The driver door of my car was badly scratched in a hit and run by a truck while my car was parked. I contacted this place because of the good reviews on Google and the experience has been great. I contacted another place before and after submitting my paperwork they never called me back. However, in Precision Auto Collision they have been very very responsive. They took care of negotiating with the insurance for me and they left the car like new, even applying wax and cleaning the interior really well. Being my car bright orange, the color matching was perfect. You can check the pictures. Definitively I would come back the next time.

The team at Precision are amazing, and provide excellent work and service. My parked car was sideswiped, and needed to be towed in. First off, German provided me his direct number, stayed in contact, and even after they had closed for the day, sent someone back to the shop to re-open just to receive the car. No other body shop would do this. From there everything was handled professionally, timely, and seamlessly with the insurance company. As for the work, it was impeccable as you can see from the photos. I couldn't recommend them enough!

I had an amazing experience with Precision! I decided to use them when my driver side door was slammed by a truck, taken off the car and completely mangled! The entire process was easy and seamless and now my car looks completely brand new. I mostly dealt with Andrea and she is a ROCKSTAR...from start to finish she handled all the logistics seamlessly (especially because insurance was involved so it was a more tedious process than normal). She was extremely polite, helpful and patient even though I had many questions and I'm pretty sure I asked the same thing over and over again. German and Chris were also very professional and on top of things. They were very accommodating to what I needed to have done and for that I came away extremely pleased. Would I recommend them? 100%. Do not hesitate to take your car there.

German is awesome. His guys are awesome. Paula is a gem. So let me elaborate a little. My wife’s car was rear ended by a SUV. Prior to that the car was in immaculate condition, all it has are 6,200 miles! I was worried that that the repairs would never result in the brand new looking car we had. My friend recommend Precision to me. From the day I dropped it off to the day I picked it up I received excellent service. FYI the damages were not just exterior. This was not a simple job of replacing exterior panels, bumper, etc. They had to remove and replace several interior body panels. The seams the guys at Precision made look better then the factory seams. STUPENDOUS! I will let the pictures speak for themselves for the final product.

My car was involved in a hit and run, I went to several shops and I kept getting told to bring my car in a couple weeks. I was referred to this shop by a friend and after they took a look they took my car right away. It took less than two weeks to get it back. My car looks as new as the day I got it. The staff here is super friendly and did all the work with the insurance. I highly recommend coming here for anything as they do great work in a timely fashion and are super friendly.

There is no other place you need to check out! I was initially drawn to this place due to the high ratings and it did not disappoint. German and his staff were very professional and worked with the insurance company so that they would send out an adjuster because the initial estimate was too low. I took the car in on a Monday and received the car on time by Friday. He even did some additional work taking out a few dents and also removing some discoloration on the hood caused by dripping water from the garage. My car has not looked this good in a long time. All in all, the experience surpassed all expectations. I highly recommend this place.

I absolutely recommend Precision and I'm so glad I took my car there. I was rear-ended in a complicated 4-car collision and had many questions. The owner personally took the time to walk me through the entire process and answered everything I needed to know patiently and professionally. This was all after hours, mind you! From there, Chris and his team were extremely communicative and thorough. They took care of all the back and forth with my insurance to make sure the car was truly restored to its original condition. I do not envy these guys for those negotiations and am so grateful that they owned that. I'm impressed with how well the repairs and paint job turned out. I can't tell the difference between the new parts, the touched up parts and the originals. During the entire process, everyone was transparent, timely and I would absolutely do business with Precision again.

Someone cracked my back bumper while my car was parked, so it was upsetting to say the least to come out on my way to work and find my 6 month old car with that damage! I went to Precision Auto get an estimate to paint my bumper and side rear door. I spoke with the owner German. He answered all my questions. Very professional. I didnt plan on leaving my car that same day but I winded up leaving my car after my estimate. I felt very comfortable leaving it at his shop. The price was very reasonable. I picked my car up the next day. I was so pleased with the work I asked if he could buff the whole car? I'm dropping my car off next week for that job. Having your car hit while it is parked only to find it after the fact is such a stressful thing BUT I will say that Precision made it so easy to recover. As a woman it was really fantastic to be greeted by a knowledgable woman in this field as I arrived. I was given clear information about my damage and was walked through filling with my insurance step by step. The entire team made this entire process far less scary than I imagined. I was truly taken care of and I felt as if family was helping me out, not a business just trying to make the most out of my misfortune. PLUS, the work they did on my car was STELLAR!!!!! I cannot tell that anything happened at all. The body work and paint job (my paint is special and requires extra steps) was done immaculately. Although the insurance company took several weeks to approve the claim, the staff was in constant communication and once the repair was approved the repairs were done within days. Precision Auto Collision was extremely helpful after a recent accident. We were having issues dealing with the insurance company, and finding a place to work on our car in such short notice, but thankfully, we found Precision through Google! They were extremely accommodating and took our car the day after our accident. Our parked car was involved in a hit and run which left our back rear bumper frame push in and making the truck useless. There were other damages but the dent in the frame was the worst. Christian Valencia at Precision helped us sort out all the mess involving our insurance and understanding of how everything works (this was the first time that my car was involved in an accident, so I was clueless). Christian help walk us through the process and what to expect including worst case scenario such as our insurance totaling out the car (I did not want the car total out). With the help of Christian, he was able to get our insurance adjuster out to the car shop within days after the accident (this happen near Christmas). We were happy to hear that our car will NOT be total out because Christian explained to the adjuster that he could keep the cost at boarder line. While the car was in the shop, I also asked for a paint job on the hood and the roof of the car. Within less than three weeks in their shop, the car was fixed and with the paint job, the car looked brand new. Christian kept great communication throughout the whole ordeal. Quick to reply back to my phone calls and texts. The team at Precision Auto Collision did a fantastic job on repairing my car and I could not be happier. I will definitely return back to Precision if I need any body work done.

