Believe all the positive reviews; they are true professionals. I bought a used Lexus and needed to upgrade the oil lines. Highline did everything perfect and were great at communicating through the process. Their parking lot is always full of luxury and sports cars because people trust their work.

Michael at Highline was great. When we initially got our Lexus touchscreen back it had some ongoing issues. Michael was very responsive. We sent it back and he did the repair again and this time it works perfectly. Lexus wanted to charge is $5000 for a new touchscreen. I am so happy we found Highline!

Adam and the Highline team are amazing! This is an excellent shop, from basic repairs on daily vehicles to complex issues with high performance and import cars, they’re absolutely my go-to. Clean, competent and super professional. Online or over phone, they’re convenient to schedule with, reasonable to work with, up front estimates and timely work. We’ve had a few projects that we’ve taken to them, and were pleased each time. Latest project was a Nissan GT-R turbo diag and prior to that a clutch replacement, assembly and flywheel on a GT-S Skyline R33. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great communication, fair prices, and quality work. Will definitely keep returning to them.

Highline Car Care did a great job repairing our 2013 Toyota Sienna Minivan. It needed some major suspension repairs and the dealership would have been considerably more expensive. Highline even loaned us a car since they needed our van for more than one day to finish the repairs. I highly recommend them as an alternative to dealership repairs and maintenance, especially when you are way beyond the warranty, etc.

Adam was very responsive and helpful in repairing an audio display for my daughter’s 2017 Honda Accord. I shipped it to them and they fixed it and had it sent back to me within a couple of days. No issues. I highly recommend this company. Before you spend a fortune at the car dealer for repairs, check with Adam first, they can fix it.

I had a check engine light appear just a few days before emission testing was due. I attempted the repairs myself but thanks to the engineers at Dodge some components were not accessible to me. I contacted Highline and they ran a diagnostic on my car and pinpointed the problem, that I had no way of discovering on my own. The service bill ended up being less than the estimate! I will be taking my vehicles here for issues that I can't address myself. They are open and honest and trustworthy.

Thank you Highline Auto Care for taking great care of my Supra. I took my Supra to Wes Hawkins and his company to have some work performed. They re-wired my duel fuel pump system, because it was not functioning correctly. They jumped right on the repair and had the issues resolved quickly. They also advised me of a few other issues I needed to resolve while my car was being serviced. They took the time to quality control their work and some of my own work that I did prior to bringing them the car to ensure nothing was missed.
They performed professional work. Wes kept me informed of the progress and also stayed within my budget. His crew is very courteous and honest. They don’t sideline your project, and they listen to you. I plan to continue to use Highline Auto Care for any future work that I cannot perform myself.

My car would not start so I had my car towed in to Highline Car Care to have them check it out. Adam called me to tell me it was my alternator. Even though I have an extended warranty with Ford that would have covered the repair I chose to have Highline Car Care fix it. I have complete faith in Wes, Adam and their staff. Although I drove almost a 500 mi round trip to highline shop and back home it was completely worth it! I don't believe the repair that was done on the touch screen on my entertainment system in my car could have been done any better. High lines replacement part was installed and operates as well as the OEM Touch screen before it was damaged.

I took my Silverado in for an oil change. The tech noticed liquid caught in the rear inner rim. Ended up finding a crack in my rear drum bake cylinder and I was almost out of brake fluid (these guys literally might’ve saved my life). They also helped save me money by part hunting to get me the best deal they could. They are the finest at customer service and it appears the techs take pride in their work. My Lexus RX450h had a shattered rear entertainment screen, and I was shocked to hear Lexus tell me the replacement part was $7,200 plus labor. I searched online for used units and found a handful on EBay for thousands, and many more people in my position on the forums. Next, I looked into just blanking both screens and removing the option entirely, and found it was going to cost even more to fix the upholstery on my seats (not to mention the console would then look ridiculous with an HDMI input and headphone ports to nothing). I had previously replaced laptop screens and other auto electronics and thought “how hard could this be?”
Removing the display from my seat was simple. I carefully opened the housing to get identifiers on the LCD and search for replacement panel online, but after hours of searching I could not find one anywhere. Enter Highline Car Care. Not only was the team able to source the panel I needed in a few days, they shipped it to me in Seattle and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked.

