Went to get new tires for my truck as soon as they had opened and had to get tires ordered. Tires were there mid-morning, very quick, and were put on the truck by lunch. Great customer service, would recommend if ever in omaha, thanks again guys

I left work and heard a grinding sound as I drove. I Googled "car repair near me" and they were blocks away as well as very highly rated. I walked in at 4pm and said I don't have an appointment and I've never been here before and I explained my problem. There were 3 guys in the front office and they were so kind and funny. One of them immediately took my car for a short drive and 20 minutes later handed me back the keys, smiling. There had been a rust buildup that was rubbing against the tire and he just had to knock it off. They would not charge me even though I asked. I highly recommend them and would go out of my way to get service from them in the future.

Was referred to Midwest Tire Company when I noticed a large bulge in a tire. Showed up to have it looked out and was helped by very nice and friendly staff. Arrived at 10:30am and picked my car back up with 4 brand new tires by 12:30pm SAME DAY! Incredible. Will continue to refer Midwest Tire and staff to all my friends and family needing service.

Been taking my tires to Mike for 34 yrs. Since I was a teenager. Pot hole took out a tire yest. Limped in yest at 415p and they gave me a loaner. Ordered a set of new tires for me by 930a today and had them installed with a quick 45min wait today. they do far more than just tires.

So I get it, gas is expensive right now, but wouldn't you rather deal with a reliable and trustworthy shop for the tires on your vehicle, or some other place that won't even tighten your lug nuts properly. If that's the case roll, or limp, your poor tires to Midwest Tire and I'm sure you will get the same professional, fair and expeditious service that I've received numerous times. Plus, a new set of tires comes with a sweet free warranty. Ask them.

I was traveling through Omaha on a road trip with my family when I heard tire grinding on pavement sounds as we pulled out of the hotel. I stopped here as it was the first place we saw and the customer service was awesome! They fixed a tire issue I had and also topped off my oil as it was reading low. The wait was minimal and they even had a room for the kids to wait. J. Mason was the one who helped us and he definitely made sure our car would be ready to get back on the road.

They were very busy on a warm December day but got me in and out with 4 new tires within 2 hours. As a female who does not know much about cars or car maintenance, I did not feel as though they were taking advantage of my lack on knowledge, nor did they patronize me. Cannot recommend these guys enough. I was sick of paying excessive prices with unnecessary fixes at the dealership, and a friend recommended midwest tire. After a dealership quoted me over $1,000 on repairs to be made on my vehicle that was just over a year old, Midwest Tire confirmed what I suspected which was all I needed was an oil change. If they do suspect you need more work done, they will shoot you straight, explain everything clearly, and provide several recommendations for solid mechanics that they send their own family too. Three years later and a new set of tires, I will never go to anyone else.

These guys are trustworthy, have more than decent prices, and always take care of me. They’ll do all your tire and suspension work and have a few mechanics if you want your oil changed and a few other mechanical things. Couldn’t recommend enough. These guys will take care of you.

Have gone here for new tires and patch jobs with no issues. I always call ahead just to be sure they have my tires in stock. I’ve never not been able to get in day-of. They have a little waiting room with WiFi and coffee, so I’ve been able to work while waiting. Even on super busy days it’s only taken an hour tops. And one time they even drove me back to/picked me up from my apartment which was (at that time) in the Old Market. To help with finding the right “deal”, I usually just ask their opinion based on my driving and tell them I don’t want the cheapest or most expensive tire, and they usually tell me the all-in price on the phone so I know up front what I’m getting in to. I’ve also asked to see if they can recommend something a little cheaper that might not be a popular brand name if I need to come down a little bit on cost. Most of their tires have at least a one year warranty for free patch jobs or low pressure fixes. Comes in handy for when you take a nail or something like that. Good service, no B.S. (but not intimidating either.). Will continue to go here for all my tires in the future.

I went to Midwest Tire to get a tire repair,and got in real fast. They had the tire fixed with in an hour. Fast and good service. They also rotated the tires on the vehicle for me also.

