My first time in, they filled the washer fluid too and the line moved super fast..seriously 10 minutes for each car. All the employees were having a good time singing to songs too, it’s nice to have a positive experience and see the employees seem happy too.

I had a fantastic experience at this Prompto location. I've been to numerous locations, but this was by far the best. I have to especially thank Pascale (spelling? Pasquale?) for being such a comedic relief and making playful jokes as he took my payment and Nick for being so gracious and offering some leftover washer fluid and washing my windshield before sending me on my way. It was quite a pleasure to see so many individuals who seemed to enjoy their job and have fun doing it. 10/10 would recommend and will absolutely be back! Thanks guys!

These guys were so friendly and awesome! They were eager to help and gave clear instructions for what to do, where to pull in, all that stuff. Service was very fast, i waited about 20 mins in line with multiple other cars in front of me, and they did my oil in less than 10 minutes. Cant recommend this place enough. Thanks prompto guys!! :)

No joke. Rolled up and I was out in 10 minutes. Guy working was chill and explained all the things. The guys working there seemed like they were having a good day. They were having a grand old time but still getting their work done. Exactly how a workplace should be. For an oil shop, it had good atmosphere.

The team at this location was friendly, fast, and communicated well with one another. It's nice to see such good teamwork. No one tried to sell me something I didn't need and I was out quickly. I would highly recommend this location for your vehicle!

This location had great service. They work promptly and I had good service. They changed my coolant and even offered to clean my windows. I suggest this Prompto; you'll save a good 20$ bucks average and you won't need to schedule 2-3 weeks out.

Best experience at any Prompto I’ve been to. The manager who was there on 2-24 was friendly and very nice. While the other employees who did my oil change were all fantastic! If I were closer to that location I would go there every time.

They are always exceedingly nice, and they are always willing to help with additional issues- yesterday in going there they helped remove a nest from someone's car. What an awesome place, friendliest group of people working inside there. My oil change and washer fluid top-off took less than 10 minutes and cost me $27.50, there's no way you can beat that.

Always great service when I come over. Decided to change my own oil yesterday and was on my way up to Rangely when my oil light came on for too much oil. Stopped into prompto explained what happened and they drained my oil down just enough and saved my fresh oil. They didn't want to charge me but I still had to leave a tip at least. Thank you boys at prompto! I won't change my own oil again!

Bad experience today but not going to bash the shop because of one incompetent employee. I was told my car was done, so I drove away only to stall a few hundred feet from the shop. NO oil in my car, which also says the guy(Eric) never checked the level.I called, asst. mgr, Pat came down and filled it. Situation was handled well by him. If they still have an employee named Eric, ask to go through a different bay. I am satisfied the way the shop handled, so nothing against the shop.

This is a tough one. I've been going to promto for many years and have had good experiences however my last trip with our Rav4 at the Forest Ave location (our usual location) was different. Following the service the vehicle started leaking a small amount of oil. I drove back to the shop and they were happy to look into it. After 5 minutes they said that "we were all set" and I asked what they found and did. He said the drain plug gasket was missing and it was replaced. Then he said they had already fired the guy who did the work because of other problems like this. I think they should have offered to tell me what the problem was. I also think a small credit should whave been offered towards the next service for the inconvenience factor.

Very fast, walked in to ask if they had time for an appointment and told to just drive in, 7 minutes later my car was ready to go and the price was in line with any other like service, the convenience and speed though definitely made this the easiest oil change I've ever had.
