Friendlier staff than the AutoZone around the corner. Maybe not well trained though, because when I was looking for a replacement halogen bulb for my taillights, the staff member kept trying to convince me that I needed to buy the entire light assembly for over $100 each. And when I pointed out that "the computer says that's the assembly, not bulb," he doubled down and said that's what I needed to replace because "that's how those LEDs work." No, it's not. And they weren't even LEDs. I left and ended up purchasing the 2 bulbs I needed for $6 around the corner.

I ordered a touch up paint pen last summer online that was going to be delivered to the store and I ended up getting a email saying thanks for picking up the product but I never went to get it yet. I called them and they said their inventory for this touch up pen never changed which doesn't make sense because I never picked mine up and so they should've received one more from my order. Luckily I went in person and a female manager gave me one for free, but I am still confused on what happened with the system that made this error. If she didn't believe me, I would've had to purchase another one as customer service said it was up to the store for whether or not they would give me another one.

The fellas are always very helpful at this location..The Manager Dan went out his way to show me how to put fluids in my vehicle and also ran a diagnostic test without me asking..Great crew!!

The guys who work there are really helpful. If they have time they'll come outside and have a look at your car, or change a bulb or something, or a fuse. People in the parking lot can be helpful as well. Sometimes the people in the parking lot are too flirty. There is also a Salvadoran restaurant next door, but every time I go in I get to insecure to order anything. But it all looks really good!

Every time I go here I am impressed! Gus has helped me, without judgements, many times and I take appreciate it! I'm a typical woman who doesn't know anything about cars so it is a breath of fresh air when I can walk in and not even have to say "I don't know what I'm doing!" I was in need of a new auxiliary battery for my Toyota Prius. It was a Friday mid-morning. I called many different stores and some of them did not even answer the phone! When I was able to reach someone, no one had an auxiliary battery for a 2016 Toyota Prius in stock. O’Reilly Auto Parts in White Center answered the phone and DID have the battery in stock. I spoke with Clyde C. He was fantastic. I could tell the store was very busy, yet he took the time to be very patient and was very informative. All in all I had a great experience and would highly recommend this store!

I was there 2 weekends ago,, and a man named Frank helped me. I suspected I needed a new battery for my car, and he plugged my car in and determined that I, indeed did need a new battery. He was so kind, that he went to his car and got supplies and swapped it out for me right there. I was happy to not have to figure it out myself! He was a great conversationalist and his customer service was top notch!! Thank you!!!

We were looking for RainX wiper blades for 3 vehicle's we went to Burien and White Center Auto Zone they didn't have what we needed. O'Reilly had Blades for all 3 Vehicles and the employees were more knowledgeable and willing to help than at Auto Zone

The days of the knowledgeable parts counter person are gone. Thanks to monopolistic Corp America anyone can ask year make model and the terminal will show them the part you need....... The only way the retail stays open is business delivery and high prices. Online would already have killed them if it wasn't for the delivery to shops and the need it now customer. Employees here are very good with trying to help.

I am not often the one to get auto parts but my wiper blades were sad. They were great confirmed that I chose the right size then offered to install them for me. A little lined formed just then and staff quickly opened stations to help people. The person installing the blades went right from my car to help another women with a plug in tester. Kudos to this O'Reilly store for the great staff and service above and beyond.

Service has always been great and they have a better selection of parts compared to some of the other O'Reilly locations. There is one employee (Don) that has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. Please don't be a jerk and act like it's a mechanic shop and start asking a bunch of questions about the sound your car is making... they don't diagnose mechanical issues, they just sell parts. 4 stars for the sketchy location otherwise I'd give this location 5 on all other standards.

I've been coming here for over a decade purchasing motor oil, car battery, fuse bulbs, car wax, incense, coolants/sealants, ect. This's a good place to go to for minor car/truck needs. Staffs Always Very Knowledgeable. O'Reilly's carry all the parts, tools and accessories you need for your car/trucks for the inside and outside. They'll also help you with minor issues such as the battery or what a signal or sensor mean.

I came in to get a replacement gas cap. The associate that helped me was courteous and informative. He couldn't find my vehicle so he told me where to look for the date on my car. He gave me several options and signed me up for their rewards card. I think his name was Dave. I left with a locking cap, which he told me I could return if it didn't work out, cause he said it's a tricky cap to get to function properly.

Friendly and had one of the batteries I needed. It was easy to find and pretty quick. He even looked up to see if other stores had the second motorcycle battery I needed. When they did not he gave me a print out of what I was looking for and directions to battery plus in Tukwila.

These guys really helped me yesterday. Cole AND young lady both helped me get back stock motor oil and figured out an alternative oil filter by measurement and spec. If you're shopping for wiper blades ASK for blade refills most are available without having to buy the entire assembly. Of course they will check your charging system. This location has really improved since they bought out Shucks.

the customer service @the downtown Renton store, goes above & beyond. I needed a new battery, spark plugs, etc, and I was blown away by the way I was treated, as well as the absolute best respect and decency they so readily had for their fellow employees. I can't post this review without mentioning Josh and Terrence! and they took turns coming out to the car and helping me with my tired 😴 91'Honda Accord! I've got an O'Reillys ½mi away, but my loyalty lies w/this store! Check em out!

Store itself doesn't have the hugest selection, but staff is helpful and generally pretty knowledgable. Had some electrical problems with a 92 Camry last year, got a batt test, some pointers and was able to find the replacement fuse I needed. Had to replace starter, too, but found a refurb at napa for cheaper. Solid spot for general car needs.
