I love the concept for Girls Auto Clinic and I'm always happy to support a female owned business. I made an appointment easily online for my car's oil change and inspection. I figured it wouldn't' take too long so I decided to wait in their lounge. There were plenty of comfortable seats, free wifi so I could get some work done and included coffee/snacks. I really appreciated the attention to detail; the staff were friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. I needed to wait longer than I initially thought because my car did not pass inspection due to a worn out wheel bearing. I'm always a little nervous about being taken advantage of (I don't know much about cars) but the mechanic explained everything and answered all my questions. My car is 14 years old, after all, so some larger repairs are to be expected. They were able to complete the oil change but not the inspection so I made an appointment to return in a week to get the wheel bearing fixed. They let me know they would need the car for the full day so I used their after hours drop off service. It was super easy. They kept me in the loop every step of the way- sending text updates about the status of my car. I received a phone call that they discovered the rear wheel bearing also needed to be fixed. Again, this made me a little nervous but I also realized they had never been replaced and I live in Philly which has potholes the size of craters. They sent me the updated invoice and did not continue with the work until I approved the charges. The price was very reasonable and because my car hasn't given me issues in the past, I figured it was time for larger repairs. I was able to pay the bill online which made picking up my car the next day a breeze. I immediately noticed the whooshing noise I had become accustomed to was gone. All doubt was erased from my mind; clearly I had gotten used to this noise and if the ladies hadn't caught it, I could have been driving around in an unsafe car. I will return to Girls Auto Clinic. The service was friendly, polite and professional, the prices reasonable. I may even get a manicure next time.

The ladies at Girls Auto have been honest, reasonable and very thorough. I appreciate the service provided. They showed my 9yo daughter around the shop to show her that women can achieve anything. It was truly a nice touch! I recommend the shop to anyone.

I updated my rating due to the service I received today after posting this. However, answering the phone should be the bare minimum at a business, and I hope they improve lines of communication. Someone did text me back at least to schedule my service I have been coming to Girls Auto forever, and have had many services done on my car. I loved how accessible they were by email, phone, and text. But even in just attempting to call them today, no one picks up the phone. Similarly the last time I emailed them about an issue, no one even responded. This didn't use to be an issue. More male mechanics are present as of my last service, and this place more than ever resembles other mechanic shops. I enjoyed seeing the female mechanics before. I am really disappointed in the diminished service here.

I'm so glad I found out about this place! I'm a single woman who can't just easily drop a car off for whatever it needs, so when I saw this place had actual amenities for you while you wait, I was sold. I took my car for inspection and it took exactly one hour and the price was very reasonable. If I hadn't already had my nails done, I would have absolutely made an appointment in the Clutch nail salon. They offered free hot and cold coffee, water, and gatorade while you wait and I just sat and did work in their nice little lounge area. I like that their business platform is based on honesty and educating women on their cars. Looking forward to coming back for oil changes and regular maintenance!

They do a good job. Did a whole bunch of work on my car in an impressively speedy fashion. I've been taking my car to them for years. They take photos of what's wrong, so you can look at it yourself. Plus you get to see all of the technician's notes, you can google it and ask them as many questions as you want. They're not cheap, but I never feel like I'm getting ripped off. Sometimes they leave a bit of minor garbage in my car-- this time it was a plastic seat cover. And sometimes they forget to call you with your estimate, so you have to call them yourself. oh well, at least the work is always done well. that's the most important thing.

It’s not often one gives a five star review to a business who tells you, “hey, your car needs a new car,” but here we are. The wonderful shecancics at Girls Auto Clinic were kind, explained everything so thoroughly, and gave me sound advice (“You’re not doing these repairs. You’re going to buy a new car.”). I am certain that I will be bringing my new Toyota (their recommendation!) to them for regular maintenance!

WOW! I went to the Girl's Auto Clinic for the first time in order to have my yearly State Inspection done. This place is fabulous! First, I was treated in a way that was friendly, open, welcoming, informative -- I was made to feel that I belonged there and that I was the most important person at that moment. There was none of the condescending smarminess that you get at some auto mechanics. There was no sense of any agenda, or anything hidden. Second, the areas for waiting are beautiful! No really, beautiful: sparkling clean, lovely decorations (flowers and cool artwork), and BOOKS to read (most by women authors), pillows on the benches, cofmy chairs, and a BEAUTY BAR just in case you would like to get your nails or face done while waiting. Get out!!! I felt absolutely at ease...the price was just as expected and complete paperwork was emailed (at my request -- they will print if you like), and it only took a bit over an hour. As if all this is not enough - I understand that they also train women to understand and to work on their own cars. This should be the model for ALL businesses. Bravo GAC!!

