Convenient location near MLK and Columbia Blvd. They had both items in stock for my Jeep Wrangler: cabin filter, wiper blades. I sometimes get auto parts at places on N Lombard but I think I'll come back here due to location and availability. The NAPA app was helpful to confirm what items were in stock before going.

I have decided to get on here because of the comment like Joel's down there. Just like everyone else Napa is short staffed and yes the lines can get a little long. I have personally dealt with Michael. Chris and Juan, I have no complaints. The wait is well worth it especially when they have the filters I need for my box trucks more often than AutoZone or Kenworth themselves.

Shout out to Damian at the Columbia Boulevard location here in PDX. He took the time to help me find the parts I needed for my truck while multi-tasking helping 3 other customers out providing excellent customer service and care. Going above and beyond with help curb side diagnosing an issue a customer had with her battery. 5 stars

My service was amazing! I got out of there faster than the clackamas location. However the person helping me was the only one in the store. He did an amazing job helping me, and two other people out at the same time. I understand it was Easter and people had stuff to do, but y'all need to get my man's some help or give him a raise. He didn't just help me get what I wanted he got me something better for a cheaper price while assisting other people. Out of the three NAPA's I visited that day he was the most helpful; although I can't say the same for the management that left him hanging by himself. I was at the NAPA in clackamas earlier that day, and they had it fully staffed.

I stopped in late one night when I couldn't get my some light to go off and I was afraid my battery would die overnight. I explained my dilemma to the incredible guy working there and when he had a chance ( he was busy with other customers inside the store) he came out to investigate. He came up with an idea of something I could do to easily disconnect the battery when parking the car overnight til I could get it into the shop. I bought it and he said he would help me install it when he didn't have any customers ...I waited outside...in the meantime I realized I had a door open on the passengers side and neither of us had seen it cuz it was so slight. He was so happy for me and promptly refunded my money for the part. This man made my night. I am now a loyal customer of this NAPA store!

Not only did they help me find the right windshield wiper refills for my car, but they ensured that they fit, installed them to ensure the connectors were correct, and had me test them. Excellent service and friendly folks, you should come here if you need help with your vehicle.

The person behind the counter was unprofessional as she was chatting with another employee about a fellow employee who was not there to defend himself. I believe the person they were berating name was Damien. I found the young man to be very knowledgeable about the products and I never had an issue with him, so I’m not sure if the character attack was racially motivated because Damien is a person of color but for me it was very unprofessional and unnecessary. And a limited staff there to great joy and blaming him for everything.

This place was great, I went in a few times over the week and if I couldn't find something they would: 1) show me where it was 2) look in the back if they did not have it on the shelf 3) give me an option to order it and a time frame of when it would come in-always same day delivery. Knowledgable staff and straightforward communication, giving you what you want a some background info but not pressuring or upselling you.

NAPA is by far my go to store for any parts and this location has always taken good care of me. Counter staff always helps me out when I have questions. Great selection, better than other chains

my car got squirrelly a block away from nappa and as i pulled into the parking lot the squirrel killed my radiator. .they didnt laugh openly at my thoughtful and intelligent questions about car stuff, let me fix the car in the lot and stopped their confounded smirking when i actually did it:) (fixed the car, that is;)

Got exactly what I needed but the line moves very slowly. There were many service staff there but some were on the phone and others were on their computers. Looks they are a really busy store. They are friendly and knowledgeable.

Haven't been to this Napa in a couple years. For some reason they decided it's a good idea to start parking company vehicles out front. Parking is already pretty limited there. I am guessing they really don't want people to come in.

This facility is huge. I imagine they have most replacement parts in stock. Except for tire chains.

People are very helpful, however they will stop helping you to answer every phone call. It would probably be faster to call them and have them pull the part for you, you will get served before the customers in the store.
