I got a screw in my tire and was on an extremely tight schedule. The front desk gentleman was SO nice amidst the phone ringing off the wall and his computer going down. They got my car right in, patched the tire, and I was on my way in less than 2 hours - in time to pick my daughter up at the airport! Great service!!

Fantastic job! Steve at the 108th & Fort St store went out of his way to help me. We found out the wheel was cracked so we had to order another one. We usually get our our tires at Costco, but Steve said he would match Costco's price on the same or similar tire. He did just what he said he would! He undercut Costco on all 4 new tires and he earned our business with great customer service! I'd highly recommend letting Jenson Tire & Auto do the same for you. Great job, Steve! 👍

Honestly I never felt as much relief from my car being in this shop than I had today. It really felt like the universe was giving me a break. Justin was really great, he helped me out the whole entire way from the phone call to the picking up my car. Really great guy he was very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. If anybody wants to get their car done I definitely recommend this Jensen auto service. Though it is a little far drive for me I definitely will be going to this location to get my service done. And I will recommend everyone else to go to them as well. I really would not change anything for the experience I had. I’m so grateful to encounter Justin. He fixed an issue on my car that the Toyota company was going to charge me hundreds of dollars for. Really really appreciate him.

They were great!! I had my battery die on a Monday morning. left work that afternoon and fixed the battery on my own.. on my way home from getting the battery my tire pressure light came on. I swung through Jensen to see if they had an opening. They did. I had had a long day with the battery issues, they got me in right away found a staple in my tire, fixed it…AND DIDNT CHARGE ME!! Though it was a minimal fix I still very much appreciated the fact that they didn’t charge me after a long day they didn’t even know about. Will absolutely do business with them again.

First time here for me, came in for a oil change. Good overall experience! Clare checked me in and was super friendly and knowledgeable. We had breakfast in the restaurant next-door (First Watch) and spent the rest of the time waiting in a clean waiting area. No issues with my car, which I expected because a friend mechanic of mine had been maintaining my car previous to that.

Took my car in to check my tire as it had a slow leak. I left it there while I walked to get lunch. By the time I was done eating I had received a call from them that my car was done and ready to go. I got there expecting a small fee but was handed the keys and told I had a nail in my tire and it was no charge. What a pleasant surprise and experience!!

I had gone to discount tire and had them look at my tire they suggested I get four tires replaced And told me I couldn’t reuse the tire and have it repaired. I decided to call around and chose this Jensen Tire. The man told me I could have just one replaced And after taking it in - he then had called and told me I could just have it repaired. The other business had apparently tried to scam me and I felt that Jensen Tire really swooped in and showed their honesty and trust. I will absolutely refer people to them and not to mention use them again for other services. I found them extremely professional. When I picked up my car they had not charged me anything and refused to. I was really shocked. I am a single mother and you have no idea how much this meant to me. I don’t ask for handouts but I definitely will return the favor and some kind of kind act. Everything about my experience was exceptional.

Hello! I just wanted to stop by and say THANK YOU for taking care of my parents, Ken and Connie, this morning. They were leaving for a trip out to NC to visit my brother and when they got in the car their low tire light was on. They brought their car into your location this morning and you got them in right away before other customers because you wanted to get them back out on the road. I called to make sure they were ok and my mother was extremely grateful talking about how kind, and friendly everyone was and that the service was amazing! They also rotated my tires. This is my favorite Jensen Tire location. I have used 4 others in the past due to location convenience. This location has reduced fees for labor on past repairs that didn't take as long as the computer wanted to bill me. Honesty goes a LONG way! This visit was for an oil change. They contacted me twice during the appointment-- once to update me on progress and tell what they found during their inspection (a torn wiper blade) and once to tell me they were done. They did forget to reset the oil life monitor, but I did it myself after I got home. Not too hard.

Found prices for labor and such to be high compared to my usual small town person, however, I appreciate that they were not pushy when I said I was going to take my car else where for a 2nd opinion regarding my shocks. They gave me a detailed quote so that I could consider it in my options. Friendly from the time I scheduled my appt to the time I picked up my car. I did have them look at 2 of my tires that had slow leaks and got my car done in good time. Since there were no punctures to fix, they did it all free of charge. Would recommend.

