I took my car in a couple of weeks ago to get the windows tinted and Car Concepts did a remarkable job. My last tint job started bubbling after a year but car concepts guarantees their tint for life! They also cleared my headlights, buffed out the hood, and added other exterior design elements and I could not be more pleased. Feels like I'm operating a completely new vehicle. Lindsay and her team are phenomenal. No doubt this is the place to bring your car.

I live in Herriman, driving downtown is worth it when you receive great service, honest people, and good pricing. Chase Whipple will take care of you. He’s personable, knowledgeable, and an Army veteran and National Guard serviceman. Car Concepts have installed amps, Subwoofers, and tinted windows on 2016 Ford F-150 and a 2019 VW Golf Alltrack. We came with our camper from Switzerland and needed for our electrical system some fuses. The guys are very friendly and help you with xour problem. We bought 60A fuse holder and he gave us cheap some spare fuses for replacement. Thanks a lot

I'm not even sure where to begin but I absolutely love this place. I went with what I considered a huge expense and a big problem with my Cadillac Escalade TVs they weren't working. This place not only fixed the problem but tried every angle to help me before sending me off to the high-cost labor of a dealership. Jayden the front desk and Paul were fantastic to work with. I recommend this place above all they will be fair honest, and they are very knowledgeable. I don't give reviews like this to often but this one is well deserved this place is the best. Each time I've gone in has been nothing but GREAT. Went to schedule an appt to have some aftermarket lights hooked up, and they squoze me in to get it done that day. 100% satisfied with the result! Exactly what I asked for and professional quality. 1 week later, and I'm instantly recognized, complimented on my truck and quick to get me set up on my next upgrade, sound system. Car concepts has always been there for me! I’m a guy that likes to do my own work and they respect me for it! One time I was having issues Installing a subwoofer and not only did their installer Paul help me but he face timed me and guided me through the whole thing and helped me get it working perfect! He took time out of his work day to help me. Most car shops would not do that for you. They’d just say bring it in and let us do it. But car concepts loves to help either way they can! These guys are awesome! I purchased a viper remote start system from them two years ago. My battery died and my key fob stopped working. I brought it in and not only did they fix the key fob, replace the battery in the key fob, programmed a new key fob for me, but did so all at no additional charge. I purchased this and had it installed two years ago!!!!! What happened wasn’t in any way their faults. I completely expected to pay for an hour or more of labor when I brought my truck in. They absolutely took care of me and I will always come back if I have a car audio lead.

Two years ago, I walked into Sound Warehouse to look at a new deck.Ten minutes after walking in, I had a quote for a new deck, door speakers, a amp, and new subs. I wasn't pleased with their service, and thought I would check out Car Concepts. From the moment I walked in, I realized that I made the right choice. Kalob and Max both took the time to listen to what I wanted, made the appropriate suggestions, and kept in mind my budget. They didn't try to oversell me on anything, and set me up with a what I truly wanted. Two years later, and two more cars, I have gone back to them for everything. They have been amazing, professional, and very knowledgeable. They are always willing to work with me, even though i can kinda get annoying. Paul and Preston have both done amazing work with my installs, and most recently, Tanner did a fantastic job on my window tint. I just left Car concepts with a new pair of Hertz 6.5's. We all have our favorite places to shop, sales people who we trust, installers we wouldn't let touch our cars due to bad experiences, etc. I went in to peek around at their selection as my usual preferred shop doesn't stock very much in terms of selection. In the car audio world, and as a consumer, we are a particularly picky bunch. Usually because we've been fed lies and had our vehicles hacked upon only to be told they would be well taken care of. I have not been to Car Concepts in years, but they have always maintained a decent reputation from what I know, and I have been around for a bit. As I entered the store the gentleman behind the counter greeted me, pleasantly and with a smile as he inquired as to what I was looking for and if he could help. I replied and he immediately dropped what he was doing to help. Great customer service to begin with. The speakers that I settled on had just arrived in their shop today and they hadn't even priced them yet. What made this experience exceptional was that he gave me the speakers for the price of the outgoing model, which when I arrived home and checked on Amazon, were $20.00 less than what they were selling them for. $20.00 less than what Amazon sells them for is a pretty good deal, worthy of mention. Who knows, I may even be back in the future. I took note of the other sales people and their attitudes as well as their conversation. A lot can be picked up just by listening, and if anyone out there is like me then you have your guard up when it comes to car audio! These gentlemen treated me exceptionally well, gave me a more than fair price on the product I purchased and they deserve a huge thumbs up! Thanks Car Concepts.