I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee I use for an hour long commute one-way and would like to keep running. Highline sent out a coupon and we decided to try them. We needed an oil change and asked them to look at a warning code for our tires as well. When you go to the best, you can forget the rest. I have never had an experience that comes remotely close to the experience I had at Highline Car Care. I had gone into the Lexus dealership for a battery replacement. While I was there, they gave my vehicle the once over and came up with an estimate that was $3200. There was at least one "repair" that I knew was unnecessary so I looked for a car repair that had a good reputation. I found Highline Car Care via Google. They had a 4.8 rating with 357 reviews so I took a chance and called them. I spoke with Adam and told him my story. He was very friendly and professional and was able to get me in within 2 days. When I arrived, Adam was there to greet me and was able to get me a loaner vehicle. We reviewed what the dealership had told me and I went on my way. I was not sure how long it would take, but to my surprise, less than 2 hours later Adam was calling me back. He determined that the repairs that Lexus had quoted me were necessary, but they had left out an important repair. I cringed at first, thinking it would cost much more, than the $3200. It ended up being a $900 increase in the bill. I advised Adam to go ahead with the repairs. After we hung up, I googled the cost for this repair and found it would cost a minimum of $1500. If I would have gone to the dealership and had the repairs done it would have cost me at least $4700. Highline did the entire job for $4100. My car was fixed by the next business day. It runs beautifully now. I honestly can't believe how much better it rides and runs now. I wasn't out of the driveway at Highline when I noticed the difference. You will be making the best decision of your car's life by going to Highline. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you Adam, and Highline!

This shop gave me a great experience! Adam and the mechanics here are for your best interest. They strive to get return service and accomplish it by the great work they do and honest attitudes from everyone. I had my oil pressure switch and spark plugs replaced “which is a very intensive job”. They stuck to the price they quoted me and have earned my return business! These guys do everything from your 98 Corolla all the way to your 2020 Mercedes GTS. They are very knowledgeable people and only want to give you the best possible experience. Michael to the rescue again with the Stealth! It mysteriously decided it was done starting one day and Michael and the crew at Highline jumped right on the case to figure it out! It took some time to find the culprit, but he did it! Luckily, fuel pump replacement aside, it's a super easy fix :)

Everyone knows finding a great mechanic can be tough. I was so lucky to come across this business. There were professional, friendly, and provide quality fast service. I brought my car in for an oil change, transmission flush, and I asked them to look at my breaks. I even then if it only cost X amount of money they could just change my breaks. It turns out my breaks were still good and just needed an adjustment. They could have just changed my breaks and charged me but they were completely honest and saved me some money. That kind of honesty is so hard to find. Also, other mechanics I’ve gone to have a huge list of “ things “ that need to be done to my car with a huge estimate. Highline auto did not do that. They we’re incredibly reasonable, saves me money, and gave me a full honest assessment of my car. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

There pricing is very fair and they get the job done when promised or will contact us. They will go over the entire vehicle and check for issues and let us know what they find and how critical it might be. Wes and his team at Highline are truly great at what they do. I needed an oil change for my Mazda and a 60,000 mile service. I also brought in the 'watch list' from my prior out-of-state auto service professionals. Michael was very courteous, listened to my concerns, and addressed all of them when he called me back to give me the initial report. I appreciated that Highline took the time to look at all of the required items on the 60k service, but used observation and professional judgment to determine what truly needed to be done. This shop is literally bursting at the seams for business which is a great confidence booster in a couple of ways:
1) LOTS of people trust these guys to work on all kinds of vehicles.
2) They definitely aren't starving for business which means it is not in their interest in a number of ways for them to perform or recommend services that aren't necessary.

Good guys, so it went, without an appointment, without a very defined history of my vehicle. Scary notion, but felt good with the guys. They did not disappoint at all! Picked my car up today (2 days after it was done! And 2 weeks after they got it, again no appointment) along with well under budget. I have a 2012 Honda Civic hybrid that went out on me. I called several “Top Quality” hybrid repair shops and couldn’t even get a call back! I called Highline and dealt with Michael the whole time and he said he could definitely look at the car. I had trouble finding a tow company that would tow my car to his shop so I called him back and he gave me the number to there company to have it towed for free! The whole time he had my car he kept me updated on the process. He was always very professional and courteous to me on the phone!! Absolutely impressed by the service here, just had to get front brake pads and rotors replaced and they were done faster than they quoted and the price was a steal. I came in frustrated after another company gave me the run around about what they had in stock, and continued to delay my order. The staff was great! This was my first time at Highline, I had an oil change appointment, was greeted at the door knew who I was, got me checked in quickly and my truck in right away. They did a full visual inspection on my truck, and invited me back to take a look at the 1 item of concern then provided multiple options for it.

