Fantastic company! We had major damage to our RV while on a trip this summer. I emailed Matt photos and he told us to bring it in when we got home and he’d get right on it. True to his word, we were able to make an appointment immediately and everything was repaired in a month. They did a fantastic job and went above and beyond our expectations!! The entire staff was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them

I took my Lexus 460L to have some scratches touched up on the rear bumper. Picked up the vehicle 8 days later and noticed the rear sensors for the trunk was malfunctioning. The electronic controls inside the car and on the key would not open the trunk. After returning the car and asking them to adjust the sensors (given they had to deal with them when removing the bumper), they told me my battery was the blame. To add insult to injury, I was told that the battery went dead while the car was being serviced. Well, you would think that any reputable service center would have mentioned that just in case you didn't want to get stuck on the road - oK? It didn't make sense at all; so, I took the car to Sam's Club and had them test the battery and found that not only was the battery rating 800, but read 815 when tested, higher than the original rating. Given I was lied to and the trunk wouldn't open at all while in their presence, I decided to go the the Lexus deal. You know what that meant. All I wanted was my bumper touched up and ended up paying the approximately $830 for an excellent job by the way, but over $1700 when the smoke cleared.

My vehicle had been severely damaged by dogs and they fixed it. It looks like a new car. They even cleaned it inside and out. I would highly recommend this repair shop.

I had my enclosed car trailer with living quarters completely re-painted here in February 2021 so this review is 5+ months out from when it was picked up. I am super happy with the results. Unlimited did the prep work which included removing original RV type decals that had baked on and ruined the original finish. I had chosen Unlimited since they have a paint booth big enough to accommodate large trailers and vehicles. The trailer was sprayed with a base-coat and topped with a clear and it looks good. It really looks great. I get a lot of compliments when it is out and about and at track weekends when it looks like a shining star in the middle of all the other trailers with owners that wish their trailers looked as nice. The staff was also pleasant to work with all the way around from the front office to the estimators and the technicians. I don't write many reviews at all but the complete satisfaction I have with Unlimited Collision & RV with my trailer warranted it.

Great shop Matt, Sal, & their bosses in the front office are great! Paint match is spot on! Cut and buff is factory looking- no sign of repairs!Not an easy variance to match on our BMW. We would no trust anyone else to touch our auto body repairs paint air damage on our personal fleet but Unlimited Collision ! They take care of their customers! We hope we don’t see them for a while but if somebody hits us again we will be back! Great work!

I put a hole in the door of my coach. After sitting in the shop for weeks waiting for a DIFFERENT paint shop to give me the time of day, I was given Unlimited’s name and number. Well, I had an appointment a week later. They told me it would take a week. 3 days later they called me and said it was done!! Incredible. The work they did was excellent as well. Can’t see the blending or notice the door’s been damaged at all. Honestly I was so frustrated before I found these guys! GO HERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK, FAIR PRICE, GREAT PEOPLE, AND TIMELY COMPLETION OF YOUR VEHICLE!

I was in a hit and run, and the back of my car was beat up pretty bad. This was one of the places recommended by my insurance for repairs, and I chose it due to its proximity. I'm glad I did. My experience was excellent, from customer service to communication between the company and my insurance company to the ease of obtaining a rental car with them to the quality of the repairs. The rental car was ready to go when I got there to drop off my damaged car, and it was a quick in and out. When I was called to come pick up my car after repairs a week and a half later, I had a hard time coordinating a time to come since i stay home with young kids and didn't want to deal with bringing them and switching car seats in and out and all that and had a friend available to watch my kids around noon. One of the ladies said she would stick around on her lunch break for me to come to make it easier for me, which was super nice of her. When I got there, it was quick in and out, and my car looked brand new. Not only had they repaired the damage, but they also cleaned the car inside and out (and it really needed it inside as anyone with young kids knows). I highly recommend using this company for car repairs.