I went here for a 2nd opinion after a previous mechanic said I needed to replace a part I suspected just needed to be welded. This shop were upfront and honest about everything and suggested a welder to go to reattach my part, which I'm incredibly appreciative of. I do think I was charged a bit much just to have my car lifted up to visually see if my catalytic converter could be reattached. But all in all, I had a good experience with the staff, and I'll bring my car back to be serviced.

This is the best experience I've ever had at a mechanic... EVER. I got an oil change and wiper blades replaced. The staff of Girls Auto Clinic were extremely organized, efficient, and helpful, and I got a beautiful mani-pedi while I waited, to boot! I originally took my car for an oil change. They told me that there was a need to degrease the engine to diagnose where a leak was occurring as there was some sort of leak going on…(Other shops had told me I had an oil leak and when I said but my oil level doesn’t drop, they’d just say you have a leak…) Result: it wasn’t an oil leak at all, it was something else. And each time I asked a question, they answer. And, if I didn’t understand a part of the answer, she’d reexplain. When I asked a question she didn’t have an immediate answer for, she had zero issues asking the head mechanic and allowing me to listen to the exchange. I absolutely love the candor and the customer service. #SheCANic for sure

Girls Auto Clinic is the best. I moved to PA in 2018 and getting my car inspected every year felt like doomsday because I knew I’d have to cough up major money for some repairs to get it to pass (even though my car is only a 2015 Jetta). This year, with the VID membership at GAC, I was getting my nails done at the Clutch Salon when I was told my car was ready to roll. Shocked, I said, nothing wrong? No repairs? Nope, she said, other than we replaced your wiper blades, but that’s covered by your VID too. I walked away only paying for my manicure with Maggie (who is also amazing)! My boyfriend now takes his car there and also has a VID membership — he’s thrilled with not waiting for hours at the dealership for his car to need “one more thing” before they’re done. Highly recommend GAC!

Sick of going to pep boys (and feeling cheated every single time), I decided to hunt for a new auto-shop. I landed on this place after seeing many positive reviews on Facebook. I was super excited not only for great service, but visiting a service that is powered by women. The reviews were spot on. This place is fantastic. From the very beginning to the very end of the process, I felt very taken care of by the staff. As I'm sure many others have said, the shop itself is super clean and orderly. The waiting area is inviting and warm. Although I didn't get a manicure or pedicure at the attached salon, it was pretty neat knowing that it was even there! I went in for my yearly inspection/emissions and encountered some unexpected charges in order to pass. Even though I was alarmed by these surprises, I really appreciated how the staff walked me through the changes that needed to be done with my vehicle. I felt like my feelings were taken into consideration, and that I wasn't being bamboozled. All in all, I will definitely visit them again for my future car needs. I've already recommended this place to several of my friends. Thanks guys!

What a fantastic idea! I always struggle to find somewhere I feel comfortable having repairs on my car. The staff was friendly, the services and pricing were transparent, and the lounge and nail salon were an amazing perk. It doesn't feel like hours or a whole day lost taking your car here because you can get work done in the lounge or get your nails done while you wait! 10/10 would recommend!!

I had such a positive experience at Girl’s Auto Clinic! I came in because my car was telling me I needed an oil change, but the indicator just had not been reset from a previous oil change. I loved how the Girl’s crew was able to let me know, upfront, that this was probably the case and they performed a free inspection on my car just to make sure. I usually dread going to the mechanic because they just love doing anything and everything 🙄, but here I truly felt heard and properly serviced! They always make sure that I understand the nature of any repairs that I might need and how they impact the overall functioning of my auto. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else but HERE at Girls Auto, them Ladies, yes Ladies our the best, they opened on time. They get u in and out. They have an area for u to sit and relax drink coffee and watch whatever u want on T.v., on top of that they have a whole nail salon, get ur nails, feet and a massage done. And it’s clean in there. When I arrived, my name was not listed in their schedule book. However, this was not an issue and they were still able to work on my car. The service I asked for was the Shecanic Special which was suppose to include the Oil Change, Tire Rotation and a few other things. I received the Oil Change and this was fine. I would recommend letting customers know an estimate of what they could potentially be paying. The Prices of the Oil change is on the Website; however I did not expect to pay the amount that I did. I was not aware that my car needed Synthetic Oil. Maybe this could be mentioned before a car is worked on. Otherwise, I learned today that my tires were not rotated. Ive had a slow leak in one of my tires for months now and when I went to pump my tires I realized that my tire with the slow leak is still in the same place. If I did not have this slow leak I would have never known that this was not completed. This is not my first time receiving services from this Repair Center. This time was not the best. I expect to receive what I am paying for.