Received exemplary service from Adam and the Highline team. I had my 15 year old truck towed in with differential problems. Adam called me the same day with the diagnosis and 2 repair quotes. They were patient with me and didn't rush me as I spent a few days trying to decide whether to spend that much fixing a truck with 211k miles on it. Ultimately they did the repair and were very communicative regarding the status and were able to get me my truck back before they shut down for a long holiday weekend.

They fit me in the same day I called to request service and even offered to arrange transportation for me while my car was being serviced. After a thorough review of my vehicle I received a text from Highline with a link to an online inspection checklist - complete with detailed pictures of all issues. Wes then personally walked me through all the issues, prioritizing them based on safety hazard level and spent time helping me consider my options - including gladly answering every one of my questions. I was having some issues with my '06 F150, truck kept shutting off on me. As a Realtor my car is really important to me. Highline has a feature I have never seen with another Service Shop other than High End dealers. If you call ahead you can use a Loaner car, this was tremendous for me!! High line car care is by far the best place to take your vehicle. Adam took care of helping me fix my 93 vette with as little pain as possible. Having a rare manual transmission that nobody else would work on gave me a heart attack as I absolutely love this car. These guys put all fear of dropping an automatic in it to rest by putting in extra time and effort to help me fix it. Not only that but they did an incredible job! They are efficient, thorough, and very reasonable. The level of service is the best I have experienced. In fact, in addition to the work I scheduled, they identified an engine oil leak that should be covered by my car drive train warranty. They actually took my car over to Nissan to have it taken care of at Nissan's expense. What shop would go to that length to save you money!? You can trust these guys to treat you right.

Like most people, I will not tolerate my time and/or money being wasted. Bear that in mind as you read my review...
I recently resigned from my job and moved to Phoenix for the month of June to spend time with my brothers before a new job starts in CA in July. When I got here my brakes started becoming softer when applying them while driving my Jeep. A coworker of my brother's recommended Highline and we decided to give them a chance.
From the first phone call, I was met with kind, cool, courteous demeanor(s) from the guys there. They even took the time to listen to my problem over the phone, give a diagnosis and help me decide if it was best to bring it in at all. After deciding to bring it in, they were upfront and honest with me about the time frame, being that it was Memorial Day Friday. The point is, the kept me abreast every step of the way, no time wasted.
When I brought the car in, the lot was full and very diverse. I thought they either are desperate for any job, or really know their stuff! The latter would become the truth. The lobby was clean, cool, comfortable, and I was welcomed in by the same guy (Michael) I spoke with over the phone. He took time (even though they were slammed) to explain the process and assured me he would be in touch. He did not disappoint. Within a few hours, he texted and called me to let me know exactly what they needed to do and what it may cost and for my permission to proceed. Very considerate! After discovering the problem, he contacted me again to let me know it would be Tuesday before it would be ready, told me why, and quoted me a price. Very professional!
Tuesday, he called and texted, told me it was ready, AND told me it wound up being cheaper than quoted! I came to pick my Jeep up and was VERY impressed with how well it handled and how well the brakes responded, without being too tight that things went flying when I applied them.
The moral of the story is, Michael and the rest of the staff at Highline are polite, cool, knowledgeable, hardworking, and reasonably priced. Most importantly, they are trustworthy! In the end, they took the time to explain things to me, keep me up to date, and did not burn my wallet down. These things are all important to me, more than usual, since I'm currently between jobs, and trying to maximize my time with my brothers.
Bottom line: Highline saves you time and money, while delivering expert car care. Ask yourself, "when is the last time I had that kind of experience with other mechanics?" I'll wait, lol.

Took the Jeep in for an inspection & oil change today, and again, was impressed with service! The oil change is tough to screw up, but the inspection and report was second to none! I received a texted and emailed report of exactly what was inspected and a break down of what was critical, what was urgent, and what was in need. I spoke with Michael, and he explained everything in great detail and provided me with itemized cost break down of everything on the list. Yet another reason to trust and use Highline Car Care! Thanks guys!

