If it busy you wait your turn trust me it doesn't take long then when your make and model is called out at the gate a man will take you to the vehicle where the part you need is, once you approve you will be taken back to the front office where you then pay for the part, wait a little bit and the mechanic will bring you the part you asked for and your on your way simple and easy 😉 👍

I needed a rim for my son's car, and was able to check Cartel's inventory on-line before I made the trip from West Chester. I also called and confirmed they had the right wheel with Joe C. When I got there, they were busy despite the rain, but still I was able to get my order in with Joe after a reasonable time. Pete then drove me through the lot looking for a Ford Focus with the right style and size rim. One was found and Pete then called for a huge forklift to pick the car up to remove the wheel and tire. All told the visit was about 40 minutes, but for $81 including tax, I got a perfect wheel AND a good tire, since that was needed also. I easily saved over $150 if I had gone to a retailer. It was a neat experience and the Cartel staff were very helpful. No complaints here!

One of the best places to go for used and working car parts. Just didn't like that I have to get them out of the car myself. They don't have one one to help you. The guy that works there offered to remove it for 40.00 but the part only cost 20.00. It would only be 50.00 if I went to the dealership and got a new one.

EXTREMELY helpful. Was looking everywhere for a rear Caliper bracket for a 2010 KIA Forte Koup(evidently a rare car in the junkyards).so I called Cartel and Linda picked up and assured me they had the part available when I get there Raul drove me to the vehicle and even pulled the part for me. I needed two rims for my car. I went to one of their locations, paid cash but when I asked for a receipt the man operating the office said receipts are not provided. He promised that I could return the rims if they were damaged or for some reason didn’t fit my car....although he assured me they would. I took them to my tire shop and they didn’t fit. I drove back to the same location and talked to the same exact guy who refused to give me two that would fit or a full refund....because I didn’t have a receipt. Fortunately I went down the street to their main location where a very nice woman confirmed my purchase through an employee who remembered me and made the situation right. Just be careful when dealing with this business.