I love this place! I’ll definitely be returning here. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to quickly and easily make an appointment. When I arrived, it was clear COVID guidelines are being followed. I felt very safe. The crew took care of the work I needed done and was able to recommend other services my car could benefit from. I appreciated that they “recommended” these services and explained why they were recommended, rather than just telling me “you need to do this.” I usually hate taking my car to the shop, but I actually am excited to return here. I LOVE this place! Whether it is their comfy waiting area or their friendly front desk staff, I always feel at ease. I don't know much about cars but like to learn new things so I always ask a lot of questions. Most recently, I wanted to discuss power steering (which apparently isn't functioning properly on my car right now). The techs answered all my questions and did so without making me feel dumb or like I was inconveniencing them. They really took the time to explain the system and make me feel empowered. I will go here for every car need forever!!! I cannot recommend this place strongly enough :)

Overall I had a good experience with GAC the only reason I gave a 4 star rating and not 5 is because when I got there they didn’t have any of my information in the system although I provided all of my information when making the appointment. I dropped my car off around 9:00 and it was done being serviced around 4. My car feels much better driving after having my wheels aligned and they also do a courtesy inspection which I find is great. I was also told that the psi in one of my tires was too high and they lowered it for me. I was totally expecting to pay more than what I did but I paid less than $300. My reason for going to GAC was because I’m all for women empowerment. I met the owner Patrice and she was really nice and professional. I would return to GAC in the future.

I've come to Girls Auto Clinic Repair Center several times over the past two years after repeated bad experiences with other mechanics. They've done all sorts of work on my Jeep Wrangler: oil changes, swapping out the wheels, etc. Most recently I came in because the car was starting poorly and had been for some time— it had been difficult to diagnose and I'd been told before that I'd need to replace the entire gas line. The GAC technician (Joe) diagnosed it as a busted fuel pump. She installed it the same day and the Jeep is now starting like a champ. In all my times at the shop, I've found everyone— front desk folks, technicians— to be communicative, clear about the process, and no-nonsense. They don't hustle you or pressure you into more costly options. The waiting areas are clean and pleasant, so I've never minded waiting around for a repair to be finished. Highly recommend this business. They do great work, the prices are good, and it's a really well run shop. They'll stay my mechanic shop for as long as I live in Philly!

I love Girls Auto Clinic. I always feel welcome, respected, cared about, and seen--as a person, and as a car owner. When I reached out initially for an appointment, the earliest time slot they had was a lot further out than I would have hoped because of how busy they have been. However, I scheduled it anyway rather than go to another mechanic sooner. To me and my husband (we share one car), we knew it was worth the wait for the kind of service we receive here. We had a few tech issues setting up the appointment trying to do things online, but over the phone is always smooth and easy. When the day for our appointment finally came, I needed to change my schedule to drop off the car 2 and a half hours earlier than what I had originally told them, and I needed to leave rather than waiting for it. They were gracious, relaxed, and positive in accommodating this last minute change. (Clients dropping off is generally easier for the shop than if we wait around, I found out! But they're cool about people waiting too, as I have multiple times as well.) I had an oil change and the whole oil system checked out because of some weird issues I'd been noticing, as well as the "maintenance required" light coming on. They also found that the engine air filter needed to be replaced and did so. GAC communicated with me throughout the day on what they had found, the progress of the work, and what we wanted done or not done, as well as when the job was complete. They have a great system for texting/emailing a very clear invoice of work done, and it's easy to pay online so I could just pay in advance, get our car, and go. Because of how busy they were, my husband was also able to pick up our car slightly after hours, which made the following day much less stressful than it would have been if we had to wait until the next morning for a pick up. Our car is noticeably running MUCH smoother than before. We are relieved and so grateful for the team at GAC. They are a super chill, confident, loving, inspiring team of people who make us feel great at every interaction, and who have taken great care of our vehicle addressing a variety of other issues too for years. It's all the extras they do vs. other mechanics that's the icing on the car - once there's an estimate - they text/email you a link to it all spelled out down to every $$. I can’t believe I finally found “my mechanic”! Most car owners have a guy they go to or a favorite shop, well this is mine. They create a friendly and super inviting atmosphere! As a young black female, going to a auto shop can be a challenge, nope not here! You walk in the door and you are given attention within minutes. If you know what you need great, you are given price and time estimates. If you don’t know what you need, that’s fine too because they will explain everything! I was able to learn about two different car parts by hearing the explanation given to other customers! I love that this shop exists and I love everything they stand for! I love that they really care that the customer understands their car. They also do a great job with tackling Covid! Lysol spray everywhere, they wipe down everything and I love it! They also do well with mask enforcement and social distancing while waiting for your car.

