My car was dead on my driveway. After having it jump started by AAA, I drove to Conicelli Toyota and used them for the first time, as they are the closest.
I initially felt very uneasy about this place, as their online reviews, especially those on Yelp, are not confidence-inducing for sure. But overall, my experience with them today is positive. They got me in quite efficiently and I was there less than 2 hours to have the battery changed as well as oil and filter change.
One strange thing is: I checked in with one guy, but someone else came to talk about what would be done, and a third person called me to say it’s done. It’s very different from any other dealers I’d ever been to. Usually you dealt with one person throughout.
Another of my reservations: It’s not easy to read their bill. For example, today I had two things done: 1) Battery change; 2) oil and filter change. I was expecting to see two items on the bill, but instead I saw three jobs with multiple items/details that are too complicated to decipher quickly. Not that the total charge is wrong (it sounded reasonable), I just wish it was laid out in a customer-friendly manner.
By the way, although you probably receive their promo mails saying 550 Ridge Pike, their actual service center is on Allen Wood Rd. The Ridge Pike location is for selling and buying cars, not service.
Last, the cookie from their vending machine tastes great. It’s $1.75 a piece.
We took our car to Conicelli to diagnose why the engine light would not go off. They did a thorough diagnosis, keeping us updated along the way, and were able to locate and fix the problem. We appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable staff who kept us informed, the detailed summary of services receipt we received, and the comfortable waiting room. Very pleased with our visit to their service center.
I have a 2015 Highlander and have taken it for service here twice a year from the beginning. I have always had a fine experience. Clean, efficient, friendly staff. I can work at the counter with my laptop plugged in while I wait. If I could change one thing it would just be for the wait time to be an hour vs two hours (typical).
Have been going to Conicelli Service for decades. I have also bought 6 cars there. As for the service details they are the best. You go there, get quick service. The waiting area is clean and lots of areas to sit and relax. Always give you the details of what you need and what you will need down the road. They never push you but inform you. Always do a good job. More important, they are Professional and Personable and kind and friendly to customers. Thats why My husband and I only go there.
Overall, this is a very nice place to have your vehicle serviced. I've been driving Toyota for the past couple years and I am definitely impressed with Toyota overall. The employee's are always very personable and I have never had a bad experience. Even at Camelback Toyota.
However, I went today to have my vehicle serviced and they were charging for coffee. One of the things I expect when I go to get my car serviced is some free coffee. They need to bring that back. Getting service to your car is already expensive. At least give me a cup of coffee. Other than the coffee, it's definitely a great place to have your car serviced.

I brought my car in for its 1.5 year check-up. I arrived on time, and my car was serviced quickly. My wait was only 1 hour and 15 minutes. I appreciated that the person I worked with helped me set up my next (and final) free appointment.
I have taken my car several times to Conicelli Toyota in Conshohocken and so far the service provided is top notch.
Today they did the oil change, and it was done on time and also got some verifications of my old 4Runner.
I feel that Conicelli treats its customers with respect.
Overall I'm very satisfied with their service.
10,000 mile service and oil change. Free with Toyota Care even though it was bought out of state. The waiting area is comfortable albeit a bit sterile. Disappointed they don't have complimentary coffee and snacks like Team Toyota. Facility is relatively new and state of the art.
Service was quick and thorough. Alex Doman took good care of my 2022 Supra.
The check in was very easy and the wait not very long, my advisor really listened to what was going on with my car and was patient during the test drive where he could hear the rubbing sound that was the problem. The shuttle to and from my workplace was very easy, shout-out to John our awesome driver. The price was competitive and would bring the car back for additional repairs if needed
It's always a pleasant experience at Conicelli. There's little wait for them to drop the car off, you are out of the weather, the lounge area is nice. Yet, at the end of the day, it's a matter of trust. I've been taking my 2011 Prius there since I bought it, and there have been only a few instances where I thought they were being ridiculous with price or recommendation of service. That's a pretty good track record.
I find this service center staff and management being one of the best dealers I have ever used. In visiting Conicelli Toyota Service a few time, I find they are honest and they gave me facts. They were not pushy or dishonest. I do see huge value in paying more for service I believe in. This service center is located in a convenient to I-476. I trust the service manage, and staff helping me making the right decision. So far in the last 5 years I have not had any incidents where they pushed me to do something I would not.
welcoming atmosphere, Good service , friendly staffs. Missed coffee and water in the waiting area, which this size of business can offer to the customer.
Went in for a 20k service, super convenient. Dropped the car or and took the shuttle too and from. Makes the service side of having a car easy.

