I had some rear and front bumper damage on my Subaru, and the damage was just an eyesore to continue looking at. I figured it was time to finally get work done, but at the same time nervous since it was my first time getting any auto body work done on my car and didn't know what was in store for me. I was recommended Professional Auto Body & Paint and I must say the hospitality at this shop is something you do not find very often anymore. The shop itself is very modern and sleek and there are refreshments and snacks you are offered. Nancy was great walking me through the process and letting me know what parts she was ordering for my car. She kept in constant contact letting me know when the parts arrived and when the parts were done being painted. One of the best things I saw done, was Anthony took both the tow hook covers from my bumpers to ensure a matching paint color when the new parts were installed. That is a great example of attention to detail! I was more at ease knowing the money I was spending was going to give me the best results. Something we all want right? Additionally, one of the things I appreciated the most was Nancy always scheduled things around my schedule and having a busy work schedule this meant a lot knowing I was not being rushed to get my parts installed. I will definitely be recommending Professional Auto Body & Paint to friends and family. They are able to make a difficult and tenuous process of auto repair simple and easy.

It was very easy to work with Professional Auto Body & Paint for my post-accident repairs. Nancy was fantastic at communicating with me, the insurance company, and the rental car company to coordinate everything. The shop updated me every step of the way, so I wasn't left wondering what was going on at all. They even upgraded to an OEM part (instead of the after-market part that the insurance approved) because they really stand by their work! Overall, great experience and I would 100% recommend these guys!

I finally have to use my great friends here at Pro PDX. Here's my story. I highly highly recommend these guy's. I mean my experience with them has been beyond amazing from setting up to drop vehicle off to picking up. They are definitely the ones I would go to for any body work on your vehicle. The communication was a 10 alone by updating you through out the whole process. Very honest and diligent on getting me oem parts for my mopar and not olthe other guys stuff off ebay. They told me upfront on expecting vehicle to be a little bit long because o.e.m. parts are very hard to get and we told them no rush because we trust them on the kind of work Nancy and Anthony puts in, in all their customers vehicles and more than willing to wait however long it takes for them to get it done because we know things get done the right way and they DO NOT cut any corners. Me and my wife are very happy with the job they done and the experience. These guys work so hard for their customers that they even finished before the estimated date they were thinking, because insurance hasn't finished their end of things they had to wait on them but at the end it was all good. If I can rate higher then a 10 I definitely would 💯. I will always support my friends and their small business. Thanks Professional Auto Body &Paint, especially thanks to Anthony and Nancy for their great customer service. I am so satisfied with the perfect fixing of my car as well as the reasonable price for this fixing. My car got in an accident last week. The headlight was broken , and there was a huge scratch on the front bumper. I brought my car to the body shop and they replaced the new headlight as well as repainted the bumper quickly. My car was retuned in a perfect condition as a brand new car. The cost of fixing is reasonable and it is not high compared other auto body shop. I'm happy to be a customer of their. Highly recommend this shop to everyone!

By far the best customer service. Communication was great and response time was immediate. They fixed a dent on my 2019 Charger R/T and it looks the same as when I drove it off the lot. For being involved in a hit-and-run, ProPdx made the process extremely easy! Being a mid-20s female who had never been in an accident, I was nervous to go to any shop and not get screwed over. A neighbor had seen my car and recommended this shop to me so I hoped for the best. I called them up and Nancy walked me through the entire process. We scheduled a time for drop-off that worked for my schedule, she contacted Enterprise for me, and arranged the entire rental agreement (ensuring I got the best rate). Nancy stayed in contact with me the entire time my car was in the shop and even expedited the process once I told her I was going out of town. The icing on the cake was her asking me to come at a certain time so they could be sure they had enough time to wash my car. I will recommend anyone and everyone to this shop in the future!

I got my car repaired in January by ProPDX and I should have wrote this review sooner... These guys are the best! I am a 23 year old woman who doesn't know much about cars, aka the kind of person auto shops usually rip off, however Nancy and Anthony showed me nothing but kindness and were very transparent throughout the process. I barely had to do anything with insurance as Nancy took care of everything- including negotiating getting me a brand new door instead of a used one like insurance ordered me. Anthony, behind the scenes, repaired my car beautifully and even repaired my dented gas cap at no expense. No one likes wrecking their car or going through the hassle of getting it repaired, but Nancy and Anthony at ProPDX managed to make it a positive experience for me. I was truly blown away by their above and beyond service, timelines, and quality of work (my car literally looked brand new). If you need an auto body shop I can't recommend ProPDX enough. Thanks again Nancy, Anthony, and crew- the world needs more auto body shops like you:)

They do the repairs right the first time and order straight OEM only items. They not only repaired my car to full OEM specs, they got it done faster than Fix Auto! My car was side-swiped in January and needed repair +paint. Finding a place to do high quality repair was very important to me. Pro Autobody came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. From the beginning, Nancy was very transparent about the repair process and also the waitlist times and delays with parts that is occurring nation wide. I decided to wait several months to have my car repaired here since I was impressed with the service over the phone and the past reviews. When it was time for my car to be repaired, Pro Autobody set up a rental for me through my insurance. My car was done so quickly and I was kept updated throughout the process. My car looks back to new and the paint job looks great! I have a lunar rock RAV4 and was worried about paint matching but I haven’t noticed any differences with the paint repair and original paint. I would definitely use Pro Autobody again in the future and highly recommend. Thank you Pro Autobody and Nancy!

