Always thorough, honest, they do not fabricate repairs that arent needed. Professional, they communicate well while vehicle is in process (status updates). Christian Brothers is 100 percent customer satisfaction focused. I am a disabled combat veteran, they are always attentive to my needs. I can't say enough about my experience with them, my spouse and I are always treated well as a gay couple. I would give more stars if it were possible. All of the staff from front office to shop mechanics are amazingly knowledgeable and patient. Prices are in line with most repair shops in the area, however just based on the overall quality, we would spend a little more money to feel secure in the services provided. Free shuttle service is offered as well as the staff there understand the busy nature of our world today and all that we may have to deal with at the time; circumstances may require our presence somewhere else during repairs. Finally, they stand behind their work, great work ethic at this shop, a customers vehicle is not being returned without a complete and full repair. They always make it right.

First they started with an oil change and courtesy inspection. They made sure to check many components and showed me videos of any problems they found. Roberto was my service rep and he made sure to research prices to give me the best estimate for what I needed. I was in total control of the work I wanted done, which was nice not feeling pressured to deciding right away. They contacted me throughout the process so I knew what to expect. There was one thing they missed during the inspection, but they took care of it for me, and that truly made a huge impact on my experience with them. It went from a pleasant experience to exceptional and I will always recommend them. It's not just a standard shop. They designed it to be like going to someone's house, where they have nice couches to sit in, snacks, coffee, and music playing. The office has many of their awards and thank you notes from customers, they offer a courtesy shuttle service if you need to drop your vehicle off, and all of the staff are attentive and friendly. I am completely satisfied with the repairs done, and I shouldn't have to see them again for quite some time (that's a good thing!). Thank you!!

Christian Brothers customer service is excellent and is what makes them stand out. I had issues with my steering and they were fixed quickly. The staff was all very accommodating and friendly throughout my experience. I was helped by Skyler, Roberto, and Troy and they were all very helpful and answered any questions I had. Also, I utilized their ride service and Caleb was a great driver and was on time for both the drop-off and pick-up. Overall I would recommend Christian Brothers over any other auto shop.

I was having issues with my car, and needed an appointment as soon as possible. They were able to squeeze me in between other appointments that day! They were great about calling to communicate what diagnosis they found on my car. I chose to not move forward with getting the maintenance done that day, so I came by to pick up my car that afternoon. When I had gotten there to pick up my car, they had told me not to worry about the diagnosis fee, and that I was all good to go. What a blessing!! They went over the issues they had found with my car one more time before handing me a flower from the front desk, and telling me to have a great day. I am extremely thankful for their kindness and service on such a tough day!

First time using Christian Brothers and was very impressed. Needed a last minute wheel alignment before a trip and they got me in and out the same day in the afternoon. They keep you well informed on the status of your vehicle from start to finish. Alignment was perfect. Drives straight. No complaints. Car repairs are never fun. It's less fun when you are a single woman. I never thought I'd find a place that was compassionate, trustworthy, fair, reliable, and honest. I decided to have my vehicle towed to this location simply based on the reviews, never having stepped foot in the building. I am so glad that I did. Not only did they correct another shop's mistake, they were prompt and professional, keeping me in the loop and sending pictures along the way. Their meticulous notes and pictures even helped me seek legal action against the prior facility. Chris truly went above and beyond (all of the guys, really!) and I couldn't be more grateful. I called in a bit of a flurry for my vehicle losing oil and will be honest that they were not my first call (purely out of trying to go as close to home as possible) but after making that third call I knew it should have been my first. Despite it being later in the afternoon, they were super accommodating in getting me right in & were able to complete the oil change that I came for and the cabin & air filter changes that they identified as a need all in under 2 hours, and not because they were lacking customers! Every staff member was extremely courteous offering a friendly smile or hello to both my daughter & I, the lobby was full of what I'll call comfort items (water, coffee, candy, comfy furniture) instead of product to push. It was clean, pleasant smelling & an environment that you don't have to worry about what your kid could pick up. They have earned our loyalty, we will continue to use their business & hope you will too.

Staff was friendly and courteous. They were swamped, but was able to get me in and out in a flash. The technicians were honest and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I’m a mechanic myself and was testing to see if they were going to sell me something I didn’t need. Put a smile in my heart knowing that these guys/gals are honest. Christian Brothers is my go-to place for car care. The lobby/waiting room is clean with comfortable seating, has cold water or hot beverages to drink, & snacks to munch on. They have a free shuttle service as well. As far as car repair goes, these people are at the top of their game with ample text communication with photos, estimates, etc. They also phone as needed. They do a great job & know their stuff! I always feel comfortable going in & know I will be treated with kindness.

Christian brothers really took care of my car and me. Their communication is like nothing I've ever seen before. I have a 11 year BMW that has been taken care of throughout its life and they even had a certified BMW mechanic on site. They drove around with me and when done and deciding what I was able to afford they gave me a discount so I could get work crucial done. When finished and paid for the General Manager deliver my car to my house with the mechanic. Tip notch customer service. Oh and btw, their waiting area and facility is like a doctor's office. They should change the automotive business like QT changed gas and quick food business. Excellent t.