The people and facilities are fine, although the coffee should come back. The service takes longer than is should for the work being done. 4 new tires and alignment. Took 90 minutes. This is 30 minute job. That means there was 60 minutes of the car just sitting while I'm in the waiting room. Needs better scheduling. COVID is no longer an acceptable excuse. Need more people? pay them better; treat them better.

Excellent research of problem with right rear tire. Communication was timely and recommendation of tire replacement choice included complete responses to my questions. Team provided a timely and accurate estimate of work to be performed. My truck was treated well and is running extremely well on new tires chosen. Thanks!
I got my car service here, and i must say, they did a great job and took the extra step to make sure my needs was cared for. They treated me like an equal, when it came to buying accessories for my car. They are very respectful and elegant also very professional.
The staff all of them were great. But, I was surprised that there was no coffee! I couldn't even buy coffee. I suggest returning the coffee.
I took my car in for general maintenance and as always the service was amazing. The guys are always so nice and very helpful. I was having problems figuring out my navigation system for 2 years and I remembered to ask while I was there if someone could help me with it. Without hesitation they said sure! And they did!! 2 years of frustration finally ended. Thank you to the guys in the Conshohocken service center!!! You are the best!
I do appreciate the shuttle service to work so I don’t have to sit and wait all day. However today for a regular service interval they didn’t go over the list of services included and they changed my oil, when I had it changed less than a week ago! I questioned the bill before paying… Disappointed that nobody offered to compensate me for their oversight.
Brought our Highlander in for a recall and the service writer asked me if I wanted get it inspected and oil changed I said yes everything was done quickly and I was out of there in no time,plus they have a nice waiting lounge there.
This was not the first time that I had an oil change and the "maintenance required" indicator was not reset. I have to go entirely out of my way to get to the dealership to fix it so telling me to come back is not the solution.

I have used this location since buying my car in 2013. They do a good job, answer all my questions and a very thorough. I appreciate the waiting area and the shuttle to any location I need to get to. I highly recommended the service department here.
They have great customer service. They kept me updated on every step of their service if my car. I had my car towed there because it wouldn't start. I thought the problem was my alarm relay but it turns out that the problem was just that my starter died. They called me and texted as soon as my car arrived. They had it diagnosed two hours later. Car was repaired the next day. By the afternoon, I was driving away. Couldn't ask for a better process.

Had my RAV4 serviced for 105,000 mile check. From my check in with Bob, through the updates they gave me while I waited to completion, the service team at Conicelli of Conshohocken is truly top notch. It is why I have been and will continue to be a customer here for many years. There is a dealership closer to my home but I will stay with Conicelli of Conshohocken because of service people like Bob and the entire service team - great job.
Standard 20,000 mile service and inspection. When I drove away, realized there was significant vibration and fluctuation of RPM on tachometer; no engine light came on; called back to service and was advised to return to the service center immediately where another, perhaps more extensive computer evaluation identified potential concerns but nothing specific. A reset of ignition system corrected the problem. Car was again running smoothly as before
I called to get an appointment because the check tire pressure light was on, as well as Maintenance Required Soon. I was happy to get an early appointment. Dropped off my car at the scheduled time. Not too long, I was informed that my vehicle was ready. I got an update on the tire, but not on the maintenance scheduled. Alex apologized that he wasn’t aware that I wanted an oil change. He asked if I had time to wait, and I said I would wait instead of coming back sometime soon. The oil change was done, and he decided not to charge me for the whole work done. That was huge. I was very happy and grateful. I was happy I went to the dealership because I have confidence in their job.
The service at this dealership is always top notch. They are timely, courteous and honest.
Took my car to another shop and they put bad parts on my car. Took it here and Jim was fantastic at keeping me in the loop with everything wrong, what needed to be fixed immediately and what I could just keep an eye on in the future due to a limited budget. Fantastic service and I will definately return.

