The senior manager of the shop runs it great. He went above and beyond to track down a backordered part then installed it fast and got my inspection done. Have been coming here for years. You roll the dice with when you go and how long you wait obviously but service and experience is great and smooth.

I loved how fast the inspection went I think I was only there for like 20-30 minutes, so that part was amazing. The only negative thing I would say is that the works didn't give off a friendly welcoming vibe when I pulled up. No one came up to ask what I needed help with. Most of them were sneering at me or at least that's how I felt. An employee was just going to past me and I ask if they do inspection, he checked, but no one came up and said anything and I was there for a few minutes. But for a fast inspection and reasonable price 8/10. Time is valuable, I will be back thank you!

They are always super helpful and listen to my concerns as well as explain all of the details of the services and products being used. What makes this place stand out is how quickly they get you in vs requiring an appointment with a dealership. Oil Changes happen in less than 30 minutes AND you can see them work on your car. Highly recommend this location vs other quick lube oil change spots along Northern Blvd.

The wait time for an oil change wasn’t too bad, it was less than an hour. The issue came when the guy comes into the waiting area and offers to top off the antifreeze for an extra $5. We turned it down and as we left our receipt showed we were charged $5 for a new drain plug without asking first. They got their extra $5 anyway..

I needed a quick oil change and inspection done so I decided to do a google search and found this place .. the wait wasn’t long at all., probably 20 mins ... The staff was very professional and made me feel confident that good work would be done to my car . Quick , sufficient I would definitely return . Jahmal, Eduardo, braulio were excellent with me . I always get anxiety when I have to go to an auto mechanic. I had to go for an inspection and oil change. The team member was so kind and professional. He informed me of the wait time which was about exact, and he answered my questions with courtesy. This truly subsided my anxiety and I appreciate it. Made an appointment at another chain mechanic store for an oil change, they told me it would take 2hrs to complete. What's the point of making an appointment to wait for something thats so quick and basic to do. I told him forget it, got in my truck & went to Jiffy lube. I should have gone here from the beginning. I was in & out in 15 minutes. Great service all the time, been to this location 4 times & they never disappoint. Great job guys 👍

Came for an oil change with a very high milage car that does realistically have a million things wrong with it. I generally avoid chains like this one because of the inevitable upsell but was pleasantly surprised with how straightforward the mechanics were at this location! The service was great and the only add on they pushed was a replacement air filter which I find reasonable add on service offered on top of the oil change. These guys were fast, professional, and my car seems happy with their service. Recommended!

Have no knowledge with any maintenance on car and when my oil indicator lit on and off and since my usually go to place for maintenance boils not accommodate me, I took a leap of faith with Jiffy lube st Northern Blvd and I'm glad I did. Lead guy may need some enthusiasm to his voice but he was just as calm, straightforward and nice. I definitely feel the change in my car since having the oil change and now i highly doubt my other go to place ever changed my oil before . I will definitely be back and will have to keep an eye on mileage more.

I'm sorry to say this but it's true, I have been using there services for many years at the same location and it has changed. My interaction with there new manager was very cold , not informative in the questions I asked , walked away while addressing me has if I was bothering her. I had to ask the staff who were very friendly and helpful. The only other time the manager addressed me was when she approached my vehicle for payment and said the receipt would be emailed. No thank you come again, happy holidays. Nothing a few minutes Later and employee approached with the receipt and I asked to reset my oil change light that had not been done. He instructed me on how to do it myself and I left.. I'm not sure what was going on today there but it's sad.

Didn’t think a jiffy lube would be good but this place is good. Super straight forward. Guys are really patient. They couldn’t figure out how to turn off the service required light after oil change but they took their time and eventually got it. Manager is super nice. Will definitely go back!

Visited this location about 2 weeks ago for an oil change & the entire staff was incredibly professional & efficient! With COVID in place, all staff members had protective gear & completed their work with precaution and professionalism. As they completed my oil change, they also inspected my car and suggested that I change the air filter. There was no pressure just genuine professional suggestions. Yesterday, I decided to return to get the air filter changed and was once again greeted very professionally and received excellent customer service. I also had some general questions regarding my car lease/parts and they offered really useful advice and completed the job within less than 15 minutes! I will definitely recommend this location & will continue going back for any auto services I may need in the future. Thank you to the team at Jiffy Lube, on Norther Blvd!

