I had my car inspected and detailed at Accurate Auto. The inspection revealed I needed new front brakes which was completed for much less than if i had gone to the dealer. I also had my car detailed and I was thrilled with how great my car looked when I picked it up. It looked better that when I received it from the dealer. I would not take my Porsche anywhere else! Serve is great and reasonably priced. everyone who works her is friendly and great to work with. They truly want to make you happy.

I was looking for a place to get my inspection that was convenient when it comes to my route home from work and hours open. When I found Accurate Auto Center they took care of me immediately and did it with integrity. They were upfront and direct with what needed to be done and did the work quickly and efficiently. I just moved to Rhode Island and had to get a noise checked on my car. I called after work and Victor got me in the next day on my lunch break. He did a test drive with me and confirmed it was the wheel bearing and let me leave the car while I returned to work. He called back with a quote for the new part/install and advised I should get new tires and do a rebalance as well. I was definitely due, I was already looking for new tires, so I asked for a breakdown of the pricing for everything and each line item was right where I was expecting. Even though he didn’t have the hankooks in stock for my car make and model, he said he could coordinate to get them, so I gave him the green light do everything - wheel bearings, new tires and alignment. He got everything done THAT DAY and even had one of his guys come and pick me up at my house to get my car. (I just moved 2 min up the road). The car runs smooth now, the tires look great and I’m ready for another winter. I was worried about finding a decent repair shop when I first moved to the area but this place is fast, communicative, the pricing is fair, and they go above the norm to help you out. I’m going to use them from now on and I’d definitely recommend.

I went to accurate auto for service on my BMW 435I. All I can say is if you need a repair facility you can trust with fair prices and great communication there is no need to search any further. I shopped all over the state of Rhode Island and Mass for what I needed done and this place was far and away the best scenario I came across. Quickly had a quote within five minutes of calling and took my vehicle the next day. Victor was super kind and a pleasure to deal with. I will be using the shop for all my future repairs. This is an excellent shop to work with. My 2014 BMW X3 needed a new engine and Victor and his staff got it done quickly and professionally. They have a number of BMWs, Mercedes, and Porsches being serviced and also for sale so they seem to specialize in European cars. Replacing an engine isn't a job I would trust any random shop to do, but these guys did it like pros. The shop is big with at least 8 or 10 lifts and it is very clean. They have a number of knowledgeable mechanics, and the communication was excellent and straightforward. I don't normally write reviews but it is hard to find a good auto repair shop and this one stands out!

I bought my BMW 535i x-drive sight unseen from Accurate Auto Sales and Service. During that process I talked several times with Anthony Velino, their GM, and he was always responsive, informative, and straight-forward. Along the way I contracted with BMW of Norwood to perform a comprehensive “pre-purchase inspection” – including a 28-point checkup, various electronic diagnoses, and a test drive – and it passed with flying colors. The people of Accurate cooperated fully with that process, including delivering and picking up the car to and from BMW of Norwood. After purchasing the car my wife and I traveled to Rhode Island to drive it home to Maine. Anthony met and delivered us from the Pawtucket transportation center, oriented us to the car, gave us a tour of their service operation, and before we drove home made sure we had the right paperwork, insisted on arming us with a full tank of gas and a hand full of the right bolts for the new license plates, and even a recommendation for a good nearby restaurant. Said differently, Anthony and his colleagues were as gracious after the sale as they were before the sale. Given these contexts, it came as no surprise that the car is performing in accord with both their description and my expectations. It’s pertinent to understand that the bulk of Accurate’s business is servicing primarily higher-end European cars. Their busy service center incorporates equipment worth millions of dollars and accommodates many cars, perhaps typically including one or two with six-figure values. Obviously Accurate has attracted customers who are serious about their cars and want them in the hands of service technicians who are themselves car aficionados with all the traits of professionalism and perfectionism that that term implies. One surmises that it is these characteristics that have been emedded into Accurate’s growing sales business and are a principal contributor to its strength and success. Founder, owner, and CEO Victor Antonio – whom we met briefly – is in a tough industry and has built a first-rate business within it. Hat’s off to him, Anthony, and their entire team.

Accurate Auto was referred by the dealer I purchased my 2012 BMW X6 from. The motor in my truck blew after only having the vehicle for 3 weeks!!! I was shocked and honestly didn’t know what to do. I recently noticed Accurate Auto Center on Newport Ave and decided to try going there for my RI vehicle inspection. The place was nice and the staff very friendly. Even though I don't drive one of the car brands that they sell, I asked and they do work on all types of cars. The next time I need anything done on my car I plan to bring it there to see how it goes. Update: 4/15/22 I sent an email to ask for a quote on replacing the battery. No response. Couple days later sent note through their website. No response. Sent another email 4/19, owner asked me to send VIN, which I immediately did. It is now 4/29, and I never heard anything back. Clearly I'm not important, and they don't get to keep 5 stars from me.