Fast service. Made an appointment for 9 am and was received at that time. I was there for an inspection and, before I knew it, it was done. Great experience from that standpoint. There's no free coffee anymore :/ But they sure have the vending machines. Which one is safer? Perhaps they fell victim to the notion that, for the sake of safety, we'll take away services/amenities. I'm sure they would be able to find a way to provide free coffee safely if they wanted to.
Not too bad, and they fixed the car after figuring out the problem really quick! They really do lack in communication though. Lots of circles and “we will call back in a few minutes” which turns to hours and is somewhat frustrating. They say they are busy, but when I went to get the car is was very quiet and very few people there. Maybe I just hit a lull in the work day! They did great work though and figured out a problem that I was afraid was a catastrophic repair only ended up being 1/4 of that and wasn’t horrible on the pockets. I would suggest that they try to take calls instead of their message system and call backs, I like frequent updates and sometimes things were done and I was pulling hair out worrying if our high mileage Toyota was toast or not. Luckily it was a minor fix and we saved a massive headache. We will return here for emergency repairs or repairs that should only be done by Toyota. For other basic service we usually do it ourselves since we’re very handy with cars and have mechanics in the family. We May consider Thompson if we continue getting service at Toyota, but Conicelli is close to home and they did good quality work and diagnostics. On the communication end, they could take a few lessons from Thompson who has arguably the best service departments along the entire eastern seaboard. They’re amazing, and I’m spoiled. Job still was done and people were still NICE! As stated in their name. I’ll probably be back!

We have been loyal customers for Conicelli Conshohocken for over twenty years. My husband likes to buy new cars and we purchase all of our new cars from this dealership: MR2, Sequoia, and Prius. I always rely on Mark the service manager to take care of my needs and provide outstanding service. My husband used to question why I always go to the dealer for service, but after our exemplary service with Mark, we don’t hesitate to contact Conicelli for help. We always receive the best service at a great deal. It’s worth every penny! I know I won’t be scammed and am continually satisfied with the results. I will never go to another place for service as long as Mark is there.
So far so good.Parts price unbeatable. The only downside they don't have all the parts in stock.
It is a genreal service of 30,000 miles. All is good despite the overall cost is always a bit higher. It is understandable if we take vehicle back to dealer for services. Will send our vehicle back next time when it reaches 35,000, 40,000 and 45,000 without concerns.
I only had a recall to do, but they were efficient, pleasant, and car was finished earlier than promised. Nice waiting area. (Easy in and easy out in their "valet" garage.)

I drove my Camry from Philadelphia to Conicelli Toyota Service Center in Conshohocken because this place was recommend to me as a great dealership to get my Toyota serviced. I made an appointment for my 250K major service and to have my rear window replaced. When they called saying it was ready for pick up, they only quoted the price of the window repair. I asked to confirm it was also serviced, and they said yes.
When we go to pick it up, the car had not been serviced. My check engine light was still on, my tire pressure had not been fixed, my fluids had not been topped off, and the oil had not been changed. They even told me which oil they had used!!
I am rating this 3 stars because they didn't charge me for a service they did not provide--the window was replaced. However, it was not worth the hype or the drive from the city.

Everyone here is extremely helpful and willing to do more than just provide customer service for your car. I was juggling several things that day and the staff made me feel less worried and cared for. I was able to email documents I had misplaced and each person I encountered on the lot to the building was nice!
Excellent service! I highly recommend purchasing from Conicelli Toyota. This was my first lease via this location, and the service they provide is unlike any where else I have used. Everything from pulling up, to the team taking your car, to the check in, car service to drive home and pick up, to providing the car service. They do it right! So much so, that I don't know where else I could get a car with this type of service. Definitely 5 stars.
I had a great experience at Conicelli Toyota Service Center. I bought a used Tacoma with high mileage and I knew it had some mechanical issues. So I took it over to Conicelli for a typical 5k service which included oil change, tire rotation and top off the fluids. I also requested a diagnosis of some areas of the truck that I can tell needed repair/maintenance. I asked they just make a list of everything that needs attention or replacement for me and I would start checking things off of the list as I go. They were very thorough in their inspection and found some things I wasn't aware of. I did the same thing at their Honda service when we bought my wife's CRV with high mileage and also had a good experience. I was able to fix a few things and get the maintenance up to date on her car so that it is still running great despite the high mileage. My goal is to do the same with this Tacoma.
I'm lucky that I can do all the repairs myself, but still take my vehicles to Conicelli for general service (oil change, 27 point visual inspection) every 5k miles just to have someone else's eyes on it in case I miss a rattle or vibration somewhere that could potentially become an issue if not caught early on. They've been great so far with catching things and making recommendations for me on suggested maintenance based on mileage. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are on the pricey side for hourly labor rate. But you do get what you pay for I guess, so for me it's worth the price. I know everyone has their own budget for vehicles so I wanted to be as honest and forthcoming with my experience as I can. Thanks guys!