Have been driving without the touchscreen working in my Lexus for over 2 years because I could not find an easy way of having it serviced (Lexus doesn't repair). I stumbled across Highline Car Care but they were in Arizona and I am in Georgia. With all of the fraud going on today it was hard to think about shipping something like the entire navigational console across the country to a place I could not easily visit if there was a problem but after reading reviews and calling the guys to talk about the repair process I decided to take a chance. I shipped the console out on Monday, it was received, repaired, and shipped back out on Wednesday, and I got it back on Saturday. High line which is the same as auto technology repair is the best. They repaired my multi display touch screen on my 08 Lexus gs350. The digitizer was replaced with a factory one. Very important because aftermarket digitizers leaves a rainbow glear during the daytime where you can't see the screen images. Second they replaced my LCD screen that was damaged. Thirdly someone damaged a wire connector to my circuit board and a clip to the ribbon cable connector. High line fixed it all. It costed $350 but it was worth it. The display touch screen controls the climate AC to the car. It looks and works like factory. I shipped the unit to them. They received it on Monday. They fixed it and shipped back to the next day Tuesday. I received it in 2 days, so service was great and fast. I dealt with Michael he was great. Thank you very much.

Highly recommend the Highline guys. Very quick and attentive service at a fair price. My 07 Tundra had some unique repairs due to an acid leak that other shops said could not be done without much more extensive replacements. Highline found all the smaller hoses and valves, diagnosed a couple suspension issues I had known of but couldnt fix myself, and were not pushing any fixes or recommending anything that wasn't needed. I didn't expect to find a shop that I am going return to when I started comparing prices to replace the A.C. in my car. Because it's such an expensive but important job in this AZ heat, I was really just looking for a fair price without going to a shop I didn't think I could trust. But I knew quickly that Highline is going to be where I take my car for any future repairs. This shop is local and yet they have high tech features like an instant messenger on their website to ask questions and get quotes (that was easier to use and more effective than IMs I've used on the websites of larger companies). They have extremely reasonable prices, good availability to make appointments, a convenient location in Mesa, right off the 60, and the work they did on my car was finished very quickly. But best of all they have really friendly, knowledgeable staff that I knew I could trust to give me quality service. I took the car in to Highline for the first time to cash in on a great deal they were offering on a full synthetic oil change. Time and miles will tell on the quality of that oil change (my Mazda clearly specifies 0W20 but they apparently used 5W30).
The deal-killer came when I let them upsell me on air filters (they showed me two filthy filters while I was waiting on the oil change). Now I'm no mechanic, but I can swap out a filter under the hood as well as a cabin filter located behind the glovebox. The $5 labor charge for the engine filter was more than fair, but $31 for the cabin air filter? Now, $31 for the same filter available through Amazon for $7? I paid $25 for a part that could have cost me $10. I realize I'm paying for more than just parts here, but wow. I need to pay more attention next time I take my car in for service!

Wes and his team did a great job on my van. I gave them a laundry list to get done in one day, thinking there was no way. I was pleasantly surprised when they knocked it all out. My check engine light came on several days after they changed the oil in my 10 year old Civic. it also happened to be 4 days before Christmas and I was planning to drive to San Diego for the holiday. Though they weren't available to make the repair Mike made some good suggestions and soon I'd had the diagnostics interpreted. He assured me the repair would be an easy DIY fix, which it was and I made it safely to San Diego for Christmas! Thank you Highline.

These guys are nice but they aren't Jesus. Last time I went in I had a service recommended that I didn't necessarily need. I told Charlie I was on a tight budget and he made sure he got most of it. The work that was done was average at best as well. Just remember they are running a business and they don't eat unless they get you to keep coming back...so have an idea about the work your vehicle may require before you go in. The other reviewers should start a Highline Imports cult. Jeez. Christians are still people folks...they ultimately look out for themselves.
To be fair the previous visits I have had worked out well but I'm heading elsewhere. I like pagans better.

Not often that you use a car care company over 1700 miles away, but when the Navigation unit went dead in our 2006 Lexus IS250, it didn't take too many Google searches to find Highline Care Care could do the job. Talked to Wes via email and he told me to remove it carefully from the car, ship it to him, and once finished, he could bench-test to ensure it worked before shipping it back. The longest part of the repair was using UPS Ground service back and forth from Minnesota. Put the unit back in the car tonight and everything is running great! I feel like I got a great repair for a very fair price. You can be sure that I'll be referring anyone from Minnesota to spend the time to ship our Navigations units down to Arizona in care of Wes and the Highline Car Care crew. Many thanks!