I recently bought a new sound system from Car Concepts. Kalob Smith and the whole team at CC did such a great job! The system they recommended was just right for my car and my budget. My husband and I bought a used 2009 Subaru outback in February. It's a great car, but we were having troubles with the amp which was built into the head unit of the vehicle. We took it to many places to have them look at getting the head unit replaced. Turns out, it was super complicated and no other business would attempt it without us putting in over $2k. We took it to car concepts and they knew what needed to be done. We had to order a special part from Japan, and had to wait until the part showed up to get it fixed. It took them almost a full day, but they were able to change out the old head unit and put in the new one! All of the issues we were having was gone, and it was done for under $1k. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I stopped by Car Concepts today, on my way home. I Just wanted to check on a few things, maybe get some suggestions and find out cost. Preston helped me first (stopped doing what he was doing, just to help me.) He was super nice! He introduced me to CJ, who was also nice. Theses were 2 of the nicest guys, you could ever meet. And they were knowledgeable about their business too. .We discussed the different ways and things that could be done, to increase the quality of my sound system.I expected a lot of hard core sales techniques, so I pleasantly surprised, when they didn't do that. I felt included in the conversation and I was given the time needed, to make a decision about the work to be done. It was amazing! Overall, a great experience Before I left I met the owners.They were intelligent and kind and seemed more like friends than busy business people.. Overall, I was very impressed at car concepts. Great Service and competent, friendly people working here. This is the 4th time I’ve brought a new car in to have these guys put audio upgrades and the 2nd time for tint and clear bra installation. Since I don’t know a lot about car audio, except what I think sounds good, I got help and suggestions on what would be good within a reasonable price range. Kaleb, in particular is especially helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions... My car audio sounds so, so much better than what the factory installed, and the tint/clear bra look perfect. The last car I brought in 6 years ago still has the stereo in it that they installed, and it still sounds great and the tint still looks great. These guys have been around a long time and there’s a reason for that... I will be returning the next time I get a new car. Thanks!!!

I went to Car Concepts the other day after the guys who replaced my windshield ripped my alarm cord out and busted my alarm's antenna. Caleb was awesome; he really went out of his way for me; he spent a long time searching through their inventory to see if they had a replacement cord that would work to fix the issue. He came out to my car to check out the problem and was able to fix the issue. Awesome customer service, went over and beyond, and gave me a killer deal. I would definitely recommend this place! I have done business with Car Concepts multiple times now they helped me on my 2016 Jetta with HID headlights, I took my Grandmother's Mercedes GLA 250 and had them change the plain halogen lights out and completely change the assembly to the OEM HID and daytime running light unit and now on my Truck installing LED headlights and back tomorrow for them to do LED fog lights too, they do such a great job and I have not had any issues with any of the cars/trucks I bring to them. They do not rush the job and they are totally honest when they say my truck may have needed a de coder for the lights which it did not an un honest company would have charged you for a part you did not need. I will be returning when I need more Mods done. I recommend Car Concepts to friends and family all the time. Thank you guys!

Where do I start!! Kalob and the entire car concepts staff were great and super professional. I walked in the door and was helped immediately. All I told them was that I really enjoy listening to music and would like to purchase a sound system. They explained all of the brands they carry and we're extremely knowledgeable with alot of hands on experience with each brand and their components. I was directed to Car Concepts from the SLC Audi Dealership so I could get a remote starter installed. They were very helpful and flexible with my schedule to get the job done even when I learned that they needed to un-install and re-install the starter so Audi could reprogram my keys. I have an alarm which is at least 17 years old that has not worked in years. The young man behind the counter spent at least 30 minutes looking online for a remote that would fit my alarm: and then helped me order it.! He also reattached a wire under the hood and made sure the system was working. He took the time to tell me how to link the car with the new remote, which I will receive in a few days. Last year I bought a new 2014 Duramax and was very worried about taking it to anyone to get after market parts I spoke with Derek S. about getting some AMP electric steps window tint and an aftermarket stereo he took the time to explain everything and showed me some of the work that they did there and put me at ease. RGB lights, speakers, amplifiers, subs you name it if you are polite and patient (cuz sometimes they're busy) you WILL get great service. I contacted Donny at Car Concepts Online and via a series of emails, we began to brainstorm a system that I could only imagine, but what Donny and his crew’s expertise and recommendations were actually able to execute! I had Car Concepts build me a system 16 years ago in an early 90's Nissan 300ZX. I couldn't have been happier with it back then. As life happens around you sometimes toys get pushed aside and that 300ZX sat under a cover in the garage for eight plus years until I got it back on the road this spring. I brought it down to the guys at Car Concepts for a new alarm and some help modernizing the outdated sound system. On the sales floor Derek helped me to understand the new product offerings as well as design a more compact sub-woofer set up. I needed more room in the hatchback and with some amazing custom work and a little engineering magic Paul in the install shop rebuilt a car audio experience that is Customized to my individual needs. My return to Car Concepts proved to be a good choice once again. The price was right, the equipment and custom installation is outstanding and the way they made me feel taken care of was beyond words. I can't say enough good things about the overall experience. There isn't anything quite as satisfying as getting out of your car with a slight ringing in your ears and that feeling that your eardrums are somehow a little warmer than normal as a direct result of the crushing clean sound delivered by my custom audio system built (and re-built) by Derek, Paul and the boys at Car Concepts. If you're going to do it, do it right. Without the use of a few expletives all I can say is Wow!

