I had the BEST experience at OKC Auto Works! My wife’s car went in for deep door ding damage that occurred at the dealership while there for regular maintenance. The dealership offered to pay for the damage that happened while in their care and chose OKC auto works to perform the paint repair. As she waited for her scheduled appointment date to come up, she was at a store shopping and when she got back to her car she noticed someone had backed into the rear bumper and just left. No note. A hit and run. So we filed a claim and asked that since the car was already scheduled for a repair at OKC auto works, if we could use them. It was approved by our car insurance. She called OKC auto works to see if that was feasible. They let her know they were booked up but that they would do what they could. Heather called her back and let her know that they could squeeze it in if the damage wasn’t too extensive and that she would have to see it first before she could make any promises. Once she seen the damage, she immediately called my wife back and let her know they could take care of the repairs. Heather kept in contact with my wife and updated her with any changes. When we picked her car up, the front desk people were extremely helpful and so kind! She also got to pet Miss Sophie, their office puppy! They went over everything and advised that we had a lifetime warranty on the work performed. When my wife saw her car, it looked AMAZING! They had it washed and detailed. The outside and the inside! I was IMPRESSED!!! First time an auto body shop has treated her car with so much care. We would HIGHLY recommend OKC Auto Works for ANY and ALL repairs needed. We will DEFINITELY be back when needed. Thank you Heather and OKC Auto Works team!! We truly appreciate the attention to detail and care that was provided.

Mika told us that the repair work might take 3 weeks because he had to order some replacement parts but he was able to get the body repair completed in just 10 days. They cleaned the inside and washed our car and the repair work to the RF bumper and light is perfect.

They did an amazing job. They made my car look like new in the time frame they gave me. They stayed in great contact with me. They even detailed the inside which looked and smelled amazing. They also went out of the way to try and straighten a personal license plate that was pretty bent up and put it in my trunk. Would recommend.

Bryan in the service department was excellent. My truck had a cranking issue that was not immediately solvable. They worked with me over a few days to eliminate possibilities and recreate the issue. After coming up with a strong hypothesis they made a recommendation but had no sales pressure. After I moved forward with the fix they quoted me a price and two days later got me checked out hassle free for the quoted price.

Unfortunately, I had someone back into my brand new charger maybe about a month after getting it. Got into contact with Heather from OKC Auto Works and she treated me like I've been coming there for the last 15 years. She personally walked through the entire process with me and kept me updated from day 1. I was super worried with this process from the beginning but the folks over at Auto Works made the situation 10x more bearable and my car looks brand new once again. They got to my car when they told me they was going to get to it they didn't try to overcharge me for other things that I didn't need they told me what the problem was I didn't try to scam me and take advantage of me and to add other things that didn't need to be repaired and I've had my car worked on by them and everything went well so yes I would take my car back to them again and again

My car was hit by behind and it was my first ever insurance claim. I was so nervous and didn't know what to do and I had so many questions. I can't express how glad I am to have chosen OKC AUTO works. From the get go they were so helpful and patient with my answers. They were calm and explained everything to me. They estimated 4-5 days and I dropped my car off on Monday and got it back today! Not only did they completely replace my bumber, but they washed my car and cleaned the inside too. I was so pleased and had such a pleasant experience, I will happily come back if I come across any more issues. I always have a great experience here. I’ve taken my car here multiple times and have had great service. My car is always taken great care of. They do great work here from doing my oil, changing my oil, bought new set of tires and had my accident repair done here. They do so much that I only have to come here for all of my car problems. I recommend giving them a call a few weeks ahead of time for your needs because they stay busy and booked!

I was very impressed with what they did with my 1998 Lincoln Continental! It's still running. They returned it to Road Car Status. They repaired the steering and suspension to a very stable condition. In minimum time they ordered the parts and replaced everything necessary. I have no complaints at all with the way it drives or handles. It is a whole lot better than when I brought it to them. I will probably bring it back if I have other problems with my vehicle. Firestone couldn't align it, but they did! They returned my vehicle to a very drive capable condition. I would recommend this company to anyone that is having serious problems with steering or suspension problems. I've put a couple thousand miles on it since then and they definitely deserve the five stars I rated them at.

These people are amazing! We were in OKC for a short holiday and our truck window was broken out in a smash and grab breakin. We picked up a window from LKQ and they put it in for us right away! My Honda was rear ended, fortunately not a lot of damage. I called the Honda dealer and they recommended OKC Auto works as it's who they use. I did call for an appointment to take the car in for an estimate. The Insurance company had dealt with them before and accepted their estimate and pictures of the damage. Heather was the person I met with about the damage. She was very professional, knew her stuff and I felt very confident. I did need an appointment for the body work. I was told it may take 2 weeks, but they had it back to me in a week. The damage on my rear bumper could of been mistaken for anything but a rear end collision. As it's plastic I was concerned that it would be difficult to replace and to match the paint as the car is 10 years old. But Heather put my mind at ease explaining that they had plastic welders and a super cool camera that took pictures of the paint on the car and matched it using the paint that is tied to my VIN #. Seriously, I cannot tell that my bumper was ever damaged and the paint even in the sun matches perfectly. The car was returned to me clean inside and outside. Vacuumed, washed and wiped down. Even sent home a small bottle of paint in case I wanted to touch up some scratches that weren't on their repair list. Kept me in touch with the progress with optional text messages which were much appreciated.