This is the only place I would get my oil changed if I had a choice. I have never been there for more than 45 minutes and the last time I was there I just hung out in the car the whole time even as they were doing the oil change. So convenient. They are just on a whole other level than a regular repair place that makes you wait forever or drop the car off for an oil change.

I've been getting service here since 2015. The service has always been pretty good but the staff a little Curt. Until this trip. Brought my 2019 Kia Optima Turbo in at 4 p.m. on Saturday. Needed State Inspection and oil change. Manager Mike was friendly, knowledgeable and quick! I was in and out of there in 35 minutes. Outstanding service! Thank you Mike! I'll be back!

I came here with the mindset thinking I was going to spend more than an hour waiting for an oil change. However, I was surprised that 1. I didn't even have to get out of my car and 2. I was taken car of right away! The entire team was like a 'well oiled machine' (pun intended) itself. I get my oil changed here and also my transmission fluid recently. Watch out they will always try to upsell you, which I don't blame them, just keep in mind what you want to spend before you go. Please read the entire review. Their customer service is great and if you're coming here for an inspection, I highly recommend it. I came here because I came to get my car inspected and it was quick and easy. I returned to get my oil change because the Honda dealership in Queens is TERRIBLE. But I should've taken my chances after what happened to my car. I took my car in for the oil change, tires rotated, filter, etc. paid $87.00 plus what I ended up tipping the guys. I thought everything was fine until I drove my car...I start hearing a TERRIBLE noise coming from my car as if I had a metal can stuck in my engine. I pulled over on the highway and inspected my car again and didn't find anything. When I drove again, the noise started up again. I called the Jiffy Lube and was told to come in by the manager. He was very nice BUT it still didn't take away from the fact that they ruined my skater plate. They took accountability that when they changed my oil, they never bolted in the skater plate correctly. So as I drove, the skater plate was dragging on the floor...needless to say, when I drove it back into Jiffy Lube, it was a mangled piece of metal instead. The manager told me that I needed to call my Honda dealership and get a replacement and that Jiffy Lube would eventually reimburse me. I broke out all hell. That little piece of metal would've cost me $300 extra dollars at the dealership for their negligence in correctly bolting in my skater plate. And I know for a fact that getting a reimbursement would've taken months (if I even got one at all) I told them I wasn't leaving until they fixed it for FREE. My car was brand new and never had an issue until I took it there. The manager took it upon himself to search for a skater plate for me and install himself. Although, I appreciate him taking the time to fix the Skater Plate and how patient he was in dealing with me, I will not be returning here for an oil change. I'll just pay the extra money and go to my dealership.

They're usually fast and very reliable. Just don't get your cabin air filter changed there. They want to charge $50.00 for something that will cost less than $10.00 to do on your own. Purchase the filter for less then $10.00 and then go on YouTube to learn how to change it yourself.

Fine for a regular oil change if a little expensive. Open until 7 but mechanic is only there til 5. Had them changed my light bulbs for me. Got there at 5:45 and they only changed one light bulb and wouldn't change the other one because it was "too hard to get and the mechanic isn't here and we're closed." Kinda annoying.

they have Pennzoil ultra available this oil is very difficult to find if you have a high performance engine I would recommend it. my turbo has slightly faster spool using it. did inspection here it was finished by the time i got back from the store nearby. Travis runs a great crew I would highly recommend this location. the carwash is in the same lot they have coffee and a nice tv the bathroom is very nice. highly recommend signiture service they will vacuum your car clean windows set tire pressure and fill fluids as needed. they also feature a full menu of P.M. services such as transmission fluid service, fuel injection/air intake cleaning, coolant exchange, differential fluid changes, cabin air filter replacement, air filters, light bulbs,headlights, to name a few. they have all the little things to do the oil change the best way such as drainplug gaskets for cars that use them and complete oil filter kits including O rings for canister type oil filters typical on many European made vehicles.
