The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable bringing my car here 😊 11/2: They just went above and beyond for me! My car was making a rattling noise and they told me to bring it in so they could look at it (couldn't promise they could fix it then). They tightened something on the radiator mount and I got my car back the same day! I am so appreciative 😊. Everyone should go here!

No one can find or fix everything before it occurs, but I feel that they always try and give me time to make proper decisions about cost and need. So I pulled up because it says they fixed tires but when u get there I was help by a good man I ask did they have tires he said no I explained to him that I had a spare and my and my 2 year had a flat and could he just take the lugs off so I could put on my spare he the go inside so I could pay then at the front desk was so rude he said we don't do tires I said yes the other guy told me but I have my on tires I just need help with taking the lugs off he say no we have real work to do I said but sir my baby is in the car and my tire is off the rim can you please just help he again said no they bout to close and the they had real work to be done I walked out and was about to pull off when the mechanic said I'm am about to help u pull up the mean guy come out and tell me to move my car the other mechanic said I td her to pull there two of the mechanic helped me with no problem and no charge I love them and really appreciate them but that boss needs some help in customer service but thanks so much to the two guys that helped me and my baby

My family and I were driving back to Iowa from vacation when we started having engine problems in New Orleans. It was around 4:30 and all the shops in town close at 5. Boudreaux's Automotive Care was the closest to us so we stopped. They had told me that they were booked and closed at 5 and wouldn't be able to do any work that day. They offered to hook it up to the machine to diagnose it. After figuring out what the issue was, they went out of their way to fix the issue and get us back on the road same day and quicker than ever imagined. And on top of the lightning quick service, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. My family and I are very grateful and can't thank them enough for the wonderful service provided. We would recommend them to anyone looking for phenomenal service.

I started using them on recommendation of a friend. They are very professional - they even have someone in an office who answers the phone! They have someone available to answer questions and explain their service. They aren't the cheapest but I've learned you get what you pay for and I feel like if I had a problem they would take care of it. You also have to make plans for service since they are busy and it can take a while to get an appointment! Great to have in the neighborhood.

I was referred to Boudreaux’s by my next door neighbor and what a referral! From my first call to Marley (before 8 a.m.) until the time I drive away with a new battery, I got excellent service. David called throughout the day to keep me updated on the status of my car and to share an estimate. I’m glad they are close by, but even if they weren’t I’d drive across town for the great service. Everyone was just so nice and the price was comparable. I can’t say enough.

Great place! We were on vacation when we started having warning lights flashing on our car. We called and they were able to squeeze us in first thing the next morning to see what needed to be done. I will never take my car to another mechanic in New Orleans! I just so happened to break down across the street from Boudreaux's, which is how I discovered their shop. Keith was incredibly helpful and came over to help me charge my battery enough to get my car home (alternator and battery needed replacing). They worked me in despite being fully booked and the entire process from diagnostics to repair took only 3 days. The pricing was incredibly fair and generous and they repaired my ac a la carte. Initially, took 2007 Honda Element in for a service recommendation a month prior to recent visit. I noticed my fuel consumption had greatly increased since service check. Boudreaux’s did not note any maintenance work that would affect fuel consumption, but they scheduled me to return for a review. Within 2 hours they had determined that the injector arm needed some additional adjustment and cleaning. Also, they reset the computer. That was a week ago and I can already see that my fuel consumption has returned to normal. There was no charge for the return visit.

I called and spoke with Mr. David who explained to me that they they had no open availability for service until three weeks later but told me I could swing by for a diagnostic on my car. After locating my issue and because it was a very minor one ,Mr. Davis ordered my part and had my car back to me at 12 noon that same day mind you I went at 8 am. I highly recommend !!!

Everything was great. The only complaint I have is that I feel they missed something when I brought my car in 3weeks prior. I was having issues starting my car I mention that it might be the starter or alternator IDK. They check it out and said it was my battery ok great! 3 weeks later my car wont start at all so I had it towed to the shop. They call and tell me its my starter...I was in disbelief because I mention this the first time but anyway they fixed it and everything is ok so far.

These are the best people you'll ever meet! We are from Austin, Texas and our car was breaking down. Of course, we didn't know anyone and we pulled in Sunday evening. It was a miracle we even made it to New Orleans. We didn't know where to go and get the car fixed, so we looked online. Keep in mind that it's really difficult to trust reviews online. But Bordeaux has 5 stars, and believe me, they deserve way more. On Monday morning, we pulled into the shop. It was crazy busy and the older gentleman asked us to come back a bit later in the day. So much stress was already building up, and when we arrived later, the folks were AMAZING. Everyone was super friendly, they were very honest from the get go, and worked quickly. It's frightening going into a city and trusting the person who will fix your car. We were extremely lucky to have crossed paths with such an amazing shop. We wish they could open a branch in Austin. Wow, long story short, amazing service, amazing people, amazing shop, very reasonable prices. Ten stars out of five!

They refunded me the fee for inspection because I got the oil change, even though I chose not to get any work done on the brakes. Excellent from beginning to end. Seems like many don't stay while their service is being done, but they ought to because the waiting room is awesome! Honest! After doing a diagnostic they decided they were unable to diagnose the problem. I am experiencing multiple electrical problems my mini. They gave me a copy of the report and recommend a specialized technician. There was no charge and I greatly appreciate the honesty.

I can't imagine using anyone else. I love these folks so much. They have been very good to me and my Jeep. I started using them three years ago when I moved around the corner. I discovered Boudreaux Automotive when I moved back to NOLA 1 1/2 years ago. I recently broke an axle on the lovely NOLA potholes and Boudreaux was able to replace it (older car so it wasn't easy), did an excellent job and charged me less than I expected. They explain everything in detail and everyone there is very friendly and professional. I have had a couple of other minor repairs and an oil change done and I will not be going anywhere else for my car care. As long as I own a car and as long as Boudreaux is in business, they will be my go to mechanics.

Service with a HEART! Wrecked a tire while visiting New Orleans from SC. Found Boudreaux's on Google (with very high rating) and took my car over there to get the spare rotated with the damaged tire. They were very, very busy but took time to listen to my plight and "snuck" me in so I wouldn't have to sit two hours in the waiting area. I met four of the people that work there including the owner and they all have one thing in common; deep-seated CARE for the customer and great big hearts. Now I just wish they had a shop in South Carolina! I HIGHLY recommend Boudreaux's to anyone with car trouble in the New Orleans area, or for those of you broke down in a strange city.
