I purchased my tires online and had them delivered to Firestone. The process to book an appointment was very easy online then I called and confirmed. I have been to this location about 3 years ago so I was familiar with them. The day of my appointment everything was good. I did take a star away because it took almost 3 hours. But I put it back because I received 10% discount. I will definitely return to this location for service. A few days later after having my tires installed I got an error message “Tire Pressure low” I took my car back and they made the adjustments with no problem or wait. Excellent customer service.

I was experiencing issues after some work I had done at a Tires Plus (a sister company) in GA. What a stress to be out of town and feel uncomfortable about the status of your car. Thankfully they were able to fit me in and help me out. I was in and out relatively quickly. I am very pleased with the level of customer service I received.

They do a comprehensive assessment of your car problems. They get an A+ for making sure you are driving a safe vehicle. This is very important to me because I am a Class A tractor trailer and tank driver. Safety and driving safe vehicles are extremely important to me. Overall, the do an excellent job and provide excellent customer service. I switched from Pep Boys.

Not the worst place. But I was a little taken back over the weekend. I went in on a Sunday, actually surprised they were open. Which is the reason for the fourth star. Oh and the service attendant was really nice to me and my girl friend. Unfortunately, we ended up not doing tire business at this location. The reason being is, they did not have an average tire size. 225/75/r16. That is literally one of the most common tire sizes. This location should have plenty of these types of tires on hand. I don't know if it is supply chain issues like it seems everyone else is having or what. But hey, it happens. I ended up driving an hour away to another location, and they had the tire. They are very close to my place of residence. So, I'm sure I'll give them another try when I am in need of some type of service.

Mar was amazing and sufficient at my services requested. He made me feel at ease and fixed my vehicle in a timely manor. Couldn't recommend him and Firestone more!!

James, Marlon, George, Juan (Tech) and Chris (Tech) were all professional. James explained everything that they found that needed to be addressed based upon their inspection of the vehicle. My son and I had a positive experience today.

Full service and I love that everything can be done on your car here. Workers can be a bit more welcoming. No eye contact and makes you don’t want to revisit.

4 stars for the location... JC, the Store Manager very INEFFICIENT!! My experience at this Firestone location has always been very positive. James, in particular, seems to be always on top of his game. Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient. Store Manager JC, however, not so much. My experience with him has not been what I expect from any professional, least of all a manager. It would not be too bad if it were a one time thing but on multiple recent occasions he's been very disappointing. 1) Was out of town so I left my car at the location to have repairs done. Staff promised to call when the job was done. I got the call. Great. 2) Get back to NJ, pick up my car and after driving it for a short while I hear a knocking sound coming from my underside of the vehicle. Called Firestone and was told to bring the car in. Brought the car in and JC inspected it and he told me that he'd call to order the parts from my vehicle's manufacturer and then he'd call me when the parts arrive. About 10days pass and no call. 3) I go in and again talk with JC who tells me that the part was not available from my car's manufacturer. At this time he calls another company to try to find the parts. Note, this is 10days later!! This is his job and 10days pass before it dawns on him to try somewhere else to find these parts. He then tells me that the part is on back order and that he will call when he gets it. Two weeks pass, no call. 4) I called, spoke to another employee but I asked to please speak with JC. JC repeats what he said 2 weeks prior and adds that the company has not called him but that he'll call them and call me back with whatever he finds out. No call. 5) The following morning, once again, I go in. Luckily I get James to attend to the problem. JC was off that day but James goes the extra mile and calls JC at home so that he can be brought up to speed with my issue. I was close enough to James to overhear his questions to JC and judging from James' responses had a fair idea what JC was saying. I may be wrong but it was apparent to me that JC did not call the dealer the previous day like he said he would. James said he'd call the dealer at or about 9am because they were closed at present. I then suggested that perhaps he try another dealer which he did and was able to find the part with only one call. James then told me that he'd call me later that day when the parts arrive, have me bring the car in so that he can confirm that the parts were indeed the correct parts. As promised, later that day James calls to tell me that there was a mix up when the initial call was made to my car's manufacturer and that they indeed have the parts and that he should have them by within a few days. Very happy that James is now handling things. I may be wrong but it seems that James, the efficient employee that he is, again went the extra mile and called my car's manufacturer to try to find the part. Thank you James!! 6) A few days later I bring the car in. JC is the lone worker at 8:15am. He immediately recognizes me.. Asks if I'm dropping off my car.. I say yes... gives him the keys and he says he'll call when the job is done. At 6pm I call to find out if my car is done and the young man tells me it is and that JC told him that he called and left a voice message on my phone'. Shocked, I scroll through my phone and see no missed calls from Firestone and no voice message. JC, Store Manager.. inefficient!!! inefficient!!! inefficient!!

