Straight up I could not have been happier with my experience at Wally and Son’s auto. I had both a great experience with his sons and Wally, incredible quick service that got this stranded out of tiebreak back on the road. . Highly highly recommend. The back story. A week ago I was visiting a friend in Providence and went to leave town on Monday to discover I had a bad exhaust problem and could not drive my car. So, on a cold Monday night, after the surprise 6” of snow, at 7:20 pm looking for a mechanic online I was surprised to discover they were still open. Mohammed picked up the phone and could not have been nicer and assured me they could handle it. He advised me to bring the car in the next morning, (confirming my NY mechanic’s advice to have it towed - and not drive it). I have Triple A which I used and found them easily. So, I had the car there at 11 am Tuesday and by 2 PM was on my way. Wally and Son’s turned a stressful dilemma into a great experience.

Great service. I called in the early afternoon because my car was making noises and was told to come in so they could take a look asap. We did a quick drive and they identified the problem, made sure everything else was in top shape, and fixed my car within a couple hours. I will definitely be coming back if my car needs anything else. They're a friendly group and the bird was also very entertaining during my wait :).

The best mechanics in the area. These guys are honest, have fair prices, and do great work. I've taken multiple cars there and they've done a great job with both, and really stand behind their work. Prices are not cheap, but you know you're getting good work done and is well worth it in my opinion. They're attentive to all issues but are also not going to sell you things you don't need. Turnaround time is also very quick. Definitely will be back with any issues that come up for my car, and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

This family business is the real deal! Wally and his sons are kind, hard working and accommodating. Not only did they work quickly when I needed to wait for my car, they explained everything to me and even showed me what the problem was when the car was on the lift. A truly honest garage. I was even able to ask for their advice about buying a used car and brought it to them so they could check it out for me before buying. They took their time and really made sure I was buying a good car. I witnessed them speak to all of their customers with patience and kindness, even when they were very busy. Got a flat tire at 6 pm on Saturday for my Tesla, the only shop open is Wally & Sons. And the service is amazing, the owner and his sons were very professional and charge a very reasonable price. I cannot express how kind and generous this family is, I am from Cape Cod up north got stuck here and ended up with a s flat tire it’s 7.30pm they stayed open for me, super professional Muhammad fixed my tire within 2 minutes and I’m already on my way. And the best part they would not charge me a single dollar while it’s pouring out. I am thankful and blessed beyond to came across good people like them. I did use Wally and sons today for installing a part in my ABS system in my BMW. Their service was seamless and well priced. No surprises. The ABS light resolved and they gave me a quote before th repair and gave me a feedback once my car was ready. I was definitely pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

Exceptional customer service and very caring people. It’s true when they say it’s a family business because I sure did notice it. Made a 12+ hour trip to RI for the first time to visit some friends. I asked around to find the best mechanic shop since I’ve always had bad experiences. I was referred to Wally & Sons. I thought I would go get my car checked out from there before I got back on the road again and a mechanic named Mohammed helped me out. Before going on this trip I went to Valvoline to get some service done. Mohammed pointed out that my oil was not filled all the way, my air filter box was not closed properly after Valvoline checked my air filter. And they also did not notify me of my coolant being low (they knew I was going on a long trip) Mohammed did all of that for me as well as checking anything else I needed now and down the road. One thing I liked about their service was not being pushed into getting any work done just to eat my money. They were honest and straightforward about everything. I always read reviews before going to any place so I can’t imagine why anyone would write anything negative about Wally & Sons but to each their own! Highly recommend their shop. :)

I had a timing belt and water pump replaced on my Honda Civic as well as another belt and pulley that were uncovered when things were disassembled. Wally did a great job for me and everything is running smoothly. I had gotten a prior quote from my (former) garage and the price was much higher. Wally & Sons took my car in on fairly short notice and were quite thorough. Every little additional thing I mentioned was looked at and addressed (my headlight covers look like new)! I’m glad I looked at reviews and found this garage. This is a very nice family run business that truly seems to treat their customers as they themselves would want to be treated; you will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend in terms of price, service and hospitality.