We've lived in the valley for over 20 years and the level of service we receive when getting our cars repaired keeps us coming back to CBA. I used to be the type of car owner that would only take my vehicle to the dealer. Since I found CBA I've saved myself money, time, and the feeling of being ripped off. They are transparent with estimates and cost. We have a 20 year old beater that they've kept in excellent running condition. We've brought vehicles to them for pre-purchase inspections and ended up with very reliable low cost maintenence vehicles. We no longer live close to CBA but refuse to take our cars anywhere else. I highly recommend CBA to friends and family, as well as anyone reading this review.

Our first time here and must say I am not disappointed. The courtesy, care and professionalism is amazing. Their lounge is comfortable and still can maintain the distance guidelines and does require the masks just in case you're curious. They maintain the sanitation aswell. They do offer coffee and bottles of water while you wait along with a various selection of books and magazines to choose from to keep you entertained. No worries they will keep checking in to make sure you're comfortable anyway 😉 They don't hesitate about bringing the vehicle to the front. There's no if's and's or but's about it lol. This company stays true to their name.

I had a great experience using Christian Brothers Automotive in Peoria. My car broke down on the road at night. The lower control arm had broken off the sub frame and was dragging the ground. The entire rear suspension sub frame had to be replaced. Christian Brothers calmed my fears. They were able to fix my car at a cost I was able to afford! They had my car repaired within one day after getting the replacement suspension sub frame! Their technicians do amazing work! And the front office staff are extremely helpful and kept me up to date on the entire process and shuttled me to where I needed to go. They relieved all the stress and worry over my broken down car. Friendly, gave me a ride home while the car was inspected. I was told I needed to do multiple repairs to get an alignment. The quote was exceptionally high. I denied repairs as I was unfamiliar with the shop and took it to my trusted mechanic. My mechanic assured me, the repairs Christian Brothers told me must be done were not needed and that I should save my money and get the alignment. And, the repairs were half the cost that CB quoted me at my trusted mechanic... Go figure. I will not be coming back and will do the alignment at another shop. Nice people, friendly, but much too thorough in inspection to the point that they found problems that weren't really there. I'm sure the issues CB discovered were a "matter of opinion" but I don't like an opinion that's costs double what it does at other shops and is not necessary.

I came in today for the first time for an oil change because my SUV was low on oil and running poorly. The staff and mechanics are excellent as well as kind and trustworthy. They listened to my concerns and gave me instructions for how to maintain and monitor different parts of my engine. They also did a full inspection free of charge that included pictures, videos, and explanations of what is in good condition, average condition, and poor condition. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic Christian Brothers’ service is the best! Laura and Dave were the ones who took care of my car today, but I’m sure everyone else there is great too!

The shuttle was super helpful because my infant was unusually fussy so being able to go home instead of wait in the lobby made all of the difference. Everyone was very pleasant and treated me with respect. They listened to what I said, and wrote everything down. They confirmed with me by showing me what they had input into their computer. They drove me straight home (no side trips to deliver multiple customers). Communication was very good. When they called to say the car was ready, they offered to pick me up. Within 10 minutes, I got a text that they were on their way. Again, no side trips for additional customers. The waiting area is very nice for shorter services. Not your usual grease and rubber smells either! Everything is beyond expectations - unless, of course, you've been there before 😉

Christian Brothers does an amazing job. From the time you set your appointment to getting you vehicle back they are friendly and helpful through the entries process. Bright my truck in this time for what I thought was warranty work in my brakes, but turned out to be a rock wedged between the brake and rotor that wouldn’t break free with using an air compressor. They showed me the issue and even though it technically wasn’t warranty worthy, they fixed it for free and had my rotor turned with no charge. I highly recommend them for car care and for their professionalism and customer service, which is lacking at most other places nowadays.

Nice place, very fast service and Honest prices. Well I'm back at Christian Brothers Automotive, 1 year later with some maintenance work to be done, and over heating. It took 3 day's. I walked in, without an appointment and they took the car immediately. The Ford dealership said 2 weeks just to look at it, then more time after that. That's why I come to Christian Brothers Automotive.

