Called up 4 wheel parts in Portland on 82nd, Karl helped me decide the best lift for my F150 based on what I need and want. From there he kept me updated on when the lift was arriving and getting me on the schedule. They not only help you build your dream vehicle but educate you on the parts your getting installed. Everyone I came across in the shop was laid back and more than happy to answer your questions. Just got my truck back today with lift and wheels installed. Couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out!! Every dollar well spent. If you are thinking about doin lift, tires, any aftermarket parts put on, these guys do amazing work and you won’t regret it. I was in the market for new 17” aluminum beadlocks and 40” tires. I called up 4WP and asked what they could do, Karl took down my information and called me back promptly after he did some research. We discussed my options and I wound up going with some killer Raceline beadlocks and some new Extreme ProComp MT2’s. Not only did Karl find the Raclines on sale but he got everything to me in less than a week at a price I was happy with. Karl put in the time and effort, I’ll be asking for him any time I call 4WP.

I had these guys install 3inch Teraflex lift, dual reservoir fox shocks with fox steering stabilizer, 35inch Ridge Grapplers tires, MOTO rims and re-geared to 4.56. Very happy with the installation! Loved the fox suspension! Definitely made huge difference.

Could not be happier with how the whole experience went. 4WP employee review portion - I called 4WP and got Mike! Mike was amazing, I gave him a VIN to the truck I drove he gave me a parts list and a bunch of helpful advice about what this meant, or what that meant. Coming from sports cars to trucks had some sure differences. Mike was patient with all my questions, never rushed me, even called me back after doing some research a couple times and reached out for some customer reviews on some products. So I went ahead and did my order with a ProComp Stage 2 kit with the coil-overs. Moe- Install tech! First off, got to watch Moe avoid a crazy accident that probably would have taken weeks to repair. Thanks to his attentiveness while driving my truck on the test drive he walked away safe, and a huge plus, my truck wasn't damaged. That aside, Moe was super excited to work on my kit, did a great job all around. Products- ProComp K1171BPX ProComp MT2 35x12.5 HELO HE900 20x10 -24 (sticks out a bit wider than I imagened) Plashpaq 5 AMP Powersteps As far as the products and how the ride has been enhanced! No body bounce on most roads, bumps, and I even jumped the truck yesterday haha thing is crazy different. Significantly less body roll, feels like none at all in most turns unless I really take one fast. Smoothness improved, it's almost odd. The truck feels more firm on flat ground, but hit the bumps and you'll feel planted and comfortable at the same time. You won't feel like you jarred your back because of a bump around a turn. Also won't feel like you're gonna die because of that bump during a turn. Truck rides so good I almost wish I had a cousin named Cleetus. 15/10 would recommend this company/location and these products to anyone without hesitation. Mike will give you honest opinions and suggestions, Moe will take care of the rest! Family friendly location, had my very active 4 year old running around the store for a while and they were super friendly with him, and the service dog. Big thanks to you both for the whole experience, keep up the amazing work.

Over the past month I wanted to get my new F150 lifted, I went to a couple of the other shops in the area and I found myself coming back to this location. The customer service was great. The team there was very knowledgeable. The manager was on top of everything with his team. I felt like they wanted to help me create my dream truck not just sell what makes them money. Came in with a problem and left with a solution. Installed a Habitat Canopy on a 2017 Tacoma and the existing suspension was far too soft for it. Austin found what it needed, guys in the shop took care of business, and the Taco is sitting upright and ready for our next adventure. Ride is far more responsive, straight, 3” higher than when sagging, and most importantly ready to handle what we throw at it on a daily basis. Thanks to everyone that had their hand in this.

I love this place! I had new BFG's, leveling kit and bilstein shocks put on yesterday(2000 Tundra). They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have also have had them put on a banks power exhaust and Mickey Thompson rims in the past. I will go nowhere else for my off-road needs. It also doesn't hurt to bring them pizza! This team was great. We had a large package of parts that we ordered for my wife’s Jeep. I gave them the Jeep with my only request that I get it back by a Thursday. This was only 5 days. That stayed as late as it took that Thursday, close to 8:30pm. It was a surprise for my wife and they helped make it happen. They all had great attitudes and were laughing all night. Took my truck in to get lifted, everyone here was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After a few months, my truck started making an unusual noise. This was my first experience with 4 wheel parts. I needed off road wheels/tires with a specific offset to accommodate my suspension. Austin went above and beyond to assist me, provide me options, and explain each option thoroughly. When I asked for his opinion, he was forthcoming and honest. They have the product, they have the knowledge, and the customer service was above and beyond. I will definitely throw my business to 4 wheel parts Portland again. I read a few reviews about lack of customer service. In my observation, they’re busy because they’re good. When you’re good, and stay busy, you may have to wait a tad longer... but when it’s tour turn, they’ll treat you like family. During the install , Mike was accommodating and assisted me in a big way. Appreciative of the help.