This is now my go-to auto repair shop! I brought my car in for them to fix multiple issues and get an inspection... and I was under a tight deadline for inspection. My car was with a local dealership prior to bringing it here and the pricing and service were both horrendous at the previous shop. My friend sent me to Wally and Sons. This team took care of everything and then some. They had found an issue with my car that was a pretty big safety hazard that the dealership didn't even tell me about. They also saved me $800 - very, very reasonable pricing! Repairs were done in a timely fashion and everyone was very friendly and pleasant. They even made the deadline I was under for inspection! They let me know exactly what was wrong and were honest and upfront. I appreciate it! My car is running so much better now. If you are looking for a dealership, GO HERE. Thanks guys :)

So during the Noreaster 2 days ago my windshield wipers decided to stop working while I was driving home. This led me to Google to find a local repair shop that I hoped would have some decent reviews. I was overly impressed as I read through Wally & Sons ENDLESS list of 5 star reviews and happy customers who praised their work and prices. needless to say I called and was told to bring my car right in which I did at 11:45 AM. Expecting to hear back by the next day at the earliest and also assuming I'd be replacing a wiper motor which aren't all that cheap. Instead I got the call around 3 o'clock the same day and my day was made when i was told it was something that had just jammed the wiper motor and I was only being charged for a an hour of labor. So it goes without saying that I have found my new repair shop for my car and the rest of families cars. Honesty, Great work, and Great price. Do yourself a favor.. When you need repairs.. Go to Wally & Sons... Thanks again for the great experience.

We were about to travel across country in a newly bought Nissan Moreno on a Saturday late afternoon and wanted to get it checked out to make sure everything was in order beforehand. Wally and Sons gladly accepted our business as walk-ins and even after diagnosing a number of serious problems they accepted the challenage. They had to call around to find a ball joint and even though it wasn't retrieved until just 2 hours before they closed they still helped us out and made sure we could get on the road that night. They were so kind, worked an hour after closing time, showing us all of the work they did and ensuring us we had a safe journey ahead of us. I highly recommend this mechanic, rarely have a been treated with such kindness and assurance at any before. Thank you guys!!

We were having an issue with our car and saw online they had good ratings. I decided to check it out for myself. Thank God i did me and my husband went adressed the situation and a polite young man spoke to my husband and even though they were working on other cars we spoke to him to see if he can fix the issue the same day and he along with the workers did. I was amazed by the price charged and the friendly service given. We found our new mechanic place for our car to be fixed if anything goes wrong. Words cannot describe the level of professionalism and kindness the guys at Wally and Sons offer. Having used them on multiple occasions, I can confidently say that they will get whatever job done at a great price. Prior to ordering parts, I received a call which informed me of the price, installation cost, and other important information regarding my vehicle. Its one thing to have the problem solved, but its another to know how its getting resolved and what exactly is being done to your vehicle. I will continue to use their service as you cannot get a more efficient, professional, and kind group of guys anywhere in the area.

Wally & Sons are very professional and they do great work. They did have some trouble getting the appropriate radiator for my car, but they kept me informed while they worked to source the radiator and the end price actually came in under the price they quoted me. The complimentary air freshener when you pick up the car is a nice touch too.

Had this place recommended to me by my boyfriend and I’m so glad he did. I have to update my review because I came here a second time to get work done to my Honda Civic and these guys were awesome. They were straight up with me from the beginning and did right by me. Even when we thought the check engine problem was fixed, it came back on but they didn't charge me for labor, just the part to fix it for good. They care about the customer which is all you need to know about this place. During Covid my longtime mechanic closed for good, and I bounced around from place to place. Now that I've found Wally & Sons I have my place. The reviews are legit. Highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here.

