I have had my car serviced at this place for the last 12 years. Staff members are courteous, friendly, and professional. Service Reps. always communicate any issues and provide the costs of repairs and/or maintenance recommendations in advance. Service is completed quickly. When technicians return my car to me they remove protective floor and seat coverings which have kept my car clean during the service visit. My Highlander is 12 years old and in great condition, thanks to everyone at Sloane Toyota Cottman Avenue.

I have been dealing with Sloane Toyota since 2012 when I bought a new Corolla with them. I have never had an experience which wasn’t courteous, communicative, and fair. Our most recent experience dealt with major repairs after an accident. there were many parts, delays and back ups to getting the car done, but Rich and the team kept us apprised on the situation and delivered an beautifully repaired vehicle.

My experience at Sloane has always been good. They are always prompt at calling you when the car is complete and make sure they advise you of anything that is needed on the Vehicle. They offer an uber ride to in from the dealership was very convenient. They complaint was I asked my service advisor if they could wash my car and he said they could wash the exterior. When I came to pick the car up it was not washed.i guess they forgot. Other than that my service was a good experience.

I always come to Sloane Toyota of Philadelphia. My very first car, I bought brand new from here. I gave that car to my sister and just got a brand new car again from here last year. I worked with Ling last weekend for my maintenance check and she has always been fantastic. She helped me schedule my next maintenance appointment and discussed with me everything that would be happening. I personally think that Ling is the best that I have worked with there for service. She really knows her stuff and clicks very well with Toyota customers. Hope I get to bump into her again at my future appointments.

First time going to Slone Philadelphia and it was a very good experience. They found issues with my vehicle that weren't mentioned from a smaller shop about my brake system. They also performed a transmission service that the smaller shop didn't want to do, but is recommended within the service manual. Very communicative and available via text and phone calls. I'll definitely be back. Pricing is what it is, but I felt it was fair and on par based on what was done.

Anyway the experience is fair because parts being ordered and never came on time, they keep changing the delivery date. As a result of this, part of my car was being removed, that's the little save by the left side of the steering where i keep my coins and receipts. though was replaced by the service manager but I was unhappy because it's shows how unsafe it is to leave one's car for too long a time. Though the team are polite in dealing with customers and the service manager is awesome.

When I dropped the car off for service, I was able to discuss concerns I had about my car. The agent assured me that they would check out my concerns and call me to let me know what was found. He ordered a Lyft ride so I could get to my volunteer job. They called and explained what they found, answered all of my questions. Hiran, the agent I spoke to, even researched information about the different tire options I asked about. When the car was ready, they ordered a Lyft ride back to the dealership. Great experience. They made everything easy.

I was in and out in a timely fashion and kept up to date on the progress with my service advisor, Joe. My vehicle has 90k plus miles and this is the second time I’ve used them for a full set of tires in addition to the regular scheduled maintenance.

The service and staffs there are friendly and helpful. I just wish for basic oil change or any minor fix doesn't have to take over an hour or 2 to get it done. This is pretty busy location since it is in the neighborhood. Thank goodness they can get Lyft ride for you so you can wait at your home so you can get something done at home until hours later when they done with your vehicle.

I went here for a simple oil change and once I returned to my car I noticed that the passenger bottom panel was laying on the floor. I alerted the manager Al And he had them fix it however there was Another piece still laying on the floor that went to the panel that Al had to personally put back himself. After leaving Sloane Toyota I went on vacation and I decided to go inside of my glove Box and it just fell down and before the oil change it used to open very smoothly. I also notice that there were little marks on my hood like someone took something and hit the hood several times with. I have a dash Cam and I decided to look to see what happened when I was not with the car. The footage on the dash Cam was erased and it only had footage from when I returned to the car After the oil change. Once I return from vacation I went back to Sloane toyota to alert the manager of my findings. He told me that he thought the marks on the hood came from the debris hitting my hood while driving. This is extremely hard for me to believe because I have Had many cars in the past and my driving Habits have not changed and I've never had little marks appear on my hood out of no where. However the manager did solve the issue with the glove Box not opening properly There was a piece that was broken on it so he did order a new one so that it would work properly.