Great repair shop who cares about customer experience. Nancy worked with the business' insurance company after a snow plow side-swiped our vehicle. As challenging as insurance companies can be, Professional Auto Body made sure were taken care of. They worked with Enterprise Rental to have a rental car onsite when we dropped off the car and gave regular updates on the status and ETA of the repair so we were never in the dark. Great company! First time being in a motor vehicle collision. I was beyond impressed with my experience with this autobody shop. They orchestrated a car rental for me, scheduling them to pick me up and drop me off as work started and completed. In addition, the repairs were completed 5-days ahead of schedule. Hopefully I never have to go through a crash again. But, if you have I cannot recommend this shop enough.

So my baby bumped a Trash can this past snow fall and knocked my turn indicator out. Took it to another place on the west side and they wanted to put an after market bumper and parts on my beautiful California Special. Northwest Autoworks told me to take this future classic to PRO B&P and it was magic. They worked super hard on the damage that was discovered (Bumper needed replacement and the fender needed to be straightened. They also went above and beyond, sanding out and pulling a door ding that they didn't have to. They also had to replace the headlamp on the passenger side, and rather than get an aftermarket, they got the manufacturer headlamp with the ford emblem. I have so many things I want them to do now. Just need to save my pennies. I will be back with my other cars as well. but My pride and joy will only get work done here from now on.

I recently took my car in to have part of my bumper replaced. From the moment I started working with Nancy & Anthony, I knew I was in good hands. Everything was clearly laid out for me. TL;DR: great people, awesome service, flawless work We had an ill-fated road trip in which the side of our year-old Volvo received not one, but two dents. I formerly worked at a certain car sharing company and asked them for info on the shop they use and whether or not they'd take their own car to them. They sent me to Professional with a resounding "YES!" Professional has been the go-to shop for making those banged up rentals look brand new and nobody had any complaints. (That's really something if you compare it to shops in other cities). I'm glad I asked. Nancy and Anthony are super friendly and super helpful. It's the kind of place where you want to get into another accident just to give them your business. On top of that, the repairs are indistinguishable from the original. Perfect match on the paint and the gaps between panels look as good or better than when it rolled off the showroom floor. Another benefit: they're efficient. They ordered the parts and kept the car while they waited for them to come in. They then did the repair much faster than I expected. I'll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.

I’ve had the best experience at ProPDX. Talking to them, I found out that they stem from a traditional ma & pop business. Nancy was so helpful in coordinating my rental car, she had someone come pick me up and take me to Enterprise. Propdx did a fantastic job repairing some minor damage to fender and bumper on my 2011 Lexus ISF. I read a story a while back on small businesses being affected by COVID. I got a quote to have my front bumper resprayed which was quite reasonable considering the recommendation of a new OEM bumper cover. Fast forward a few months and I’m about ready to reach out to get work done when my car is hit by a a homeless RV while getting gas. Very minimal damage to the fender and bumper but enough to warrant an insurance claim. I reached out to propdx because I got a great feeling from them in my initial visit. Anthony is a “car guy” and understands the importance that some of place on the aesthetics of our vehicles. Nancy was great and very personable. The repair looks nearly flawless and I’m am extremely picky when it comes to cars. Hopefully I don’t need to take any vehicles there again, but wouldn’t hesitate to be a return customer if the time comes

I felt so lost when I got into a car accident on Valentine's Day, of all days! My poor puppy was in the car with me and we both were beyond scared. I contacted a towing company and once they arrived they recommended they take my car to Professional Auto Body. Support local business and take your car to one of the original auto body shops in Portland, OR. Second generation owner's recently took over the shop from their dad & have completely renovated the family shop. It'll be hard to find a nicer, cleaner and more organized shop in town. Anthony is very detailed oriented and will have your car back to it's original form, while Nancy is very helpful in taking care of any admin needs or questions. Have faith in Professional Auto Body in that they will give you a fair price & excellent workmanship.

ProPDX is the best body shop in the whole PNW. I’ve had a lot of experience dealing with different body shops and this was one of the best experiences BY FAR. I don’t even need to talk about their work (It clearly speaks for itself) but their personalities and the way they conduct business is amazing! Most places act very pompous and either charge very little for a bad paint job- Or overcharge for something that I could do myself. But Nancy and Anthony gave me one of the the best deals in town, got it done two days early, and even explained the breakdown of what they were charging me for. They keep it super professional and without the pretentious formalities that make you feel like ‘just another customer’ .. I will do all my future repairs through them.

