Probably the best tire shop around they do full service on vehicles oil changes tires brakes rotors you name it they probably can do it and if they can't they'll refer you to somebody that definitely can. Small Mom and Pop shop with a lot of care and trust from the neighborhood anybody that brings their vehicle here I can definitely trust that they're not getting ripped off can definitely trust the work and services done.

They have demonstrated integrity and even told me when I didn’t really need the work because it wouldn’t effect driveability. They have fixed my car problems in a timely way and even provided a short distance shuttle service back to my home and then again to pick up my car. I love the polite, friendly professionalism every single employee from the people working on the cars all the way to the cashier have shown. If you want to support a Christian, friendly, locally owned family business while saving money and getting your car work done correctly come to this place. I LOVE THEM! Uses them 4x now and their performance is consistent.

Throughout the past four days that I have been to Hermitage Tire Center, every employee that I interacted with was consistently kind and respectful. The place has a good atmosphere about it. I felt comfortable sitting in the waiting area knowing that my needs were being taken care of. They were honest and patient with my car situation. This doesn’t often happen for me, especially with being a woman who is not super knowledgeable about car mechanics. Ben and Wendy Especially made me feel at home and treated me like family. I’ve been going to HTC for a while now…and as of lately they’re quality in work has just been lacking. I had my tires rotated, for specific reasons I didn’t do it myself. Aired up my tires today and see where they messed up every single one of my wheels taking off the lug nuts…worn down to the bare metal of the wheel…I wouldn’t care if these wheels weren’t so expensive and weren’t so hard to find now…it’s gonna cost me a good penny to have the paint corrected… 3 stars, even though it should be 2, cause their customer service is awesome…but this ruins the quality of my wheels now.

Had brakes done on 8/8/22. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. My wheel locks were broken during the work. After a small miscommunication they replaced my wheel locks. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I have been bringing my vehicles for years, and they have been consistently quick, honest, and well-communicated with the maintenance work. They have offered to drive me to work when my car needed extended stay time. I have even taken my car here after getting a couple of questionable repair opinions out of town, only for them to confirm there were no repairs needed rather than cashing in on another company’s dishonesty. Great business, great management, and honestly a stellar example for how a business should be run.

My day started off with 2 flat tires on one of the coldest days of the year followed by a myriad of negative experiences with other tire shops and towing services in the local area. By the time I called HTC, I was both annoyed and frustrated (not at them) but at how bad my day was going. Lucky for me, Ben and Wendy turned my fortune around by lending me their ears to vent and preceded to exceed my expectations even more by the level of customer service they provided me. I am not one who writes reviews much (positive or negative), but the experience that I had with HTC is worth the time it took for me to write this. If you are in the market for tires or any vehicle related service, I doubt you will find a better location to do business with. I can say that they have earned a lifelong customer, not because of the price of the service they provided (which by the way was reasonable), but because of the act of kindness and compassion they showed me before even stepped foot through their door.

Had a hole in my tire, well apparently multiple holes, and another tire center told me how it could t be repaired and tried to sell me a new tire along with other services not required. Took my car here on referral and they were able to fix it no problems since! Definitely recommend!

I was in town on business and needed a tire balance and rotation bad. I looked up places close to me and in I went. From the start they were extremely professional and courteous and efficient. When I came back an hour later my car was just about finished. I was called up when it was finished and the gentleman told me I didn't owe a thing. I took my car over to AutoZone in Hermitage to get my battery checked after it died at work and I had to have it jumped. They said my alternator was bad as well as my battery, so I went next door to the Hermitage Tire Center and with two minutes to spare before they closed I walked in and explained to them all that was going on. I also mentioned that I didn’t want to risk driving my car home and it not start the next morning. The guys understood and had me leave my car. Then one of the guys volunteered to not only drive me home, but to also stop by Walmart so I could pick up my groceries I had ordered the day before. With my stuff and groceries in his truck the gentleman drove me home, got out, grabbed my groceries and walked them to the door for me! Such amazing service! My car was fixed the next morning and I was on my way! I will totally be back next time I have a need!

I had an unfixable punctured tire and I actually called 3 other auto shops before talking with Hermitage Tire Center. All the other shops didn't seem very interested in assisting me with a single tire for 19" rims. As if I wouldn't even be worth the trouble. After talking on the phone with one of the reps here, it was a completely different tune. Very professional and friendly and willing to help. The phone call translated in person as well with Ben the store manager. Super friendly, easy going and professional. I'm used to stressful situations, but he certainly made a long week end on a better note for me. As someone who works in hospitality, that's a hard trait to find, and I greatly appreciate it.