Outstanding experience. After getting a quote for tires elsewhere I ran to 4 Wheel Parts to have them physically look at my tires before making the decision to get them replaced. They confirmed I needed tires and I was given a quote for the BF Goodrich K02 tires I wanted for my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. I was given an estimate and they had to order the tires for which we setup an appointment for yesterday. The switch out was painless. I was able to work remote while there and didn’t miss any work time. Rick and his crew did a great job from customer service to the install. I’m very impressed by the service I received. I feel I was 100% heard as a customer and valued. I truly feel they appreciated my business and I was treated courteous and respectfully. I highly recommend 4 Wheel Parts! I have called a few times to check to see if my parts in and knowone can talk to you on the phone the owner needs to figure this out running a place like that if the workers are over worked get someone to pick the phones up because when you buy something and want to know if its in you need to speak with someone and thats not happening there its frustrating I have dealt with Kevin at this location multiple times he has been amazing he helps you get what you want and gets it to you quickly I recommend using Kevin he's cool to work with and treats you good. Had a very good experience with the purchase of my new Toyo AT3’s. Ordered the tires online and got a great price. When I went to pick up the tires I was really hoping to get them installed that day. They we’re booked up a couple weeks in advance but I explained my situation to the manager and he assisted with the mounting and balance personally. Hour and a half later I was driving away with new tires. Highly recommend them due to the great customer service.

First major purchase from 4WP was a Rockjock Dana 60 for my Jeep. Everything with the rear end was in order with exception of it leaking from where the axel tubes marry in the diff. I paid for the warranty they offer and had to fight them to fix the leak, ultimately they ended up fixing it. Second major purchase was a long arm lift kit for the same vehicle. Parts didn't come in when they said they would. Had to go to another shop for the other parts but 4WP worked with me and refunded me with no questions asked. Zack was helpful.

So, a year ago I had an individual (he no longer works there) order me two Old Man Emu steering stabilizers for my Toyota HJ47 and FJ45’s. I am restoring both, and did not even think about unpacking the stabilizers and making sure that he ordered me the correct ones. By the time I got around to it, I discovered they were both wrong. This was probably eight months after I received them. Basically, the height of COVID-19, so every place was closed. I was super bummed and it was way past the 90 day return policy. I live in Eugene so I could not just run by the store when they opened back up to do an exchange. The next time I was up in Portland I decided, what the heck, I might as well take them in and at least ask. This is when I met Mike F. the assistant manager. Man was I lucky! He took pity on me and it was like doing a return at Costco, no hassle! He was super friendly and helpful! He immediately ordered me two of the correct ones and took back the two incorrect ones. OUTSTANDING customer service. My truck broke down and I was stuck out of town for an extra 3 days. There was some confusion on what parts I needed at the repair shop that my truck had been towed to. Despite it resulting in no sale for them, Chris Beavers went out of his way to help. He drove over the the repair shop in his personal vehicle, at a personal sacrifice to his time (was supposed to be going home to his family), to personally take a look at my truck to see what needed to be done. Because of him, I was able to be on the road within 2 hours and get back home to my family that day! Even found a problem with the original install of the lift that got corrected. Truck is better than ever! AMAZING service above and beyond! After leaving my hometown, I was hard pressed to find a good shop that I trusted. At first, I was skeptical and not excited to hear about the work needed to maintain my vehicle. Austin not only took the time to explain in detail everything that he felt was necessary, he also took the time to get down on his hands and knees and show me the parts that were needing repairs. Austin is a steward of his business and knows his stuff. That is a seemingly more rare trait in this profession. Although I have read mixed reviews on this particular location, I have faith in their leader and their work and would recommend Austin to anyone looking to outfit their vehicle.

Team were very helpful and upfront about getting me the best deal for my truck. They even called the manufacturer of a product to get a definitive answer on a fitment question. Took off one star only because there is 0 parking... an off-road shop with only limited street parking doesn't make sense considering what your customers are most likely to arrive in.

I've had the guys at 4WP do about 3 lifts on various rigs over the past few years and these guys are the best! Most recently they installed a full OME kit on my 2012 Tacoma. Pricing has always been very fair plus you can order from their website and pick up free at their store. These guys are fun to just BS with to kill time during the install. Manager Tom is awesome to work with. When I met the installer Chris he is great as well, knows his stuff and offers his assistance for any issues that may come up. I've priced all 3 lifts at a few places and these guys are always on the more reasonable side and I know they'll get the job done right! I have no problems with the install whatsoever. I recommend these guys all day long.

