Wish I could give these guys 10 stars. I called to ask for a second opinion on an issue that was brought up by a dealership. Chad was able to get me in quickly, and when I arrived Noah took my car right back. After looking at it addressed that there was no issue and everything looked fine. They both brought me back to the bay to even show me what they were looking at and that everything looked fine. Outstanding customer service, and would highly recommend!

I went to TO Haas for new tires because I got a flat tire that couldn’t be fixed. As someone who has worked as a service advisor for over a decade, I’m particular and extremely difficult to impress. The guys at TO Haas on 120th Street in Omaha were TOP NOTCH. I felt like I was really being cared for, and they got me a fantastic price on my service. I asked them to give me a quote on brakes and they checked the pad thickness for me. They could have easily sold me a set of brakes, but they were honest and told me that not only do I not need brakes, but they are still like new! Tip of the hat to Randy and Chad for hooking me up with great service, honesty, and an unbeatable price. 10/10 would recommend!

Randy was very helpful when I stopped in a couple weeks ago to inquire about prices. When I decided I needed to get the tires replaced this week due to a issue with one of the tires, he was helpful in getting the tires and scheduling a day that worked for me to get there. The techs, Joshua and Noah also did a great job! I dropped my car off in the afternoon ahead of my appointment the next day, and they went ahead and took care of everything! I had brake fluid replaced , new filters and four new tires ! And had my vehicle back the same afternoon! Thank you!

We brought it in with the steering pulling to the right and severe shaking at times. We had the brakes looked at and repaired elsewhere recently so we were a bit baffled. I brought the vehicle to T.O.Haas and asked if they had time to check it out. They got me in right away and quickly diagnossed the issue. Things were not quite what we expected and once it was clarified, (no fault of theirs) they got on it and now the vehicle is running like a champ. Service was quick and professional, the staff is great and I was very pleased with the cost. Now, when I need a mechanic, "I got a guy"! Ok, I got a shop! Thanks everyone!

This was my first time coming here and I ordered a set of new wheels for my Tacoma. The order came in on time but unfortunately one of the wheels must have been damaged in shipping because it had a scuff mark on it. Chad told me right away what happened and he called the company to order a replacement; less than a full week later the new wheel came in and they got them installed in no time at all. I had a great experience here. Chad was super friendly (as well as all of the other staff there) and helpful and the prices were absolutely great! I'll definitely be taking my vehicles here from now on!

The service they performed was fixing one of my tires that had a nail in it, they were extremely fast and even helped me to my car and parked my car in a different location because of a wasp problem outside that they didn't want my children to get stung. We have been going to TO Haas for quite a long time. Tire, break, oil and AC service. The staffs are always welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable. They don’t up sell you anything you don’t need, only recommendations. Very flexible to work with. Work is always on time and on the spot, and the fee is more than reasonable. I used to go to Bennington for such services despite the distance out of suggestions by people online. I’m glad we have an honest, reliable and quality shop nearby doing just as good of a job if not better.

Everything was great only odd thing was they require customers to wear masks but they don’t wear them or even pretend to. This includes not wearing them when they are driving your vehicle. But if it wasn’t for the pandemic this wouldn’t be an issue. They were nice and quick so I’ll use them again.

I've used TO Haas over the years and have never had a bad experience. This time they hung the spare tire under my truck upside down, causing it to bounce around while driving down the road. They also broke off four of the clips that holds the hubcaps in place. Even with this one bad experience I still plan on using them in the future for their out the door prices are better than most companys.

These guys were amazing! I had previously went to the dealership to do routine oil change.....then I got suspicious when they wanted to charge me for air/fuel filters after only 5,000 miles from the last replacement, like $150? Then $340 for 1 tire with a nail that they "couldn't" repair, plus brakes (I stopped listening at this point). Called T.O. Haas on 120th and they said to bring my SUV by. Showed me where the nail was, not even close to the sidewall! Repaired it for $26. They were geniune, knowledgeable, and nice.

They informed me, on April 6, 2019, that repaires on my brakes and front wheel bearings, recommended by Brakes + on Oct 30, 2018, needing to be done by January, 2019, were entirely unnecessary! Tho I put that off, T.O. Haas cleared me up! I will take my further car repair needs to T.O. Haas Tire & Auto! Thanks, guys at 120th, just north of Center, TOH! See you soon for my next oil change! In March of 2023, I took it in for an oil change and to try to diagnose a phantom battery drain issue, as the battery seemed low just 2 to 3 days after it was last driven. I also asked them to check an issue in which a switch in the starter chain (possibly: the key-turn switch to the starter system, the solenoid or the starter rotor itself). They could not get the issue I experienced to duplicate. But I had the problem immediately upon starting it there to drive it home. I also thought there was a problem with the rear suspension. But that turned out to be both rear wheel bearings and shot brakes on both sides. These were repaired, but I'll undoubtedly be returning it soon, as the starter issue is rapidly getting worse just 5 days after picking it up!
