She was honest and upfront about the pricing from the beginning and she was able to get my initial quote reduced on top of adding my military discount. Alphonso and the Chaney staff were professional, friendly and trustworthy. I had been advised by a Jeep service rep it would cost me $150 plus to replace my Cherokee’s windshield fluid wash line system which was cracked. At Chaney’s , they assured me it was simple and very very inexpensive. It was repaired quickly and the cost was minimal. I scheduled another repair with Alphonso due to this experience. I will drive farther for a place I can trust before settling for others. Thank you !

Some idiot ran into the back of my SUV and I needed it repaired. I dealt with Mike here and he took such great care of me. He kept me informed of the progress of the repair throughout the process and when more damage was found he let me know and handled everything with the insurance for me. You can't even tell there was any damage done to the vehicle now. Everyone was super friendly and helpful especially Christina and Mike.

This place is amazing! Great customer service! They painted my spoiler for me because it had tons of sun damage and clear coat blistering and it came out great! The price was on point. I was in an accident back in December and my front end was pretty beaten up and my alignment was waayyyy off I could barely drive it. I brought it into Chaneys Collision Center, Christina was amazing and always answered my questions with kindness and reassured me my car was in great hands. Elliot called me and kept me up to date on my repairs and answered any question I had for him. Let me tell you, this was my first accident in a long while, I had never taken a car in to be repaired until this last one. And I am very thankful I chose Chaney's. I see some of the complaints about the time but if you do the research every shop in the valley is backed up due to supply shortages. We had pretty severe damage so we knew it was going to take some time regardless. They were great with communication through the whole process though . I didn’t have to deal with the tow truck or the insurance . When we picked it up the work they did was exceptional! Beyond what we expected ! Thank you to Mike and his crew .

Chaneys did a minor accident repair recently on my fiat 500x. From the minute they contacted me since it was an insurance claim the entire process was courteous, professional and quick! I came to this place after someone hit my car. They were great about dealing with most of the insurance stuff so I didn’t have to. They also were great at communicating with me during he whole process. Very professional However they are extremely slow. My car only needed slight body work. The damage was only to the bumper and lights . But they kept my car for almost 6 WEEKS. Highly inconvenient. If my car had sustained serious damage and required more extensive work i can’t imagine how long it would have taken. I recommend you look somewhere else if you don’t want to be without your car for a long period of time.

Had a dent on the roof pillar in a tough spot. Chaney’s told me this is a tough area but could make it like new. When we showed up to pick it up it looked like a brand new even better truck. With close inspection I could not see any imperfections on the dent and they repaired two other smaller areas that look new. Very please with the finished repairs and their communication was great. Clean large shop and great work. Worked with our insurance as well without hassle. I would highly recommend Chaney’s Collision Center

Tabitha helped me. When I dropped my car off, she was really busy, but was able to get me in and out of there quickly. Told me what I could expect and the time frame for getting it done. The rental car company was supposed to pick me up, but they were running late so Tabitha had someone drive me to the rental car company. My car was fixed within the timeframe she estimated and it looked great. They even buffed out a few scratches for me. And, they took care of returning the rental car for me too. Had my rear bumper scratched pretty bad in a hit and run so i came in for an estimate. Javier took a look at the damages and asked if he could buff it out. Waited 15min in the lobby and my car was ready and you couldn't tell i even got hit! Completely took my stress away and was free of charge. Awesome place and awesome staffs! I am very pleased with the service I received from Chaney Collision Centers. When I walked through the door I was met by the estimator assigned to my claim, Tabitha Freiberg, with a friendly welcome. Tabitha took the time to review the damage done to my car and answered all of my questions. There was a delay in the car rental agency picking me up to get a rental car, so Tabitha arranged for an employee to drive to the car rental agency. Tabitha kept me very well informed during the repair process and the repairs were competed a day earlier than expected. When I picked up my car, the repair work was excellent - I couldn’t tell that there had been any damage. I was even able to leave my rental car at the collision center and they coordinated the return to the car rental agency. In summary, both the repair work performed on my car and the customer service provided by Chaney Collision Center was outstanding. Naturally I hope to not have to use car repair services again, but if I do the choice will be very easy – Chaney Collision Center. Update 8/5/21 Well I had another small dent and naturally I took my car back to Chaney's. So glad I did! I was met by Mike King, who took wonderful care of my car's dent. Just moved to Surprise from Northern Nevada and unfortunately got hit by a van and ruined the whole front end of my vehicle, took about a week to get the bumper for my vehicle because my car is a Rare one and I knew there was gonna be a slight delay because of its Rarity. During the waiting period, my car was still drivable therefore I drive it until they received all the parts that were needed to complete the work. Our car looks amazing, doesn’t even look like an accident happened, runs smoothly. They had an estimated time frame of 28-33 days and they got it done 4 days sooner then expected. They are very lovely people, helped out big time. The only issues we had is that while driving our door sensor will keep flashing on saying a door is on, and that there is something wrong with one of the tires (but the tire light has gave us troubles in the past). Yes, even with two stupid light issues, and one of them causing a ding, they do still deserve a 5 star. We got our car back feeling like it is almost brand new. It runs perfectly fine, for it done a few days early, and the car looks like it honestly was never in an accident. Thank you Chaney’s!

Quick, efficient, and made a bad experience overall as enjoyable as could be. *edited* I had another issue, was waiting for a part to come in, said it would be a week. Wrong part came in, said it would be a week for the new one. Over 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting. I've called them several times, someone looks into it and says they will call me back and don't. Called again with no updates. Getting really frustrated since I've already paid for the work I don't feel like it is a priority to them. The initial work and service was helpful and well done, so I will leave it three stars because I was satisfied with that.

I went in to have them look at a busted tail light on my 2017 Altima. I had just bought the car not even a month prior. When Javier came to do the estimate I spoke to him about some damage to my bumper, he immediately looked at it and felt the bumper and told me the bumper-had been repainted poorly(presumably by the dealership). He then pushed on the bumper and explained to me that he felt “bondo” in my bumper and then after further inspecting the vehicle told me that the car had been in an accident and had been repaired, however the dealership(Peoria Nissan) had shown me a clean car fax report and I assumed the car had never been in an accident. This was a revelation I would never have received had I not come Chaneys collision center. This was not only an eye opening visit but I have since contacted an attorney to have them look into consumer fraud against Peoria Nissan for selling me a car the was Mis-represented during my purchase of the vehicle. I can’t explain how this little bit of information from “Javier” might have saved me thousands of dollars in the long run. I will continue to bring my business and I will tell all my friends and family about my experience @ Chaneys collision center!! Very courteous, helpful people. Called several times during the week and half that they had the car. Had a lot of work done for a seemingly minor repair. Things are not simple when it comes to repairing vehicles due to all the safety stuff they do to build these cars. They called Ford and made sure they were doing things right. My door was not opening or closing correcting. Chris took it back to a tech after giving me a $50 estimate. I did not finis a chapter in my book when chris has me follow him to my car. He showed me that you had to pull the handle allowing the car to drop the window and open smoothly. It is a hardtop convertible and no one showed me how to open and close the door properly. The tech adjusted the door and Chris was kind enough to waive the charge! I had to pinch myself! This never happens. Normally a $50 estimate turns into a $100 or more. Thank you Chris!
