Stopped in to replace windshield wipers before a big storm. Was greeted upon entering with a smile, and a hello. Got help from Brian finding what I needed with recommendation for best in my budget. And help installing the new wipers! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good selection of auto supplies for many budgets. Highly recommend.

I was immediately acknowledged upon entering the store and was approached for assistance shortly thereafter. This procedure was duplicated several times with all other patrons during my visit. Obviously good service is part of the culture. Service IS still king. Additionally, the inside of the store is very clean as is the parkin lot and entrance - inviting. Good product mix, good service with clean and pleasant shopping environment. What's not to like?👌🏼

These folks went above and beyond and have earned my repeat business for all things auto parts. Today, during blizzard conditions, they (two associates of the store-one who's name was Brian) identified the make and model of my car and found the needed wiper blades, all while I was still in the parking lot struggling to take off the old defective blades. Then they helped take off my old blades and install the new ones, without my asking. Amazing customers service!

Friday September 9, 2022 Review Update Great service again. We looked through various ground straps, as I needed one for my Jeep Grand Cherokee, and ways to keep the sh*tty braided flat ground strap from rusting out immediately. I opted to upgrade to a better quality ground strap and purchased a short battery cable to use as a ground instead. It's a much better and durable option. ‐ ‐-- ORIGINAL REVIEW Excellent service. Unfortunately they just don't carry the product that I am looking for.

Came here 30 minutes before they closed and the two guys on the friday night shift were great!! Very personable and helpful and lent my girlfriend and I an oil funnel to put oil in temporarily, and we’re very patient and didn’t try to push us out of parking lot as we waited for my car to cool down. Love the service and their friendliness. Thanks guys!!

Pulled into Auto Zone to get a headlight. The clerk, (11am 3-10-21), asked if I wanted him to look at the car to see if he could put the new one in for me real quick. When I popped the hood, he told me the connection had gotten loose and he just tightened it back up and sent me on my way. Excellent service which will steer me towards Auto Zone for all of my parts needs going forward.

Service above and beyond. They did not have the size battery in stock that fit my vehicle. The gentleman (I regret I do not have his name) offered to install the battery if I was able to locate it elsewhere. I did indeed ( eventually) find the appropriate battery and did indeed need assistance with installing. I returned to Autozone and true to his word he installed the new battery. THANK YOU!

The store support person was one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever spoken with regarding cleaning the inside of a car and the appropriate products to use for it. Extremely helpful in figuring out a problem with my rear brake lights not working. I thought it was a fuse but they suggested looking at the light bulbs first. Turned out the bulbs on both sides had burnt out at the same time. Big relief it was something minor.

Sold me a defective product. Bought a steering gear box for my 2002 GMC and installed it only to find it was leaking and defective. Brought it back and they replaced it without issue. Not the stores fault it sold a defective product. The service was very good.

AutoZone is a great place to visit always a great shopping experience and always great customer service never a hard time finding any parts and if you do have a hard time salesmen are always more than happy to help you find what you're looking for also if you ever have any questions about your vehicle the salesman or more than happy to pull up any questions about your vehicle on their computer and get you an answer and if you ever have a check engine light on you can go to AutoZone and they will plug in your car to their computer for free and figure out the codes that you need to find the problem with your vehicle thank you AutoZone for being so great and making my visits tea at your store so pleasant
