Great place, I purchased a Mercedes’ and I was having issues with the fan running high at all times, I took it to one place that said I needed a new computer and sent me on my way. I ended up taking it to elite where they solved the issue and wasn’t even a computer. Now they done brakes, springs flushes and done an amazing job. Absolutely love Elite Auto, they’ve taken care of my BMWs for a few years now…I just bought a used BMW from BMW of Warwick and I had them do an evaluation of the car to see if I should buy it. The report they gave me had a detailed analysis of everything I needed to ask the dealer to take care of before committing to the purchase. Mike is the best! Mike, was upfront about the problem with my, I have 2002 celica and Toyota and they don't make parts for it anymore, so they are willing to fabricate the part and correct the issue. I love my celica and during the summer put in car shows.

I would not hesitate to recommend Elite Auto Repair. It was my 1st time using them and they were fantastic. Mike is great and very friendly as was the rest of the staff. He took plenty of time going over their report of what they did and what they recommend doing. I have used a lot of dealers and repair shops over the years and the report they gave me on my car was by far the best presented and most detailed that I have ever seen. The report contained images of the problem areas so you can see exactly what they are talking about. Their garage area is exceptionally clean. It is easily apparent that Elite Auto takes a great amount of pride in their facilities, workmanship and overall customer experience. They even cleaned the interior while it was there. I will definitely be back.

Nobody is ever excited to be at an auto repair facility so its the people that make the difference and Elite Auto Repair delivers. They are thorough and more profesional than many dealerships (I know first hand) they are thorough with diagnostics without needing hours upon hours to find out whats wrong. Rates are around what you would expect from a capable full service facility. They helped me make a crucial decision on my old Volvo. Give them try if you want dealer level specialty with independent value.

Engine light came on and didn’t know if it was drivable or not - and of course this happened on a Sunday and I just started a new job so didn’t want to have to call in late for Monday. Kate told me we’d swap cars so I could have something to drive and she would drive mine in to be checked out on Monday. Of course they solved a whole bunch of problems I had that I didn’t even know about and had me back in business in no time. They kept me apprised each step of the way and Mike even brushed off my car to drive it home. Good honest people who do a great job. Can’t say enough about them or their service.

My 2006 audi a4 1.8T was having an issue with the axles. A previous mechanic was unable to diagnose the issue. I took it to elite. They are extremely professional right off the bat. They do a diagnoses and then send it to you via text, and it shows what's running fine, what needs immediate attention, and what will have issues down the line. My car sounded bad before I took it in, now it sounds and handles better. If you want your vehicle taken care of to a beautiful standard, this is the place. I was highly impressed with both the quality of work AND professionalism of the staff. Great people. 100% recommend. They'll take good care of you. Mike is a great, and funny guy.

I am so happy I brought my car to Elite for a second opinion after getting a $7000 estimate from the dealer. After they performed a diagnostic check, which included pictures of everything that they looked at, including the "problems" that the dealer pointed out they quoted me a very reasonable price for the work that actually needed to be done. I love my car (2012 Prius) but I was thinking about trading it in before coming to Elite, after all my dealer told me it needed $7000 of work! It does not. Elite repaired my car, and treated me well. I am never taking my car anywhere else!

It was my first experience bringing one of my vehicles in to Elite Auto for service and I could not have been happier. I recently purchased a used convertible that I wanted to get the fluids changed on, as well as an inspection for any additional issues that may need to be addressed. Carly and Mike could not have been more helpful throughout the process and their online service report is extremely informative on an issues encountered while inspecting the vehicle. Elite also offered me a loaner vehicle, which I declined as it wasn’t a daily driver that was being repaired, but that was a great option to have if necessary. The prices were reasonable, especially for a shop that specializes in German automobiles. I will definitely be returning for an necessary repairs in the future.