If you don’t give these guys a shot it’s on you. I took my truck this morning not intending to get in but just to talk. They matched the price of an online retailer and had the job done in about 90 min (including going to their distributors warehouse to get the tires). Every single fella I met while there was genuine and wanted me as a customer. It’s easy to sit behind your computer or phone and get tires. I did it. 2 weeks ago. The wrong tires were put on my vehicle and ending up with me being out $1300. These guys care about you and care about doing the job right. I can’t recommend HTC highly enough.

My family has been going to Goodyear for years. Brandon and his crew have always been so nice . They always greet us by name when we walk in the door and have a smile on their face. Brandon or who ever is working the desk will stop and assist you as if you are the only person there regardless of how busy they are. These people are wonderful and knowledgeable regardless of your vehicle issues. It’s nice to have a trusted place to take our families three vehicles and a camper without feeling like we are paying an arm and a leg for car repairs and tires. Brandon and the crew even go the extra mile to remember that our family loves camping. They always ask about our trips when we come in for oil changes or tire rotation before we leave. Can't recommend this place enough! My girlfriend's car had a severe shake, and they fixed it up quickly and for a reasonable price. I had an alignment done first and was in and out in 30 minutes, then they discovered it needed new tires and had me squared away in a couple hours. I will be going back for all my tire related needs and probably make this my go to oil change spot as well.

Highly Recommended! As a female, unfortunately I been other places where because they believe you know nothing about cars they try to take advantage of you by up-selling. If you visit, I recommend asking for Ben. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and seemed to understand that I could only afford one tire this time. He even took the time to show me on my van the correct psi I need to keep my tires aired. I’ll be going back!

Highly recommend! All the staff were really nice and only did the necessary work without trying to convince me I need a whole bunch of services and new tires and inspections (which happens ALL THE TIME as a lady). One drawback is that it can take a while on Saturdays, it's first come first serve. But they have a shuttle that will drop you off back at home, so it's not a big problem. Anyway- I will be coming back for my tire needs!

Had my first experience with these guys yesterday and I was very impressed with the customer service. My bar was very low from previous service experiences elsewhere, but I came in with a laundry list of stuff and these guys knocked it out and made it happen! There was some complications due to rust on my vehicle and the service manager brought a part home overnight and machined it at no extra cost! Definitely recommend.

The splash guard on my car started to fall off, and the Hermitage crew fixed it within minutes without trouble! I was especially pleased that no one tried to up-sell me anything I didn't need (which is something businesses have tried on me depressingly often since I'm a young lady without a lot of car knowledge). Excellent service. I thought I needed an alternator, but that tested fine. They recommended a new battery and tune-up. That fixed my problem, which was apparently a faulty battery ground or bad plug. Their honest recommendation not to replace the alternator was just as important to me as fixing the actual problems. Saved me hundreds of dollars and the service was quick. You've earned my future business.

I can't believe I've waited this long to review this place! I cannot think of a bad thing to say about the service or quality here! As soon as you walk into the door, you feel at home. They've got coffee, TV's, and kids toys for while you wait. Service is fast, and they aren't going to make you pay for something you don't need. They're honest about how long you can go before something needs to be fixed, and their prices are the best I've found. The customer service here is amazing, and they go above and beyond. First, let me provide another view to the 3 star review left by a Yelper, in which vehicle owner who was disappointed for having to wait 2 hours for an oil change. I think the reviewer should change their review to 4 stars because they did receive the work they paid for, warrantied, and only referenced time as the problem. Waiting longer for a job to get done does not justify a 40% reduction in rating. In fact, the time that a person who is unhappy, because of a service completion delay, will spend more time researching another service provider, visiting another service provider, and returning to the service provider to complain of issues, and then repeating the process to find a another provider. Having an understanding of how to take care of a vehicle, and how service centers work, will provide for a better experience, and developed trust, that their car is in good hands. This is not the type of place that has empty racks where you can pull into and have your car worked on immediately. This place is not an instant oil change business like Valvoline, or Jiffy Lube. This is a long-standing locally owned business, with professional mechanics, and ownership experienced in taking care of customers and cars. Second, car service centers are kinda like emergency rooms. First come first serve. Estimates on duration to complete service are estimates. Just like life, successes or hiccups take place that wither reduce or increase wait time. About my car service visits: I've been taking my 2006 Toyota Avalon (130k miles) to Hermitage Tire Center for about 2 years. For the first 1 year and a half, service included oil changes, tire rotations, pair of tires, and multiple inspections for various perceived noises. I once had to go longer without my car because a part was not available locally and had to be sourced from the Toyota dealer in Franklin. Additionally, my nuts have not been turned in 12 years, so it took a-lot longer to loosen my nuts than expected. The mechanic had to soak my nuts in penetrant for several hours before they would turn.. If the mechanic tried to bust my nuts loose with a hard crank, may have broken my nuts off the engine block. I would have been without nuts and just bolts. I would have been screwed. The customer service and improved ride made up for the estimated time being extended. Recently, I spent $1,000, across 3 visits, getting an oil change, transmission drain plug replacement & service, new rear brakes, new engine valve gasket, and new spark plugs. Every time I have spoken with a staff member, either via phone or in person, I have been treated with respect, and felt like I was receiving honest diagnostics and recommended actions. From the visits, while waiting for my car service to be completed, I witnessed many times where a vehicle owner walked in, in visible distress, because of a vehicle problem that is preventing them from getting somewhere. Each time, the staff tried to accommodate the customer, even if the mechanics could not get the car on the racks right away. One lady strolled in on the Tuesday before 4th of July, just before at 5:45PM (closing time is 6pm), with a power window motor stuck in the down position. Being 100 degrees outside, and not a service center open for two days, the owner volunteered to tape up the window frame with a temporary window cover so that the car would keep the cold air in the car, and so she could keep her hair from getting ruined on the way to work at the hospital. I may revise this review later, I just wanted to get this up tonight because I wanted to express my appreciation for their care of my family and our vehicles.

