Awesome experience as usual at this location. I forget his name but he was very helpful and changed my battery(love that service they offer) and even offered to swap my wiper blades out too. I appreciate things like that when they are so seldom offered anymore. Bonus for AZ’s rewards program as well. It’s one of the really good ones that gives you real savings and cash vouchers without only spending a ton of money.

Been going here for years and always got good help/info. But today I went and was helped by Luis who was really straightforward, honest and helpful. As soon as I walked in he asked if he could help and it was really genuine (not like “oh here is this lady who might need help”). Tested my battery which was still under warranty and replaced it. The whole process was super easy and fast. Thank you Luis and everyone at this AutoZone!!

I came in a couple days ago to purchase and replace my windshield wipers and a headlight bulb. Stephanie and Andrew were wonderful employees!! Stephanie helped me pick out the proper things that were correct for my car and offered to replace my windshield wipers for me! I've never done it before, so the help was very much appreciated. Then Andrew offered to replace my headlight bulb as I didn't know how to do that either. He went out of his way to help me and did a great job! Very friendly and helpful staff overall

AutoZone's Customer Service Rep Jamil great communication and customer service skills helped make my trip here a pleasure when buying and having a headlight installed I returned less than a month later to buy and have a burnt out brake light installed and this time it was Customer Service Rep Eddie who helped fix it, having me back on the road in no time flat. I Was visiting Philadelphia from New York City, I noticed I was leaking antifreeze, i was panicking on how will i make it back to New York and Searched for nearest Autozone with being kinda late as in for a Monday night about 8:40pm , Seen one would be maybe open still, by the time I had made it to the parking lot from my previous location, Store was closed they was cleaning up and mopping, I asked if they can assist me as they did getting me coolant and duck tape to temporary hold the leak until i make it back or least most of the way would help me out, and Tommy and the rest helpful and was able to get the items i needed to continue my return . It Happened on Monday May 9th 2022 9:05pm. Transaction # 118850. Took me some time to get around on writing a review as I promised I will back then.

What started out as a quick store run just to grab a bottle of washer fluid landed me on the receiving end of a fantastic customer service experience!! I was also in need of new wipers but wasn’t sure how to select the correct ones & I also did not know how to install them. Jamil the cashier who assisted me also asked if I had a rewards account, informed me that I had a $20 coupon & at the end of my transaction he asked if I needed assistance installing the wipers. I was relieved because I had no idea how to install them. Oh and I forgot to mention that during my transaction another customer came back into the store and asked Jamil “how much would you charge to use your jumper box, my car was parked won’t start back up” and Jamil said “don’t worry about it I got you”. He proceeded to help both me and that other customer. That extra touch of customer service has earned them a future returning customer! Thank you again Jamil. Job well done!!

The light engine of my car turned on, but every time i take my car to a shop they want to over charge me because i dont know anything about cars, so I stoped by AutoZone to ask if someone can connect the computer to my car and tell me what was happening. As soon as i got in to the store they offer me help, David Walker connected the computer to my car told me what was happening with my it, he even printed information for the piece that needs to be replaced!! He was very nice and answered all my questions. Now i know what it is going on with my car and i wont get ripped off. Gracias David!!!! :)

My son and I visited AutoZone the other night for the first time. We went to Store#1890 on Washington Avenue at 17th. We needed replacement bulbs and coolant. Louis helped us and we were totally impressed with his knowledge, care of our vehicle and honest service. He came out to check all of the lights and showed us the marker line for the right amount of coolant. He even wanted to put in the new bulb but it was screwed in very tightly. He was out of stock on the coolant we needed. He even checked to see if we had selected the right type. He told us to visit another nearby location that had more stock. I will only go to AutoZone again.

Had a really great experience her over the weekend. Came in for new key batteries and left with key batteries, an air filter and windshield wipers which Diamond V helped me find for my specific vehicle. After purchasing the products and trying to install the windshield wipers on my vehicle outside of the store, Diamond noticed I was having trouble installing my wipers from inside the store and came out to help me. Can't explain how important this type of proactive customer service is and I'll definitely be coming for all of my auto needs thanks to Diamond!