Per your request Matt here is your 5 star. Enjoy RUN AWAY- I went to Unlimited to get an estimate for body work/repairs on my RV. The estimator came out side, took photos, looked over all the damage and then told me he would not give me an estimate or any pricing. He said go somewhere else and get an estimate, then come back to them. He went on to say even then, after I had pricing from another shop, he wouldn’t give pricing or an estimate to me- and I would need to leave my vehicle with him until the work was complete. He also said it would take 1 to 4 weeks but no guarantee or anything...just leave it with him. This is a strange and shady way to conduct business. I ever re-capped the conversation with him to make sure we were understanding each other- and he confirmed: He wouldn't tell me how much the repairs would cost, and he wouldn't give a timeframe on time needed to complete the work. Needless to say I wont be using them. 1 WEEK FOLLOW UP- IT GETS WORSE- Matt says in his response below that it will cost $5,000 (event though he says he doesn't give driveway estimates)....And after I told him I didn't want to do business and left: HE CONTACTED MY INSURANCE anyway! Like he wanted my business...... Strange that he submitted $2,200 estimate to the insurance but told me $5,000. Not sure if he was trying to stick it to me for leaving low star reviews. Actual estimates from other shops were in the $4-5,000 range. RUN AWAY IF YOU CAN.... and don't give him your insurance card or he'll contact your insurance without permission and give an extremely low quote to short you on repair costs.

Ultimate Collision is the place to go for expert professional work!! They did a complete nose cap off 5th wheel aluminum structural repair and paint. Over 15 poorly welded areas from the factory. I was rear-ended by plumbing truck while driving my son's brand new car while visiting Arizona from out of state, so I handled everything for him. They did a beautiful job and fixed everything except my check engine light remained on. Some thing was missed during that repair. But, when I brought the car back, explained the situation and this amazing family owned business did the right thing!!! They fixed it, and even paid for a rental for me for a day while they fixed it. The owner even drove me to the rental car place in his own truck. I will never go anywhere besides Unlimited Collision and RV.. they stand behind their work and it gets done correctly. They were able to pick up my car the day of the accident, 9/13 and had the process finished by 10/8. All the other shops in the area wouldn’t have been able to look at her car til early November. I was kept informed throughout the process and he even advised me in some things, this was my first time dealing with a totaled vehicle. He was very professional, went above and beyond! Awesome place and awesome communication with Kevin and owner Matt. Would have definitely given 5 stars but, Matt’s Wife made me feel like I was just a cash number when I came to pick up my RV. She argued with one of her employees right in front of me about something that was completely irrelevant to me about their communication with the insurance company. This was all after I was told to come pick up my RV from Matt the owner. I almost thought I drove all the way from Texas and wasn’t going to be able to get my RV after I made the Appt a week in Advance to pick it up. Matt and Kevin rock, some people should take notes on customer service!!!!

I had an unfortunate accident in our RV enroute from our summer home in Canada to our winter home in Arizona. Upon arrival in AZ I contacted 4 RV body shops. I found Kevin at Unlimited to be the most responsive. His quote was a third of another shop and his availability to effect repairs was quick. The facility was well run and not conjested. Had wind damage on my motor home roof that required a complete replacement. (One piece fiberglass). Lauren worked directly with my insurance company on the estimate and approval to replace it. The details they took to ensure it would be as good as new are more than I ever expected. I had talked to several facilities, including the Winnebago repair shop in Iowa. Unlimited Collision was the only shop that would quote a complete roof other than them. The other shops suggested repairs that would be nothing more than a patch. I worked with Lauren throughout the process. Which by the way was about 2 weeks start to finish. He kept me informed on progress and what they discovered and had to do after the old roof was completely removed. The new roof is just as good (maybe better with new sealants) as when it came from the factory. Great shop with modern equipment to do it right. The owner, Matt, made a point to meet me and make sure I was satisfied. I am very satisfied and will recommended this shop to friends.

Great place!. My car looks as if nothing ever happened. I got rear ended although it was more of a side swipe on the rear end, damage to the bumper and rear quarter panel, no mechanical damage, I’d say damage was light. Turn around time was about 3 weeks mostly because parts were hard to come by as well as COVID related delays, I found it reasonable especially for the quality of repair. They took care of everything including turning the rental car in for me so I didn’t have to worry about any of that. It’s high quality repair, done professionally by very nice people. Had my golf cart painted. Estimate/cost was high, but I wanted a quality job. The job was finished on time as promised, so that was good. And the overall paint job was good. Attention to detail was a little lacking though. The sprayed the batteries with white paint, had to get my cart repair guy to clean it. They left a plastic film over the back of the roof, took me forever to get it off. They put the rear view mirror on backwards, and the molding wasn't sealed back in place when they put it back on. For the money, I expected a lot better.