When we first brought our vehicle to Christian Brothers I didn't have my hopes up, I expected the typical "its going to be $2,000 more than you expected, sorry" kind of service. ***LONG REVIEW*** Honestly, this establishment has the best customer service I’ve ever received anywhere and that’s the truth. From the initial phone call to ask about pricing, to the service inside, shuttle rides, etc. I was given outstanding customer service and overall great experience. When usually going to automotive type places they are usually just money hungry and think you don’t know much about cars; HOWEVER this place is a refreshing step out of that. They are reasonably priced and have an excellent way of explaining things that need to be explained in depth. Even the shuttle rides, rather than being awkward and just weird there was excellent conversation about several topics. One of the drivers, Luke informed me that the company hold events for certain different types of families to help them out with car services. That in itself is just rad. This was my first visit to Christian brothers. Christian Brother's changed the oil and rotated the wheels on my truck. They check all fluids and flushed the transmission fluid and brake fluid. They didca 12.point inspection too. I had them put new windshied wipers on my 18 year old truck. Everyone that works at Christian Brother's is nice and helpful! They take the time to explain what is needed and what can be completed at a later time, keeping safety first! They also text photos of everything that needs to be done with links and video. They make you feel like you are part of the family. Very accomodating! They even gave me a ride home while they worked on the vehicle. They text you during the process to let you know what is going on; to top things off they gave me a beautiful carnation before I left. I will most definitely be returning for future truck needs. I thought it was too expensive for what needed to be done. I Had the oil changed in my Rav4. It was also running a little rough. They test drove it and realized the air filter cover was not on right. I changed the air filter myself and didn't completely close the cover and air was leaking through. $247.00 later my oil was changed and air filter cover was put on correctly. Too expensive for what they did!! BUT, great customer service!!! They were so nice. They offered water, snacks, a ride home and a ride back to pick up my vehicle. Customer service is 2nd to none. Courtesy, communication and very friendly. I dropped my car for courtesy inspection (as I recently purchased a pre-owned car). It was very easy to book an appointment within 7 days over the Christmas period. The person handling the call was very friendly and detailed what would be done on my car (nothing initially without my consent). I received a link to a page listing the inspection done and what was of concern. For each items raised, I had a clean picture of why it was at fault and the options I had (fixing it, replacing it etc...). I also received regular updates on progress on the inspection and when it was finished (less than a day, incl the fixes/parts replacement). Overall a very good experience, in line with the price i was expecting to pay and service delivered in timely manner. I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers Automotive and will come back for my services.

Motor Mounts we’re replaced. The advisor Jon kept me informed from the point of being met on the phone, to taking my Van in the day before to check if the Motor Mounts needed to be replaced? When opening the front hood to my Van…there was more of a concern with Fuel smell and they were concern of the Hazardous? So I left my Van with Jon to be repaired the next day. Jon called and text me with the parts that were needed Motor Mounts and was planning on doing a Smog Inspection. Jon kept me informed throughout the day til my Van was done. After the Motor Mounts were replaced and inspected the Fuel Smell was gone and no leaks or concerns could be found. But Jon made it very clear to me that if I smelled Fuel especially when Fueling up my Van to bring the Van back ASAP to be inspected and checked. Which was nice, but after leaving i called midas who quoted me $360 and the dealership quoted $250-400. Only after i conplained and they took $100 off did they come close to the dealership price. All im saying is shop around...

Here is my story I woke up got ready to leave for the day everything packed in the car got in the driver's seat and the door would not close wiggled around with the hinge in the door it would not move sprayed it with WD-40 still nothing in a bit of a panic as I live alone and all my neighbors that are men are at work I knew the battery would go dead without the door being able to close so I had to find somewhere I did a Google search and seeing Christian Brothers automotive just down the road from me I got in my car drove to Christian Brothers with my arm out the window holding the door closed while driving I got to Christian Brothers went in I was greeted they listened to what was wrong they came out and looked at my vehicle they offered a courtesy shuttle to take me home they kept me informed of what was going on throughout the day with text messages so I never had to wonder what was happening they gave me an estimate they ended up having to order parts which they got in the very next day I received a text the next day stating my car was done they sent a shuttle for me greeted me when I came in I paid the bill they brought my car up had it running with the air conditioning on right to the door offered me a water for the road totally phenomenal customer service this is something you do not see today I would highly recommend Christian Brothers to all my friends and family as they are not only customer service friendly they keep you informed their shop is clean they're waiting area is clean and inviting and my car was done within 24 hours of driving it in there they totally took care of me 110% totally satisfied.

Incredible service! My mom raved about this place when they replaced her headlight so I decided to give them a try. I had noticed a slight bit of leakage from my drain bolt, so I brought my car in for an oil change, assuming that my drain bolt just needed tightening. First of all, I like how homey the place is. It was comfortable to sit and wait for my vehicle. The place was buzzing, but in a good way. The employees knew what they were doing and seemed to enjoy each others company while doing it. They let me know my car was ready at the time they had quoted me when I brought it in. Upon check out they went through the inspection. I really appreciated the photos of my vehicle. That held tremendous value to me. When I brought my car home that night, I still noticed a little bit of leakage from my drain bolt. I contacted the Christian Brothers via text after hours and minutes later the owner called, saying I could bring it in and they would take another look at it. WOW! I called the next morning asking for an appointment and he told me I could come down whenever I was ready. When I showed up, they immediately tended to my car. Usually I go over to the Subaru in Scottsdale to get my car maintenance done. However, this time I decided to try somewhere new and closer to home. This place was easily better because it had great customer service, good prices, and everyone was extremely professional. I especially liked how I got both a text alert and email with updates on my car service. It was also great that I could approve any additional services suggested on my phone as well. Out of everything, what I liked the most was how detailed they were with the inspection. They provided pictures of everything and any issues that they found. Along with their suggestions on how to handle the issue and the cost. The reason why I liked this the most was because my last maintenance was done in March 2020 at Subaru Scottsdale and I have not driven it much since then because of the fact my company is currently no long allowing people in the building because of COVID. Based on what was found it looks like Subaru Scottsdale never changed the filters on my Car after charging me. I will definitely continue going here and bringing any new vehicle I purchase future to be worked on here.