Needed a flat tire fixed. I had located the leak and just dropped off the tire to have them work on it. Since I had another task to run, I left it for repair. Most recent experience was a leak in a tire and an oil change. Chris and Mark were great to work with. Advised me one of the wheels has a bend in it, difficult to balance and not a good idea to rotate it to the front. Offered to locate a replacement and follow up. Always had great experience at this store and competitively priced. UPDATE - Visited again 6.8.19 for a wheel needing balanced. The business is clean, associates and manager dressed sharply. Service performed and delivered at requested time. Was informed tech did drive test and needed to rebalance a wheel second time. Message is, they check the work. All four wheels balanced for a touch under $53. Consistent quality service.

I have been a Jensen customer for over 10 years since moving to Omaha. I have always appreciated their honest work and expertise for all my automotive needs. They are amazing at explaining recommendations and helping me prioritize them given any financial constraints. My appreciation for their business and staff was brought to a whole new level with my recent experience. Long story short my Subaru needed a new transmission. I brought it to the dealer service center hoping it would be covered under the manufacturer warranty and knowing the company preferred that one of their own shops do the warranty work. Ultimately Subaru did not want to honor the warranty because I regularly had the vehicle serviced at Jensen. I fought and fought with the company for several weeks making no ground until Jensen stepped in on my behalf. They called the dealer, provided invoices, walked me through coding on invoices, and answered my many phone calls. The staff at Jensen definitely went above and beyond all just to help me get my repairs covered somewhere else! But it worked! They helped me save $7,000 in car repairs!! And when I came into the shop to personally thank them the gentleman at the counter gave me a casual fist bump-- which just made my day! It was sort of them saying "No problem, it's just what we do!" Thank you Jensen staff for doing all that you do!

Edit** Had a follow-up call with the individuals over at Jensen and they took care of the situation and made everything good! I will absolutely continue to bring my car to this Jensen. - Fine if you are just getting an oil change or new tires. I had been told I needed to get new struts on my car as they had never been replaced (which is probably true) and was told it would have a massive improvement on the ride and comfort of my vehicle. So, I decided to spend the, nearly, $2,000 to have my struts replaced. At the same time I asked to have my windshield wipers replaced as they were old and streaking. You could not convince me anything was done to my car; as soon as I left, I could not tell a difference in my ride and used my windshield wipers and they were exactly the same as prior to asking them to be replaced. Complete waste of $2,000.

These guys are great! I called this morning because my apartment complex neglected to clean up some tar that has come off the road. The tar then stuck to my tires, causing a balance problem. Had to replace the wheel and tire on my car following a blowout over the weekend. When I called with the tire size information they called back promptly with the estimated time of delivery and then when I went to get the tire put on it was discovered that the wheel needed to be replaced. So once again they said we will order the wheel, said it will be in shortly after the noon hour the next day and we will give you a call for installation. They did exactly what they said they would and I had very little wait time once I got there to have the wheel mounted on my car. The customer service was second to none!

Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. I came in with a flat during some on sites for work. I pulled up, they put my car on the lift and had me out in 25 minutes. When checking out they gave me quotes for my tires that needed changed and price checked against different tire stores. To top it all off they said they wanted me to know how it would feel to be a customer of theirs in a flat situation and did the service FREE OF CHARGE! I was having a horrible day, but they turned it right around!

We had a flat tire and had to put the spare on. We went by this location and dropped the tire off. Less than 20 minutes later they called me and told me that the tire was ready to go. They not only patched the damaged tire, but they remounted the tire back onto the car and put the spare away for us. All for no charge, which goes a long way to winning us over for repeat customers.

He had me come back an hour after I stopped in, as he had two customers who needed assistance first. An hour later he was ready to check it. Jensen, on 168th and Center, gave impressive service after my car wouldn’t work properly. They paid for the tow truck and then didn’t charge me the additional work they had to do to fix my car. In addition, instead of having me find a ride to pick up my car when it was ready, they drove my car over to my work place, which is in the vicinity. Even though I had just picked up my car from being worked on, they went above and beyond to make sure they didn’t lose me as a customer and they haven’t. I will continue using Jensen for all my auto mechanic needs.

On highway driving I felt a slight imbalance. When I called, they took the car in, fixed the problem, no questions asked. I like this place.

This location is by far the best Jensen Tire and Auto in town. The front desk guy at the location off of 168th and Harrison is rude and unwelcoming.