I am always reluctant to post comments and Conicelli usually meets my expectation but I was blown away at my last service a few days ago March 5, 2021. I got a service appointment within 24 hours of calling for my van service which I had to tow in, got a prompt evaluation and callback on estimate which I suspected would be and confirmed to be quite a bit. I was really astounded by the assistance given as they worked to practically eliminate all of my estimated expenses through rebates and warranties. I paid only for a comprehensive service which I was reminded was due and was a last minute add on to my service call. On top of all this I got excellent shuttle service. What I dreaded would be an agonizing day turned out to be such a happy outcome beyond what I could imagine and with such prompt beyond excellent service.
I have leased with Toyota for 9 yrs and have had great experiences...all are very nice and courteus at the Maintenance service...I deal with Angel Ramos all the time and he is so nice and helpful...will always stay with you and recommend all to you...thanks Joanne White
After debris in the road caused our car to lose a tire, we brought it to Conicelli, where we have had it serviced int he past. They were prompt, professional, and charged a fair price. There was no attempt to upsell or otherwise raise the charge. I would absolutely use them again.
First time Camry owner. I took my car to dealer for 50000 mile service as I purchased it used. The facility is very new and clean and efficient. I was in and out of there in about an hour with an oil change fluid check tire rotation. I told the service writer I had replaced my own cabin and engine air filter so they removed that from the bill. Service was less than $100. Everyone was courteous. The waiting area was comfortable and there were coffee and vending machines available.
Everyone is amazing!!! But Tony (technician) & Mr. Bob (service) has always been genuine to me!!!
The shop gave me a great service. My repaired car looks like new now. The price is fair. The shop gave you updated information from time to time. The shop gave guarantee if your car have problems after the repair.
I had water accumulated in drivers door, they removed one of the dust shields and cleaned the other two. Took the shuttle home, very nice gentleman drove me. Car didn't take as long as they thought. Very professional.
I purchased my 2020 Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid from Conicelli because they are the closest dealership to my home. I made a great decision. Every aspect of the service dept. is all about the customer. From scheduling an appt, bringing the vehicle in, waiting in a very comfortable area, to the timely service request fullfillment.
It's a massive service center with a nice waiting area. They seem to be always very busy A change of oil gets you waiting for an hour or hour and a half. Once I had to wait for the shuttle and it took a half an hour for a shuttle to come. Definitely not a quick place that provides service to a lot of people at the same time. Quality of work seems to be good, it's a reputable dealer.
Pleasant as usual. The seats were marked to keep everyone distanced safely. The appointments are scheduled less frequently so the waiting room isn't over-crowded. Everyone kept their masks on (except one lady off in the corner who was on her cell the whole time, involving the rest of us in her conversation...she didn't, but luckily she was far enough away 🙄), so it was a good experience, overall.
Mark the service manager at Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken provided excellent care to my vehicle due to a warranty concern I endured at the Glenside Toyota dealership. Mark was very professional and reassured my trust in great customer service. My car was repaired in a timely manner and I was no longer inconvenienced. The waiting room is very comfortable and the staff here are very friendly, professional, and efficient. Luis, an assistant manager i believe, helped me update my registration, address and other things when mine was outdated instead of just sending me away.
Even after my Toyota care warranty ran out, I still decide to drive 30 to 40 minutes for their great service.
They specialize in Toyota car servicing. I have been going here from almost 6 years for various servicing needs. They are efficient and reliable. It's easy to set an appointment either online or via their service center. They even have tire replacement services. They also provide various offers and coupons to reduce servicing costs along with some basic complimentary free services.
Very friendly service and the work always appears to be done well. I've been skeptical of dealership service my entire life but for the 5 years I lived in the area I had all of my oil changes done here. Prices are competitive depending on what you're having done.
Wow! This is a well oiled operation! This was my first time here and I parked my car out front. I walked into the service center and a gentleman standing there to assist customers kindly directed me to one of the customer associates. He asked where I parked my car and I told him. He then informed me that next time I can just pull into the valet area directly behind me to drop off my car so I can stay out of the elements. Very convenient! I then went into the lounge area where ther were many people waiting. It had an area directly watching a large screen TV. The other section had tables and cafe seating. There was a kitchen area to help yourself to refreshments. I waited exactly 1 hour for my 6 month/5,000 mile inspection. Exactly what they said it would be. They called my name and the gentleman explained what they did and that everything was where it should be. My car was waiting with the keys in it in the valet area. Everyone was so courteous and nice. Bravo to Conicelli for outstanding customer service and to make our experience outstanding! I am impressed and let friends and family know that when looking for a car consider Conicelli. I am glad I choose and purchased my car from them.
The service is good and they are generally pretty quick. The pricing is not ridiculous either. Unfortunately a few of the staff are generally unfriendly. Some are very kind and helpful and others are a little less kind. Overall a generally good experience.
Conicelli rocks, best dealership, service center, if I ever had to leave my vehicle over night they always have me a loaner vehicle. Friendly employees that's why I will always purchase vehicles from them. Return customer
They took my car that was having a problem, I took the shuttle home because c they v thought it would be a few hours. The driver was very nice. I was only home a short time when my car was finished.. I would recommend Coincelli to anyone.