Shuttle drivers will take you home while your car is being worked on. They use OEM parts as long as they are available and all parts replaced by them have a 3 year warranty. Prices are fair. I needed quite a bit of work done on my car and got quotes from a few other places as well. This was my first visit, but it won't be my last.

I only recently moved into the area, and upon my arrival I needed my AC worked on, as well as a few other things. Since my first visit I have only been willing to take my car back to them! They are AMAZING. They took care of me, explained everything in detail, and have some of the best customer service of any business I have ever been too. They got me in and out with speed, and their work is high quality. I can tell they genuinely care about what they are doing, and put the customers first. Every visit I’ve had with them has exceeded any expectations, and I always left with a flower(they have hand cut flowers at the counter) and a cold bottle of water. If you need any work done take a trip to this shop!! If I could give more than a 5 star review I would!!

Took my truck in for alignment. Was a little disappointed that they called me after I was at work to let me know there would be an additional charge to align my truck just because it had a lift. My truck has solid axles so it is the easiest to align and being lifted doesn't change anything that they actually had to do to align it. All of the adjustments needed to align it are completely stock parts. Had an issue with the alignment and had to return it, but they were very professional about it and gave me a gift card for my hassle. The staff is very friendly and the shop is very clean. The waiting area has a nice homely feel and is very clean and nice. Complimentary fruit, coffee, and water. A place you could actually sit and wait and not worry about walking out with grease on your pants from the seat. They were especially friendly with the customers so much that they actually sat down and explained the issues the vehicles and showed them the parts. They also were OK with a guy bringing in his own parts because he got some kind of a discount on them someplace else. They have a complimentary shuttle that even goes out quite a ways. Overall, I was impressed with everything. Will keep them in mind for sure in the future and have already recommended them.

Awesome company! I have been several times now and am very happy with their service. I have a 2001 Honda Accord with over 200,000 miles. Jon DePue worked with me and he was also awesome!. He was very patient and kind and explained all the problems well so I could understand what was going on with my car. The first time Jon worked with me, there was a leak. It was in a very difficult place to reach and they ended up doing a timing belt fix while they were in there. It was close to needing be changed and I didn't want to have the expense again in such a short time. They always call and tell you what needs to be done before doing any work. I can say that they totally back up their warranty and they are very generous warranties of 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever benefits you the most. They had to do some warranty work for me recently. One of the motor mounts that was replaced had gone bad... They fixed it free of charge. I recently was having a problem with my car not wanting to start. They checked everything out and could not duplicate what was happening. I thought I was going to get charged for the diagnostic testing because Jon called to ask if that would be okay... but when I picked up my car, he said there was no charge because they couldn't find anything wrong. If they had found something, then I would have been charged. Another thing that is nice is that is they have a shuttle in case you need it.

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Cal the Manager was super friendly and informative! The office and building itself is extremely nice and professional. Not your typical Auto center filled with clutter. Scooter took my appointment via the phone and was helpful and explained wait times, pricing, etc. They send you a text with updates on your phone that allow you to see and review the inspection and then someone calls to go over it with you and answers any questions. These guys are extremely professional and great to work with and HONEST. I highly recommend taking a visit the next time your car needs worked on.

My tire was completely shredded and I needed to get it fixed so I ended up going to Christian Brothers automotive where I felt completely welcomed from the minute I walked in the door. I was impressed by their professionalism, innovation, and their thoughtfulness. Booking the appointment was easily done online. They use a service that sends the summary of the inspection via text message/email with recommendations of what needs repair along with the cost. My favorite part about this process was that I could approve or decline the work I wanted done via this message. I was at work seeing patients so this was very convenient and time saving. When I arrived to pick up my car, they greeted me with some flowers and a cold bottle of water. Overall, I had a great experience from booking the appointment to picking up my car. If you are looking for an honest, respectable, and affordable auto shop go here. I've always been skeptical about going to auto shops just because of all the dishonesty in this world. Because if that my car sat dead for about 4 months. I was immediately comforted when I walked in and was greeted by smiling faces. They offered me a free auto evaluation and once done, not only did they show me pictures of everything in my car that could be causing issues, they went above and beyond and explained to me how each of the issues affected my car. I thank God for such a wonderful place as Christian Brothers Automotive. I was pleasantly surprised by the over the top waiting room with comfy chairs and sofas as well as snacks and drinks. I was greeted by Lauren at the service desk. She patiently listened to me as I shared what service I needed. As I waited in the waiting room I was texted by them and was shown pictures of the areas of my car that needed attention to and servicing. I was most impressed by that rather than other mechanics just saying that something needs to be repaired and just take their word for it. I took my car in due to the brakes squeaking after being changed 17 months ago from another auto repair shop. Christian Brothers was professional and courteous from the moment I walked in, to when they handed me back my keys. Their shuttle dropped me home while it was being worked on, called me to explain what they found and picked me up to bring me back to the shop. They gave me an honest opinion to wait to change my brakes but the previous shop who did a brake flush did not do a good job. My fluid needs to be changed after 17 months. I choose Christian Brothers based off the reviews and I'm glad I did. I asked Luke at the front if they give out $5 Dutch Bros gift cards for reviews because they had alot of good reviews. Lol. Nope, no gift card but I'll take the professionalism and kindness displayed by EVERY employee over a gift card any day.

