Derek, was beyond Awesome, Excellent. I went in for oil change, and didn't notice I was there for about almost 3 hrs because I was on the phone. When I went to check on my car, of course, all.is good except I need brakes and tired, (wear and tear).
Derek, also had them fix.my recall on my car while doing the oil change. When he said that I thought he was joking. I started to have good anxiety attack. That is what you call 1st time resolution when fixing my truck.
I almost cried, because to get the recall done i would have missed or been an inconvenience for someone
But the fact that he reviewed the account and saw what was needed he had them fix it.

One of the best Ford dealerships and service departments I’ve been to, and I’ve been to many.
We were traveling from out of town and were about to drive back to our home state when I decided last-minute to swing by and get the oil changed on my truck. Not only did they accommodate us last-minute, but they also resolved to investigate a noise that was audible at low speeds (that they themselves noticed and pointed out, although I already knew about it).
They found the source of the noise, which was a sheared-off bolt attaching a wheel bearing to the rear axle, rendering the truck undriveable. Derek, our service manager, was incredibly responsive, communicative, accommodating and professional. He did all he could to help us out, and to find a way to get it fixed as quickly as they could.
I literally am planning to get as much service done on my truck through these guys as is possible, saving maintenance for when I’m in Nashville.

Excellent and impressive customer service. I was pleasantly greeted by most in attendance at the dealership and treated fairly by Frank, the sale manager, and everyone in the service department. When my truck was required to by left, as the part that I was having installed was estimated to need a few hours to complete, the service department requested a Lyft driver to pick me up and take me home to wait, at Wyatt Johnson's expense. After completing the installation, I received a call and text message to inform me of the truck's readiness. A Lyft driver was offered to pick me up as well, although I did not utilize their kindness to return to the dealership. Picking up the truck was smooth and uneventful. The installation was expertly completed and in less time than was initially estimated.

All of the employees we met were very patient, kind and helpful. They explained everything fully and did exactly what they said they would do. The only issues we have are the huge long delays in getting your car looked at. Even though we set up an appointment 3 weeks earlier, the day we arrived the service writer carefully explained that it would be possibly 4-5 days before they could have diagnostics run on the car. This was a little shocking, but we left the car, having little other recourse. They called us 3 business days later and said the car was repaired and ready to be picked up.
Overall, a very good experience except for the long delays in getting the car looked at.

I have been using this dealership for the past 2 years for maintenance on my Subaru. 3 out of 4 of my last visits have been great. The only thing I would change is their time estimates. They always take about an hour longer than they estimate.

I scheduled airbag recall appointment. Calling and scheduling was easy and seamless. Drop off my car on the day appointment and the staff was very friendly. The service was quick and they offer a Lyft ride back if you need to go back home. I look forward to scheduling future services for my car.

Genuinely impressed with the improvement of the service here lately. I have had nothing short of excellent service in the last few times I have gone to Wyatt Johnson Ford, over the past 6 months or so. I have been there for regular maintenance, recall warranty repair, and also to obtain quotes for body repair after someone side-swiped me. There were definitely struggles in the service department in 2020/2021- so I absolutely agree with all the reviews that were upset prior to the new management team/service crew. I think the team members are doing above expectations now- and the manager Mr Chambers deserves
a lot of credit for turning things around down there. They have assembling a great service team, and I will continue to use them for all my service needs. If you were previously disappointed, as I had been, you should give them another try- I'm sure glad I did. Thank you Wyatt Johnson Ford!

This weekend, I was visiting from AL and popped a tire along the way about a hour away from Nashville. For context, I had to be back by Monday and drove in on a donut Friday night.
So, I compared prices with Firestone, which had over a $100 difference in prices. Hard pass. I also called 4 other places about my specific tire rim size, which had to be special ordered from other places.
Thankfully, I was paired with the friendliest, most accommodating advisor, Tommy. Even though they were completely booked through Tuesday, closed on Sunday, and despite me having dropped my car off 15 minutes before closing on Saturday, he was able to make sure my car was miraculously ready for me first thing this morning.
And, to top off the already top tier customer service, he allowed me to have his extra energy drink that I desperately needed for the drive home.
I usually don’t even take the time to leave reviews, let alone one of this length, but he deserves credit for all of the hard work and ample hospitality. I cannot thank him and the rest of the Wyatt Johnson Ford staff for helping me and my best friend to get home safely. Thank you SO much again!

Took it in for minor recall issue, the service rep was quick and efficient in checking me in, and sincerely made me feel appreciated for coming to them for the work. Very comfortable waiting area. Dealt with a secondary issue, a broken coolant reservoir cap, quickly and at a reasonable cost. Best dealership service experience I’ve had in more than thirty years, will happily use them again.

My frustration and the reason for not being 4 stars is that there is no way to reach this company through their phone system or the "chat" option through the website. I wanted to speak to a human to go over the scope of work before I brought in the vehicle but nobody every returned my calls. I would call and the phone would just ring and ring. At the end of the day I was pleased but frustrated that you cannot speak to anyone prior to your appointment. Also I never received confirmation by email that I even had an appointment reserved.

My advisor was Derek! He was such an amazing help to me during the time I needed my car fixed!! In fact, he went the extra mile and helped me with transportation to get to work. After telling Derek I had taken my car to another location with almost 2 weeks of no service being completed or anything being identified, he assured me he would take care of me and he did. Additionally, the phone communication is very poor. I was on hold many minutes before the line dropped. It’s so difficult to get in touch with anyone. You can’t call the service department or collision repair directly, you have to go through the main line. Rediculous.

