Pat's Tire and Auto in downtown OKC (Goodyear) is amazing! I have been in to their center for multiple issues on our cars, and they always treat us well. They are up front with their diagnostics, and their costs are affordable. They really do go the extra mile in customer service. They even offer rides to and from my work when my car is being serviced. They recently repaired a flat tire on my wife's SUV at no charge! Absolutely good people. I highly recommend them!

This morning I saw a great ad for Pats tires. It said they were local folks cheap and great service. I called the downtown location and spoke to someone about getting a service completed. Not only did he lack the customer service skills and enthusiasm displayed in the commercial but his quote was literally 30% higher than the highest quote from a huge chain. I loved the ad but as expected it was nothing like reality.

I became stranded at 2 am in need of a tire repair. I called my insurance company as my policy includes towing. The tow truck never came. My sister and son were with me. We sat in the car for 5 hours until 7am. Luckily I was stranded 1 block from this Goodyear. I was their 1st customer that day. After a very trying night, the manager, Sam, made sure we made it home safely. He told me not to worry about my car as he would take care of it. True to his word, he phoned me a few hours later to tell me my car was ready. I highly recommend this Goodyear. They have a new customer for life. Thanks Sam.

This place works with SSVF to repair mechanical issues for veterans according to SSVF guidelines and approval they provide transportation where you need to go once you drop off your vehicle AND pick you up and take you back to get the vehicle once repairs are done. I've never had service that felt so personalized because not just any staff member handled my repair from the time I walked through the door for the first time until my repairs were completed. Every call every detail was directed straight to the same gentleman and he kept me up on every step of the process and was eager to get it done. Probably some of the best customer service I've ever experienced I definitely felt like my vehicle was a priority even though it looked like every bay was filled with vehicles as if they were swamped. And the repairs didn't take that much time. I highly recommend this place. The smiles and good attitude among the staff was very apparent and genuine.

Great shop. Honest people, they do good work, and are extremely courteous. I had an issue with my transmission and they did all the legwork getting the warranty on it figured out and have fixed several flats on my fiancé’s and my car for free. They offer to give you a ride to work/home if you have to leave your car there for an extended period of time.

My tire pressure system kept going off one evening. The next morning, I took it to Pat's and I was in and out of there within 5 minutes. Amazing. They greeted me immediately and took a look at every single tire before airing up the one that was running a little low. All the guys working were professional and courteous, which really is rare these days! Thank you guys - I know where i'll be taking my car next time it needs service. Updated Review 7/20/2020 - I've taken my car here twice now - once for new tires and most recently for an oil change and filter replacements. Recently I found myself with a flat tire when leaving work. Needed to get repairs before driving home. I stopped at Pat"s Tire and Auto and my tire was not fixable. They put on the spare for no charge then quoted me a price for a new tire. Did not falsely tell me I needed more than 1 tire. I brought my car back next morning and left my car. They took me to work and picked me up when it was finished. They were all very nice and professional. Their tire prices are competitive. Sam was the person who helped me and I really liked and trusted him. All was very convenient. I highly reccomend this place.

After our car broke down Friday night and had it towed to Pat’s, we were desperate Saturday morning for help. The general manager Monty answered the phone before the business even opened to help us. He was able to get our car looked at quickly by the amazing Ernie, get the part that we needed, and even get us from our hotel to the garage to pick up our car (thanks Carla!). The whole team was absolutely amazing. As we were traveling all the way from Virginia, we don’t know what we would’ve done without them. We can’t recommend them enough!

I came in get some work done on my car. CV Axles, I was quoted $535.00, but after the work was done, to my surprise, when I looked at the receipt, it was less. They treated very well. Excellent customer service. No one was just sitting around, they all were working. And that's something that I really liked. I was on a trip to Missouri with my 87 year old mother when my tire pressure light came on. Wandered around until I found this Goodyear shop. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Discovered a small screw in my right rear tire. Service tech checked and filled all the tires, then pulled the right rear. Ended up the screw was very small and in the meat of the tread. No real damage. He pulled the tire off the rim to be certain. Verified i was good and put the tire back on. I worried this would be an unexpected expense. They smiled and told me to have a good trip. They charged me nothing. I cannot say enough about the guys at this shop and how friendly and customer oriented they were. Made that mishap nothing but about a thirty minute lay-over.