This place was fantastic! The best automotive experience in my lifetime. I called and made an appointment for an oil change on my newly Mercedes Benz SUV. I had arrived 30 minutes early, and owner, Cal knew it was me and introduced himself to me and the whole crew was saying hello using my name. *I was offered refreshments while I waited in their cozy waiting room. *They offer books to read and you can check them out and bring them back on your next visit. *I had received text messages of the progress of my vehicle. *A detailed inspection report with photos of everything that they had done to the truck, plus they went over it in person. *My car was finished on time and they gave me 20% off for being a new client. *They drove my car to the front, ice bottled water and flowers. It was truly a great experience. I am definitely coming back and referring people because it is hard to find a good place who knows luxury vehicles and who is cheaper than going to the dealership.

I liked that I was provided with pictures of my automotive problem, along with an explanation. Arrangements were made for me to pick up a rental car since my repairs were going to take almost a full day, therefore I did not have to miss work. I liked the ability to pay online, because once my vehicle was done, I was still at work and wasn’t going to get off until the shop was closed. I also liked being able to pick up my vehicle after hours with my keys being available in a lock box. The staff was very polite and courteous, and their waiting room was clean.

UPDATE: I am reducing my review to 4 stars. The last few times we have been there, the promised completion time has been significantly wrong. My son's car was an entire day late (promised near the end of day one, they didn't even start work on it until he called at the end of the day asking when it would be finished - and they didn't finish it until day 2). Our car was promised at 10am. Had to cancel a dental appointment because the car wasn't ready until late that afternoon. The people are nice and they do apologize. As always, they are the best. Everyone is super friendly. When repairs are needed, they go through the whole estimate and explain why. At times, I declined certain services. Overall a wonderful place for car repairs.

They are not a “part changing” company but a company that diagnoses the problem and fixes what is actually wrong with the vehicle. Very impressed that Christian Brothers Automotive stood behind their warranty! I'd replaced my truck's AC compressor about 18 months ago and then this year the AC started blowing warm. I was worried about another big repair bill, but I needed my air conditioning so I went ahead and took it into their shop. Well, they found a few problems and covered the entire repair for free! I took my truck into the facility at 75th and Thunderbird for an alignment. The facility was spotless and the staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. They sent me my vehicle report by text and email with pictures and descriptions on what needed to be fixed now, later and the good parts of my truck. I am very pleased with my service. I was able to personally meet Cal and some of his staff. They didn't pay me for this review nor would I accept any payment for a good review. I believe that if you want good work done you should be prepared to pay. There are so many other shops that don't charge as much, but you might get less than satisfactory service where they cut corners and put you and your passengers at risk. Christian Brothers Automotive is not that shady shop and I would highly recommend them to everyone. The owner Cal called me to check up on my progress and to make sure I was happy with the service they provided.

I had a flat tire on my Tesla model S, and no spare. AAA recommend Christian Brothers and that is where I was taken. The treatment I received there was superb. They were able to quickly assess the situation with my tire, and determine that it was a nut on the valve stem that had worked itself loose. I am extremely impressed with Christian Brothers Auto Repair. Their integrity, character and personal service is above reproach. Our car had a dead battery. A local auto supply store checked the battery and it tested good. I then had them test the alternator and they told me the alternator was bad. I talked with Cal, the owner of Christian Brothers, on the phone and he quoted me a price for parts and labor. The next day I dropped it off for the repair. A short time later i received a call from Cal and he told me the alternator was fine. it didn't need to be replaced. This saved me hundreds of dollars. They could have replaced the alternator and I would have never known the difference. Their honesty is refreshing. By the way... it is a Christian business. The owner goes to a local church in Peoria and their lobby is full of Christian books, devotionals and other Christian material. You will be impressed with their customer service.