I have gone to OKC Auto Works since I was 16 years old. They have always worked with honesty and integrity and are very real with you. I have recommended this business to several of my friends, family and coworkers. In fact, the majority of my family all take our cars to Brian at OKC Auto works! I was accidentally hit a pole at the parking lot. My fender was damaged. The paint at the door was scratched a little bit. I was so upset. Since we had few great experience with OKC AUTO WORKS.( Hail damaged). This time I took my car to them naturally. We talked to Ms. Laura Wiggins. Super wonderful lady. She was helpful, genuine, professional and efficient. Mostly she was so compassionate. After talking to her. I felt little better about my careless accident. I am very satisfied the service and highly recommended this company to people whoever needs works done for their vehicles. Also I found out they are doing a lot of auto services too. Like changing oil.( I did it the same day when I picked up my car. They also did a great job. The person in charge is Brian. Nice guy to work with. ) detail the car..... I am sure you can find all type of service on their website or just call. Lisa is the lady normally answer the phone. very friendly. Enjoyed talking to her. Highly recommend. I had originally taken my truck to Christian Brothers because they quoted me $851 to repair my ac condenser and recharge my ac. New freon so it is more expensive. Once I left my truck with them they called to inform me that they had made a mistake and it was going to be $1392. So I picked it up and took it to Okc Auto Works. Next day my truck is repaired and it was done for $875. Under the original quote they had given me of $890-910. Use these guys. Honest and great work. Do not go to Christian Brothers.

I had my car in the shop 4 weeks untouched, undiagnosed and no calls or any kind of communication, I was behind 2 cars for 2 weeks nevertheless my car runs smoother now. Great rates, good quality, but don't make the mistake I made and not ask if your behind someone. Brian was professional nonetheless and will most likely take it to them for minor work just didn't make communication.

Took my Infinity in for tune up and other repairs. They were quick but I had an issue with the problem I took it in for happening within 24 hours. They didn't question me or charge me anything extra, they just fixed it and took the time to explain what caused the initial repairs to not fix the the issue. I had work done a few weeks ago after I got into a wreck, no issues have come up since. I am new to the area and I've never been in that situation or dealt with insurance claims but they were very straightforward with the whole process and kept me updated with what was going on with my car as they were fixing it. It did take about a week and a half for the repairs, but they set that expectation from the start. Tires, body shop, new engine, general repairs and maintenance. 20 year old Suburban looks and runs like new. Attention to detail and if they miss a detail take it back and it will be fixed. Repairs with a warranty are always honored, they keep up with the details. Absolutely the most honest and trusted car repair in OKC. The owner even took in a cracked swimming pool slide and made repair. Small, family owned businesses should be supported by all of us.

I have worked with a man named Brian each time I have used OKC Autoworks and have had very pleasant and real experiences. Their prices have been spot on fair and the time to finish a problem has been awesome. I have taken both my car and my wife's car any time there is an issue. They have the lowest fee on checkups. Most places charge 100 dollars to get in the door. With me it's usually, hey.. We'll leave it off the tab. Which makes me much more likely to return.. Excellent work!

A woman named Laura, called me every couple of days just to give me updates and that they were on schedule for the finish date. They were done on time, and the car drives better now then when I took it in! I will be going back for any further repairs even if its not a fender bender. They will treat you better then the dealerships!!

Everyone here is great. Laura, the estimator is so helpful, I was super happy with the fit and finish on my Civic that had been t-boned. The day I picked it up there were some weird warning lights and the shop guys stayed almost an hour late with me to figure it out. Would definitely recommend.

Took my car here cause it had gone in limp mode.. they had it fixed in 2 days... Fast and knowledgeable but had a mix up over pricing... The gentleman that called me and told me the diagnosis told me a way lesser price than when I showed up to pay... Even though they didn't work with me or allow financing the experience was pretty good... The desk ladies were nice and the mechanics worked timely.... Glad to have my car back and that didn't charge me the 2 wks it took me to come up with the money

I've used them for auto maint for various makes and models we've owned over the years. I won't say that they're the cheapest, but they are both competent, and honest in their dealings with customers. That's worth quite a bit in itself.

I have used many bodyshops over the years for claims with state farm. This has been one of the easiest to work with. I know just as with every business people have bad experiences but mine has been exceptional quick turn around and with state farm being attached to this it made things faster and easier along with a nice free detail.