I strongly recommend the girls auto clinic. They have a very efficient streamlined service. I was able to make an appointment online and even though I got the date mixed up Patrice (the owner) sent me a text to see if I was still coming in. She was flexible and allowed me to come in late for the appointment. When I got there service was quick and efficient. This is the first experience that I’ve had at a car shop where I didn’t feel judged. During the wait I sat in a beautiful waiting area and enjoyed a tv show on Hulu. I have had terrific experiences with GAC. Eva, my service advisor, was very patient in answering lots of questions and explaining in detail how my concerns with my car had been handled. She explained to me what needed to be fixed immediately versus later on, explained the timeline for this repair and allowed me choice in completing that service with GAC. I came here for an inspection this week, and was blown away by the courteous and knowledgeable staff, the beautiful waiting areas (I’m definitely getting a manicure next time!), complimentary beverages, free WiFi, and the thorough job they did on my car. All of my questions were answered and shown to me on my car, which I appreciate as a new-ish (took about 20 years off) driver. Overall the experience was great. I will say I was a bit sticker shocked though at the end. I had a tail and head light replaced on my Corolla and on the phone asked for a quote since my budget is tight. They said it should be about $75 with parts and labor. I ended up paying about $130 with most ($100) of that being the labor. I just wish i had a better estimate before I came in . Everyone was friendly however, the waiting room was clean and they fixed my lights in a very short amount of time. Overall 5/5

It’s pretty easy to give good customer service when everything goes smoothly (although I’d say GAC has always gone above and beyond on this front). But when things go wrong there’s an opportunity to show your true colors and I could not be more appreciative of the way things went down. GAC recently replaced my starter. Two days later my car wouldn’t turn over because of a defective part. With great anxiety about the reaction I might get I called Girls Auto. They immediately sprang into action, towing the car from the burbs, fixing it with no charge, no wait, no attitude and no excuses. They really could not have handled it more professionally or graciously and I’m so happy to have a garage that makes me feel comfortable and respected. Also big ups for having a waiting area that accommodates my kid.

This is a fantastic business and I love supporting it. Everyone who works here is friendly and each time I go in, it's a very pleasant experience. The waiting area for repairs is a little small and seating is limited, but the salon area is huge and there is plenty of room there. Complimentary beverages are nice. I've been ripped off by a few garages in the past, so it's nice to be able to trust the mechanics here. Colleen talks you through the repairs recommended for your car and explains everything really well. She's also good about giving updates if things take a little longer than expected. I've taken my car here for everything since it opened and I have told all of my friends about it! Prices are fair and the quality of the work is outstanding!

Every time I bring my car here, the mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything I need to know using helpful diagrams so that I understand exactly what's being done, complete with detailed price summaries. They even showed me how to properly inflate my tires and check the pressure for free when my warning light was on. Their knowledge and willingness to educate are a refreshing change from my previous experience with mechanics. They remember me every time I call! The waiting area is the most comfortable I've ever been in (with Netflix!) and the attached beauty bar means I can multitask and get a fabulous haircut or manicure while I wait! Incredibly impressed by the tech skills, customer service and honesty of the she-canics at this shop! I recently purchased new tires at Pep Boys and the techs there told me that I desperately needed an alignment and new brakes. I have been wanting to visit girls auto clinic so I told pep boys to take care of my alignment but I'd get the brakes done elsewhere. I drop my car off at Girls Auto for the brakes/ state inspection and explained the work that i had done at pep boys. I get a call about an hour later and the tech at Girls Auto tells me that although pep boys charged me for an alignment- none was done on my car and the also indicated that my brakes were fine. When I picked up my car, the tech at Girls Auto even talked me through exactly what to say to pep boys to either get a refund or have them actually do the work. As a femme presenting person, I am always concerned that I will be taken advantage of by mechanics. This experience was such a relief! So happy to have found a place that doesn't forget the people part of sales and service! Such a great place! I highly recommend!

