This place is incredible! I went here to have my alternator fixed/checked and they were able to get me in right away and check it for me, along with fixing my brake light and topping my oil off. Even though I called at 1 PM on a Friday they were able to get me in right away and help me. As a woman it can be nerve wracking to visit car places alone and all of the staff here made me feel so comfortable and respected and not taken advantage of as someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars. If I was not moving away from Omaha I would come back here again and again. Thank you Exclusive Repair for your awesome service!

Our '12 Pilot (171k) needed some routine maintenance (oil change, front brake pads & rotors) plus replacement shocks for the rear. Despite the higher than normal "out the door" cost for this visit, the fact that it was done by the best Honda repair shop in town adds so much value to it, as I know the job is done right and well within the specified time. Had a great experience at Exclusive Honda. Vinny was very friendly. They were able to fix my dead battery when I just walked in even though they were booked up with appointments. Then despite not having an appointment, they offered to also do the oil change that the car was due for. Everything was done within two hours. Awesome experience for having just walked in!

Instead of trying to mark everything they've done on my car, let me say I take my 2004 Civic there for pretty much everything. Not body repair, but engine breaks, they make sure she's basically caught up on all her shots. They are wonderful, and I completely trust them, where my car is concerned. The most honest guys in town. I was recently at the Honda dealership (out west) for a detail service and was told my car needed a brake fluid flush, around $165. I knew the guy was trying to pull one over on me so i declined the service. I wont even let them do an oil change on my car, I just had to go there for their Auto Butler service. Fast forward a couple weeks I had Exclusive do an oil change and was showing them the repair order from said Honda dealership regarding the recommendation for the flush. As I thought, it wasnt needed. My car has less than 10K miles on it so the flush was absolutely unnecessary. I have been an Exclusive customer for over 25 years, for this reason. They are the most honest guys in town and I will not go anywhere else!!

This place reminded me of that, except way more modernized then ol' Bill Frosts place. Exclusive went above and beyond my expectations! Took my Honda in to have repairs done prior to a road trip. They really checked it over for me and made sure it was as road ready as it could be. It literally drove better than it ever has, and the Honda is 20 years old!! Thanks guys, I really appreciated your effort when I was on the road fighting the wind this weekend! I think your repairs might have saved my life as the severely high winds on the road trip caused so much stop and go traffic on the highway due to accidents. We are now on our 24th Honda and looking at buying two new. I understand staffing is difficult but I do miss having a stable manager to talk with. Matt and John were good. It also is hard since you now don’t make apts and need the car for hours. I used to wait and work. We drove from Lincoln for 25 years and that wasn’t an issue because I could be productive. We live in Denver and our daughter goes to school at Creighton. She has a 2004 Honda CRV. 😳. Needless to say we have had an issue or 2. Exclusive Repairs has been AMAZING!! Over the last 3 years her car has been in 6 or 7 (or more) times for various issues. The work is timely. The communication is absolutely fabulous. And the integrity is impeccable!! We have had situations where we have had to have the car towed in thinking we were looking at big $$$$ to find out it was a simple fix and our charge is $49!! That is unheard of in this world we live in. I cannot recommend this business highly enough!!!

They reason I brought my 2009 Honda Accord to Exclusive was I tried two previous Honda Dealers in an attempt to get a fix on a SRS Airbag Light that was on, on the dashboard. They troubleshot the system, found the SRS Computer was bad. Once I approved the estimate for the repair, while trying to obtain the part from Honda they discovered that my car qualified for an recall program that came with a 15 Year Extended Warranty. Just got the car back from Honda today with new SRS Computer cover at zero cost by Honda Dealer. And Exclusive didn’t charge me anything for the SRS troubleshooting to boot. We have been using exclusive Honda for over 20 years. They are very personable and always let us know what will be involved. Next time we come like our brakes are looking like they may need to be changed next time we’re in or prime example my wife’s brakes are squeaking I took it to them, they said they were squeaking because we live on a gravel road and they were in the dust. They didn’t charge me for their service so I asked him to at least change the oil very honest mechanics can’t say enough about them with more mechanics or like exclusive Honda.

Fast service, no shenanigans. In the past I would have a water bottle and little note or something waiting in the car when done. Not required but was a nice touch. It just makes you feel they care over the top. I left this time feeling like, “man, that was a really expensive oil change I could have got anywhere”. I also usually get some kind of update on the health if the car, upcoming items, inspection review, etc. Didn’t. have any of that this last time. Don’t forget the little things, they matter and show your attention to detail and care. That said, you guys are solid, don’t trust my service anywhere else.

I have a 2004 Honda CRV that was initially owned by my mom. She took the car exclusively to Exclusive Repairs, and I’ve been doing the same. I cannot express how much I recommend this place. The place where I got new tires tried to push a $1,000 axis replacement for a rattling noise. I immediately went to Exclusive, because I trust them and their opinions. The mechanic looked at it free of charge, told me it was completely unnecessary, and if it was his car, he wouldn’t replace it. They always make me feel comfortable and educate me enough to make decisions, which is so valuable and appreciated from a 24 year old woman with minimal knowledge of cars. If my ‘04 dies, I’m getting another Honda ONLY so that I can keep coming here. I trust them with my life.

