Had a great experience here. They do quality work at a great price. I was able to get one of their sales, just be aware that they do get very busy and a lot of customers during these periods. The end result was well worth the wait. I got all 4 rims painted satin black as well as window tints. There was some curb wash on the rims, and you couldn't even tell they were there after they were done. The work was very clean and I would highly recommend them.

After dealing with replacing and repairing numerous cracked stock AMG C43 rims over the years, I went to NYC Wheel Professionals for a rim repair. After the repair, they recommended I change my stock rims to stronger after market rims(4 new aftermarket rims same price as 1 stock MB rim). The day I went, he had 3 other Mercedes sedans with the same cracked stock rim issues getting new aftermarket rims. He stated the MB stock rims should be recalled given poor durability. I wanted to go with smaller 18” rims from stock 19” but he said this was difficult with the large AMG front breaks. He suggested I keep my new 19” tires on new stronger aftermarket 19” rims. He helped me pick nicely matching stronger rims with more reinforcement. I wanted to go with a black 5 spoke rim but in his expert opinion the more spokes supporting the rim the more strength and he has the same rims but larger 22” on his MB SUV with no issues. Overall it was a great experience! The shop ordered the wheels and worked with my busy schedule to get the rims swapped out. They are a busy shop so there was some waiting involved. Luckily waiting at Industry City was a lot of fun. The wheels look great with a much more aggressive stance while retaining a stock look. They drive well too! Definitely better than the stock MB eggshell rims.

Brought my jeep to the shop on Friday explained to the shop that I could not pick up till Sunday due to my travels they accommodated me very friendly n kind staff. I am very articulate with work being done on my jeep Wrangler from just any one I came across there site on Instagram and looked at there work so I wanted to redone my rims that’s had curb rash n damages to the lip of the rim plus change the color to give it a different feel l. So I contacted the shop Sunday morning and they had advised me that the jeep was ready. I arrived and seen the jeep and my smile 😃 was of amazement on the job they did wow they out did them selfs rims look like they where just bought new no scuffs or anything I would highly recommend them they also do many others things at there shop east to get to right off the bqe

Just recently had a set of rims done while my car was getting repaired at the mechanic. NYC Wheel Professionals picked up my rims, repaired road rash and a bent lip. You couldn't tell anything was wrong with the rims after they were done. Even the mechanic acknowledged the quality of the work. Upon completion they brought the rims back to my mechanic. So I was online looking around for someone to wrap my car , I’d been researching for a while somewhere to get it done , I contacted them and ask them the price and it was reasonable got there early Sunday morning , and my car was finished at about 1ish ….. while they did take a little longer than I expected . They did a really great job very neat . Customer service is so important to me, and what stood out to me the most , is when I asked for a slight edit on my vehicle wrap and the guy listen and immediately handled it . Not only that he noticed something that I didn’t and immediately fixed it without trying to nickel and dime me . I really like my roof wrap a lot , and will be returning for a few more upgrades on my car . The only thing I didn’t like was they left my car a little ashy lol , but it was nothing a little bit water fixed . Thanks again

Listen! Tito and the rest of the staff are all amazing. This is my second time using them to powdercoat rims. My first set was for my BMW 645 Convertible. They did an excellent job fixing the curb rash and PC them gun metal grey. My second time was for my Ford Focus. They again fixed my curb rash and PC the factory wheels gloss black. I am going back to get the rims on Ford Flex done as well!

I had the pleasure of stumbling onto NYCWHEELPROFESSIONALS, and let me tell you it’s prob the best place in Brooklyn with quality I’ve seen. Hands down the best place for wheels and tires and any detail/paint work or wrapping or decal work for your car. I’ve seen a few places and the prices are unbeatable there. That isn’t even the best part I’ve heard good things but when I got my BMW back from them I was shocked how good of a job they did. It’s as if I bought brand new wheels. I get so many compliments from everyone. They also did a roof wrap for me in gloss black and they tinted out my badges and grill and some paint work. It has completely changed the look of my car! I had some curb rash on one of my Volvo’s wheels and immediately came here to get a quote. Although the bad reviews left me a little worried whether they’d do a good job, I decided to give ‘em a try (I live right up the street and wanted to support the local guys). Adriana was very polite and upfront about their process for repairing machined alloy wheels (they don’t actually do their own CNC work. They send it out to a reputable rim repair shop). I appreciated this transparency very much. She said it would be about a 3 day turn around, which was fine with me as I wasn’t in a hurry and I wanted it done right rather than quickly. Dropped off on Thursday morning and got it back by Monday morning. The only reason I didn’t give them the full 5 stars is because of how dirty the wheel was upon pick up. The tires were covered with chalk markings and the rim itself was very dirty. It would’ve taken no time at all to do a quick wipe down. I went home and did it myself. Overall I’m happy with the work they facilitated via another shop, and yes I would consider going back for the same type of work.