Warm, inviting, soothing music and good snacks 😉 The two women who greeted me and ushered me through my visit were wonderful. It's great to finally go to a mechanic shop of someone other than a family member and not be taken advantage of. I know a little bit about cars, but don't have the tools or space to regularly complete my own maintenance. Going to other mechanics for an oil change I've had places tell me all my filters need replacing or something is missing, only to find that screws were stripped and the couldn't have seen the filters were brand new because they couldn't get to them. I love that taking my car here for an oil change and inspection meant I got the oil change and inspection. And when my battery tested bad, rather than failing and insisting they replace the battery themselves, especially since the battery was still under warranty, they didn't charge full price for the inspection and let me get use of my warranty and go back to where I got it from. When I came back the second time for my warranty they still didn't charge full price. I will definitely be going back here for all my car inspections and the work required. Fair work at fair prices and not trying to rip anyone off.

Loved my experience. When I arrived I completed an envelope detailing my info/car info and services I thought my car needed. Afterwards I was given a tour of the establishment since I was only dropping my car off. The waiting area was not what I was expecting. It was really nice, had nice seating and a tv. I called around and GAC gave me a much better quote, so I gave them a try, and then they found I didn't even need the work the other place had claimed. They understood that I was trying to minimize costs and didn't try to upsell me on any services that weren't necessary to pass inspection. It was so refreshing entering a space where I knew I wouldn't be judged or taken advantage of simply because of my gender identity or my lack of car knowledge. Special shoutout to Amina (I hope I spelled that right) who took me to look under my hood after my car was done and taught me necessary car maintenance tips I had no idea about prior to coming in. I got the Shecanic special last time, but due to C19 it was a pick-up and drop-off service so I didn't get to actually go to the shop, but this time ,after I received a text right on time for my next general maintenance appt., I went to the shop and loved the entire experience. The wait was as expected from reading reviews, but they provided coffee/tea and snacks and answered any questions I had while waiting. I love the 360 care and attention to customer satisfaction, and will continue to bring my car here with confidence that it's in good hands!

I took my vehicle to Girls Auto Clinic for my inspection this year, as I've had bad experiences in the past where male mechanics have tried to take advantage of me as a woman who does not know much about cars. I felt comfortable at GAC and the staff were incredibly courteous and respectful, although I'm not certain they explained the repairs that my car needed any more in laymen's terms than other mechanics I've visited. The interior of the shop was clean, and they sprayed the rooms for me before sitting down so I could be sure they were "COVID clean." In non-pandemic times, I would have enjoyed receiving a beauty service while I waited! In this case, I opted out, so the long wait time for my car to be serviced didn't go by as quickly. My only true complaint is that the bathroom did not have a changing table! I brought my 2.5-month old baby with me, and was shocked when the bathroom didn't have anywhere to change her, especially as this is pitched as a woman-friendly business. One of the staff offered to clear off some "tool boxes" for me to use as a changing surface, but it was only about a foot wide - much too narrow to use safely. I had to change my baby on the floor of the bathroom and was very thankful I had brought a changing pad with me.

I was in and out with zero fuss. Loved the online invoice and payment too. The apparent primary source for the lit check engine light was the spark plug distributor. Secondary need: tune up. General courtesy inspection turned up the fact / cabin filter probably had never been changed. They produced worn parts and explained the wear. I was a little distressed when I expected to pick up my car early the following day. Would have been useful to have gotten a text explaining they were having the dickens of a time finding a cabin filter (my car is o-o-o-l-d), hence the “radio silence.” My first mechanic (Evanston) - my friend dubbed him “the physician” - educated me to not call often (alas). It was a pricey check engine light fix, even before the cabin filter.

