Called on Monday and they picked up vehicle on Tuesday as discussed. There was a problem with scheduling due to new computer program but they did get someone out to pickup the vehicle. Their dispatcher that my wife spoke with was very friendly and helpful. The driver was nice and polite and everyone was very professional.

I went to this place to look for a wheel and a gas cap cover for my Buick Verano. Even though I was unable to find the parts, a girl named Robin was so helpful in helping me search for them. When she realized they didn’t have the part needed, she continued to work online and by phone for other places that might possibly have the parts. She spent over twenty minutes trying to find the part for me. She was very kind and sympathetic to my situation. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The staff here are always nice and helpful, the part price is much cheaper than LKQ, (which is now unreasonable, both the people and price), the only down side of pull a part is that the models here are relatively old, and the information on the website is quite limited, the VIN number, pictures are not available.

ADD 3/21: Still my go-to parts shop. They know, if not moving forward even the most pristine waters stagnate. Changes to web presence, with an obvious end goal; club growth, incentives...and most mind blowing? They now have pull service available! Not your grandpa's junk car yard. ADD end. This place is wonderful! A very wide selection. They get picked through of course, but the stock rotates enough that you'll probably find what you want unless you're driving some obscure vehicle that didn't sell well at production. The staff is friendly and helpful...which isn't always the case at salvage lots. I'm making trips at least twice a month now...and regret it took me so long to discover them (knew about the competitor, and we'll, they're all ready forgotten). Prices range from great to a little better than a parts store but they never gouge you. The only thing is that they could have a little better signage pointing you in the right direction as to where you want to start looking for your car. As it is they write the row numbers on the first car of each row (most of the time). If you're new, you might miss that in the beginning.They have such a large inventory you're going to want to get there with plenty of time to find the vehicle you need. Wheelbarrows and golf carts available for people who want them. That's a lot of words, but they deserve it!

Easy. Painless. Fast. You can search for a specific vehicle online to find out if they have it. No guarantees the part you need is still on the car though, but that is the nature of the business. I needed a new wheel and I found two with decent tread on them and I paid less than $100 for both. Bring your own tools thought because you cannot borrow anything.

Pull-A-Part rocks man you can't beat the prices!!! with three trucks in the car it's almost a necessity, I have a newer model Impala and was looking for a radiator hose for it, nobody had one in the state of Tennessee from the dealerships to the AutoZone to everywhere, they all wanted $70 and wait five to seven days, little effort went to pull apart pull it off had one for five bucks!!!

We went for the first time today. The staff was amazing. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. Very helpful and welcoming. Made us feel like we were VIP customers right through the door. They helped us with interchangeable parts information due to the fact that our specific vehicle was not available for parts at any location close to us. I found the place (Centennial location Nashville) to be clean and very well kept. The lot is organized and vehicle area's were extremely neat and positioned securely for easy access. I visited on a Monday afternoon after a busy weekend and everything was picture perfect. Well done !

This place has to be the best PAP I have ever been to...right from the start Tammy made the check in process enjoyable...she gave me a list of where the new beetle cars were located and guess what, they were all where she said they would be!..the rows are perfectly marked, the bugs were mostly intact, I wondered on two of them why they were even there, they were in such good shape...on the way out I had some questions and Brittney answered all of them with a genuine smile...this is my go to place from now on, hands down!...Keep up the great work!!!

Great place, great prices, and warranty, what more could you ask for. I needed a starter for my car and it was about $150 at an 'auto parts' place but at pull-a-part in Nashville it was much much cheaper and had a 30-day warranty. I'd highly recommend checking here first for the parts that you need as they have a very good inventory that is well laid out and the cars are easy to get to. This place is great and on customer appreciation days they even feed you for free. What more could you ask for. I highly recommend this place.

As a car mechanic i know how much it cost to by brand new parts. Not long ago i had to get a part here that only cost me 15 dollars, as to the 400 dollars i would have paid for the new part. Went today for the first time in a few years. It started going downhill quick when body shops in different mechanic shops stripped all the cars as soon as they come in. But now you can actually find parts and whatever you're looking for.

This is one of my favorite places to come. I'm not a mechanic. I started coming when my mechanic told me to get certain parts and return to his garage and he'd put them in. He taught me how to pull extra things for a rainy day. Between YouTube, friends, and my experience working on computers, I find what I need and figure out how to get it off. I've enjoyed coming here several years. It's always fun and you meet the neatest people. I once met a couple who consider their visits 'dates'. People there are always smiling, willing to talk, and from what I see in the lot, everyone is having a good time. I see alot of memories being made by fathers and sons, coworkers, etc on the lot. It's just such a neat place and it helps keep my 2001 Camaro running. The latest fix was a hatchback piece I needed to keep my hatch closed and locked. It's also great exercise too, pushing wheelbarrows full of parts.