With a baby on the way, I wanted to get my car checked out. So I had an oil change and a complete checkup of my 2005 camry. Christian brother's automotive were very thorough and they send you a review for the checkup which include what should be fixed: now, in the future, and what doesn't need fixing. I really liked knowing this because I can save for certain fixings that are needed in the future. The employees were all very nice and helpful and very prompt with the car and fixing certain things I requested after the checkup. They actually did what I needed the same day I brought it in for the oil change. Another awesome feature besides the digital checkup review are the text messages/emails they can send you about your car. They keep you updated throughout the whole process and if you need a ride home/pickup, they will do it. Thank you so much! This is one of the most honest and friendly auto places I’ve been. I took my car to a different place originally and it would have cost quite a bit to fix so I seemed out other places. Christian Brothers Automotive gave me a much much cheaper quote! And once they did an inspection on the car they told me I didn’t necessarily have to get something done that the other shop told me to do. This showed a lot of integrity to not try to get my money for every little thing. In addition, they provided a shuttle service for me and the driver was a safe, good driver. We had great conversation! And to top it all of they left me with a bottle of water in my finished car for the ride home (not to mention I spent almost $1000 less here than if I went with the first shop).

I didn't know they had an interest free finance option, that I totally took advantage of. I had planned for the repair but this sure made it even more painless. I had a minor issue with my Camaro that needed some attention, so I thought I would give Christian Brothers a try since they were close to me. The first thought that I had when I entered the building is not like entering into any other auto shop. The office was very clean and nicely decorated and had a warm comfortable feel. The shop was very clean as well. The service writer (Lauren) was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The mechanic called me to ask what was happening to the car. They followed up by text to let me know that my parts were being ordered and that the mechanic was working on the car. I even received a follow-up call from the manager and another call from the owner asking about my experience. Just had a wonderful experience at this auto repair shop!! I was visiting my daughter and she was concerned about her car not acting right. I called and was able to get in right away. I went in not knowing what exactly was wrong, no tell tale noises, no leaks, no shimmy just a concern. Patrick assured me that they would do a complete check of the car. He gave me frequent status updates while I read a book on their comfy couch complete with complimentary snacks and drinks. Patrick gave me a list of maintenance issues,it's an older car, in order of importance and reviewed pricing. He never assumed I was doing more than gathering information to take back to my daughter. I never felt pressured to fix anything. I communicated the issues to my daughter and she decided to address some of them (belts and an engine mount) Patrick had the parts and the techs were able to do it right then. I felt comfortable, cared for and confident that I had chosen the right place to bring my daughter’s car.

I am grateful for the staff at Christian Brothers Automotive Peoria Thunderbird. Van, the technician put extra time and effort in making sure I had the correct starter for my vehicle so I may attend classes and clinicals for the nursing program at Grand Canyon University. The office was clean and everybody went above and beyond to stay after to help get the job done. The teamwork was terrific. While Van worked on getting the starter out the guys pitched in to find a place that had a starter as the one in the shop wasn't the right size. I was treated with kindness, compassion, and care. CBA Peoria is amazing! It's so nice to know there are still good, honest, and best priced mechanics around. At this location you are treated like family. All of the employees are kind and friendly. They will take you home or to work, if you choose to wait, the entire place is very neat and clean, comfortable place to wait. There is free coffee, water, and snacks. They also leave you a coaster and bottle of water in your car, and your car at the front door when you leave. Would recommend to EVERYONE. I just can't say enough about this wonderful place of business! Love it!

I had previously used a location in Kansas City years ago for service on another vehicle. I was very happy to discover there are locations now in Phoenix area. While they are franchise locations all experiences have been great!!! Yesterday after having my car in for service at Infinity and being advised I needed maintenance that I had already done recently, I decided to take my car for a second opinion. These guys did an inspection and actually showed us additional issues not even reported by the dealership. They even went further and determined my rotors were the reason I was going through brake pads so frequently. Being a Realtor I understand completely the word of mouth and positive experience referrals. These guys are great and will get my infinity from now on.

I made an appointment for a headlight restoration which I've never done before. I arrived early and my vehicle was taken in early without hesitation. I was updated the entire time my vehicle was worked on. At the end, the results of the headlights were just short of a miracle. Its as if I had new headlights, and to think I was pondering the thought of replacing them for new ones which saved me hundreds of $$. I needed my AC fixed and found them on YELP. took my car in and they gave me a fair and honest quote. They discovered my brakes needed replaced (which I kind of knew already) and took care of that as well as an oil change. They were really nice and explained everything in great detail so I knew exactly what was wrong, why or how it happened, and any possible preventative measures. They told me they could fix everything by end of day (6pm) which only gave them a few hours to do. I have had so many experiences where shops say a timeframe and it’s always delayed. I couldn’t believe they finished by 5:45! Another cool feauture is their automated text messaging updates. I was being notified every step of the way the exact status of my vehicle. I got 10% off for checking into the shop on YELP. They also left a cold water in my car for me with a coupon to refer a friend and we both receive $20 off of $100. Pretty cool. They took their time and you can tell it is family owned. Most importantly, I didn’t feel cheated or taken advantage of. I finally found my new shop!