I have been coming to Highline for a few years. We are a multi vehicle family. Wes and his crew have always been honest about their opinion of which services or repairs need to be addressed right away and which could wait and why it can wait.
Not many shops will tell you that a item can wait. They want you to spend money now, now now. Not all repairs or parts need fixed or addressed right away but isn't it interesting how most shops make you think they do. I respect Highline for this. I especially like the new email they can send letting you know what they found and if it should be addressed. Anyway, enough on that.
They always seem to be able to get you in even if they are swamped. Another plus.
Wes I have met several times and we have had a few conversations. Almost every time I have seen him he is always tinkering or trying to repair something. What I love about him is when I have seen him tinkering or doing something he has always mentioned he is trying to fix something no one else wanted to or that everyone gave up on. Usually it is things they typically aren't known for messing with, but friends or patrons have begged him to give a crack at it. I have a feeling Wes takes it as a personal challenge to fix what others can't. This is a good thing, especially for a garage in my opinion. I respect him for that. I wish I had that ability.
Price wise they are not the least inexpensive garage, and they admit that. But they always strive to come in lower. They classify themselves as a dealer quality alternative, at least as what I heard Michael mention on the phone to a customer. Michael mentioned to a customer they like using original OEM parts when possible, but if a customer needs to save a little money they can and will search out alternatives to meet the customers needs and request.
I will definitely keep coming to their shop. I can count on the fact that they are respectful, honest, quality service and repairs, warranty their work, super quick on appointments and repairs, and actually communicate with their customers fully on what needs done and explain it plainly.

Bought the ATRv2 bell housing for my 2014 Nissan GTR and was able to get it swapped at the dealership. Works great so far, no complaint would definitely recommend as they are one of the lowest priced for the bellhousing.

Fast turnaround on warranty work, everything is perfect. Thank you all very much. They called me when they received my Prius touch screen (the big one) and actually listened to me. My 2009 Prius touring edition only has 270K+ miles on it. The first time it was repaired they used a darker touch screen to lessen glare, but to me it just made the display too dim. It's so much better now. Am prepared to love my Prius all over again.

They called me the day it showed up, New estimate was same as first given. Shipping had also destroyed a part in the system. Wes said he had an extra one and threw it i. I had a bad battery terminal that was eaten by corrosion and worked its way down into the harness. Unfortunately, my vehicle required a new battery harness due to the extent of corrosion. Wes ordered an OEM harness and had it replaced within a few hours to my surprise. The loaner car I used for the day was excellent and saved me from having to Uber everywhere which was nice. Great work.....a little pricey for my taste, But they did do the job same day! Just Not sold on any future work, YET ....Ive used other shops to fix my vans and it didnt cost that much for brakes and drums, So if they want repeat customers maybe they should bring down the cost just a little, at least for the first job?! Yesterday I called and asked about their pricing on A/C repair for my car. They had the cheapest prices of the small handful of places I called. I went in at 10am this morning and I was kindly greeted and they got down to business asking everything I know. I handed over my key and within half an hour they came back and told me that all my components are working properly and that it is most likely just at the wrong pressure and it had a broken nipple on the low pressure pipe. I told them just evacuate and recharge and I’ll fix the piece myself. They came back another half an hour later and they had fixed it anyway for free, and even reduced the original price from $140 to $110 because it was actually overcharged rather than under charged. I was very happy with their service that I immediately drove back home, got into my other car and drove it straight back to them to fix my Check Engine light that’s been throwing a code for the Evap system for the past couple months. I had them do their standard smoke test for the $130. Once I got the diagnoses, they said they will fix it for $160. I am not in a stable financial position so I asked them what was the diagnosis so I could fix it myself. The gentleman at the front desk walked me out to the garage and had the employee Dylan show me in less than 1 minute the exact part I need to replace, what it’s called, how to replace it, what went wrong, and why it happened. This is a great place to go if you don’t want to deal will bullsh*t, they are straight up honest and fair. 5 Stars all the way.

