I brought it to Unique Star and they fix it right away. They were all courteous, professional and quick. My mirror is like new. I would highly recommend Unique Star.

I had a great experience with Unique. I broke down on Rt 78 and got towed about a mile away (because my insurance wouldn't pay to go any further). Thankfully I have run-flat tires and could drive without damaging the rims. I called on my way and was told to come right in (at 8am!) and within 45 minutes I was back on the road with a repaired tire. I cannot say enough good things about the shop (from the exterior it's not anything to look at but it's highly functioning inside)

Everyone is friendly and proficient in which the work that I needed to get done on my car was completed within the time frame that was agreed on. A friend recommended this place and after previous experiences at another shop, I was hesitant but Saqib explained everything in great detail (giving a good deal) and his crew pulled through. My very best experience at a shop where you will find the best service done to your car and most importantly these guys won my heart by being honest about the job. I have an idea when it comes to work needed on the car and most places would be sketchy but these folks are legit and hats off to the people . Got my oil change, some body work and parts related work done on the car and I have not had any issues. SURELY COMING BACK with more of my people here. I've been going here for over two years for everything from oil changes to accident damage. They are fast, easy to work with and by far the best price in town. Also, very convenient for my commute into NYC as I can walk to the station. I drop off in the morning and pick up at night -- it's so convenient. My guy Saqib who works there in the morning is a quality gent as well; always a pleasure to deal with.

I took my beloved 09 corolla here once to get my side mirror fixed, and Saqib took a look at my car and gave me an amazing deal on my front and rear bumper since it had some wear and tear. After my car got fixed, it didn’t even look like the same car! The shop did such a good job!! I would def recommendation this shop for any repairs you need! Extremely great customer service. Very reasonable price. Extraordinary work and talented crew couldn’t ask any more. I will definitely come back and you should check them out and see for yourself. I mean they installed the AC condenser on my 2015 Escalade less than 2 hours and had me on my way to do a pick up at the airport (was very nervous that I won’t make it in time) . Life savers!!!

I needed an alternator fixed after my job left my car hanging without even touching or even telling me that they couldn't get to it. So pissed off i googled repair shops in my area and low and behold i found this place with 5 star ratings. They were so nurturing and conveniently they closed later than most repair shops. They brought my car in for service right away. Jr was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The price was affordable and the work done was phenomenal! This body shop knows customer service and knows the value of customer satisfaction. They know a happy customer will bring in other customers which is great for business. They're extremely knowledgeable and know what they're doing, so don't judge a book by it's cover. The prices are very, very reasonable for the quality of work you get. The ONLY reason this is not a 5-star is because they told us the job would be done on a Weds. We called and it wasn't done, so they told us to pick it up on Thurs. We called in advance on Thurs to make sure it would be done, and they said pick it up later in the day. We went there, and it wasn't done. So they told us to come back Friday. Just be honest about the time the job will be done instead of wasting our time. This was also an issue with another customer that happen to be there at the same time as us. The customer was told it would be done and it wasn't... Overall, we're satisfied with the job and the cons don't outweigh the pros of this shop, so I'd definitely recommend coming here to get any auto-repairs done.

Was open on a Sunday, helped arrange towing. Made things simple and easy during my breakdown crisis. My driver side control arm snapped while I was parking. Called them around 2 pm on Sunday, by 11 am the next day my Mazda CX-5 was good to go. Excellent service, pricing was more than fair, quality work. Have driven 300 miles since and no issues whatsoever with the car.

Legit review, because there are shops out there that will pat themselves on their back on these review pages and thus you don't get an accurate picture of what to expect, I took my 05 Acura TL because the AC went out, they called me over to show me it was a simple fix, told them I heard a sound coming from the back wheel, they checked it out & saw a piece was rubbing up against the brake, they also checked the starter because I complained about it sometimes starting up funny, they said the starter felt good & to bring it back when it happens more often. With wipers installed and all my bill came out to less than $100, they also accommodated me last minute on a Saturday(they have late nights) & had me out of there in less than an hour. They were extremely honest & up front, which is why I'm writing this review (which I never do), not alot of honest places out there anymore, I've had other issues & taken the car to other places, and they string you along, charge you labor & try to upcharge you, which this place could've easily done to me, but they didn't. I highly recommend these guys, very friendly people (one guy on the phone before passing by the shop even tried to help me troubleshoot my issue over the phone).

This Shop is extremely the best. I had got into a accident and just looked them up cause they were in my neighborhood. The five stars they already had made me feel good about them. Anyway they are blessed and I even received a blessing because when I went to pay my deductible they gave me back a few hundred dollars. Talk about God!!! Nonetheless my suv is running smoothly and they even called to make sure after the fact! God forbid I have another accident but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR AUTO BODY WORK. My baby look new!!! I highly recommend them. They are true professionals and running a business with best automative technicians including "Joshua". My car was giving me trouble while i was traveling from Chicago to NY and i was not sure about the true root cause behind it. Their technician Josha drove car with me to pin point the issue and then fixed the issue. Ali and Sarfraz (Management) were so kind on charging me a very reasonable price for the work and the constantly listen to me on my need. This place is not easy to find from front, you need to drive in rear from a path next to Dunkin Donut but it is all worthed ... 😀

My car got overheated and someone told me to go to this auto body shop. It’s a large size place next to Dunkin Donuts, I got in and a mechanic helped me immediately. I had the idea that it was the fan or the water pump but after he checked it up, it was a broken wire he fixed. This people did a great job, in just 46 minutes the problem got solved and I was in my way back home. They l told me they’re open to midnight. Located in Newark Avenue this store is real convenient, close to 1&9, 22 and North Avenue in Elizabeth. Definitely A+

My windshield wiper motor died this week and needed a quick replacement. I had the motor in my car, but no one to replace it for me. After a quick business trip leaving out of Newark airport, I had a few hours to kill and went on Google to find someone in the area to replace the motor. After seeing some positive reviews on Google, I called Unique Star and went over. They were able to take me in immediately. They were exceptionally honest with pricing (since I had the part, they just charged a very fair labor rate $75 p/hr) and got the job done quickly. I waited in the dunkin donuts next door while they were working on my car. While not in the nicest parts of town, I would gladly use them again any time. Nice job guys.

One of the scariest neighborhoods ever with the mechanic shops entrance way, way in the back. They do seem to know what they're doing and a lot of people especially cab drivers use them. The bathroom is quite rundown and disgusting fyi.
