Edit 06/22/22 Had a slight issue with the fog light falling out of place and they got it put back in place no problem. I had been having issues with my passenger door lock actuator, bought a whole new lock assembly myself and had them swap the part out. They were done same day! Quick, friendly service and excellent work. It's such a huge relief to have the only other door on my coupe working again. I'll be using these guys for my needs from here on out. Ask for Darren, he's got amazing work ethic and really helped me out. They did an amazing job on my challenger! Darren was great to work with, everyone was super up front a friendly, and my car came back to me deep cleaned with a fresh coat of wax. Will use these guys again if needed!!

We had a gorgeous truck basically repainted and repaired after over 75 rock chips when a belly dump lost its load in front of us. It was a HUGE job and we had to take her back a few times But the customer service was spot on we worked w Randy who treated our truck like his own. We've had these guys complete a number of custom jobs for my business, with some very picky clients. We've had some issues with painters before but we will never change shops now. And they will give you their honest opinion on what they think is best for you not what will make them the most money. They’ve done the paint restoration on both of my last trucks and will do it with every vehicle I get. I had went with these guys when they need to repair my car I was damaged from an accident I just didn't do the review and now thinking about it going through my paperwork I find the info of the repair. The job was done in 11419 so it's a bit late but you still helps and I think they're very good they match the color of the vehicle is an older vehicle 2011 I mean you couldn't tell at all anything but there was any damage to the vehicle what I hit was a the side of my vehicle where the mirror is on a pillar a cement pillar and I took it in problem-free hassle-free I got a free shirt matter of fact the lady at the front desk still owes me 3x shirt from their company West valley collision repair so I will collect on that soon. But they did they kept me informed of every update they had the rental there I was able to drop it off there as well it was hassle free good job appreciate you guys

They were very friendly, and helpful when I arrived. They helped me get a rental care and they gave me regular updates on how my car was doing in the shop. I have never had a better experience getting hit into! The insurer called me and told me to take my car to West Valley Collision Repair. I took it in on a Monday and there was someone there waiting to take me to my rental car. The repair took a day and a half and looks great!! They also washed and vacuumed my entire car. Everything was super smooth and the staff was very friendly. Even though I didn’t pay for anything and the insurance company did, the quoted price was VERY VERY reasonable. I was shocked to see such a good price!

The staff was nice & very helpful. However, while my vehicle was stored in their fenced in lot, it was ransacked & robbed. I practically lived in my vehicle, & thieves broke in, & stole quite a few things. The employees told me they would check their cameras, & get back to me. I haven't heard anything. It's not a huge deal, but, they didn't lock my vehicle while it was stored there, & left it vulnerable to theft. Overall, not a great experience.

Did an awesome job painting my car! Had a ton of rust bubbles on my roof, a little oxidizing on my trunk and roof rails, and cracked paint on my bumper from getting a little too close to a wall backing up. They blended the new paint with what they didn't paint and you can't even tell! Very satisfied!

Accidentally scratched a ladies car in a parking lot and didn't want to make a claim to my insurance. The lady got two bids to have the scratch fixed, both were around $850. My brother in law who has worked with Bryan referred me to his shop. I texted Bryan letting him know the lady would be coming in and to send me the bill. The next day I received a text from Bryan letting me know he was able to buff out the scratch and saved me hundreds of dollars. I loved the quick turn around, the play by play picture updates were awesome! I pulled up left in a rental and a few days later returned and drove away an almost seamless transaction! My wife's car had rear quarter panel damage; along with rear bumper (Nissan Sentra 09) from the yellow poles at an ATM. Took it to several places for quotes and found that WV Carstar came highly recommended. Everyone wanted the car for 8 - 14 days... WV Carstar took 3.5 days. Bill was awesome and explained every step an procedure - Insurance took care of the bulk, less the deductible. It look better than it did prior; if that is such a thing! I would highly recommend them HANDS DOWN... THANK YOU BILL :)

I'm not going to lie they do really good body work, but when it comes to getting the right parts for your car they fall a little short, they used a zip tie to hold the power to my radiator fan which came unplugged and then cause my thermostat to to fail and start overheating, I don't know why they can't just buy the parts that it needs especially when my insurance is paying them to do it