I was on my way to Jersey from Long Island when my tire caught a leak. My sister found Precision Auto Collision via Yelp and we just chose it because it was the closest to us and I get anxious about these types of things. I drove by and the place was PACKED. I still decided to call and explained to Mike my situation. He said he was busy but would be willing to take a look at my tire. 5 minutes later, one of his guys came out and took in my car. Within the hour, they found the issue with my tire (a leak) and was able to fix it up in just a few minutes. Thanks to Mike for seeing my car on such short notice and for patching it up so quickly! Me car got scratched badly by vandals. German (the owner) was recommended to me. I took my car there, within 10 minutes he had me fixed up, price, how long it would take etc. the day I dropped my car off he even had his brother drive me home free of charge. When I picked my car up a few days later, I had to wait an hour after pickup time. This was due to the fact that 2 of his employees would not give me my car until it was 100% perfect. It's great to have an auto shop that you can depend on. PAC earned my trust. My 2014 Honda Civic needed its annual NY state inspection before my wife and I took it on a road trip to visit family. We were on a tight deadline. Mike assured me that he would get it done and have my car back to me in time, and he totally followed through on his promise. It turns out that my car had an issue with the rear shocks. Mike called me right away and gave me an extremely fair price. He knew that I needed the car back and that I wouldn't have had time to shop around. It was a situation where a less scrupulous auto shop could have easily taken advantage of me. Our bnew car of 12 days old and 180 miles was dropped by ICON in Long Island City from a parking lifter, we were advised by experts to seek for their service as they do an awesome job. Didn't thought twice and called German. We understand that the repair took time due to the parts not readily available as the car is newly released. They otherwise did a good job and I was impressed as the car ran smoothly like new, exterior wise, it didn't had any trace of previous scratch (except for the scratch on the plate number). For anyone who’s had a ding here or a dent there, and anyone who is traumatized because of the damage to their car, this is the place to take it. Dropped my damaged front-end truck on a Monday and it was ready the following Tuesday. They even had it detailed inside and out. My car looks like it just came out of the showroom. It was only missing the new-car seat plastics. The paint is perfectly matched and the reflecting lines are straight (no wiggly lines here). The paint is so shiny I can see my reflection. No more swirly marks from all those countless car washes!!! All gone too!!! Thank you German for the wonderful job. Let’s hope I don’t need any more body work anytime soon lol. I could not be happier with the service I have received from German, the owner of Precision Auto Collision! His advice saved me out-of-pocket costs in excess of $1000. Mine was a complicated case involving a totaled car and mistaken instructions from the insurance company. If I had followed the insurance instructions I would have ended up with large out-of-pocket costs, some of it payable to German. In fact, there were many opportunities for German to pad his pockets. He did not do that and helped me resolve the case in a way that did not cost me anything. Throughout the complicated process lasting almost four weeks, German kept me informed of what what happening, why it was happening, and what I should do to avoid out-of-pocket charges. At some stage (on a Friday evening) the insurance told me that I would have to remove the car from the shop immediately as otherwise I would have to pay for the storage fees (more than $1000 at the time) out of pocket. Panicking I went to German on Saturday morning, ready to pay for the storage fees up to that date and to have my car towed to a longer-term storage facility. German advised me against this, explaining how the insurance adjuster had messed up, as well as his plan to resolve the situation without causing me any out-of-pocket costs. To put me at ease, he signed a paper (that I drafted!) promising that the storage would *not* cause me any out-of-pocket costs. The following Monday the case was resolved exactly as German had promised. The same guy from the insurance who had told me I was responsible for the storage costs on Friday called me back on Monday morning to tell me to leave the car at Precision, without any costs to me. Even more importantly for this review, I know for a fact (I have seen the paperwork) that German's solution required him to give the insurance company a significant discount for the storage fees. The fact that German voluntarily gave a discount to avoid me any out-of-pocket costs shows what an outstanding guy he is and explains the consistently awesome online reviews of his company.

I have a brand new Honda Clarity with less than a 1k miles on it. I go over to where it’s parked around the corner and I noticed a police car and a truck. As I get closer I see the truck bumper entangled with the front end of my car. The driver trying to disengage from the car without causing more damage. The cop says, “You’re lucky. A lot of drivers just drive away.” The front bumper, side panel, hub, headlight, etc. were all replaced. Precision made my car new again like the day I drove it off the dealership lot (which is still vivid in my memory because it wasn’t that long ago).