I had a great experience there. I had an idea of what I needed done and how much I wanted to spend. The work was done in one day and my vehicle is running smoothly. This is my second time at Firestone. Both times my vehicle was fixed the day I brought it in. The cost was reasonable. I had a slight issue with my vehicle the first time. I called and the associate asked me to bring it back in. It was fixed that day. I will continue to use this location for repairs and maintenance.

So I been to this location a few times overall and always got Tires or brakes done, the quality of work is always good and I have never had an issue with the customer service part except for today! I walked in and the guy did not greet me and was pretty rude, on top of that im am still waiting since 9am for them to change my Tires on my car. Its now 10:50am and its still not done? Doesn’t take this long to change tires. I like this place but please work on working faster to get your customers out and work on better customer service!

Excellent customer service! And excellent car repairs. I love when a repair shop does not pressure me into buying items. They make suggestions and let you make an educated decision. Will continue to come here forever!!!! The Manager is also very helpful, and has given me great recommendations on services many times. Love, love, love this Firestone location. I trust the test they do, and I had a check engine light I could not find out why it was on. After 3-4 hours got a call from a Rep saying what they thought it was and how much it was. The price was out of my range so I said I was going to pick it up and pay the $100 for the test. I got to the store and a Rep told me how I could get two free oil changes if I got a card. I did not think my credit was that good so I said no, he then said he could give me one free oil change if I was denied, so I did it and got approved. So, I had them do the work and a day later I have my car with no check engine light on fingers crossed it will stay that way. I love this place but the Prices are a little high.

For the first time in life, I had a very positively hopeful feeling a few minutes after walking in the place, just based off the conversation I had with Eddie, James & Dumos. Unlike other mechanic shops, the staff here didn't attempt to over sell me mechanical work, that I don't need. I found the price to be very decent. Firestone was highly recommended to me. I in turn, will recommend Firestone to everyone I know whose having vehicular trouble. Finally... HONEST & EFFICIENT Mechanics that can be trusted. Rudolph did an excellent job on my 2008 Jeep Cherokee. It's running like a new car now. This is where me & my family will be bringing our cars from now on. Very Happy Customer V. Ramos March 3rd 2021 3rd visit to Firestone. Brake & rotor work this time. Another excellent job by Rudolph. I just drove 33 miles away & I am extremely happy with the work. James & Dumos were just as helpful as last time with explaining the details of the job. I appreciate their courtesy. I'll be back again for new brakes, whenever these wear low. Thank God for Honest people, there are still a few left in the world.

Well that went well. All I got was a wheel alignment, but none the less the service was good. Process was simple. Got a call when my vehicle was ready. Picked it up and I was gone. 5 stars if it would've been done quicker. But hey when it's busy it's busy. I went on a weekday at 2 and got my car by 530.

My wife had a bubble in her front right tire and required replacement. My wife had another tire that they would not install because one side was a bit worn compared to the other side. I believe Firestone did not want to install it because they are in the business to sell tires. A gas station with a shop would probably have no issue swapping it. But I can understand that even though I don't agree with it. Service is very good though from my experience with them.

They need help in there! Please hire people, or a person, Firestone. That phone rings like a pay phone in the 80's. One day it rang for 2 mins straight. I can't imagine the place is running well. That is not good business & it's unfair to your customers. Otherwise nice guys.

They seem to always fix whatever's wrong, but at a premium price.I think they buy a totally new part for almost every fix and put it in .Then charge u an arm and a leg. Three stars because it works. Minus one because it took them 2 days.And minus another one cause they charge me like I won the lottery.

The service managers are friendly, very direct and are willing to explain the repairs on your car. For example, during one of my visits, Braylin clearly communicated Firestone’s policies and showed me how to keep my car in great shape.

Needed brakes on my car. Got pads and rotors in the front...and just needed pads in the rear. Rotate tires complete. Very happy with the work done, and would have no problem recommending to my family and friends.

The staff was nice. My tires were making squeaking noise so had got the car in. The staff mentioned that the brakes pads had worn out so they had to replace the brake pads. because i drove the car with worn out brake pads the brake fluid overheated and had to be replaced. The cabin air filter was dirty so had to be replaced and they said because the cabin air filter was dirty the fuel system had to be cleaned. Overall i paid 556$ for the service.

I came here at 5/1/19 because the battery of my car died. My man was driving in the highway when the car started having issues. This happens to be the nearest firestone we could reached. The car turned off as soon as I got into the shop. My relief when we do not have to pay for towing. I left the car and picked it up by afternoon. The price to get it fix was pricey but I was relieved not to wait for another day to get my car back.

Firestone is next door to our location at Junk Cars For Cash NJ LLC, So one day I figured I bring it in for a tire change. The wait time was fairly reasonable, and the workers were friendly and courteous. Great spot to get a tire change.

Not good I had to wait one week for my first repair. Then 3 weeks for my second repair when they had to order a part and it got there in a week. They take a very, very long time to fix a vehicle. For me it took a month to fix it whenI needed my van!!!