If you have a car that you care about, bring it here. If you want to be ripped off by a greedy mechanic, go somewhere else. It’s pretty simple. These people are professional and well organized. They know what they’re doing and will fill you in on everything. Not to mention how extremely friendly they are. I personally don’t know any other auto repair shop who seemingly cares more for the condition of my car than I might. Or one that will drive you home after leaving your car at the shop, and even offer to pick you up afterwards as a complimentary service.

Scheduled a state inspection last minute and they had no problem getting me in on short notice. When I went to drop off my vehicle everyone was a pleasure to deal with and I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care. Truly good and honest people. The first time I went there I had given approval for an $800 alternator repair. They called me two hours later and explained the fault was from a loose bolt, total $40. Called Elite told them about my issue they made me an appointment according to time that was best for me. They asked me if i needed a ride back home. The Service manager Mike was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle was a Master certified mechanic and did a very detailed and exceptional quality job. I was really impressed, truthfully received far better service at Elite Auto Repair than I had been receiving at a high profile dealership. I just had my vehicle repaired at Elite Auto Repair. I can’t say enough for the services I received being that the car completely died on me and I had to have it towed to them. I don’t have a regular mechanic, and decided on Elite after calling several different repair shops but after speaking to the owner, Jim, I decided on them. I am widowed and not knowing much about cars, he took the time to explain different scenarios as to what it may be. This was enough to make me feel comfortable about leaving my vehicle with him. My 15-year-old car received and extremely thorough and efficient evaluation. I was provided information on what needs to be addressed immediately and what needs to be addressed in general. The staff at Elite Auto did not pressure me with what needs to happen. They provided me with all the information, have been available to answer any questions I may have, and are being respectful of my decision making process. Another absolutely amazing experience. I showed up at Elite Auto without an appointment, right before Christmas, and they were busy!!! As busy as they were, both Mike and Carly not only accommodated me, but they also remembered me, and my family, and made a point to ask about them. That went really far with me. After driving by Elite and seeing other german cars,i decided before i was on my way to another repair shop to get a estimate for my clutch replacement on my E92 bmw 335,i was welcomed by Brianna and Mike,they were both very welcoming and happy to see a potential new customer, i explained to mike i had a oil leak and also my clutch was slipping,having already gone to a local bmw dealership and getting a estimate from them ,i was pleased when the total price was a bit cheaper while having 3 year warranty,i later called back mike to schedule a drop off time to get the work needed to be complete.They gave me a very good price and when i dropped off my Bby to get the work done they gave me a very nice Mercedes Benz c-300,and intoduced me to a very talented technician who would be fixing my car,Cody was very nice and i was able to walk away feeling very trustfull he would take care of my car.I had my car back after the weekend and mike was very happy to see me walking away to my fixed bmw. The whole team at elite is extremely professional and friendly. I will be returning to have my bmw taken care of from now on, there tech's are very skilled and knowledgeable and take care of the customers pride and joy. If I could leave a 10 star review, I would!! I had an issue with my condensation building up in my headlight. I started at the dealership and their price to repair it was astronomical!! I brought my car to Elite and they said they could do it for a little less. Due to the high price still, I was ready to get rid of my car. Carly and Mike began a weeks long mission of trying to get a headlight assembly cheaper. In the end, they were able to get me a brand new headlight assembly for cost saving me hundreds of dollars!! I have worked in the auto industry for almost ten years and when my car needed work I knew I didn’t want to bring it to a dealer. I only knew about elite from driving by here and there but I have to say, I am THRILLED that I chose them. From Mike to Carly to the techs and office members, everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and uderstanding. My car ended up needing more work than I thought it did, and I only knew this because Elite does a FULL check on the car and includes detailed information on a virtual inspection program that had pictures of any parts that were worn down with explanations as to why they were important. Not only did it give me the comfort of seeing a picture of my car on the lift and not being lied to about if it had received any attention or not, but it