The person showed great patience when I came in for my inspection only to find out that my insurance cards were old and my registration had expired as well so I can appreciate this visit and still managed to get me in and out relatively quickly
I just had the most amazing experience with CoNICElli Toyota service. This was my third visit in two weeks. It began with the gentleman greeting me as I drove into the bay “no problem”, so kind. The prompt Serviceman taking care of my paper work. Dominic my shuttle driver was ready to take me anywhere I needed to go while my car was getting worked on. Mark, service manager going way above and beyond to help with my problem. And Jim! My EXPERT mechanic rock friend showed me where the noise was coming from. so I had an understanding of what was going on with my car. I have been driving a Toyota for 19 years. My recent experience was over the top. I felt like I was a family member. I no longer have my dad Around to fix my car, but I sure felt like I was family here. Trust is important.
Conicelli has consistently excelled. One can purchase a vehicle many places BUT that age old principle that post-sales service matters allows Conicelli to remain unmatched. Perhaps you have a Toyota or Nissan BUT do you have Conicelli and Mark Elmore? In the odd occasion of a rare and pesky issue, Conicelli remains dauntless in resolving correctly the matter so one can drive away with absolute confidence. My family and I have been thrilled with Conicelli for many years.
The service here was exceptional. I live in MD and was visiting PA with family, when my Hybrid Prius battery was going down. I did not have a appointment, the team, staff, and Manager Tim was understanding and helped me. The entire team was professional and I appreciate everything they did to get me back on the road. Luis in the service department was absolutely awesome! The beginning was a little rocky but once Luis stepped in everything, including my hundreds of questions, were satisfied and pleased with the outcome. I’ll definitely be back for routine maintenance!
Took Prius in to check battery because it wouldn't start (although it later would start). Service was quick and efficient and they also were able to squeeze me in for an inspection though I hadn't originally booked one.
Been at this location twice and it was a great experience working with Jesse. He is a great dude, always there to help you quick. I was on my lunch break and without an appointment I had to get my headlight bulb fixed. He told me all his guys are at lunch and the time frame he gave me I couldn’t manage in that because I had to get back to work. But when I share with him that I have only few minutes I have to go to work . And he left his desk and took my car to get fixed I think with in 15-20 mins I was out of there with my headlight fixed. I would highly recommend Jesse and will always return here because of him !