I would recommend a different place. In all, they were helpful and nice but they claimed that they didn't scratch my wheel which they did. I check up on my car daily and after i got my tires put on i saw a big scratch on my wheel. They went over it with me and took my into the bay and showed me how they did it, saying it was there before which isn't true. The scratch doesn't look like anything that debris would have done to a wheel, etc. A tool was involved or a someone didn't notice it and remembered what it looked like. Very unprofessional. In all, the tire installation was great but i have to go elsewhere to pay for their problem.

This place is great for tires and the experience is good! The associates are nice and do the job as you would expect. The speed of the job is a bit slow but I understand. The environment feels a little outdated and if your going to have people wait for over an hour you might want to make their wait more enjoyable with some accessible water or food in the waiting room otherwise some may get irritable.

I would have to double check later. Car is in for oil change at the moment. Bought new tires in 2016 and I believe they rotate my tires free every 35 or 25k miles at the oil change. Pleasant & Professional. Clean shop and fair pricing. Recommend.

Midwest Tire is always a joy to do business with. We needed tires for an older van. This thing has nearly a quarter million miles on it, and it's probably close to the end of the road, so we just wanted good, inexpensive tires, and that's what they gave us. We got out the door for under $400 with a whole set of four. They did the work while I waited, and the waiting area had enough room that I could sit six feet from the other guy waiting. Staff were friendly and the job was done quick. Will be back!

I've been coming to Midwest Tire for a few years now on the recommendation of a coworker - twice a year to change out from summer to snow tires, and once when I had a flat. The customer service is amazing - highly personalized, fast and accommodating. I'm not sure how they compare price wise, but in my mind, it's completely worth it to support this excellent local business. I can't recommend Mike highly enough. Took 4 wheels with tires there to have 4 new tires put on. I had just painted the wheels. They came & asked if it was ok to put the balancing weights on the outside of the wheels, as they were just painted. It was ok with me. NICE of them to ask! I've never written a review before so either I'm having a real feel good day, or Midwest Tire is great (probably both). I had a tire puncture. A different place told me they could not patch it (with no explanation) and so I brought it to Midwest Tire for second opinion. 1. They treated me like someone who came in to fix their car, not "a young female who knows nothing." A million kudos for this and probably the main reason I felt compelled to write a review. 2. I rolled up with no appointment on a Saturday. They seemed very busy, yet the owner/manager (I think?) still came right out to my car and got someone looking at my tire ASAP. 3. He took me to the shop and explained to me exactly what happened and gave me all options. He didn't question my situation and helped me decide what was best for me. 4. They patched my tire right away, and priced me out for a new tire for when I'm ready buy one. This price was $50+ cheaper than two other places I got tire quotes. Cheerio, Midwest Tire. I'll be back!

We had three road hazard repairs in two weeks and Midwest Tire was able to get our van back on the road in about an hour every time. Besides great customer service they also had the World Cup on in the waiting area, which helped pass the time. A well organized and skillful crew!

After reading a lot of tire shop reviews, I wanted to go to Midwest Tire Company to get a high-end tire replaced on my son's 2014 Roush Mustang GT. I can see why the reviews are so good and why they their family has had this business going strong for 4 generations! Their service is quite extraordinary and very reasonably priced. I was totally impressed, and that isn't easy. They were a lot farther away than many other shops around us but way worth it!

Great place. Went there today to get four tires balanced, turns out I only needed the front two done. On my trip through Omaha, I had a tire blow out on a very wet and rainy day. I called and spoke with the excellent people at Midwest. They had a service truck out to me within 15 mins, and quickly put my spare on. Since I was heading north away from town, they were very helpful in trying to direct me to a good tire shop on down the road, instead of trying to get me to drive back the way I came just to fix the tire. I decided that since they had done such a good job that I would give them the business and was glad I did. They gave me an excellent deal on a used tire(actually in pretty good condition) and had me back on my way. What could have easily been several hundred dollars and lots of lost hours, I was back under way in maybe 1.5hrs and less than $100. That was a steal in my opinion. Thanks a bunch Midwest. I do not live anywhere close to Omaha but I know where to call if I'm in there area.