I am simple Married Man capable of servicing my own cars. Yet, I would pay for services to free up my own time. I Love this Idea. I believe Tasha Morris (the shops owner) has a great Idea going here. And being simply honest - I do not want or allow sloppy, nasty looking men to work on my car or home. And frankly neither would I want a sloppy, Nasty Looking Woman to do it either. Here her shops' "Eye catching" Red High healed shoe 'sign' (with a wrench at the heals tip) drew me in like a magnet. And after seeing online pictures of herself and her general staff - alone - I knew that given the chance I would gladly be allowing them to service my car. I Decide whose line I will Patiently wait in at any market by the way the person at the register presents him or herself. I figure if a person puts No care into their own appearance - what kind of care will they give me or my personal items. Really who wants to purchase the uglyest or homelyest item they can find in anything? Any business with "Beauty" AND Skill as its 'Culture' simply cannot fail. It IS Simply a True Fact. I would Happily wait in line for services from a busy owner and shop like Tasha' BEFORE any average Joe car repair shop. Service with "Beauty" and a Smile beats Service with a Smile any day of the week. And Tasha is even smart enough to hire men service Techns as well. For no doubt care repairs will at times require Muscle and Skills Just as much as Beauty and skill. Though I greatly preffer my Beauty in Weman, making sure that those Men carry her same Personal Care, Good Looking, Good Grooming, AND Skillfull Culture will take Her Business through the Roof. I wish - and Look forward to her bringing a service shop with her Same "Culture" here to New Jersey where I Live. But I will most Surely be visiting her shop anytime I am driving through Philly, PA. My advice is that everyone should at least pay her shop a visit.

Gave me a reminder call for my inspection. I arrived in the pouring rain but was greater with a sunny smile and given a realistic expectation of when to have my car back. This place is really wonderful but be prepared to be there for 3+ hours no matter what. Customer service is on point and everyone is really knowledgeable. They're reasonable and don't fix things that aren't broken (the prices are seriously expensive though) but will tell you when something will need to be fixed in the near future so you can plan. Definitely want the best for their customers. An oil change took 6 hours though when I left my car there to get it done. I kept getting calls that they were backed up and it was to the point where I had to just pick it up the next day from the shop....for an oil change. That was right after they opened so I figured they were still new and getting it together. That's cool. a few weeks ago I had a state inspection done.... 3.5 hours to complete and I made a morning appointment and waited there at the shop. I would have made other arrangements to get my car later but before I came in they said it would take only 1 hour. Moral of the story here is that you should just drop your car off and get it in a day or whatever. I go here because I'm not being screwed over for parts and I don't have some idiot (Pepboys) overfilling my oil. Customer service and trust makes it worth it but man I'm not looking forward to waiting around for another oil change coming up :)

Loved this place!!! Will definitely go back the next time I need my car serviced. Got a state inspection for a discounted price because of a special they had going on at the time. The only thing I was disappointed about was that it took like 10 hours for them to look at my car, dropped it off at 7:45am (they open at 8am), picked it up at 5:45pm. That could have just been because I didn’t make an appointment, I did a “walk-in”, so it may be different for people who actually have an appointment...I’ll try that next time.

If there is a problem with your vehicle, GAC can find it and fix it well. Sometimes their prices are very reasonable, but sometimes they seem a little high. They don’t seem to ever do things the “cheap” way, which is maybe why they are pricier than others. My car is old and missing all its hub caps and a chunk of its rear bumper, so sometimes I’d rather wait until something is in bad shape before fixing it (i.e. I don’t want to replace my breaks if they’re still at a 3). The staff here is knowledgeable and helpful, and if I were a person who always wanted things fixed the “right” way, I’d give them 5 stars. Sometimes I just want my car fixed enough to be drivable for the cheapest possible price, even if that means it’s held together with zip ties, and this isn’t the place for that.

Frustrated with lack of communication. Update: The work was completed in a timely fashion and the mechanic was very informative of what work was completed. I was even tempted to see what a manicure felt like while I waited for the oil change. The only negative note is that figuring where to park your car for service for the first time is a bit confusing. Park around the corner (sharp right) near the garage doors.

Good gimmick to get you in the door but it isn't all that it's cracked up to be. The beauty salon is a joke. The worst mani/pedi that I've ever had. The nail tech obviously doesn't know how to treat natural nails and was very abrasive as if I had acrylic nails. Full salon but only one tech, so it's a risk that you won't get any beauty services while waiting for your car. The auto service is fine although a job quoted for 2 hrs turned into them keeping my car overnight. They were going to be closing before my car would be done so they stopped working on it until the next day. The auto service prices are very high compared to other shops. Overall my experience was marginal but I wouldn't return.

The first time I came in my experience was actually way better than the second, so I’m going to assume that since it’s the weekend there might’ve been some annoyance. I thought I had a nail embedded in my tire, so I made an appointment to get it patched. During the appointment the nail wasn’t actually embedded in my tire and didn’t need to be patched, but I guess the mechanic working on it was annoyed and left the key in my car and not facing traffic, which is what they usually do. I’m going to assume that the treatment is because the mechanic’s office is usually busy on the weekend, so it’s frustrating that I got that treatment, but I’ll just schedule during the week (which is what I usually do). Thank you for all you do otherwise!
