This is the best experience I’ve ever had when I’ve taken my car to be repaired. Everyone was very respectful of my time. They also were great at explaining details of the work that was being done which normally doesn’t happen at other places if you are a woman. They made me feel very comfortable. They ran a full diagnostic of the vehicle, provided a report of what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait. Everything was explained to me before any work began. An estimated price was provided and it was in line with the final price of the work done. The pricing was reasonable for the work done. They exceeded my expectations. Their customer service was fantastic and the workmanship was superb! 👌 The car is running better than ever. It feels like a new car! No noises, no lights, no worries for me. Peace of mind knowing you are driving a reliable vehicle is PRICELESS! I’m so thankful for their help. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else. 10/10

I hit a huge pothole, got a flat, and was desperate; they were closed and reopened their shop just to help me. They didn’t have the exact tire that I needed but they hooked me up with a brand new tire that fit and ordered my replacement tire with 2days. I was grateful and will always go back. I highly recommend them for service.

Repairs went well. I had asked them to check my cabin air system and they forgot to do it. They had to hold it for another day due to lack of communication. They close at 5 but for some reason and without notifying me they closed before 4 and I was without my car for another day. The next day they texted me first thing in the morning saying they were trying to get a hold of me. No calls or texts were received. More communication is needed

My tire locked up on the Jersey Turnpike and these guys were the only ones that would pick up the phone on an observed holiday. They took the vehicle right in and fixed it in about a day. It was pricey but they did excellent work and were awesome the whole way through.

Man it was a pleasure working with them for sure, took it to 4 different mechanics and none of them were willing to tell me they don’t know. some would give me attitude & others wasted my time until I came to autobahn. Diagnosed my car and had it ready in 2 days. Diagnostic price is similar / even cheaper then other mechanics, except these are nice and honest people. Happy thanksgiving to the entire staff there

Were able to get me in quickly, where the issue with my car was quickly and professionally diagnosed. They were able to work around my changing schedule and needs to finish the repair in a timeline that worked for me. Very conveniently location. Once set up in their system the communication was great, and the system makes the issues and repairs easy to understand and very convenient. I do feel I was a bit overcharged for my visit, particularly for labor on a cabin air filter that needed to be replaced. I could see charging some labor for that if all I was getting done was maintenance, but the repair job I was already getting done was already hundreds of dollars just in labor.

I came in with a used BMW that I was in the process of purchasing and wanted someone to inspect it prior to finalizing my purchase. Jesus was very professional and timely with getting me in. His team fully inspected the car and said it looks brand new, no abnormal wear and tear, no signs of an accident, etc. He said all routine maintenance seems to have just been performed, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. I would highly recommend going to these guys.

Jesus is absolutely wonderful!! He told me what the problem was and advised me that my car was still under warranty Jesus went so far as to offer himself if the dealership had any questions. I am so happy and impressed with my experience at Autobahn. I will definitely bring my car back for servicing.

Jesus and the crew at Autobahn did a great job with my wheel alignment, tire rotation, and an overall checklist for my vehicle. They let me know what other repairs would be needed soon, but were not aggressive and didn’t try to up-sell me on any services- which is a major bonus for me. I will definitely be going back to them for future work, and have already suggested them to friends of mine.

My car had the front brake calipers busted, which also damaged the brake pads and rotors and the car was dangerous to drive. I reached this place at a late time and Jesus, the workshop manager still accommodate and adjusted everything according to my tight schedule. He even gave me a loaner car because I needed a car for work the next day. On return, Jesus even waited for me till 9 pm (2 hours after the store closing) with my car ready for pickup. He’s got a great attitude and that service with a smile thing. That, to me is top notch service! Although a little on the higher side regarding price, but the parts I got all genuine and good quality parts for my car and the car works great. I’m glad I found this place and recommend to everyone.

I brought my car to Autobahn for tires and maintenance after it had been impounded. While other shops were unresponsive, Jesus was kind enough to accept my vehicle that same day. From the moment I stepped on site, Jesus greeted me and offered refreshments while I waited. He talked me through services required for my vehicle and shopped around for the best quotes on parts for me. Once ready to leave, Jesus thoughtfully gave me a lift to the train station as I would return the following day for pick up. Jesus worked magic to accommodate my teacher’s budget and handled my car with care and detail. I cannot say enough about how hard Jesus and his team work to be communicative from start to finish and offer quality services. Thank you!

I was in a major pinch, my car wouldn't start and I had to get to work that same day in NH. After fixing the car, the owner cut me a small break due to all the travel. Even gave me a jump when my car wouldn't start when I was ready to leave. I would highly recommend this place to get your car fixed. Fair, polite and professional.
