The staff was really cool and very helpful! They treated my old lady very well and she’s running better than when I got her! Of course repairs hurt my wallet a bit but prices were pretty fair and definitely cheaper than a lot of other places around New Orleans. I’ll be coming back for sure

They were very timely and polite, quick with messaging and clear with instructions. Only issue is I asked them to do a reverse-X swap of my tires (swap tires front to back and switch sides) but I can tell they only swapped them front-back. This will impact the life of my tires a bit and now I've got to finish the job myself.

Great experience again with Greg and John. Quick oil change, so convenient and easy to get in and out of the shop. Hassle-free. I drop off my vehicle the night before and collect it the following evening, so easy. My Meineke points have added up too. I got a free oil change. Love that!

Great service and a decent price! I live fairly close and it’s very easy to drop off my car and walk to local coffee shops or resturant while I wait. The staff is always helpful and explains what is going on with my vehicle, and makes sure I understand what needs to be done.

They do a great job of giving you a estimate and won't begin any work before you approve it. But their prices are high. Maybe bc they use oem parts but they wanted to charge me $60 for a cabin filter which you can do in 5 min for $20. Also $200 for hood struts which I was able to get after market for $32 (and fix in 15 min). Very friendly and upfront with all work. Just be aware you will most likely will pay higher prices and they will try to get you for every small repair. ( Which you can easily refuse.)

The work was satisfactory and my vehicle was ready at the time promised. However, the trunk was left messy. The owner contacted me, apologized and offered a free service. He demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction. I will use this business again and recommend their services.

They have been very good at communicating both the needs of the vehicle and the process needed to get the job completed. They also gave me great recommendation for what needed to be done initially and what could be monitored and completed in the future. Our car's brand new battery kept dying. Meineke performed a lengthy diagnostic test to determine exactly what was draining it. They were completely honest, honorable, and professional! Definitely recommend them!!!

My 2002 Ford Mustang was pulling to the right. The manager asked questions & ascertained that I needed a "pot hole assessment," which included a thorough check of my tire & brake system, with pictures! While taken aback by the work I needed, I was very impressed & satisfied with the service received. The assessment cost $39.95, but can be used toward the repairs. I did find the estimated repairs quite costly, so I'm workin on it! 😁 But, at least I know WHAT the problems are, and it was worth the price of the trustworthy estimate, to find out.

The team at Meineke ROCKS! This was my second time here (different issue) and I returned because they are efficient, trustworthy, clean, organized, honest and yes… excellent mechanics! Greg and Demaul are super friendly and were excellent at communicating the issues with my vehicle. Greg/ Meineke is my official mechanic.. one stop shop and fantastic work. I highly recommend them to everyone I speak to with car/truck issues!!! Love this place and will be using them for oil changes, maintenance, repairs.. everything! And… pristine bathrooms and an ice-cold water cooler inside! Very relaxing!! 10stars!!!!

One thing I can say is they were great they are expensive and it is worth it. They try to be transparent with everything they show progress of the work with pictures and cost. The staff is great too. Everything that I have gotten done is covered by warranty so if something happen are it not right. They will fix the issue. Love the location the rewards program make sure you sign up on the website because you get free services that you can use and it is need because the street in New Orleans or horrible your car will get mess up. I had this rattle coming from my hellcat exhaust I took it to them it ended up being a loose clamp they took it in the back for me & tightened the clamp I am no longer hearing the rattle & my car sounds great now awesome job . Would definitely recommend.

Rolled into town with vibrations coming from the right front wheel one day, and the very next morning they got me into the shop, diagnosed the issue quickly, and in two hours I had the wheel bearing replaced as well as an oil change. If you’re ever in need of car services while in the city, this is a great spot. Professional staff who take pride in their work and customer service. Appreciate you guys!

Had electrical issue Friday evening. Only a few blocks away so I was able to drop off. Best part is that they text you the list of repairs they recommend and allow you to accept or reject beforehand without feeling pressured by the “expert” mechanic (though the person who helped me was great, I think his name was billy). Will bring my car back for any future repairs.

I had trouble with my Suzuki sx4 ABS and ESP- it would turn on when it was not supposed to. Electrical problems with the sensors. I went to a different repair shop before that and they said they can't fix it because my car is not made anymore and there are no parts. However, meineke took the time to look at my sensors and reprogrammed them and didn't even have to look for parts (although they said they could at least try to find the parts in junkyards or their network of used parts, in the event that they couldn't fix sensors). The other place wouldn't even try to find parts. Thanks for fixing my car!!

I have a 1997 Toyota Landcruiser and of course parts can be a little problematic at times. These guys are the best! Incredibly knowledgeable and go over every aspect of the important repairs needed immediately, the repairs needed in the near future, and repairs needed down the road. They were able to source all the brake parts and have my car ready the next day after performing major brake work. These guys are my new “go to” mechanic for now on!

They finished with my car in less than an hour from when I brought it in with no appointment. And the total bill was under $30. Will definitely return the next time NOLA roads give me a hard time.

They saved the day!!! My girlfriend and I drove 3 hours on what we know now was a rotted tire AND a shredded tire. There was no way for us to forsee this when we started our trip. We got to Meineke before opening at 7:30am Monday morning. They opened the door for us at 7:20am!!! They told us they were booked for the day but squeezed us in. By 11:30am our tires were changed, the wheels were balanced and we were able to take the 3 hour return trip home!!! Very smoothly! Thank you Meineke!!!