A few weeks ago I was hit by some maniac who literally drove right into me, freaking out a friend recommended Professional Auto Body & Paint so I took my car in and they took it from there. My car needed a new panel & a new bumper because the woman knocked off my bumper causing the sensors to be messed up. This is a new car still under warranty so I wanted it to be perfect like it once was. Professional Auto Body & Paint not only replaced everything that needed to be replaced, but also fixed a few other little things here and there while they were working on my car and waiting for the parts to arrive. My car is returned in new and shiny condition they detailed it inside & out! The time and quality they put into fixing up my car was truly amazing and I am extremely grateful. I know everyone in the shop worked extremely hard and they did not cut any corners with my car! They updated me the whole way and even allowed me to see them working on the car and would send photos and videos to keep me updated and my worries at a minimum. I personally know they put in overtime with my car making sure it was returned in a timely manner. Thank you Professional Auto Body & Paint again for fixing up my 2017 Cadillac! You guys made her perfect again.

The team at Professional Autobody was thorough, worked seamlessly with our insurance (Geico) and had the vehicle completely finished and back to us promptly. Very easy to work with, including arranging rentals and maintaining social distancing at this very odd time. Over the years, we've experienced a few other places that cut corners, dragged out repairs, and return the vehicle with details unfinished. I called Professional Auto Body after my car was in a hit & run with an unlicensed driver. My drivers side door was smashed in so that I could not open the door and I was honestly distraught because I did not carry collision on my insurance and the insurance company wasn't going to cover the damages. They took their time taking my information over the phone and told me some ballpark quotes to fix my Subaru Forester. I made an appointment to have them look at the damages and give me an accurate estimate. When I got there they were very professional and even more importantly, they were kind. When I explained my situation to the owner of the shop he asked, "how perfect do you want it?" I didn't need the car to be cosmetically repaired, but I did need to have the door bent back into alignment so that I could use the drivers side door again. He went into the shop and came back out with some special tools for reshaping the door. In about two minutes my car was completely functional again and it didn't even look that bad! I wished I have known about Professional Auto Body & Paint decades ago. They definitely earned my trust and loyalty for a lifetime. Especially during this time, it's better to be referred straight to a good source vs. trying a business out and feeling uncertain if they are going to meet your expectations in service and workmanship. In addition, they also educated me that in the State of Oregon, if you go through an insurance claim. The insurance company cannot force you to their preferred or contracted shop. You have the right to choose your own shop. That is why I have always had a bad and dreadful experience with previous insurance preferred shops in the past. At Professional, they for sure exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond!

These guys are AWESOME. The price quoted to repair the body damage was lower than that provided by other shops. Scheduling was easy. When they found that work additional to that originally quoted would have to be undertaken (due to unexpected hidden damage) in order to get the vehicle back to mint condition, they did not add a supplementary charge but instead went ahead and did the work within the quote. How usual is that!? All the staff are really nice and friendly. The final finished product was spectacular: when I saw my car, I thought I had a brand new car! I can't recommend this outfit in strong enough terms: they are simply wonderful.

As an owner of a 2020 Camaro, i often get "can i get a ride" by my co- workers. on a Thursday last week, i let a co-worker get into my car before mentioning the 3 golden rules i have to riding with me: 1. Don't slam my doors. 2. Don't swing my doors open fast or hit anything. 3. Don't touch anything that you don't need to touch. Unfortunately, and the one and only time I didn't mention those rules, my co-worker SWUNG my door open and let the door go. it ended up hitting a chain link fence and scratching up the door edge pretty good and fairly deep. He said he would find an auto shop and pay for the damages. So he found this 5 star body shop in which i am reviewing right now. First i call and set up an appointment, which my only availability is after they close. They made arrangements for me to bring it in anyways and get an estimate. so I show up completely ignorant about body/auto repairs. They're very nice to me and while were waiting for a quote i ask the "painter" whom at the time I didn't know was the owner, if i could borrow a a socket wrench to fix my pedal commander on the car. he rolls the WHOLE tool box to me not thinking anything about it nor questioning it. After i finish he comes and he looks at the damage done to my car and we pull it in the garage. He says i might not wanna do the whole door as its going to be very expensive to repair the paint to "original" going that route. Instead He and Nancy look up the code for the paint and they have it in stock. its about $50.00 to mix the paint to color code. He recommends i Just touch up paint it and do a door edge clear bra. thinking that ill save my co worker a whole lot of money i go that route and my co worker is grateful i did. once Anthony finished doing the work and mixing the 4oz of "limited edition" paint for my car, he then goes and puts on the touch up on the door edge and adds clear bra edging to both doors for me. I say, alright man let me pay ya. He says no man its all good, its no big deal, i am glad we could help you guys. This is why i am writing this review. Never have i ever met any auto body shop or damn near any company for that matter that put quality and customer satisfaction, over their own livelihood. He did At least $100 worth of work for ME, a complete stranger and expected nothing in return. He also gave me and my partner a free soda and offered us another. He asked for nothing from us, but in return he has gained our loyalty and recommendation to anybody that we meet that needs an auto body repair. You DONT find companies that put Quality over Quantity like you find at Pro Auto Body And Paint. Thank you guys again, and your act of kindness has paid off far more than you know because you now have me as a customer for any damages on my vehicles and my recommendation. Thank you so much! my coworker is also very happy!