I came in and they were able to fix my driver’s seat which was unable to move forward and back, had wires popping out, and was not secured to the base on the car. Pretty scary! They were able to remove the seat, weld it back together, and put it back in no problem. They also did an oil change and had a VERY thorough inspection. It is easy to read and understand. The mechanics also include pictures and notes of what they recommend. I was able to call and talk to them as to what else needed to be done. I appreciated that they were not pushy and talked through with me what things I really need to prioritize and what wasn’t as big of a deal to wait on. I would recommend this place to all Honda owners! They are reasonably priced, fair and easy to talk to, and are NOT pushy!! Their customer service is amazing. I will be back for more on my car because you can tell the are trustworthy and reputable. They also fixed my rear brake light and radio at no additional cost.. just to be nice. They are seriously the best!

The quality of the inspection was above and beyond great. Fantastic knowledge and recommendations that didn't feel like high pressure sales, just good folk making sure my vehicle is safe and healthy. Car was repaired quickly. Price was reasonable- they we're able to discount work on my front end since I went ahead and did it all at once, that way they didn't have to take it apart multiple times over the next few months. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for good old fashioned sincere service.

Today my 2010 Crosstour broke down and one of the cylinders turned off. I called up Brian at Exclusive right away and they fit me into their busy schedule. I had roadside assistance tow my car down to the shop. Once the car arrived at Exclusive they found out what was wrong quickly and replaced the solenoid/valve that was causing the cylinder to turn off/check engine light. My wife's Acura needed some TLC so even though it was out of the way, I wanted to give them a try, as I always had a good experience. I don't think I've ever seen a cleaner service area. Amazing. This has been one of the single best experiences I have had doing business with an auto shop. Just prior to this I had dealt with 2 other shops. One didnt bother to write down any of the information I gave them when making the appointment, apparently including my contact information, as when I called the next day to check on it since I hadnt heard anything I find out they hadnt started because they didnt know what they were supposed to be looking at. The other more or less blew me off immediately. Exclusive on the other hand was friendly, attentive, prompt and had absolutely stellar communication. When I received the inspection report they had very detailed notes referencing the information I had given them, clear pictures of issues, and very fair reccomendations for the repairs. They made suggestions to hold off on other repairs until we have fully sussed out the more severe issue as to not spend unnecessary money. Even the larger, more costly repair they have given very honest advice that it might not be worth the cost. This struck me especially as they stood to profit off that work. In addition I honestly expected them to be very expensive seeing as they are a specialized shop and are certified for these specific vehicles, however when I got the quote for the work I had them do I was pleasantly surprised in was right in line with other shops I have used in the past. I also work during their shop's hours of operation, however the after-hours pick up and drop off procedures are fantastic and made me feel as though my car was secure and there would very little risk of any loss. I have had other shops leave my key in the ignition an unlocked car for mutliple hours with no supervision. They clearly communicated with me throughout the entire exchange. Text's letting me know the status at every step of the way. All in all I cannot say enough good things about how this experience felt. While I have not fully decided my course of action on the major repair. I can safely say whatever my choice, they will be my go-to shop going forward.

I have a 99 Honda Accord. My brother is a mechanic so I don’t take it in often, but my AC/ heat went out. They were able to get me in super quickly. After dropping my car off they saw me outside in the sun waiting for a ride with my little old dog who had been in the car with me. I didn’t catch the mechanic’s name but he came outside with a rug for him to stand on because it was so hot out, and then invited me and my dog in. Just super nice people. They have a really comfy and nice waiting area with phone chargers and everything. They diagnosed my car in about 30 minutes and I was in and out the door with a new blower motor and resistor in two hours. $360 for both with labor. The thing that impressed me the most was the way the mechanic talked to me. At one point he came out of the shop and sat across the table from me to talk. It’s stressful as a young woman to go into mechanic shops- you know you might be taken advantage of and personally I don’t know enough about cars to make great judgement calls. This man was so respectful and polite and explained everything so clearly. 5/5 stars and will absolutely be going here in the future.

