Once at the store I explained my situation in more detail, Jesse again went over all the options and I felt he didn't push anything and was transparent and honest. I made an appointment over the phone to have my tires replaced with Discount Tire. I had purchased the tires elsewhere and was just needing them put on. When I called, I gave them information regarding what tires were currently on my vehicle and what I had purchased to replace them. They said there would be no issue. They quoted me a price higher than other businesses, but I’d experienced good service through them before and they assured me there would be no problems. I had to cancel that appointment, but rescheduled. When I arrived for the second appointment, they had the information I’d given them over the phone on file. The person at the register checked her computer and checked the tires I brought with me. She said they would not be able to put the tires on because they were 1.5” larger than what was currently on my vehicle (even though they confirmed that there would be no issue over the phone). I decided to go to Jensen to have them changed. When I went to leave Discount Tire, one of my tires was low, so they said I could pull up to their free tire check station to have it aired up. When I got there, I was told the tire is TOO low (16 psi) and the machine would not allow them to put air in it. I would have to make an appointment to have it repaired as a “flat tire”. I carefully made it across the street to Jensen Tire where they were able to change my tires immediately. They were $50+ cheaper than Discount Tire and there was no issue with the tires I provided them. Jensen was extremely helpful and quick with their service. I will return to them in the future.

Of course I would recommend them, I have always gone to Jensen with my cars for oil changes, tires, etc. but today I made an appointment to change the oil in my Rogue at 3:30 and it took almost two hours, when they’re supposed to take half off hour, that's the only thing I didn't like today.

Soooo I was leaving a business in the strip mall area where Jensen Tire & Auto is located and well lucky for me, one of my break lines decided to blow while getting ready to reverse out of a parking spot as opposed to getting on the road. I went in to talk to somebody about what my car just did and the gentleman that helped me was incredibly nice and said they would get me in I just had to be a little patient which cool with me take as long as you guys need too. They're busy so I was just incredibly grateful they were going to squeeze me in. I live in Fremont so initially I was worried about having to get my car back to town and all that fun stuff. I went to multiple places to get a tire and they were all trying to rip me off, specially when they see what kind of car you drive. They wouldn’t replace one tire, which was all I needed, they would only do the set and others were not going to have the one tire in stock for a few weeks. Went to Jensen tire and Auto, and they not only were quick to help me as soon as I walked in, but were fast, friendly, and had my tire fixed by the next morning. I’m definitely going back to replace my tires there each time I need to. Price was also very reasonable!

Had a very pleasant experience, walked in one morning due to a nail in my tire causing a leak. The gentleman greeted me and after discussing my issue he asked if I could leave it there for a bit, unfortunately that didn’t work for me at that time due to work schedules. He was kind enough to squeeze me in for later that afternoon between picking up kids from different schools! I appreciate them working with me and squeezing me in! I went to Jensen Tires as a walk-in to fix a lug nut stud that was damaged by a competitor. The representative, Vanessa, informed me that the hub also needed to be replaced. She spoke on my behalf to the competitor's manager, and convinced them to reimburse the total cost. She showed a level professionalism that far exceeded my expectations. I appreciate their willingness to fit me in their schedule and their prompt service.. I will now be going to Jensen Tires on 120th for future car repairs / maintenance.

Went in for an oil change. The service was cheaper than expected, but took about 2.5 hours. Called before taking my car in to make sure there were openings and the conversation with the associate led me to believe the wait wouldn't be that long. Other than that, very happy with the service. I have to recommend this place, as I had a great experience with a problem that arose. I was notified by the tech that was doing my oil change that he had accidentally broken my plastic air filter housing when opening it to check the air filter. He was a young guy and he was nervous about telling me, but he said that Jensen would buy a new part and install it asap. They got the part from a local dealer, and had fixed it the next day. I really appreciated the fact that the young man was upfront about the issue, and that Jensen took care of it without a problem, right on the spot. A lot of shops would have just taped it up, or put it back broken, and not said anything. It showed me that they are stand-up people at this place. It's not how a business deals with you when everything is great, its how they deal with you when there is a problem that really counts. I wish I caught the young man's name to give him a shout out, but I didnt get a chance to. I really like the folks that work at this location, and especially Vanessa the manager has always been great as well.

I was driving on a pretty poor donut (had a flat) and arrived approximately an hour before close. Manager not only got me in for a pair of tires (needed) but informed me was the last day of Black Friday sale (think it was the Tuesday or Wednesday after). The deal was good and I figured I planned on the other 2 within next 12-17 months anyway, so got 4. Twenty til close, they asked if I wanted an alignment check , they checked it and it really needed it. So saved my new tires extra wear too! The manager even gave me some ideas on replacing the slightly bent donut, but informed me that any regular tire wouldn’t fit in my trunk’s well. She also explained the costliness of replacing an actual donut, so just encouraged me to not ride long on it if I needed to use it again. She was very well informed and also had a fun personality. A gentleman with a black beard (maybe an assistant or head garage tech) was also great. Really appreciate the service!

I mentioned that I had an appointment at 11:00 and would need to leave by 10:50, to get to my next appointment. He was very nice and said they should be able to get it done by 10:50. Brought a punctured tire in for patching. They were able to have the tire back to me in 2 hours, which was awesome. I got it back a little greasy, which isn’t a big deal. The plug also protruded about ⅛” from the tread block, which I hope won’t be problematic. The weights also weren’t moved, so I’m not sure if the tire was rebalanced. It rides fine, though. I have Jensen do all of my winter/summer tire switches and will continue doing business with them!

I picked up a screw in my tire, I took it to Jensen and they told me it couldn't be repaired because of where it was. I asked them to put the spare on and put the damaged tire in the back. When I went to pick it up I asked how much I owed, they said nothing. I have road hazards coverage, so I called the company and they said to take it to a local dealer. Went back to Jensen gave them the contract # and a phone number for the insurance company. And Jensen took care of everything after that. Great job, thank you.

Once in awhile a tech screws up but normally Jensen Makes good on what ever happened. While I'm well aware that there is very little margin in tires, I keep coming back when new ones are needed. My only complaint is with Senior Mngt...When you have a good Store Mngr treat them fairly !! Allow them to maintain their quotas/goals or give them the time necessary to grow their business then reward them for their mngt,sales and communication skills. In looking back on the volume of mngrs you have gone through over the past 35+ years, while many have been abject failures from the start, many others have gone to other business ventures, done well and have no reason to look back !! Your new Mngr (Vanessa) at N 120th appears to be an individual who is complimentary to the Store, appears to be the same with her staff and certainly is with her customers. On the three times I have interacted with her, at least at this point, she is 5+ Stars in my book. Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to express my feelings about the organization.