Very friendly staff who showed that they cared about me as a client. CB was one of 3 companies in my area recommended by Costco for needed automotive repairs, and because they had many positive online reviews for the short time they had been in business in their Peoria location, I decided to go there. A check of my vehicle showed that there were some repairs needed (I have a 2013 Toyota Rav4 with almost 80k miles). I had been given a list of 4 "recommendations" and price quotes at my last dealership service; CB told me that they would recommend 2 of them for now. Both repairs (Transmission Fluid and Fuel System service) were each priced at $100 less than the Dealership quote. Goodbye dealership, hello Christian Brothers; keep up the good service and I'll be a lifelong customer.

I just took my car in for the first time yesterday after a friends recommendation. My appointment was for an oil change and to check a slow leak in a rear tire. But since my car has 80K miles on it, I knew that there were other services that were due to be done as well. Since it was my first time in their shop, they did a complete analysis of my car to have a baseline for what condition my car was in (which was not only helpful, but reassuring). In the process, they showed me (with actual photos) of the condition of every component on my car. They also were able to explain to me (in laymen's terms) what each component did so I could understand what I was looking at. There were addtional items that did need attention, but NEVER in the entire experience did I feel like I was being upsold. There were pictures to verify each thing recommended and the way the options were communicated never once made me feel pressured. I've been in businesses where I have felt pressure to buy additional services and this was completely the opposite of those experiences. I appreciated the professionalism and kindness of each person I interacted with, as well as the attention to detail and communication, keeping me updated at each step along the way. I felt like their parts and labor rates were definitely comparable with what I have paid for these services in the past (and actually less than the dealership). But honestly, I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" and don't intend to take my car anywhere else from now on. Thank you guys! Usually dealing with car issues is a huge bummer, but you made it a terrific experience!

2005 Audi brought in because it would not start. Ran diagnostics and discovered the starter was bad due to a leak from radiator hose causing a short/ground. Right off the start you experience AMAZING customer service walking in the door. You are welcomed with cold water, snacks, and a ride home so you don't have to wait. My car was going to take a couple of days to fix leak and the starter and was given a rental car from the diagnosis taking quite a while (not a service offered, but they could tell I was upset) that was honestly the best thing for them to do, and guess what.....It worked. Cal (The Manager) was very apologetic and handled the entire process like a true professional. Also, talking with Cal and the techs up there you can tell their diagnosis and recommendations are honest and with no pressure in spending more money. Their mission is to get you back in your running car again as soon as possible and I have several things wrong with my car that I just can't afford right now and they didn't even try to bother me with that stuff. Only the immediate issue. I highly recommend these guys. Been in customer service myself for 25 years and these guys have nailed it in their 2nd week opened!! Thank you Christian Brothers!!! -Jason

My clutch pedal stopped functioning in my '14 VW beetle TDI, and I had it towed to the dealership. In order to fix it, the dealership wanted something like $2,500. I called around to get quotes, at least 20 garages. Christian Brothers was the lowest, often by quite a bit, and they were the nicest. They arranged for the tow from the dealer to their shop at no additional charge to me, even though their price was already so much cheaper than everyone else's. They also had to drop the subframe in order to perform the work, which required an alignment they had not anticipated in the estimate--so they threw that in for free too. They also completed the work very quickly, even though my poor car needed a lot of help, and kept me updated throughout the process without any effort on my part. I never wondered how much longer it would be. Then when I went to get the car, they pulled it up front for me and gave me a flower for the vase! (although the new beetles no longer have vases but it was still very nice of them :p) They really put in a ton of extra effort just to make sure I was comfortable and I'm so glad to have my car back, functioning like it should, and so quickly. The only downside? I don't like the music in their lobby, so bring headphones if Gospel isn't your thing, lol!

I've always been skeptical about going to auto shops just because every time I took the car into the dealer for an oil change they would tell me I needed more done than an oil change it always added up to a great deal more money. It was scary leaving with only an oil change since they said these were necessary. Once the car was examined at Christian Brothers they told me I needed a couple of other minor repairs never mentioning all of the huge repairs that the dealer quoted. Even though they are very affordable I am on a fixed income and need to spread things out whenever possible and they were okay with that. Thank you for everything Christian Brothers Automotive! I received a coupon for a free oil change about a month ago and called and asked if it was just for a regular oil change or for a synthetic one too. I spoke to the owner and he said that the coupon was for a regular oil change but that he will let me have the synthetic oil change for free. The owner and staff are very friendly and professional. The inside of the business looks like a home - a very clean fresh smelling home. You will be welcomed with fruit and a variety of snacks. I like the fact that you will be shown what is wrong with your car on the computer screen (you will also receive a text). For me, it was a couple of filters and windshield wipers that needed to be replaced. I will be going back soon.