I took my car to Exclusive Repair for an oil change and an overall inspection, as this was the first check up I'd had done since purchasing. The mechanics are incredibly professional and friendly. While maintaining a local and trustworthy feel, they still have very advanced technology. They sent pictures of everything they suggested work on and also things that looked good. Starting taking my Honda here after my parents did for years. After that first visit I knew this was the place I would continue to come for maintenance so long as I owned a Honda or Acura. I must pass dozens of other shops on the 40 minute drive from my house to this location but it's always worth it. They will fix what you ask them to but also inspect other elements of the car, letting you know price and how important it is (safety or just quality of life fix). I never felt like they were trying to upsell me and everything recommended was genuine. I wish I loved the newer Honda vehicles because I would come here for life if that was the case. I have a 2014 Honda Pilot. I was having trouble with the sunroof - it was not closing well and appeared that the rubber seal was loosening. I made an appointment and was able to get the car in the next day, thinking all along it was going to be expensive. I was told on the phone they would need to look at it, order the part and I would have to bring it back for the repair. I was in the waiting room while they looked at it and in a very short time the service guy came in and told me they cleaned out some rust and debris, added new silicon and put the original rubber seal back on. And best of all, NO CHARGE! It completely made my day. I have taken my car there several times and the service technicians are so professional and kind and the work is timely and fairly priced. I highly recommend Exclusive Honda to anyone who owns a Honda.

3/13/20 I am adding to my review 11 months hence. Every experience I have had with Exclusive Repair has been top notch. I thought I needed a particular repair--they told me, "We don't want to turn away business, but you don't need that yet." My son had a loose seat in his Element--the dealer said it couldn't be repaired and offered to order one to the tune of $500. Exclusive Repair notice the loose seat when doing an oil change and fixed it--no charge! I appreciate how the staff attend to details--they text pictures of what they find and the cost before doing any repair. They explain what needs to be done, what can wait and why. They are finished when they say they will be. And dare I say that their garage bays are so clean one could practically eat off of them! With my most recent service, my car drives like new--and she is 10 years old! Feb,'19--I am a new customer as of yesterday. I was impressed with Exclusive's courtesy, professionalism, cleanliness, and thoroughness, as well as the care they gave my Honda. Notably, in past experiences with other shops, I have been "talked down to" because I am a woman. I got no sense of this whatsoever at Exclusive. Much appreciated!

After trying to get my AC diagnosed/fixed with several appointments at a dealership (which the dealership canceled each time I actually got there), I decided to take it as a walk-in to Exclusive instead right before closing. They had the problem identified within 5 minutes, kept it overnight and had it fixed the very next morning, for cheaper than I was expecting. WOW Excellent Service Took my 06 MDX in for service. We knew we had some issues. I'm writing this review mostly on behalf of my husband because of some funny remarks he made after our last visit: "It makes me want to only buy Hondas or Acuras in the future because this place is trustworthy and they do great work. During my last visit I was eerily reminded of the Seinfeld episode with Tony the mechanic who ends up running off with Jerry's car because he doesn't feel Jerry is taking good care of it and that he could give it a better life. I feel a little guilty every time I go there because they take such good care of my car. I'm pretty sure they even changed the battery on my keys during a routine oil change". Bottom line is, this place is professional and very transparent about costs and offers their opinion on what *needs* done now and what could wait (or be a waste of money and should just be foregone). In fact, I'll go out of my way to take my vehicles to them (they're not close to our house at all). They're one of the primary reasons my first choice is a Honda product. They really do look out for their customers and are NOT in it to sell unnecessary repairs. I was in recently for some pretty major mileage work and a hefty sliding door fix on our 2012 Odyssey. I knew the bill was gonna be a big one with the work needed but I did not and never have felt ripped off by what they charge to get the job done right with genuine Honda replacement parts. They actually went the extra mile to ensure not only was I not charged for anything beyond what was needed, but looked for opportunities and proactively saved money on my overall bill. Had taken 2012 CRV to a dealership service (conveniently located) twice and complained of a jerking under low acceleration. Both times they were unable to replicate and didn’t do any further investigation. First time to Exclusive Repair, they listened to me, took detailed notes, and quickly found that there was a service bulletin from 2016 about this exact issue and it was an easy fix. They also noted other minor issues with detail and notes as to why they aren’t urgent but will keep an eye on it. Normally Exclusive Honda is the only place my wife and I take our 2003 Honda CRV. I made the mistake of taking it to a Honda Dealer in Bellevue ONCE, and got totally screwed around. I was a Service Writer for Performance Chrysler for three years and knew what they were up to. I let them do the warranty work and bypassed the rest. Exclusive Honda arranged for my vehicle to be towed, gave me an itemized breakdown of severity of the issues from worst to least. They got my CRV running before the snowfall and now I can formulate a plan of attack to address the other issues. They have always been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. This is a real gem of a shop. They work hard to try to get your work done same day. They replaced my starter for much cheaper than others quoted me at. They’re willing to flex with you, be it changes in plans, a free Uber to the shop, or extra work to be performed. At least give them a call before you pull the trigger on your next repair. Have been going to Exclusive since 1996 when we purchased a used 1993 Honda Accord Station Wagon. That car is still running today at 348,000 miles. We have had a 1993 Honda Civic and now also have a 2003 Honda Accord V-6. They have always given us great service and pricing. What I love about them, is that they don't try and get you to buy unnecessary repairs. Will always buy Honda's since they don't fix any other model cars.