SO thankful for the amazing customer service here! I went in today after a battery that I purchased from there suddenly died on me. They located my warranty, tested the battery (which just happened to be a dud), and replaced it free of charge within minutes. I stopped in to grab some coolant after the warning indicator came on in my car. The store was well organized and I was able to quickly find the right one for my car. At the register, the man helping me was really nice, letting me know there should be an fill-line indicator on the tank and offering to put it in the coolant tank for me. About a month ago, my car battery had died from sitting out in the cold for too long. Fortunately I had been able to jumpstart the car and take it over to this Autozone to replace the battery. Moises was very helpful in removing the battery from my car (which required a lot of time and attention) and charged up and tested the battery for free. He also didn't try to sell me any extra parts and told me my battery did not in fact need to be replaced. A+ customer service and would definitely recommend this branch to all future customers!

I needed a new battery because mine kept dying. I went in during an off hour and the person who installs batteries wasn't on duty. A delivery person, Dell, volunteered to do it for me. It was freezing out and he was more concerned about me staying warm than about his own warmth. When he had it working I started to give him a tip and he said the store is more interested in customer satisfaction and not to bother with a tip. Wow, they couldn't have been nicer, the clerks at the desk also. I'll certainly head back each time I need auto parts. Thanks!

All in all a well organized and well stocked Auto zone with solid customer service that always seems willing to help out. I’m deducting one star for two reasons: 1. During busy times they can use an extra person on register as it can get backed up 2. They should put speed bumps in the parking lot to prevent people from speeding through to avoid the traffic light, I’ve almost been hit twice. It’s also fantastic that they have a nice long strip of grass around the lot, it’s one of the only places my dog goes to the bathroom! And to those who are not picking up after your dogs (you know who you are) I hope you get caught and fined, you give us responsible owners a bad name!

Ok so I want to tell everyone how amazing the staff is at this store. I got there a few minutes before they opened because my car was leaking antifreeze. Now I already knew what the problem was so I knew what parts I needed. Well they didn't have the part at this store so the manager, Carmen, sent one of her employees to another store. Only they didn't actually have the part that I needed. Meanwhile on of the other employees looked in their back room and found my part. I actually sat in their parking lot and fixed my car. They lent me tools and let me do what I need to do. Now Carmen is amazing, she gave me a discount on the part and it me wash up in the bathroom. I don't think I will ever go to another store. They kept offering me a job because I know how to fix my own car.

Courtney was the absolute best!!! She was trying to complete her closing duties (we came about 40 minutes before closing) and stopped what she was doing to not only find the right windshield wipers but also make sure they fit my car before selling them to me. My car requires a special attachment on the wiper blades (not a j-hook like most) and Courtney picked the attachment out of the box that had a few others, chose the one that should fit, snapped them on and went out to my car to see if it fit. Once I paid for them, she set up the other blade, we all went outside and she snapped it into the arm and then asked me to test them to make sure they worked. Great service! Made my day!

My car battery died and even though I jumped it, the next day it died. I walked in and asked if they had the inventory. She said, 'Let's check your battery before you decide to replace it.' I was like...huh? Shouldn't you be upselling? So I said, 'Sure.' We tested it, she showed me that it wasn't going to hold the charge for long, so I decided to replace it. She came in explained everything I could possibly have questions for (including my interrogation of their warranty) and then brought out the battery and replaced it. It was pretty cold, so another member of their team volunteered to take care of it so she could go back inside. Very professional, very cordial. Definitely coming back here based on this experience of service.

I brought my windshield wipers from pepboys because it was next door from my job, i needed them on asap but couldn't get no assistance from pepboys so I went to autozone the manager with the glasses sorry dont know his name but he knew I got them from somewhere else that wasn't autozone but he didn't hesitate to help me he was very helpful from the beginning probably one of the best managers I ran into in a long time at places such as autozone & etc he made me feel welcomed & fixed my problem and was very pleasant because of him I will keep coming back to that location :)

The nicest staff ever! Anddd the manger was on the floor the whole time I was there, you can see how well she works with her staff... which in my 10+ years of retail have never witnessed. I always feel comfortable going there knowing I'm not just a dollar sign buttt that I have a knowledgeable staff member assisting me, specifically instead of making me seem dumb like pep boys down the block does! Durant is always happy to help and always greets me by name and with a smile! - that says a lot about management andd how well she works with her staff! A good staff is a happy staff, and this place sure does exceed my expectations, especially for a corporate car store in south Philly.

Usually have what i need if not they help me find it had a torn hose came to see if they had it they didnt but that didnt stop them from helping me find a place that had it also purchased a radio here and harness rep helped me get an idea on how to install it told me everything i needed was my first time changing the radio on a car or rather working with wires but with the help and tips he gave me i got it done that same day only problem i have with this place is a person who i believe is a manager or something like that she seems like she barely wants to help cant say for sure but she does have a bit of an attitude other then that i would def give it 5 stars