I made my appointment for 9:00 AM. I was told that I would be the first person to get my vehicle worked on for the window tinting service. I was referred to them by Safelite. They told me it should take a couple hours, and that they would call me. Now, I did arrive a little bit later than the appointment I had scheduled, but I did call them to say I might be a few minutes late. Noon rolled around, and no one had called me to tell me my car was done. So I called them to see when I could get my car. They hadn't even started on it!! They told me that their guy was finishing up another job still as he had arrived late that day. So 3 PM rolls around, and they still haven't called me yet. I am getting livid at this point (mainly because of why I had to take my car in, but that is neither here nor there.) I called them again, got transferred several times, and finally talked to someone that my car was ready. Fortunately, I didn't have to pay for the installation as it was an insurance claim, but I just didn't feel like I was treated as a regular customer should be.

I just happened to be driving by Car Concepts last week and decided to stop in to talk about replacing the factory stereo in my 2003 Jaguar X-Type. A beautiful car needs a beautiful steroids and I wanted to be able to connect my I-Phone to the stereo. As soon as I entered the store Derek asked if he could help me find a stereo. After a few suggestions I chose an Alpine and he determined that it would be compatible with the dash set up in my car. Next I filled out the app for Snap financing, was approved and set up an appointment to have the new stereo installed. When the installation was complete I went in and Derek showed me the awesome functions of my stereo and adjusted settings that I would not have known how to adjust without "rtfm'ing" for hours. I suggest Car Concepts to anyone who wants great sound, reasonable pricing, easy financing and helpful reps. They rawk 😀

This is my 3rd new Honda and the dealers did not know how to get satellite radio other than selling the EXL upgrade to the customer Honda wants to sell you a car equipped with satellite radio ($2200 upgrade) but Ryan is the after market solution. Terrible!. I had them install a radar detector hardwire. They didn't ask where I wanted the control. No big deal. So, I took them out to the car and showed them where I wanted it. They DIDN'T put it there! Then, worse, they ran my bumper into a piece of rebar. They said it would take an hour but it was 5 hours. I would never use them again!! I talked to the owner and she took care of me. Thank you!!

Where to have my stereo installed on Black Friday. When I got there, they told me it would be 2 and a half hours. So I left my car there and went to get some lunch. They called me after 2 hours of having my car, and told me that they did not have the correct wiring harness to finish the job. So they told me to come get the car in 30 minutes, they would have the stock stereo put back in by then. Overall, a huge waste of 3 hours of my Friday which I could have been doing anything else (like getting a root canal). They didn't try and charge me anything which was good, but they didn't seem very apologetic either, all I got was a "See you on Monday." Probably not.

I went to car concepts after a a safety and emissions testing center failed my car because they said the tinting of the windows was too dark. The sales representatives were knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. Instead of just stripping the tint a very nice worker inspected the windows and told me he suspected them to be road legal. He gave me directions to highway patrol to have them test the tint and told me if they didn't pass to come back today and he would fit me in to remove the tint. Turns out they were fine, the safety testing center read them incorrectly! So thanks car concepts for saving me money! I would definitely go back to them in the future!

my subwoofer i bought there blew because the terminals on the box touched and blew the amp so i had derek sandoval help me he walked out with me took the amp out of protect mode and the the sub was blown so no question he replaced it and the amp blew it immediately so he and i figured it out and not only did i get a new amp he gave me a whole new terminal and wiring in the box then opened another sub. he is the only person i am taking it to from now on