I am a returning customer to NYCWP and every time i have gone i am very pleased with the work and customer service i receive from everyone there. They are quick with response time on communication. They work with your finances with a credit approval aswell! I have gotten tint done on 2 cars now and theres never a single bubble ANYWHERE. I had my rims fixed and powder coated (for a VERY good price) and i get non stop compliments on them. I got my tail lights smoked today and it looks so beautiful. I’ve been following them on social media for a while. They posted about a Black Friday special and I contacted them and was interested. They told me they had availability & to come to the shop. I drove from New Jersey! I got there we went over some options and they quickly got to work. Got a chrome delete, emblem black out and powder coating for my wheels. They even gave me spares to drive home so I could go to work the next day! They were all really kind and welcoming! I read the other google reviews before coming here but I wanted to give them a chance as I know what it’s like to run a busy business. Not everyone’s experience will be the same! If you’re on the fence about coming, just give them a shot! They do nice work.

I have a 2017 Nissan Maxima and I got all my work done by NYC Wheel Professionals. and I am very satisfied with all the work that was done from Painted calipers, rotors and brakes, power coated rims, custom wrap, front lip rear diffuser painted and installed custom emblem etc. So they pretty much do anything you need done. The customer service was great and very informative with a fast response rate. the boss is always available and also working on the floor with the guys he’s very hands on not just sitting behind a desk which I think is awesome. I commute from the Bronx because I know my car is in good hands. The price is good for the quality of work so can’t complain about that they also have a financing program which is great for people who can’t pay full amount all at once so it works for everyone. I plan on doing more work with them in the future and I highly recommend to anyone who looking for good work.

One stop shop for any modifications you want to do to your car. I've gotten two sets of rims powder coated here and have gotten same day service both times with super clean results. The shop is always busy (which is a good thing, that's how you know they poppin) if you can make an appointment or go early that would be my advice, but the wait is worth it, you get quality work done. So I got recommended to get my rims powder coated at this location. First I must say they provided me tires while they took my rims in for work which is a plus since I don’t live near the area. I was also able to get the sale price. The communication skills with the people there are horrible, and it’s very hard to get in touch with them through the phone which made a lot of complication and useless trips there when my rims weren’t ready but was told they’d be done by a specific time. I don’t recommend going there unless you’re told the work is ready. But besides the point with the provided tires and great job on glossy black powder coated rims I’m actually satisfied which outweighed the frustration!

Went to this spot to have a set of BBS sti wheels from 07 fixed and powder coated bronze.. They are very professional and always working hard! Seeing all the finished work around the shop i knew i went to the right place. Wheels took about 4 days, which for me was a good turn around time considering how much work walks through their doors! When i got the wheels back i was stunned to see a brand new set of BBS wheels! Roll up to the NYC wheel professional's shop with 3 cracks on a bent Mercedes rim. The boss and his team were very professional. Big shot out to Adriana for handling the paper work in the office and her professional customer service. Fyi the shop is very busy with a lot of high end cars. I was quoted a very fair and reasonable price on the repair. So I left my rim at the shop. Expect a 3 to 4 day turn around on your rim repair. They will even give you a loner wheel if they have it for your model car. I did not have to put any money down up front. When I returned to the shop to pick up my rim. I was very surprised by the quality of the repair all 3 cracks were repaired the bend was no longer their on the rim also😍 the bonus for me was that they also balanced the wheel Omg! I did the end of summer "Blackout sale package" on my Audi Q5 and they did an excellent job. This package consist of Wheels Power coated, Calipers painted, full chrome delete and tail lights tinted. I have to admit I was a little unsure at first, but after I got my car back and I was pleased. Please make sure that you have the patients to wait for your vehicle to be completed don't be like me and be impatient and expect that is going to be completed at a snap of a finger. My car was completed in a day and a half, but I was just a little impatient and if you know Audi's they have a lot of chrome so it does take time. They were true professional and they know what they are doing.
