I had gone to another jiffy lube location that stripped my skid plate screws and left my headlight that I had them replace just hanging. This location fixed everything for me. They were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you for your help!!

I went in for an oil change. I always wait until it’s absolutely necessary to get an oil change because I hate being haggled about things I may or may not need. The guys working suggested things I’d need in the near future, not this very moment which was new to me. Usually I’m being told I need it now! Because of that and knowing I hadn’t had one in awhile, I opted to get a tire rotation when it was suggested. I’ll definitely return!

Super great service. Had never been to this Jiffy Lube. They were very quick in changing my oil, and in addition they even cleaned my windows & vacuumed my front floor carpets (very unexpected and much appreciated!) Everyone was friendly. I sat in my car while they provided the services and I could hear the employees working together like a well "oiled" machine (pun intended). Will return again!

Great people. Make this your go-to place for oil changes and other car related services. They are very thoughtful and honest when diagnosing car problems. They will go out of their way to explain the ins and outs of why you might need something done and identify things that can wait but keep an eye on. They are interested in providing great customer service and they will go out of their way to make sure your car is in good shape and you are back on the road in a timely manner. I had a problem with my fuel filter that was not going to be easy to fix (threading was stripped and fuel line needed to be flared among other things). The easy thing would have been for them to tell me they couldn't fix it and go see a mechanic. Instead, Pat went out of his way to locate the parts and tools needed to get my new fuel filter installed properly. The folks at this location really care about providing good customer service. I will certainly go back to them for all my oil changes and any time I am having car trouble. I highly recommend them.

One of the employees was very nice, I appreciated her customer service. Another had a terrible attitude and tried to make me feel bad for not having my air filter replaced even after I explained I couldn't afford it at the time. Another thing: I told them ahead of time that my turn signal needed a new bulb and they didn't do anything about it. So the service I asked for was not taken care of. They usually check all the lights but somehow overlooked my turn signal, even though I told them. Still they did good job on my oil change, I just wish they would tell me ahead of time that my vehicle requires more than the standard amount of oil before they charge me for it. Especially since the reason I choose them over other places is they have deals that make an oil change more affordable.

Got my oil changed here this morning. It took 30 minutes for a tire rotation and oil change, which is fast compared to my last service. Joey was really positive and helped me make the right choices to maintain my vehicle. I really liked all the detail they gave me about my vehicle!

Wow. Not only incredibly fast, but they did a great inspection and found that my headlight wasn’t working correctly, my license plate lights were out! When they went to inspect the headlight they discovered that the hold was installed upside down! I wonder how many years it’s been like that and no other oil change place discovered that problem! They took the cost for replacing the bulb off the bill. Great service I’ll be back next time!

I’ve never waited very long, and I know I can trust them to tell me when something needs to be replaced. Lots of places will push you to get unneeded service to get more money, but I’ve never had that problem here. I normally do my own oil changes but its cold and I've been sick. Jiffy lube was the only place that could get me in today. They were very nice and professional and had me in and out in a reasonable time. They wanted to up sell me on a bunch of stuff that I already have parts for. Just waiting for it to warm up. Its definitely convenient but you pay for it

I was greeted quickly and work started immediately after being loaded into the computer - the oil change (signature service with high mileage) took 15 minutes and while they informed me about the condition of the serpentine belt and other fluids they didn't try to up-sell any other than mentioned their recommendation (transmission and engine flush) and that was all. They vacuumed the front floor and even cleaned off the dash and center consul . While the HM service was more than i wanted to pay, since i can't service my car at my apartment this is the next best thing.

As usual they tried to upsell me a bunch of stuff I didn't want. I understand they are trying to make a buck, but really, I just wanted an oil change. They offered to replace the cabin air filter for $39.99, which is quite expensive considering the filter costs $10. Overall the experience was Ok. But please, I just want my oil changed. I don't want new tires, wipers, or air filters.

My tire indicator light lit up on the way to work this morning, I pulled into a Jiffy Lube I saw just to check it out. It wasn't even 7:30am, they're not open yet. Asked the guys if they knew where I could get some air, they had me pull into a bay and checked and filled all my tires, done in a minute flat. I wasn't even late for work! They're friendly and professional and all the things they do repairing all the minor things I've put my poor car through alerting me to other things the things I never knew... I arrived in Oregon a week before my car. Once my car got here I had to race to get everything in line. As I drove off The division Street DMV this was the closest place to stop and ask if they could help me put on my Oregon plates. They did it for no charge, and I've been going back to them for all my car needs ever since! They are a group of good mechanics running a good shop. The crew has changed over the years but each new rendition has maintained that homely neighborhood like feel. Maybe I just really like this shop; but, regardless of my opinion, at 187000 miles to date my car is still running great. Thanks for keeping Gumby alive!

They were great. they helped me with my tires after an oil change. I was told my tires didn't have to be done till they were basically bare at discount tires and they told me that it was a joke and showed me how bald my tires were. They even had the same tires.

Just a heads up a full synthetic oil change is going to run you up $100 and up☝. I'm not making that mistake again. I'm giving it a 3 star because I asked for the conventional oil but was recommended the full synthetic. Could have told me it was going to cost $109. But it's is what it is still 3 stars

The sales people are cold, distance, not polite nor friendly. My car had oil, carbon filter, air filter changed. The sales guy talked very fast, like he didn't really care if you understand or not. Service man didn't wear gloves when driving the car in/out of stations. Stains/Oils on his hands stain the steering wheel. The service man forgot to put back carbon filter slot cover. He left it on the dashboard. I saw and ask him to put it back when I got into the car. Every service shop, including this shop should have a camera system that allow customers to observe service activities so we can have a peace of mind knowing that they do everything right.

Unfailingly honest and reliable. I go out of my way to hit THIS Jiffy Lube after being repeatedly fleeced by the one at 39th/Hawthorne. If you don't need services, they won't recommend any. If they do, or if you ask, they'll happily show you using tools, and explaining the standard bearances, etc. Just a nicer experience.

The service was great, and I will probably go back there because the technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. HOWEVER, it's really dirty there, especially the bathroom, just disgusting. It looked honestly like it had rarely been cleaned. There was dust all over everything in the waiting room. So that was a drawback, but as I said, will probably use this Jiffy Lube again.