Called "Wally & Sons Auto Shop" this morning for them to look into a suspension issue I have been having. There have been noises from under my car that sounds like a loose part. I mentioned I need it repaired asap since I have to commute Monday for work and they were more than accommodable. They diagnosed the issue and returned it by the end of the day and I am very happy I chose to go with them! The price for the repair was reasonable, and I cannot thank them enough especially for a turnaround time as fast as this! I highly recommend this place to fix your vehicles because they give reasonable prices to help their customers out. They understand their customer’s needs and get the job done. Depending on the project it may take some time but the results are always great. They also have their own discount with a warranty by getting their own parts through them instead of having parts already bought from another place. Took my car here a few weeks ago. They replaced my grill shutter and brake pads. No problems since and the check engine light hasn't returned. It wasn't cheap, but the first place I went was much more expensive. Better to support a locally-owned family business anyway. I'm glad I went to their shop. Okay. We had an emergency tonight. I was at a storage facility with a truckload of stuff to move to my friend's house. While there one of my tires just went flat. We know most places that fix tires close at 8pm. We did a Google search of places that might be open and these guys were open till 8:30. Much later if they need to be. We got there with the damaged tire and it needed to be replaced. While they were giving me a used tire and mounting and balancing it, the owner Wally came out and conversed with my friend and I for 10 minutes. He even introduced us to his adorable sons who happened to be on site at the time. This is a wonderful family owned business, they treated us with such respect and love, they replaced my tire in under 15 minutes even though they were about to close and the owner make sure that we felt welcomed and satisfied. The price they charged me was so ridiculously Fair I was astounded. I will, from this point, always bring my vehicle here for any repairs necessary. I will recommend this place to anyone who's looking for automobile services of any kind. What a great family run business. Highly, highly, highly recommended. It is very rare to find places like this nowadays. They are not looking to screw you over, they simply diagnose the problem and take care of it, at a very very good price.

Very professional, friendly service. They dealt with a rather panicked phone call from me as I was bringing my car in after the coolant started to leak out. I had to get my radiator replaced, but because it was backordered at the dealership, there was a bit of a delay. I appreciated that I was warned about this from the get go because I have a newer model. Throughout the process they gave me periodic updates. My car has been running very well since I got it back from them with no trouble. I also appreciated that they washed down my car a bit before I picked it up. Would highly recommend their services. I had and excellent experience with Wally and Mohamed. They explained everything needed to fix my Infinity G37XS. Which my model had many parts that I would not be able to source myself. Wally is the owner and he spoke to me straight up and honest the negative reviews on here are clearly fabricated or people who just like to complain. I took my 2016 chevy traverse to wally its issue was key off engine stays running wally asked me if this car was a rush because he was very busy I said no rush just want a good price he said no problem I'll take care of you. 1 week later he called me and the car was fixed and the price was much lower then I expected but the best part was wally remember me by face that speaks volumes to his character I highly recommend wally and sons

I had noise coming from my back right tire. I called Wally's to see if they could get me in day of since other places couldn't get me in for 2-3 days. They said to bring it by. Mohammed helped me out, we went for a drive to assess the noise and told me it was most likely my brakes. It was late in the afternoon. But Mohammed told me he would try to look at it before the end of the day. He did and got me a qoute within hours! The car was fixed by the next morning! They are fast, reliable, and fairly priced! I will use and recommend them in the future!!

If I could give more than 5 stars to this garage I would. They did a wonderful job with the body repairs on my suv. They also fixed the mechanical problems I had with it. I was just passing through Providence when my passenger window exploded on me. It was 5 on a Saturday of a long weekend. I didn't have time to research places; I really just had to go with who was open. That was a great twist of luck. The hourly rate was really reasonable. They kept me up to date when they found an appropriate replacement. And they gave my truck a once over to see if there was any things needed; I took them up on the oil change. If I was local I'd be bringing my truck back.

Just had my intake manifold replaced on my 2000 mustang gt and I live on federal hill surrounded by shops and Mohammad is hands down one of the best mechanics I've had. Not only was everything done perfectly but he even did a headlight restoration, detailed the car and really spent the time explaining everything and the price is unbeatable they will work with you and give you options... thank you guys soo much will definitely be back again....

Mohamad is a very skilled mechanic and was able to complete the repair of my electrical issue in a timely manner (within a day of my car breaking down)!