Was driving back home to NC after a vacation in Glacier/Yellowstone when I realized my two front tires were worn from all the mountain driving. Called the shop a few hours outside of Omaha to see if they had my tires which they didn't but they ordered them. When I arrived them immediately got to work on my car and had me back in the road in under an hour. Their friendly staff and reasonable pricing was very appreciated by this "out of towner." John registered my tires with their maker and gave me all the warranty information I may need if they cause me any problems - can take them to any of my local NC dealers if need be. I would recommend this place to locals and those just passing through (like me) that need tire help!

My wife and I, and my sister and her husband, have been going here for service for the last couple of years and always received excellent customer service and fair pricing. This morning I went in to have a tire repaired on my Honda Odyssey that O'Daniel Honda claimed was unrepairable, not only did Midwest Tire repair it and rotate my tires, they did it in 30 minutes for $28. I even forgot to tell them to rotate the tires until after they repaired the hole and they didn't complain or moan and groan as you would expect from an automotive repair shop. We've had plenty of bad experiences with more well known tire companies. It is such a relief to walk into a tire shop and trust the people that work there. Hands down, this place has shown consistently excellent customer service over the last six years.

Had a small nail and slow leak in a tire. Took it to a large chain who tried to sell me a new set (would need to replace all 4 since vehicle is AWD) even though I still had some life left in the tires. After reading reviews on Google I decided to try Midwest Tire and I am very glad that I did. They repaired the tire without a hassle for a reasonable price, were professional and even recommended a place I could take my son for breakfast which was great.

I got a flat tire during work. I ran over the tiniest little nail. I went to Firestone on 50th and L to get it patched/fixed. (I'm a delivery driver. I noticed the flat on a delivery a couple blocks from the store. I decided to drive back there before putting on the donut.) Guy said that due to driving on the flat I damaged it too much by driving on it and that if he were to disassemble it, a bunch of powder from the deterioration of the tire would be inside. No offer to check. I went to Midwest Tire Company after work the next day as it's downtown, close to my job. I told him what happened, including my visit to Firestone. He said that he might be right about the powder but he wouldn't know if it was fixable unless someone took a look inside. Had someone do it, came to me minutes later and said they could patch it! Yay, I didn't have to buy a new tire. They were busy and I was told there were people ahead of me but got it fixed and on my car in less than a half hour. Great service, and friendly. I wish I remembered the guy's name that helped me.

..come out to my car....flat tire. See the nail sticking from it. Call MTC company and they say, "We close at noon, but we can squeeze you in." (It was 10:30. I get there, hand them the keys and BAM! My car was in and out in less than 90 minutes. Super friendly, affordable even though I had no appointment & STILL serviced my tire. Super happy with these guys top to bottom!

Had a flat, took it to one tire store, they said the rim was bent and I'd have to get a new one. Looked at a couple different junkyards, couldn't find one. Went to Midwest Tire, they told me the same story, offered to find a rim for me. Jim was the guy who looked, he tried their standard sources but said he couldn't find one for less than $120, he thought that was outrageous. He suggested a couple of places I could look, said if I found a rim, he could probably find me a used tire for $30 or so. I checked with one of the places he suggested and found a rim for $70! Bought it, brought it to Midwest, Jim found me a used tire for LESS than $30. Friendly guy, fast service, I have always had good experience at Midwest, and now even better because of Jim. THANKS!!!

I have an old Toyota Highlander, and I took it in for service recently. My mechanic did an overall inspection and recommended that I replace all four tires. The assessment was they were compromised, with "bulges all over the outside indicating broken or slipped belts." The set I had was only a couple of years old so I was surprised, but the last thing I need is a blowout on the interstate. I took it back to Midwest Tires where I had gotten this set for replacements. After they took the tires off, the manager Mike Moran came in and brought me out to the garage to show me what the mechanic had seen. Yes, there were small bulges on the walls of the tire. He explained these were actually normal for the way that tire is manufactured and not a result of damage. He assured me they were safe and still had a lot of wear in them. He replaced just one tire that was actually compromised. Midwest Tire could have EASILY replaced them all and never said anything, I would not have known. I trust my mechanic, I just think they made a mistake. I appreciate Midwest Tire's expertise, honesty and integrity and I recommend them highly if you need new tires. They definitely go the extra mile.
