Great shop with amazing staff. I was traveling in my campervan and had a recently bad alternator repair that needed to be looked at. They took it in that day and got everything fixed so I could be on my way. The staff were super nice and had great communication every step of the process. They even text me the following week to make sure everything was still good with the repair.

This crew is outstanding! I brought my car in for a radiator leak and overdue service. They diagnosed the problem and it was different than what I expected-they invited me to the shop so I could see it in person. I’m so glad I did! I was so happy to know the problem was real and I was getting what I paid for. It was repaired immediately. They guaranteed their service and 2 weeks later, they contacted me to make sure everything was ok. I couldn’t believe how friendly, interactive, honest and prompt they were! I’m definitely going to use them again and again. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

I visited Jefferson Auto Service off a search of highly rated mechanic shops. This shop did not disappoint, and as a customer I can say the high reviews are well earned. I was welcomed warmly, and not rushed as I dropped off my car and picked it up. I thought my air compresser had gone bad, and was expecting a huge bill. Thankfully, that was not the case. The mechanic gave me a professionally detailed diagnosis on what the problem was, and even called back days later to ensure everything was working. The prices are fair, and the service is excellent. This is my new mechanic shop.

Found this place since they're a CarMax partner repair shop with the extended warranty, and I am SUPER glad I did. Josh was very knowledgeable and friendly right off the bat. Even though my vehicle's problem turned out to be a tricky nightmare to diagnose, their whole team went out of their way to keep me informed and go the extra mile (pun intended) to help me in a pinch. It's obvious why they've been in business continuously for so long. In an industry where it's easy to be dishonest and untrustworthy, it's refreshing to find a mechanic shop and not have that nagging feeling that you've been taken advantage of.

Great business! They were very accommodating when almost all of the mechanics I called were booked up until next week, and managed to fit me in right away. They didn’t overcharge me or press for unnecessary repairs. Overall 10/10 experience, would recommend!

Had a great experience. I spoke with Jennifer, Josh, and Antonio at different times getting info/dropping off my car for diagnostics. They were extremely friendly and polite. They seemed to work my car in quicker than expected for diagnostics, calling me only 20 mins or so after dropping it off. I'm not currently having further work done at this shop, but based on this experience I would definitely go back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a local mechanic.

Been living here for a few years and havent had to find a mechanic until lately..and Im glad i found my go to shop !! Got recommended here by a few co-workers on FB. Antonio messaged me to see what kind of problems my car was having. Few days later my car was in the shop getting the repairs it needed. Communication. Honest. And reasonable pricing. I think I just found my mechanic. Very good communication. Talked very thoroughly with both Josh and Antonio prior to and during the services being performed on my 11yr old Silverado. No one ever anticipates or looks forward to having to spend the money I did, but I felt the price was fair and that these folks are honest and hard working. Today I was taken care of and I haven't felt like that leaving a mechanic shop in a LONG time. Thanks again, fellas. I switched to these folks, based on a couple of recommendations, when my long-term mechanic's service and reputation was slipping. I like these people a lot. (I think the youngish owners are brothers). I fortunately don't often need their help but I always think they are being completely honest, knowledgeable, and professional...even if the news isn't easy to take sometimes They seem to always have a full load and they probably can't get you in immediately but they work with your and their situation as best as possible I think. As tough as it can be to find quality mechanics, I think I've hit the jackpot.

I’ll be direct and to the point. As I dislike writing reviews. This shop is extremely well run, the emphasis on communication and customer service. This is the shop everyone wants but doesn’t know how to ask for. Informed, polite, dedicated and patient, the staff here very obviously show up to work to help people. The prices are outstanding, and pale in comparison to the quality of work. I will never bring my vehicles to another shop. I brought my truck in for a minor repair after breaking my back at work, Tony fixed my issues, helped answer all my questions, and genuinely showed concern for my well being and satisfaction. Hell, he even offered to come cut my grass while I was laid up on the mend. This is the old school, loyalty gaining customer service that we all deserve. I wrote this review because I feel they deserve our business and will not disappoint. Outstanding grind gents.

Very friendly and honest. I needed a basic alignment on my old truck and they had it done in 30 minutes. I've had slightly cheaper alignments elsewhere in the past, but never as quickly and friendly. They even informed me of a potential issue they noticed while they were working on the truck but made no move to pressure me into another sale which I really appreciate.

Jefferson Auto always does a great job at a fair price. All of their work is guaranteed, though I don't recall ever having to take them up on that guarantee. I can call in, drop off my car after hours, and usually pick it up the next day. This family is honest and hard-working. I don't live in the area, but I am sure to take my car here every time I can.

Always honest about the needed repairs, no fluff or hard-sell add-ons. I used to take my truck to another local RS but the owner passed and I was more than disappointed with my LAST visit under the "new" management. A friend recommended JAS and I've never gone anywhere else since 2015. Can't go wrong with these guys. If you want to search the web for cheaper part prices, they'll install it with a labor warranty (not parts) along with the factory part warranty. Saved about $200 on a brake job. ARS 'DA BEST👍👍👍👍👍

I have been coming to Jefferson Auto for 10 years now and have always had excellent service! Will always have to pay for the mechanics time and labor, but I walk away knowing the problem has been addressed and that I have not been taken advantage of, because the service team takes the time to show and explain what the problem is and then explain what is/was done to correctly fix the problem. I had a leaking transmission hose problem that would cost over $500 for a new dealer part, but they saved me over $200 by fixing the hose instead making me buy a new one. This is a quality shop, that is family owned and operated. Because of this, everyone has a vested intrest in providing car owners with the best possible service. This is the only place I go to.
