As a woman, they treated me respectfully, I was not upsold, and they were never condescending. I felt very well treated for my entire visit. What initially started off as a two tire job, Jensen was able to get me in the next day with my specific tires. They later realized I needed two more new tires and notified me right away and was able to get two more tires on in the same day. I scheduled an appt several days prior. When I arrived, the individual hadn’t entered it. They were no longer with Jensen and the new person met with the service manager to get my car in as scheduled and get the battery replaced and tire pressures checked/tires filled. Once they took my car it only took about 10-15 min, they were on top of it, and apologized for the error. While waiting another woman came in with seemingly the same issue, and again, I heard them make an accommodation for her to correct the error for the former employee. I really appreciated them trying to make it right and providing quick service once they realized there was an error.

The young lady found an unfixable hole in the tire and luckily I had a full sized spare which she put on. My tire light came on and said I had a low tire. I was quite a distance from my home. I was looking for a service statuon and was thrilled to see a Jensen Tire store. I turned around and went there. I came in and met James, to write up my service. I had a problem from another tire store on my F150 one of my brand new tires kept leaking air, also on my 2008 Cadillac A the other tire store couldn’t re-calibrate my tires to the computer after replacing a tire sensor. I with the efforts of James, and Stephen back in the service area they fixed both problems and both vehicles within about one hours time and I had no appointment! On top of all of that they did not charge me for any of the services provided .What excellent service I received. I will certainly be revisiting Jensen tire in the future. These guys were great! They got my truck in the shop fast and called me with a estimate sooner than I expected. I had brake work done and needed new tires, which was completed in a few hours. Very friendly and knowledgeable mechanics. Of course like all mechanic shops the cost was more than expected. But for me not having a appointment and dropping it off in the morning, I guess it was kinda worth it.

The guys at this location are always nice to me and they do a good job with my tires. 1/8/22: Edited to note they no longer have nitrogen air for tires. Still a fan of this location though and I have been there many times since my original review. At one point I was there every other week or so because there was a construction area I kept picking up nails from. Last time I just handed him my keys and said I give up lol but they had me back on the road in no time.

I was greeted by Sean, the manager with a friendly smile, as he was was shoveling the entryway sidewalk in the winter storm, in preparation for customers. I was able to wait in the waiting room. It was warm, clean, it had hand sanitizer, and all employees had masks and were socially distancing. :) They fixed the air leak in my tire in less than an hour. I am well aware of proper tire care , and I really don’t need James, your employee, man-splaning common tire knowledge.. it’s rude and unprofessional. Especially when you’ve repeated yourself 4 times. I acknowledged him, trying not to be rude. But after the 4th time enough was enough. I’m a very easy person to do business with. James Abbadusky did research for us to determine what tire would meet our needs. He also gave us helpful advise re how to get the greatest number of miles and the most safety from them. The tires he chose ride far better and provide much better road feel. The tires are extremely quiet as well. Their were two men that worked on the car. One mounted and balanced the tires and the other did an alignment for both the front and the rear. The ride, controlability, and quietness have all improved dramatically. Our sincere appreciation and thanks to the Continental tire manufacturers and especially Mr. Abbadusky and the other two gentlemen who serviced our vehicle at Jenson Tire.

Hit a pot hole punctured the side walls of both right side tires. I have insurance to cover wheels and tires. Justin found the tires and had them mounted in 3-4 hours, but billing the Insurance co was a problem. I interviewed and got payment sent to Manager Ken 20 minutes before closing but Ken never called me to pickup the car. I had to wait till the next morning and again Justin made it right and got my car to me.