Professional and kind service!! I was in downtown Oklahoma City for a conference. My air pressure light had come on while I was on the highway. As I got out of the car in the parking garage I noticed my rear tire was very low. Unfamiliar with my surroundings, I found Pat's Tire & Auto Repair on Google just a few blocks away. I called, told them my situation and they worked me right in. My tire was ruined, but under warranty, so they gladly put my spare on so I could get home. They wouldn't even charge my for doing that! If I lived closer Pat's would definitely be my "go to" tire store.

My car was having issues and I work downtown, so I thought I would take it to Pat's. They came highly recommended by coworkers. As I described the noise and what my car was doing, they were attentive and did not talk down to me. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or uncomfortable at all. I left my car there for the day and they offered me a ride to work, no charge. It was a pretty day, so I walked. They called to let me know what was wrong and how much it was going to cost to fix. The price was reasonable and they didn't try to up-sale or find something else "wrong" with my car. It was fixed and (knock on wood) I haven't had any issues since. THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE AT ANY AUTO REPAIR COMPANY! I will never go anywhere else, as long as Pat and his team is here!

I pulled in after my tire light came on. They immediately checked and filled up all four tires without appointment or charge, and notified me that one tire was significantly lower than the other. Two days later that tire was indeed low again. They took my car, again without appointment, and patched the damaged tire, again at no charge. Fast and efficient. And great customer service.

It's hard to find time to take your car in for service when you drive it every day for work. Pat's makes it easy with shuttle service to work and back if you drop off your car! I was very impressed with the customer service I received when I called and they even offered to pick me up from work as soon as the car is finished. Had to go pick up our father's cremated remains and as we hopped back on the highway hit a piece of tire and blew out a tire. Drove right over and they got right to work to get us back on the road. This place is great! While driving into work this morning, I managed to pick up a rather large chunk of metal in one of my tires. It was bad enough that you could hear it leak. Luckily, for me, Pat's is conveniently located in downtown OKC so I was able to drop my car off within walking distance of work. They're also open early so I didn't have to wait. I thought for sure that tire was done for, but they were able to get it patched up within the hour. The employees were friendly and they even offered to drop me off at work. I will be using this place for future services after this experience.

She directed me towards a mechanic named Monty who identified a nail in my tire. Within about 30 minutes I was in and out with a fresh patch on my tire. No hassle was needed like a lot of auto services like to throw at you. I will be back if I ever need something done again.

My boyfriend and I came to OKC for the weekend and got a flat right when we got to the city. We checked out tire places and pat’s tire and auto was the closest. Having been from out of town we needed to have the tire replaced ASAP to be able to leave the next time. My family and I had just drove 5 hours to OKC for a cheer competition. During the trip our Odyssey lost one of the sticky weights from the inside of the rim and caused the wheel to be terrible unbalanced. Lucky for us we came across Pats Downtown Tire and Auto Service. I was leaving town after work for a prior engagement and realized I had a screw in my tire. I drove to Pat's Tire and Auto Repair hoping for a miracle so I would not be late for a concert. They gave me peace of mind by ensuring the repair was made in around 15 minutes and being incredibly kind throughout the process. Around a month prior my oil change light turned on and did not notify me of how low it was until my car would potentially be damaged if I kept driving. Do yourself a favor and put this address in your gps and just start heading this way. My wife and I have a 2014 Nissan Rogue that had two simultaneous problems happen and were about to pay Bob Howard Nissan in Edmond an outrageous amount of money to fix the issues we were having with our car. My dad recommended Pats and we immediately picked up our car and headed this way. The issue was fixed in 3 hours and total cost miraculously went from us about to pay $700+ to less than $20!!! Best decision ever even though we paid $150 to Bob Howard for a diagnostic already. Knowing who is trustworthy and going to take care of you is priceless.

Caught a flat at 330p today and called to see if I could get some quick help and Monty told me to come on down they could make it happen, mind you they close at 4p. Long story short... Chris was extremely helpful with patching it up and airing the others. They didn't have to stay over 4 o'clock to help but they did. I was driving from Kentucky to California by myself and I felt something wrong with my stearing. I was so scared! they got me in immediately, found that it was just a belt that needed to be tightened. He got me back on the road within an hour AND fixed my car charging ports(they we're not working at all). The best part was he didn't even charge me! This is my go-to place in Downtown OKC when I need help with my car. Last month at lunch, my car's engine light went on and it suddenly started chugging. Luckily I made it to Pat's and they were able to order a part and repair it by the time I got off work at 5:00! Today I stopped by and asked them to check the air in my tires and they were so friendly and helpful. I also always get my oil changed there. Great people, great service!