also gave me the chance to see what was crucially important THAT DAY, vs the advice I got from Mike on work that needed to be done in the near future. I’m a pretty young guy so my income is what it is. When I received a quote on tires for example, I could not afford a full set of the brand Audi required. Instead of turning me away or trying to talk me into spending more money I had, Carly found a new set of tires that were in the warehouse of a different brand and she made it work for my budget because she understood my situation. THAT went a long way for me. In the meantime, they gave me a loaner car for no extra charge and it was a cool little BMW. I grew even more confident in their ability to keep my car going because the loaner had almost 200k miles on it but you would NEVER know! It was a rolling advertisement of their quality work. When I went to pick the car up it was clean as it was when I dropped it off and also running smoother than ever. It didn’t end there. I stood there and chatted with Mike for almost an hour because he’s JUST THAT COOL. We enjoyed regular conversation, he gave me a breakdown of future work the car might need (no pressure) and exactly how much it would cost me as well. I have never left a shop with such a big smile on my face and truthfully it’s because I finally knew I hadn’t been played, ripped off or steered in a direction I didn’t want to go in. If you are in southern New England and you have a foreign car , there’s NO BETTER PLACE THAN ELITE AUTO REPAIR. HANDS DOWN. I stand by it! Not even a complaint but if you come here, know that if you have a check engine and ask them to diagnose, it's a flat fee of 140$. I brought my cadillac escalade here for a random misfire issue. Unfortunately they were unable to fix the problem. Only thing I'm unhappy about was why they went any further than opening the hood and looking at it after noticing the truck is modified with a supercharger and intercooler. As owner of Elite Auto Repair I would like to comment on the vindictive comments made by Mr.Scott Palumbo, Mr Palumbo is over sensitive to his last visit at our place not mentioning how difficult he was to deal with right from the start. first of all when he called and indicated he had a warranty he never stated it was a pre-owned Porsche certified warranty in which only the dealer can redeem. he also mentioned our oil service was exactly the same price as the dealer. I believe that oil services are the biggest old marketing trick in the book that dealers use all the time. its designed to get you in the door at the lower price then clunk you over the head once you get there with additional work! try comparing our prices at the dealer on anything else. as far as charging him 1 hour diagnoses yes we did, reason? we spent over 2 hours on his Porsche testing components to see if they operated normally, and came to some useful information to help him make good decisions and we did clear the code, in which if the problem comes back we know we have an intermittent problem that will have to be traced down and catch the faulty component as it fails. the dealer would have followed the exact protocol its common proceedure so there was no wasted time to diagnose. Mr Palumbo will forever blame us for clearing his codes even if his check engine light comes on two years later. keep in mind he has many miles left until his warranty expires. We at Elite go out of our way to be sure we are honest, accurate, and do everything possible to make sure our customers are not getting the short end of the stick. just ask the many satisfied people who come here for our services, or just check our reviews you will see that this is true. the internet is a great research tool but in the wrong hands can be a good weapon for some vindictive people who just want to cause problems and try to smear the integrity of a good business. I personally guarantee that we go out of our way to satisfy our clients and friends who come here. if you are reading this please come see for yourself how we operate. in fact mention you seen this blog after the repairs are done to keep us honest so you know we aren't doing anything different from day to day operations and get 10% off just for trying us! This was our first service with Elite for our 2010 Honda Accord. They did a great job. Even vacuumed the car!!! Off the hook for that... on my "Honey Do" list. Kept me in the loop with their texting/work order approval system. We dropped the car the night before and actually someone was still there after 5:00. Nice timing. Service manager, Mike, is a pleasure to do business with. Fun! When I went in to pick up the car, another tech from the garage area got right on it retrieving the car! Good service. No sitting around... customers first there. Car RI Inspection went fine. We'll go back with our Subaru Ascent in the future.

I waited for an oil change in customer lounge, arrived at 8 am, car was immediately driven into service area, Mike was very efficient at all phases of the process , oil change was completed in under an hour. I had to downgrade service slightly. Two weeks later my dash warning light came on , and the antifreeze level was low, they obiously did not check any other fluids