I was in need of a 2.2 engine. The lot had several to choose from, and pulling it went really well. They brought an A-frame to me as soon as I asked for it. The forklift driver was very professional and patient with me while lifting the engine out. The only issue I had was when trying to pull up the site on my smart phone it would take me to a go daddy page instead of the pull-a-part page. I brought this to Eric's attention and he immediately started to figure out why this was an issue. Great friendly staff and worked to correct any issues as soon as I told them of the issues.

Super friendly staff, Teffiny is the best, everyone on this location is helpful and treat people with respect. This is my number 1 choice store. I actually bought a great running, air conditioned, sunroof, 1998 Honda Civic from Pull-a-Part! My son loves his first car and I love not only its amazing condition, but also the amazing price I paid for this car. What a deal!! Cut a quarter out of a car and the yard guy Leo was incredibly helpful, he came over and safely reset the car with his lift so we could cut it out where we needed it and do it it a safe manner, very professional, very kind and courteous. I visit this location of Pull A Part at least once a week. I repair vehicles for a living and I buy a lot of used parts for myself as well as my customers. Of all the do it yourself salvage yards in the Nashville area I have found this one to be the best. It has the best selection of vehicles, the most clean and well organized yard, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Being open 7 days a week is a very big plus. I recommend this facility to people all the time. Look forward to my next visit!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside is looking for your exact part. If you don't know what model cars have interchangeable parts for your vehicle, you're stuck driving there. The automated line will not help you there. If I could speak with a person I would definitely give it 5 stars!

It's worth the small entry fee to just take in some tools, look around, and find something cool to take home. The parts prices are very reasonable, and they'll even buy your junk car if you have one to get rid of.

One of my favorite places. You can go get the parts you want or need and by taking it off myself I know how to put it back on. Would give it 5 stars but I don't think the pricing is all ways the best. I think some of the cashiers just guess at a price sometimes.

Just your normal junk yard. Go in pay the two dollars ($1 if you’re a member) go find your car and pull your part. ****WATCH OUT**** the front desk personal tend to lack SOME knowledge about car parts and price your part wrong. I went to get a fuel sender and when I went to pay the girl charged me for fuel sender AND pump, I told her it doesn’t come with pump and yet said that’s how the system has it. I go online and check their prices and there is a option for fuel sender W/O pump! I payed $18 more then I needed. I feel like she didn’t want to void the transaction and do another one smh. Check online for their prices before going so y’all don’t get scammed 😂

It costs $2 just to walk onto their property, and $5 an hour to rent a golf cart to get you around their property. The people there are not very friendly. However the used part I got was really cheap, you do have to go out and find the vehicle which they tell you the general area but you do have to find the vehicle and remove the part yourself.

I believe they started this business model and they do OK at it. Hey, it's a junk yard. Some of the complaints I see are my complaints too. But they do have inventory on line, so at least you know the car you need should be there. Maybe not the part, but save up and shop for several parts when you go, take a friend and enjoy the day in the sunshine. It is nice that the prices are published, and most parts can be warranted.

Have been shopping at Pull-a-part since it opened in Nashville several years ago. I tell all my male friends about it (most women not that interested). The staff is always friendly and helpful and the lot is easy to manuver through in order to find the parts I'm looking for. There are no worries of critters or snakes living in or under the vehicles (when you are do it your selfer) that means a lot. It's a great place to find the used alto parts I need. Prices are also reasonable.

Won't let you on the yard after 5:00. They cant take a picture of you and that's a liability. Didnt want to pull anything, just lay eyes on and was rejected. No help offered, even though they're open till 5:30. Lesson learned.

Prices that are a fraction of even used parts let alone oem. Not perfect as their inventory system leaves alot to be desired, it's a gamble as to if the part you need is actually available, but well worth it. Will return and recommend to anyone.

I have been using Pull-A-Part since it came to Nashville. I've found engines, transmissions, air bags, etc at great prices. A son lived in Charlotte, N.C. for a while and I used that location when we worked on his cars. It would be nice if Eric could work 7 days a week, but other than that, I'm happy with the service and parts I get when I go to Pull-A-Part. Also, Tammy is super helpful at the check-out.

I went there to get a radiator for my car. I got lucky because it was the only one they had, I was glad for that. The only thing I didn't like was that when I went to check out, they wanted to charge me extra for the radiator cap!!! The radiator cap should be included in the price of radiator. I tried giving the radiator cap back but it was stuck on the radiator. It took me 10 minutes to get that dang cap off and when I got it off. it broke into several pieces. The girl at the checkout did a fine job of wasting my time for a petty little part like a radiator cap that only costs $5-$7 dolllars at a auto parts store

Been to a few yards and this place is my first choice. All the vehicles are already jacked up on gravel , and plenty of space to work between each vehicle (don't have to hump thru high grass and mud). Also all the prices are posted, so you know what you are going to pay before you pull the part. Walk in and the staff will give you a list of all the models/ years and row where the car is located that may have the part (they can check interchangeability of parts between models). Suggest check the web list to see if the vehicle is in the yard before making the trip. If not sign up to a text message when that model and year arrive in the yard. Oh yea and new vehicles are checked in all time. I look for 20 year old Japanese cars and about every 3 months I get the text message .
