They fixed dents that weren’t even part of the claim plus as a bonus they got my car inspected for another two years. Awesome job. I recommend them for any type of collision you have with your car. This is my second time trusting Tiago and his team with my car, and I had another great experience. They are meticulous to get your car restored back to its original condition. They work directly with insurance, so it takes off that stress from you having to do it. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, and let me know when insurance was causing the delay. I had many deep scratches on my passenger side and now you would never even know. The lifetime warranty on the paint/work is another piece of mind in the event that it were to bubble/peel/etc. I even think they cleaned the inside of my car prior to me picking it up because I don’t remember it being that clean on the inside. It’s truly the little details that matter. In the event that something happens to my car again, I will choose Newark Autobody again and again. You can tell they all enjoy what they do and will do whatever it takes for their customers.

Highly recommend the place. Worked with Manny to repair a Q7 that was t-boned. It looked good as new at the end. The speed was a little slow, but so is everything these days. Even though he's very very busy, Manny still pays full attention when dealing with a customer, very patient and detail oriented. Sometimes it takes a bit of tracking down given how busy he is. You can tell he likes to personally make sure things are done right. In fact, there was a little issue after the repair, and Manny went above and beyond to make it right, to stand behind the quality of their work.

Let me say this, Newark Auto Body Saved me!!! I was in a car accident back in May, took my car to a shop of a friend who said he'd opened a black owned auto body shop in Mt. Vernon, NY. 2 months later, I got my car back from that shop still not completely fixed! The entire front was not aligned, steering wheel wasn't set properly, transmission leaking, I could go on and on. I called my insurance company, sent videos, pictures everything and my car was lit up like a tree! Every light still on in the car like it was never fixed! The insurance company recommended me to go to Newark Auto Body and when I tell you they fixed my car to perfection. They were open, honest, fair, and if they couldn't do something, they knew to call the dealership to get it done! I never expected to go through something like this, however NAB SERIOUSLY HELPED ME!!!! I'M FOREVER GRATEFUL!

10/10 Customer Service 10/10 Quality of Repair 10/10 Quality of Paint Work Let me start by saying I had 2 cars repaired here during the same time frame. Both came out phenomenal! I had work done on my Honda and on my Ford Mustang parts replaced, dents removed, paint repaired or completely replaced and it looks as good if not better than new. Tiago really cares about each and every car/customer that comes into the shop and ensures all work is done properly and with care. The location is perfectly fine as they have a huge lot with lots of fencing and protection from the outside elements.

We were rear ended and side-swiped causing extensive damage to our vehicle and suspension. Tiago and his team were extremely responsive and explained in detail the work that was required to repair our vehicle, as well as the questions to ask our our insurance company, who were also responsive. All worked quickly to resolve any issues. Throughout the process, Tiago was focused on the safety of the vehicle upon completion and had the car sent to the dealership for fine tuning of the sensor systems to ensure everything was working correctly. Importantly they also stand behind their work with a lifetime warranty. When the car was returned to us, it was like a new vehicle. They also detailed the interior like new. Highly recommend Tiago and team.

I recently had my car repaired at Newark Auto Body. The customer service from the beginning was excellent. I did everything through my insurance which is complicated enough, but Thiago made it so easy! It was smooth sailing from dropping off the car and picking it up. The service itself was great too. This is a must go to auto body shop/service in Newark, Manny and the rest of the workers there have been working extremely hard to make sure all their customers are well satisfied with their vehicles once it’s completely done and I gotta tell you... my Honda Civic LX coupe came out looking beautiful like it was a brand new car, I was surprised in a good way. I had to bring our car to Newark Auto Body for repairs after a car accident. Tiago worked directly with my insurance company, explained the whole process to me in a clear and timely manner, and had my vehicle fixed earlier than expected. The car parts which needed repair look as good as new. They detailed my car after the repair, and kept my kids entertained with a fun movie while we waited to pick it up and process payment :) I had to go back to check some minor issues with my reverse camera sensor and tail lights, which were both checked and fixed within an hour and 45 minutes. I highly recommend Newark Autobody Shop for the quality of their repair work and excellent customer service.

VERY HIGH RECOMMENDATION I was unfortunately T-Boned by someone earlier in the month and I took it here to get the work done through my insurance. They are extremely friendly and communicative about the work being done to your vehicle and they cut me a few breaks in places that I honestly was not expecting. They even gave me a personal ride to the bank when I wasn't prepared for payment. Above and beyond. Pictures will speak for themselves but I am extremely happy and satisfied by the work done by this establishment. Hopefully I will not need to stop in soon, but I know where to go if the circumstances ever arise again.