I had a check engine light that I took to them to look into. After they investigated Frank called me. He said there were a couple throttle sensors that could be replaced. One flow and one accelerator. Instead of just replacing these and charging me 120 they cleaned them and accelerator components. He said it was driving perfectly after that. He said to drive it and let him know if it starts acting up. He covered the bill and told me no charge for anything today. Also, they offered several times to drive me to work. I told them I can walk since I work just a few blocks away but one of workers finally convinced me to let him take me to work. Spectacular service!

Traveling from Dallas to St. Louis through OKC. Wheel bearing comes apart on my 03 Explorer, we are in dire straights just to keep vehicle moving. We called three numbers off the internet, except being Saturday (9:00am) they are closed. Called O'Reillys for a recommendation, they told us to go to Pat's. We called them and got directions. When we roll into the parking lot the wheel and spindle have locked up. Another 1/2 mile and the tire would have come off. There were great to us. Very respectful and professional. Did a great job on the repairs even getting new parts on a Saturday. The business closed at noon, but they stayed until 2:30pm to get us back on the road. The price was also very reasonable. Monty Jones handled the process, and his service tech did a great job. I cannot give a higher recommendation of their service and professionalism. I only wish they were in Dallas and they would get all my business. Thanks guys.

I drove to Oklahoma City last month to buy a 1990 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX, and it had a massive gas leak out of the filler neck. I found a universal part online that people have used on these cars and bought it, brought it in and had them check the car out. The hose took trimming on both sides to fit, but the guys at this shop took the time to get it perfect, and they didn't charge much. A 10 hour drive home and a month later and it's working perfectly! I highly recommend these guys.

Brought my car in for inspection -- turns out my engine is blown. Ugh. I didn't get charged for the diagnostics, nor for getting an estimate. Could have been easy to charge me $50 like other businesses do, but they did this free of charge. HOPEFULLY it will be a while before I need repairs on my eventual new car purchase soon, but if I do I'll be sure to come back to Pats.

I'd been taking my car there for a couple years for oil changes and tires, but nothing major. One day my car broke down and my manufacturer towed it to the dealer. After 2 days of back and forth and much stress with the dealer and a ridiculous estimate for repair, I called Downtown Goodyear. They set up a tow for me, split the cost of the tow with me, brought my car in, had an estimate in a couple hours and had it fixed in one day. And the price was FAR cheaper then the dealer. I am their customer for LIFE after this experience. The guys there are truly my heroes!

He offered us to take an air tank with us, fill up my tire, and then fix the flat, all for free. He was such a nice guy! Pat's Tire and Auto Repair is whom I've learned to trust. I've used Pat's on and off out of convenience like most people do but what brings me to trust this store is my 2002 Avalon. When I bought the car, I've always had vibrations at highway speeds. I took it to all Toyota dealers in the metro being told that the other tire stores don't know how to balance Toyota wheels. I agree they greatly minimized the vibrations, but it never disappeared. I broke down and took it to Pat's. They also 'rebalanced' the wheel and I still had vibrations. The owner asked how it was and I advised that the vibration never goes away. He requested that I leave it for the day. Afterwards he advised that I had purchased the car with bent wheels. The owner of Pat's Tire will do his best to earn your business and will make things right to the best of his ability if things happen.

I brought my auto in because I had a slow leak on my right rear tire. I currently live in OKC during the week while working but travel home to Lawton on weekends and Holidays. I worked with Frank and he went above and beyond to take care of my problem. We found the leak was caused by a large screw in the tire but it was in the side wall. Since my Goodyear tires were still under warranty from the Goodyear store I bought in Lawton, I would have to wait until I returned to Lawton to replace it. In the meantime, Frank tried to find a used tire to sell me but had none in stock. They went ahead and put on my spare and put the bad tire in my truck. Also, one of the lug nuts that had been taken off was stripped. Frank refused to put it back on in fear of further damage. Instead, he was to able to find a lug nut that did not match but fit. After it was all said and done, Frank did not charge me anything because he felt bad he could not fix me. WOW!! That's customer service folks. After months of taking my car to the Edmond Hyundai and being nickeled and dimed time after time, FINALLY, I got resolution to my issue. Third time I've used them -- they're three blocks from the apartment. In December, they fixed a bunch of stuff in less than 8 hours and charged me half of what the dealership would have charged, and they communicated with me every time there was an issue. Today, they fixed two things that were basically wear-and-tear, and thanked me for my patronage without charging me. Hospitable, friendly, fair, trustworthy, professional, prompt -- not words I typically use with a car repair joint, but I'll be damned if they don't give me hope for humanity.
