This is the best place to get your glass replacement done there prices can't be beat Safelite wanted over 600 to replace a window they did it for alittle over 250 thats less then half and there customer service is second to none we always use them for any glass needing replacement give them a try u won't regret it

One of our work vans got broken into and had tools stolen. We needed the truck back on the road asap. I started calling around the following morning, no one could get me glass.. nvm factory glass and if they could, they couldn’t do the job until the following week .. I called Ez glass and spoke with Arron and within minutes he found a factory oem replacement. I dropped the van off immediately and he had the van back to me by the end of the day .. Now, that’s exceptional service on their behalf. As a small business having a van down is a big deal. Thank you, Aaron! You have my future business. Anyone looking for auto glass.. look no further! This is the company you would be surly glad to do business with !!!

Customer service and cost for window repair was fantastic! I was able to get my windows fixed so quickly, didn’t miss anytime out of work, they cleaned the shattered glass in the inside too which I was extremely thankful for! I highly recommend their business and wish them a happy holiday

There was bad wind and my rear windshield got smashed by a broken branch. I called a couple of places and EZ glass gave me the lowest quote. Henry was so nice and they worked quickly. We were only there for an hour. I highly recommend this place!

Had to get my Jeep windshield replaced for inspection; got quoted $460 from SafeLite, these guys put the same piece of glass in for half the price and it comes with a lifetime warranty as well! Was in there maybe 40 minutes max. Got to meet and chat with one of the owners as well and she's an absolute doll! Will definitely be recommending these guys to everyone!

In less than 24 hours the glass windshield and driver’s side door glass was replaced. Aryam was very responsive and showed up exactly when he said he would with another guy. The job was completed in under an hour. The price was very reasonable in comparison to other places. I highly recommend this company. They made the experience seamless and we couldn’t have been happier with the services provided.

Had a windshield replaced for a crazy low cost and ended up blowing the seal out of it from something I admittedly did and Aryam still stood behind the work he did, removing and reinstalling my windshield at no additional cost to me. Always polite and respectful 10/10 would use his service again

So this was my first ever windshield replacement like ever. I come here with my truck immediately greeted by the guy in charge (bad at remembering names). He was courteous professional and most of all extremely kind. It was a busy day I didn't mind the wait but it was worth the wait. New windshield at a very very reasonable price id say fair but honestly more than fair. Another place quoted me 380 for the same job these guys did and honestly they did an amazing job. I highly recommend them

I tried a lot of places over the weekend and realized my best bet was to wait until Monday to call around. EZ Glass & Tow had answers for me almost immediately, and within 3 hours of my first call I paid half of what it would have cost with Safelite and was walking away with a new back window. Great service, great location, highly highly recommend. AND community owned, so worth supporting.

DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! My car was broken into last Friday and after calling a bunch of local places they were the first ones to get back to me. They quickly broke down the price which was cheaper than the competitors. My new window was installed Monday afternoon and they wrapped my passenger door for free over the weekend. The service was impeccable and they were courteous and understanding. Hopefully I never have to use their service again, but I would 100% go back!

This shop is amazing. I called early one day and I had a quote and a time to show up that same day. They got me in at my selected time and on my way in under 45 minutes which is huge seeming as I was having a windshield replaced. Had an incident where back windshield of my 2011 Lexus IS250 needed replacement. First and foremost, EZ Glass has the best prices compared to the many shops I have contacted but that is not what stood out to me. Called on a Saturday (was not expecting a callback) but Aaron called me back even without a voicemail which is impressive. He was able to get me a reasonable quote and fit me into his busy schedule. It was replaced same day and I am 100% satisfied. The warranty was the cherry on top to close this transaction. Will be recommending and going back (when needed). Thank you!

These guys are amazing, Most mechanics come off cocky please throw you a price and don’t care how you react this is by far the fairest price in Rhode Island I have looked around and everything else was double of this. I called In the afternoon and next morning they were ready for me the entire installation took one hour and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they vacuumed the inside of my vehicle. Someone smashed my back glass over the holiday weekend, and EZ was the only place open on Saturday. They didn't have the glass I needed on hand, but promised my car would be their first stop on Tuesday. They totally delivered! They came to me (a FREE service), vacuumed the glass out of my car thoroughly, and even removed a weird old blown out tire from my trunk after it was covered in glass. My technicians were fast, efficient, and so nice. The price was more than fair (less than half the price I was quoted by Safelite), and I won't be taking my glass business anywhere else in the future. Can't recommend enough!

These guys are amazing went for my avalon windshield. And my rain sensor wasn't working before I got there, and they fixed free of charge. Not only did they fix that they buffed my headlights for no extra charge. Got to say they got great customer service thank you

I got my car's windshield replaced here and they did a great job while also being the cheapest and fastest option around. It only costed me $145 to have them come to my car and do the replacement. At AAA it was $285 and Safelite was $255, and those companies couldn't get me an appointment for over a WEEK. But when I called EZ Glass they gave me an appointment that same day! So I'd definitely recommend them first before you try other repair options