I dealt with Michael about fixing the digitizer /touch screen on my 2017 Acura MDX which was accidentally broken. He was very knowledgeable and courteous to work with. He fixed it as he promised shipped it back quickly. I had a broken navigation screen in my 2006 Acura TL. Acura said they won’t repair because it’s too old. I found highline on the internet and the immediately confirmed that they could and would repair it. Cost was very reasonable compared to Acura’s only option of spending $6000 to purchase a completely new unit. Highline repaired for $300 AND had it done in three days. I live in Portland,or and they are in AZ and I still had the repaired unit back in five days. Definitely recommend them!

Before I found Highline I had a bad experience with another shop. The former shop swapped out a fuel pump but didn’t clean excess fuel from underneath the car before they gave it back to me. This service station is honest and they are accommodating and friendly. I did have to have the original part that was replaced by them replaced again, however I was not charged for the 2nd repair. The part was bad to no fault to Highline that I could see. It was diagnosed properly and at a reasonable rate. I appreciate their integrity in that. When I let them know the car seemed to be acting up worse than before I was told to bring it back and they promptly diagnosed it as being a bad part instead of telling me I needed more parts and repairs. It could have gone many other ways. I believe that you can trust that.

I brought my 66 Corvette to Highline last week to address some leaks. As it turns out I had a couple oil leaks from the valve gaskets and a transmission leak caused from some bad seals. I'm a DIY type, but uneasy about electronics...I had bought a replacement screen for my wife's Prius and was reassembling the MFD (multifunctional display) but none of the online videos I had found spoke to or showed a particular wire. I had not captured it in pictures I took through disassembly. The seller was not helpful on the phone.
Since the Highline Car Care videos were so well done - production quality, step by step commentary anyone could understand - I called them. With nothing to gain, Wes and Michael confirmed where I thought the wire should connect, and told me what function it served.

I was a tech working with wes and I like the way he runs his shop. He gets your car in gets it fixed right the first rime and doesn't try to break your bank. The techs don't recommend to fix stuff that does not need fixed. And that's what I look for in a shop. I like working at an honest shop with honest techs. I wouldn't want my mom or daughter getting taken advantage of, and either does he. I highly recommend having them check your car out. If I could I would still be working there but life got in the way and I had to take some time off. But if given the chance I would go back and work with him in a heartbeat excellent shop yes always new tools to get the job done right I highly recommend you give it a shot and when you do tell him Lucky sent you, and with it being a hundred and fifteen degrees out it's the perfect time to go get your AC fixed and fixed right the first time so I have nothing but good things to say about West and his crew so don't take my word for it go there and experience it yourself I hope you do

Highly Recommend. Took my vehicle to another place that works on BMW'S and they never could diagnose or duplicate the problem my vehicle was having. Found Highline Car Care, it took some intense diagnostics but they found the problem and fixed it. I was thinking the worse that I would need a new transmission or transfer case but ended up being as simple as a spark plugs needing changed and cleaning the MAF! Thank you Wes! Wes and his team did a great job of repairing the non responsive touch screen on the CUE system of my 2013 SRX Cadillac. After a quick online chat with Wes, the service was booked and the CUE component was removed from the vehicle, repaired and replaced in the vehicle under 3 hours. I would highly recommend Highline Car Care to service your vehicle. Having Wes repair a non responsive screen is far cheaper than the alternatives offered thru Cadillac.

I went to the Brent Berge Toyota and was quoted $140 to find the problem with my Prius and was told that the cost to fix it would be starting at $400 but go up from there. I called And talked to Charlie and highline, he said come on down and the fixed my car simply by resetting the computer. 10 minutes. Free of charge. Customer for life. Went in for an oil change and they made room for me even though they were busy that day. The oil change was completed quickly and they showed me a couple of areas of concern that I was not aware of. They actually showed me photos of why things needed some attention. I really feel like I can trust what they tell me.

Recently I purchased a digitizer for my 2006 Lexus IS 350. Initially I looked on eBay, but I was nervous about buying hit or miss eBay product. Then I found Highline Car Care, spoke with them, and decided to order a their digitizer and install it myself. The product I received was exactly as described. And with help from Highline Car Care's DIY video, I was able to replace this part myself. The only curveball during the entire repair was when I realized the OEM digitizer that I removed with the heat gun was glass. I sliced my finger slightly in the process. No biggie. Just wear glasses, pry up on the old screen while applying heat slowly, and be careful. Then I reinstalled everything, and the nav screen worked like it did the day the car came off the production line. Thank you Highline!