Great customer service. They treated and talked to my mom like I would treat her. Charged her way less than pep boys was gonna charge her for brakes and a state inspection. Not really a fan of Toyota's but my next car might be one just because of their service. 5 stars, 6 if they had another star to give!
The people that work here are always really nice. The waiting area was a little more crowded than I’d expected during Covid. The issue that I’ve brought up many times is that their “free wi-fi” never works. I needed to do work on my laptop and had to connect to my phone hotspot. It’s been this way since I bought my car in 2012. I wish they would stop saying that it’s available

Ran me up $500 to pass inspection on a 2016 car with minimal use. Dozens of people in the waiting area despite the virus; "social distancing" of about four feet in effect. Masks and gloves on the employees, which was nice. Didn't say thank you or "have a nice day" after taking my payment.
So, yeah, about average for a car dealership service center.

I am usually satisfied with their service. They fixed our old Toyota Corolla's center panel electrical issues with ease. I like that I can schedule my appointments online with this center.
I've been using Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken for a little over 5 years now to service four different Toyota vehicles and their service department has been great. The advisors are courteous and knowledgeable, the work is first rate, the prices are reasonable, and most important to me, they don't try to "load on" services that I don't need.

I have two older 4Runners and have dealt a lot with the parts department. Especially online parts department. I believe the online Internet Parts guy is named Derek and he has given me exceptional service and I've spent quite a bit of money and been very pleased and continue to shop there online. Prices are fair or better than fair compared to other Toyota part dealers. Their parts access is excellent accurate and fast shipping. Will continue to spend a lot of money there LOL for my old 4Runners.
Amazing place to get your car serviced and repaired.
A drunk driver hit my parked car a few years ago when I was away from home. Two places tried to repair it but, the engine would shut off when I was driving the car. It was towed to Conicelli and they found the problem in minutes and had it fixed that day. Now four years later I've never had another issue.
This is the only service center I will ever use.
Always courteous and pleasant check-in staff. Quick service and clean waiting area and restroom. If they would remove the disposable mats once your car is ready, this place would be perfect.

Shout out once again to Conicelli Toyota Service in Conshy! My experience as always is: Very good! Love my service tech Steve, he always makes sure I'm taken care of! Missed my inspection 2 weeks ago due to a tornado in our area that rendered the location closed from a power outage. The staff took my info apologized and contacted me to reschedule. Went in yesterday and again Steve took care of me! I even saw this Renew Winshield Treatment, so I asked them to do that too! Can I tell you that on my 200 mile drive today doing site visits in the rain I am already impressed and it's only been 24 hours! Thanks Steve & Conicelli!!
Very professional, clean and big. The waiting room is very spacious, clean and it even has a separate kids room for children. The workers there are very friendly and helpful. All around a good place to have work done on your car.

Conicceli needs to upgrade its service
A little pricey like all toyota dealers but they do an excellent job of maintaining your vehicle. There also friendly, helpful and with a clean waiting area.

Mechanic was very helpful. Explained what he had done. Would go back. I read some other reviews that weren't great but I had no problems. I would recommend Ryan Dempsey, he worked on my car.

The people at Coicelli Toyota are very nice and very family orient. My brother and I walk in to see some cars and a gentleman by the name of bill bitten approach us and three hours later we drove out with 3 cars, go by tell him I sent he'll take good care of you.
Very efficient and thorough service of my car. Bob is always friendly and explains the mechanical aspects that I don't know. They also provide shuttle service within 10 mile radius.
Great neighborhood dealer Like a family
I bought a car at CarVision Norristown. Since the car had issues and still has warranty CarVision took the car to Conicelli Toyota for repair. Since the part is not available it could take 90 days just to get the part. I requested a copy of the work order from Conicelli since I own the car and I have the right to know what needs to be done. Conicelli denied my request because I didn't take the car to them personally, CarVision did. Very unprofessional imo.

I've never had difficulty at the Honda shop, but for whatever reason the Toyota shop always seems so disorganized. The actual repair service is great, but it's not timely and it's not as appreciative as the honda shop down the street. I'm not sure what the gap is in service quality with it being the same company owner and it's proximity.
Fast drop off quick process got to me quickly, fast service, overall fast. Got done when they told me about an hour time. I liked that. Now I will wait till my next visit.