My grandson used my SUV one day and hit a curb that knocked my alignment out and did some damage to the front tire. The tires were purchased at Pep Boys in Madison and so I carried the car to them to replace the tire and to line the front end. The mechanic on duty said that he could not do the alignment as it required shims for this vehicle for which he was not trained on at this time and that I would have to bring it back when their head alignment man was in. I carried it back to them when the mechanic was in and he told me that he could not get it aligned due to the damage somewhere in the front end. He said he could try to get it done but he said it would still not be right so he would not guarantee the work. He told me the best thing to do is to sell the car or to take it to a paint and body shop who could repair any damages to the front end. Pep Boys mechanic told me if he attempted to do it the charge would be right at 200 and no guarantee. So I left and then contacted Midis on Lebanon road as they advertise a front end special. I told the manager there before I carried it to them that this vehicle requires shims to align the front end and if he could give me an estimate of the charges after he checked it out. He was very courteous and helpful and set up an appointment for me to come in. when I arrived for my appointment he quoted me 89 dollars for the alignment but I reminded him of our phone conversation that I wanted to see if he could do the work and give me an estimate after he got it on the rack, so he reprinted the order for no charge and put it on the rack to get a vision of the estimate. Now I had told him about my grandson hitting a curb so shortly later his mechanic called me back to the car and showed me some loose movements in the ball joints which frankly were very little play at all. then the goes on to tell me that this and that need to be repaired before he can do the alignment. So I had him to give me the estimate for all that he said it needed. He printed me out a form for 930.00. I said thank you but no thank you. So at my last attempt to get another opinion, I looked on line and found Hermitage Tire/. I called to see if they could check it out to see about the alignment since it required shims and to give me an estimate of the charges after he looked at it. He said absolutely and to bring it over which I did. He was very helpful over the phone as I told him about my grandson hitting the front end and doing damage to the tire and alignment. Upon my visit the people greeted me with great customer service in a very professional and very friendly way, They got it on the rack and within 10 or 15 minutes the mechanic came to me with paper in hand and said the front end was checked out and it is very sound and no unusual items were found that would cause any problems with making the alignment. He quoted me the normal rate for alignment and what it would cost to shim both side of the front end which would be 160.00 with a guarantee for 6 months. He assured me that it would be right. I had them to do the job and it was completed within an hour, He printed out the report of the alignment showing before and after from the computer graft. I was totally impressed with the entire operation and friendly and most courteous service I have ever had anywhere. These people are tops in my book and they will have my business forever because I know they are trustworthy and honest to give you the best price and service without price gouging. They know their business and show it.

In doing so, I had the pleasure of engaging with a representative of Goodyear by the name of BK. I found this gentleman to be the very definition of a consummate professional. BK was warm and inviting and informative to any and all questions I posed to him. I was able to retrieve my vehicle at the exact time BK indicated. I would also like to reference an additional employee of Goodyear, this gentleman's name is John S. I found this gentleman to also be a consummate professional. Today Ben and the guys saved us at 360 Athletic/formerly Mount Juliet Taekwondo. We were headed to Nashville Shores on a field trip with our Summer Camp kids and a tire started to go down. No one in the business has more knowledge than these guys. Best prices best work best everything. No one compares to them. All other shops should base their business structure on HTC. I might go slash my own tires just so I can give them more money. You won't be disappointed!

During my visit, I was helped by John at the Hermitage Tire Center. John and his coworkers thoroughly described how the alignment on my truck was off and what steps were taken to resolve the issue, which included the team going out of their way to rotate my tires at no additional cost. A problem I find with a lot of mechanics is they are condescending to their customers who don't know what every mechanism of a vehicle is called, what it does, and how it's fixed. I.e. if you're not a pro, you're an idiot. These employees were welcoming and treated me with respect. I will definitely return to the Hermitage Tire Center.