I am a new Mercedes owner. I knew my SUV would be expensive to fix but had no idea how expensive. I first brought my car to the Mercedes dealership (of course) and left crying because there was no way I could afford the cost they had given me. I called Accurate and they looked at my car the same day. Victor prepared a written estimate and explained everything that would need to be done. His cost was fair and I went ahead with the repairs. When I went to pick up my car on Saturday morning Victor talked me through everything they had done and even provided a visual with old parts. Accurate Auto is a great, honest mechanic!!! Simply put, you cannot find more competent mechanics and technicians for your European or high-end car than Victor and his crew. When it comes to diagnosing and repairing whatever is affecting your vehicle, they are simply the best, better than the dealers! I had taken my car into Inifiniti of Warwick for a routine oil change, and they recommended thousands of dollars of repairs to fix a slight rumbling when I drove the car. I did not fully trust the shop so reached out to the location where I bought my car and they recommended Accurate Auto. I called and they had such great service, and were able to get me in only a few days later to look at the car! They spent several hours evaluating the problem, and taking it for a test drive. They discovered it was my wheels that needed to be replaced (that's it)!! The mechanics (especially Victor) were so knowledgeable and kind. They did not charge me for looking at the car, even though they spent hours working with it. I scheduled an appointment a couple days later and they replaced the tires & gave it an alignment... the problem was immediately better. Victor even took the car for a test drive with me to make sure I was comfortable with the fix! The day I took it in, I was car-less, so they were kind enough to drive me to work. I can honestly say you will not find a more honest and respectable mechanic. They have such great customer service and are more interested in fixing the problem rather than just making money. My only regret is that I did not go here sooner. Thank you so much Victor!!!

Finally got the ongoing issues resolved with my older MB C280. Victor communicated clearly to me what he determined was the issue , and gave me the options for repair of the vehicle . 2 days after purchasing a 2013 BMW x1 35i the engine blew and the car was towed to Accurate Auto Center by the people from whom I purchased the car. They told me that Victor was the best....and so he is. He did all the work with the warranty company. He kept me up to date and eventually replaced the bad engine (84,000 miles on it) with a used engine (52,000 miles on it). It took 17 days because of the warranty company's nitpicking (made Victor take the bad engine apart so that they would be satisfied that it wasn't anything that I did). Once that was all done and approved, Victor ordered the engine, gave me an estimate for completion and he had the repair done on time. He also educated me about some seals that would be expected to leak in the near future and recommended the I pay to replace them before the engine was installed, thus saving me hundreds of dollars in non warranty expenses down the road. I followed his advice and now I have a vehicle that I can drive with confidence and a repair center that I can go to that does great work, is honest, and professional. Great work, Victor and I recommend your shop wholeheartedly!

I always have trouble finding a mechanic after work. Not only is this shop listed open til 6, i called and was told i could come AT 6 to get an oil change. They let me use oil and a filter i already bought and actually only charged me for the labor. They had a comfortable waiting room with some dessert cups and a large flat-screen tv. The owner himself, Victor, ended up being the one to stay to do my oil change. Extremely respectable guy. Beautiful cars outside. The service bay was completely packed when i got there and i was in and out in an hour that felt like 15 minutes. Will definitely recommend the place

My BMW X5 showed a battery discharge warning on the display screen. A friend recommended Accurate Auto Center, so I called for an appointment and talked to Victor (the owner). Unfortunately, before I could get the car to the shop, it died completely on a busy pawtucket street, but I was able to get it into a parking lot. I called the shop and Victor answered and said he would come over. In a short time, Victor arrived with a portable charger and was able to get it charged up enough to get it to his shop. Same day...They replaced the alternator at a great price!!! I would recommend Accurate Auto to a friend with confidence. The shop is clearly well equipped and spotless. Car, 2011 Audi Q5 was brought to accurate from the dealer I bought it from with an engine light that would just not go off. Victor the owner took the time to ease my concerns and told me that he would get it fixed and fixed right, told me it may take awhile but in the end it will be perfect. He was right it took awhile but in the end he fixed it and got it running better then when I got it. Even though it took some time, he was in constant communication with me letting me know what they were doing and even showed me the engine and the work they were doing on it. When the car was done he called me and talked on the phone with me for almost 30 minutes explaining everything they did. Can't thank him and the crew at Accurate enough, they certainly are professional, courteous and knowledgable and above all else honest, something that to me was appreciated above all else. I wanted a competent auto repair service to look at an Audi q7 that I wanted to purchase. I was very fortunate to be referred to Accurate Auto. If you are wanting to purchase an upscale auto or have one evaluated….this is the place. The owner took care of my appointment personally. They reviewed the Audi in detail for over 1 hour. They ran diagnostic scans and visually inspected and test drove this vehicle. All of this was done for a very reasonable cost. I cannot give a stronger recommendation to use this business. The best at what they do.
