally went out to look at my truck in the cold, in the dark. He also took the time to listen to my concerns without man-splaining things to me. Just when I thought that was greatest experience; Chase went ahead and changed out the bulb that was causing the issue. I would and will recommend this store and Chase to all the men but especially the ladies who don’t want to be treated like they’re not equal.

Excellent customer service from Robert D. Not many people come outside to check fluids etc. He did take the time found out i had no oil and my radiator fan was unplug. Because of the service I got home safe with my family. He deserves a raise.

Went to get a different car battery for are newer vehicle and even though they where busy they said they would help put it in the car after they helped to more customers in line to pay and they where fast and got the job done quickly and so I have to say even though the tall guy helped us and I didn't get his name he did answer a few questions well to me and the battery we used was a platinum duralast 100 cold canking amps more the manufacturer battery in my 2018 kia sportage and its working better then before with the new battery. I have to say the guy who helped was awesome so Thank you 😊

I went to this location today because my gas cap wouldn't come off. The guys were super helpful and had great customer service skills! They went above and beyond to help me and from now on, I'll only go here. Thank you so much for your kindness as my dad just passed away and times have been rough. It was snowing, and when I turned my windshield wipers on, both of them were shredded! The nice young lady that sold me the blades accually replaced them for me. The only downspot was I had to go inside to pay for them. I have COPD, so I go into very few places, if I can help it. In answer to your response to my review, I bought windshield wipers, not a battery.

I was stuck in Sioux Falls with my power steering pump not working. Shops were filled to Wednesday, understandable because of the weather, so I called my step dad to walk me through doing it myself. I went to autozone to get the pump/pulley and a few tools as all mine were back home. The guys were super helpful and even came out to help while I attempted this myself (the most id done previously was tire rotation and oil change😅). If I lived in Sioux Falls I’d go back all the time! They were all fantastic!