I came to the staff at 4Wheel parts for my 97 Wrangler. I sent them an email to get the ball rolling on what I was up against. Tom (manager) was the first person I talked to about my problems. I was looking to upgrade my axles and lift. Tom referred me to Austin(asst. Manager) for all my questions on the axles, since Austin had just worked through another customer's wishes on new axles. Tom didn't beat around the bush and try and blow smoke. Tom knew that he had the proper person to answer my needs. Living 4 hours away, I had to put a lot of faith in the guys I was working with. Austin did an outstanding job with every question and concern I had. I knew I was going to be getting into some cash for this build. The build turned out to be more than was planned, but working with Austin made it a "cry once," and get the best the first time by doing it right. He could of sold me cheaper parts and have me come back in a few years for replacements and to spend more money, but Austin's concern was making the customer know it was done right the first time. Austin was on point for customer service, he did what he said he was going to do, always getting back to me in a timely manner, and not beating around the bush to tell me what I wanted to hear. If it was or wasn't going to happen, he would let me know. Austin worked with all price points, to make it competitive and/or beat what was found on the web. This service experience makes the 4 hour drive worth my time. The whole staff at Portland (South Tabor) 4Wheel Parts exceeded my expectations. They will receive my business from here on out.

It seems most people only write a review when they have something bad to say. I had my jeep at 4wheel parts on 82nd recently to have some work done. Customer service was good, Price for labor was a lot better than most other 4x4 shops. The work they did was done right and I have not had an issue. I would recommend them to anyone.

WOW!.... The level of customer service that i experienced tonight with a salesman down at their South Tabor store was unbelievable. I called to see if they had a portable winch in stock that i was having trouble finding locally. Unfortunately there was not enough time for me to make it to their store before it closed at 6pm. It was 5:45pm and i was coming from the Vancouver lake area. The salesmen could Identify since he lived on this side of the bridge as well. I offered the man $40 cash to bring the winch with him on his way into Vancouver. He politely declined the $40 and offered to meet me with the winch anyways! This was a situation that i had little time to prepare for and without this guy going out of his way i would have been in a tough spot.

If you are in need of a part that is not in stock at there store DONT buy from them, they will give you a time frame and all you need to do is just add a week plus to your order. they will give you an excuse that that they had not ordered your product or sorry there is nothing we can do about it, you will get a bad taste with them and there attitude. You will be upset that your truck not running because of them not ordering what you purchased. there are many other places to buy truck products online and arrive much faster. but this is how we all learn oh well local isn't always better.

The 4WheelParts in Portland, OR is by far the best store in the PNW. Not only do they have a solid crew who are very knowledgeable but have a great leader as the manager. I have known Austin in a professional atmosphere and also personally for a number of years. He is a stand up, honest and reliable person. You tell him what you want and what your budget is and he will make it work. Now all people will do this 99% of the time but what sets the 1% apart from the others is they will tell you if you are throwing money or time in the wrong direction. Austin will be straight with you if he feels like you should buy a different product based on quality or performance. Being satisfied long term is better than enjoying your purchase short term. There is a reason why a multi billion dollar company like 4WheelParts has put Austin in charge of the top rated store in the PNW. I've bought a few things from these guys, and I'm really impressed with the quality of customer service compared to similar places... I bought a Hi-Lift Extreme and they were open to negotiate and match Hi-Lift's price found online in a different market! While the first jack I brought home had a broken wing nut, when I took it back, they told me to leave mine on the counter, and grab another! During my most recent visit, I scored an on-board air tank for pretty cheap. It was just sitting on a table among other returns... I would recommend 4 Wheel Parts to anyone wanting to handle something before purchasing. They are very accommodating and willing to tear open a box so you can see a product.

i have shopped there a lot in the past few years and i have always left happy ! one example of how much i trust them.. about 2 years ago i was in the market for a lifted jeep, i found one at a dealership on 82nd it was a 97 ZJ 4.0 5speed with the np242 lifted 6 inches on 33 12.5s with "brand new lockers, engine ,trans, and tcase" for 5500 bucks~ not a bad deal i was excited. So i took it in on a somewhatly busy friday after noon and asked for an inspection on the suspension before i bought it so make sure the lift was done right since i didnt really know much about ZJs and was hearing a slight clunk on speed bumps during the test drive so after about 30 mins or so i saw the tech pull the jeep into the bay and about 15 mins later is when the fun started the call me up to the counter and ask how long have i been since i had changed fluids and done any maintenance on it i said i have no clue and it wasnt even mine and that i was thinking about buying it. The tech was shocked and he asked me to come out to the bay to look at some things ....so heres the list ALL of the fluids were black and burnt with flecks of copper from the syncros in the tranny. the rear end didnt have hardly any lube in it anymore because it was almost a paste the shocks were re welded in different locations and to top it all of every ball joint and bushing was shot in the end they said it prob wasnt safe to drive and offered a tow truck to get it back to the dealership i declined and made the dealer ship come pick it up from across the street lol i cant wait until i can get started saving money so i can have them do the lift on my WJ!!!