Mixed reviews. They were VERY friendly, positive and easy to work with. The body work on our 5th wheel was high quality and it looks like new. The wash they gave it after we had been on the road for 4 months and 10,000 miles made it look great. The negative is that they had it for over 2 months, most of which was waiting for a replacement window to come in. At first it was a 6-8 week lead time. Later it turned into a 12 month lead time. 12 months! We decided to bring it home to deal with ourselves. I ordered a window by making one phone call. The window arrived here 5 days later and I installed it the same day. For the life of me I don’t understand the delay. When we picked the 5th wheel up I was inspecting it and found a dump valve that they had ruined during the repair process. The adjuster gave us a new valve that he found in the shop but it is the wrong one, not to mention I have to disassemble the underbelly of the trailer to repair it. I’m undecided whether we will go back to them or not.

I called 6 different places to get my awing on my trailer replaced and they were by far the most knowledgeable, best priced and always answered all my questions. I was referred to Unlimited Collision by another company that didn't work on my travel trailer. After checking out Unlimited Collision's online reviews, I felt they were a good choice. From the first call to set up a time to bring in my travel trailer to picking up after completed repairs, I did not regret that decision!! I felt that the work was going to be completed in a reasonable time and done will great workmanship. The only delay was due to parts not being received. No problem. They did what work they could and let me take the trailer on a week long trip that had previously been planned. I simply returned the trailer once the parts were received and they had it back to me in a few days! Everyone at Unlimited Collision is friendly and very helpful! Hopefully I won't need their services again, but if I do, I will definitely use Unlimited Collision!! I wish other companies were as friendly and efficient as Unlimited Collision!!

They did a complete grind down and filled back with fiberfill. Complete primer and put side walls and end caps back to factory design. The sales staff, Mat and Kevin were great to work with. After some staff changes and owner involvement, the customer service and delivery of my vehicle was excellent. Prior to that, it was a bit frustrating (and probably is anywhere you go) trying to get my car back. Since it took longer it could have due to prior staff, the owners were completely apologetic, got our vehicle to us immediately, and compensated us for the inconvenience. They made it right, and due to the honesty and customer appreciation, I would go back to them in the event of another unfortunate situation. Four years after having my husbands truck (2001 Dodge Dakota) painted by Unlimited Collision, the clear coat began to peel on the roof and top of doors. He was suprised to find out they had moved to a new facility, but when he contacted them, they told him to bring the truck in so they could look at it. They were very cordial and told us it would be covered under warrantee and scheduled the time to bring in the truck (about a week after talking to them). They did an excellent job of repainting the cab and doors and we are very pleased with the experience!

I recently had an incident with my year old Tiffin RV that resulted in some extensive damage to the exterior bodywork. It was practically new and I was bummed out over the whole thing. In researching RV collision repair shops in the Phoenix area, I was referred to Ultimate Collision. I knew nothing about them and having had a few disappointing experiences with collision repair shops in the past, I was skeptical when I went to their shop to arrange for an estimate. I met with Sunny, the RV repair supervisor , and right from the start I was impressed with his friendly and approacable demeanor. He explained everything that would be done to put the RV back in like -new condition and was patient in answering all of my questions. I left feeling comfortable about bringing my RV to them for repair. On a subsequent visit to the shop, I met the owner, Matt, who proved to be just as friendly and knowledgeable as Sunny had been . Sunny kept me informed every step of the way as the work progressed. When the repair work was completed and I inspected the RV, I was completely satisfied and impressed with the quality of the repairs. I would not hesitate to return to them if I ever need collision repairs to either my RV or to my car and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs bodywork done on their vehicle.

my partner and i showed up Oct 2016 in a 10yr old Mandalay that was in need of work on a slide out. Not knowing anything about this company other than the reviews. We showed up to try them out Everyone here is very nice and professional. We explain that our bedroom slide leans in as you open it. Both nightstands would drag along the floor. We first showed the problem to Camping World only to make it worse. Unlimited Collision not only fixed the problem they even repaired the scuff marks on the floor from the nightstands free of charge. PRO: This company is no joke. There prices are real good and they know everything about RV repair. CON: Because they get extremely busy at times don't always expect them to get the job done on time.