This place just recently opened next to the Walmart at 75th Ave and Thunderbird, where I happen to work. I recently purchased a used car and decided to drop it off at Christian Brothers for service. They did the repairs I asked for plus did a complimentary inspection of the vehicle. During the repairs I was updated about the status. When I returned to pick up my car, everything they did to my car was explained to me as were any problems they found that needed attention. The staff here is very professional. Cal, the owner and Frank who runs the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful, even following up with thank you call and emails. They bring your car around to you when they're done with a nice cold bottle of water in it. I believe they offer transportation if you need a ride after dropping off your car. While the cost of the repairs weren’t cheap, I appreciated the transparency of the shop. I had our 2009 Toyota Camry towed to this shop after business hours due to smoke in the cabin area. The technician identified a plastic bag on the exhaust as the culprit for the smoke. They conducted a very thorough evaluation of our car and listed items that needed to be repaired ASAP and a list of those items that will need to be addressed in the near future. They attached pics of everything they identified so I could see exactly what they were referring to. This was texted to my cell as a link to their site where I was able to review their findings with pics. Upon my arrival the next day, Craig, the shop manager, took me out to the shop and pointed out the listed items first hand on the car. How refreshing!!!!

I am now doing regular maintenance on my girls car. She kept all of her receipts and records from a car place she had been taking it to for years. I don’t need to go into detail about how badly they have been scamming her as everyone knows what it can be like. Well I installed a back up camera and aftermarket stereo in her car. I had noticed before doing this her passenger seat sensor never detected me in the seat. After installing said items, the sensor then worked but the airbag indicator came on with the dash warnings. I’m concerned at this point because none of her airbags will work and that sudden sensor issue being fixed brings concerns. I don’t have a scanner to read airbag codes and to purchase one it’s almost just as much to have the dealer read them. After extensive calling to find somewhere that would read them and no luck because no one has a code reader (autozone doesn’t have the capability for airbags nor ABS anymore), I found a brand new keychain outside her car. It read “Christian brothers automotive” and at that point I knew my prayers have been answered. Called the next day and spoke with Craig who told me they could read the codes and would do so as a courtesy. I’ll say that again, a courtesy as in free of charge. Got her car in the same day! In 30 min they checked all her fluids and sent me the picture of them next to a fluid chart. I wasn’t expecting this! They told me the codes that came back and what I should do to address it. I still have to take it back in and see if what I did fixed the code. They informed me once it is fixed, they will clear codes for $60. I appreciated the respect they had for me to address it myself as I can. That’s half the price it would cost to have a dealership even read them! The staff was all very friendly and the lobby made you feel at home. Comfortable leather sofa set with A/C , nice music, water and coffee. No one tried to belittle me or give me a run around for repairs. Honest, professional and courteous. I look forward to taking her car back to see if what I addressed worked. Will post another review afterwards.

My only concern was that they told me that my cabin air filter needed to be changed, but I had done that less than 2 weeks ago. I let them know and we carried on. A few hours is all it took... And it didn't seem that long ' cause I just felt like I was chillin' at home :). A complimentary bottle of water was waiting in my car for me... And my ac is colder than it has ever been since I bought the vehicle. A pleasant experience and most likely a return customer...

i just recently found out about christian brothers automotive and took my car for a second estimate. i was totally shocked at the throughness of my vehicle estimate inspection!!! it has to be one of the most detailed estimates that I have ever witnessed!!! They even include photos is all of the vehicles problems areas - texted to you in a detailed report!!! i definitely recommend that you check out and take your vehicles to this full service repair shop...these guys are the "real deal" in professionalism...

Definitely a step above as far as facility, cleanliness, comfortable surroundings. Uplifting music & reading material, leather seating, knowledgeable & friendly staff, fresh flowers on the desk, and a cold bottle of water left in my car when the service was done. Courtesy ride home while waiting for work to be done. Went in for oil change & new wipers. So thankful they also noticed a severe safety hazzard that had been misdiagnosed by another well known auto repair shop. I had been told twice by other shop that the loud road noise in my car was not a safety issue, but an annoying tire issue. However, the guys at CBA found a faulty wheel bearing, which I understand can cause the wheel to lock while driving & cause potentially dangerous or fatal accident. Meanwhile I have been driving my special needs son, my grandchildren, and rideshare customers all over Phoenix & beyond. I so thankful the CBA guys caught this & fixed it today!.

Wanted to meet the new auto business in town which is a half mile from my home...so I took my three autos over for oil changes and some needed repairs, was very pleased with the service and reasonable prices the owner ( Cal ) quoted...Cal is new in town coming from Michigan to establish this business. The business is on the west side of Wal-Mart at 75th Ave and Thunderbird...all my 3 cars were repaired in two days and are running just great...Cal will even drive you home and pick you up if you need this service at no charge...His service manager (TODD) is very good at getting your car serviced and out the door and giving you good estimates on repairs...Todd is also a chaplain and will give you a personal prayer if you ask him, I got a wonderful prayer from him as my wife is sick and unable to walk and being 77 years old I suffer from painful arthritis ..thank you Todd for that nice prayer. Please do give them a chance to service your car...you will not regret it.