Very frustrating experience. The technicians made a mistake and didn’t properly pay attention to my cars history (brand new car) and tried to void my car warranty by claiming it had after market car parts on it when it didn’t. When discussing the issue the service advisor insisted on trying to make me pay money for them to release my car once they refused to work on my car even though it was under warranty as a new car. When I refused to pay they held my car hostage, ruined my holiday plans, and forced me to look for a lawyer. They ended up costing me money before realizing their mistake. Thankfully once the mistake was realized they fixed my car and paid me for the funds they caused me to lose as a result of their actions. I’m happy the issue was resolved, however they caused me an incredible amount of stress about an issue that should never have happened if they had paid proper attention to what they were doing, the documentation regarding my car, and what I told them regarding the history of the vehicle. Very upsetting experience.

I had recalls performed at a dealer in MS and they had replaced toe bars but did not properly torque or even have alignment done and it caused my tires to shred while on a vacation. I took it to Wyatt Johnson and they fixed the toe bars , replaced all 4 tires and did alignment and had me out the same day. Thank you very much to everyone in service. This was my first time using Wyatt Johnson Ford's service center for "The Works" maintenance package (oil/filter change, tire rotation, inspection). The process for making an appointment online was straightforward, and there were plenty of dates/times to choose from. When I arrived, a staff member greeted me immediately and directed me to a service advisor, who promptly got my car checked in. He also texted me his number so that I could get in touch with him if I had any questions. I waited in the waiting room, which was comfortable and stocked with free coffee and snacks. I also made use of the free wifi to get some work done. My car was ready in about an hour, and the service advisor got me checked out and on my way quickly. Overall, a very good experience!

I honestly do not know much about cars, so after completing my inspection, Brent broke down everything for me, down to the last detail and took the time to answer all of my questions. Good things: service found displaced sensor affecting cruise control and fixed; service fixed the engine "chugging" between 0-15 mph. Down side: it took three days for a technician to trouble shoot the vehicle.

While working in Nashville the check engine light came on and an obvious vibration accompanied it. I called MULTIPLE dealerships, everyone booked out months, including these guys! I explained the situation and that they could keep the truck for a few weeks and please if they could get to it when able I’d be appreciative. As I got on the interstate it was obvious it was misfiring and not very safe to drive. When I arrived the service manager (can’t recall his name) came up to the truck and identified the misfire and got me some help. Chaz was the associate that assisted me through the entire process. 1 x spark plug, 3 x recalls I didn’t even know I had (which included an entire drive shaft replacement) later they thought they had me running. Doing their due diligence they noticed it still had a rough feel to it. Checked the oil… not even 4k since an oil change, suspecting I’m burning oil somewhere. So now we are conducting an oil consumption test.
TBH I’m not mad at Ford, or the truck, things break and nothing is perfect in life… although I wish it was for $66k 🤷🏻♂️ but it isn’t. Point is, these guys crushed it and with their service and attention to detail, met my timeline, had flawless communication, and are asking to be the lead in figuring out my truck problem. Well done!!! I will keep my business here and spread the word. Thank you.

I purchased my used suv from Wyatt Johnson Ford on January 3rd and had a wonderful experience. My sales person Casey Shelton was the absolute best. Once I looked up my suv online I found that it was time for the sync function to be updated. I attempted to follow the instructions and perform the update myself but was unsuccessful so I reached out to the service department at the dealership and was told that since I had just purchased my SUV that the dealership would absorb the charge for the update. I was also granted 3 free oil changes for free just because I purchased my SUV from Wyatt Johnson Ford.

We were traveling from Louisiana to Ohio, and the car shutdown in Nashville. I called the dealership, and they said they were very busy but to go ahead and have the car towed there. They took the car right in and put their top mechanic on the job. The Service Manager came and spoke to us personally. They tried for 4 hours to replicate the problem and even called Ford Motor Company’s headquarters. They would not let us leave until they were sure the car would be safe to drive.

The Wyatt Johnson Ford team has been absolutely incredible and the best service experience I’ve ever had. I’m from Michigan and was driving to Florida, and I stopped in Nashville to get some dinner. Heading back on the highway, my engine light started flashing and then my tire light came on. I pulled over and found it was giving lights for engine misfire with a flat tire and I was stranded on my own. I got my car towed to Wyatt Johnson that night, and first thing in the morning, Craig had called me and told me he was working on the car right away and already had information for me. Considering I was stranded and in the middle of a trip, he got us the fastest turnaround time I’ve ever had and he was so friendly & considerate the entire time working with me. When I flew back into Nashville from Florida on my way back home, Haley was extremely sweet and assisted me in getting a shuttle from the airport to the dealership, and she quickly helped me again when the first Lyft driver cancelled the ride. I got my car back and it has driven so nicely ever since Wyatt Johnson Ford serviced it. Thank you all so much for your amazing helpfulness, you guys turned a very stressful situation into a breeze!

They have a superior service repair shop and team (shout out to Keith, who was so nice, polite, and communicative!!) who clearly know what they are doing, which was made clear to me from the beginning. I had two severe safety recalls I have been trying to get fixed for 6 months and had a bad (in many ways) experience trying -without success- to get this done at a Ford dealer in Houston--and also without help from Ford customer service. The point is that Wyatt Johnson, Keith, Cullen and the team got this done in one week! They were competent and made it EASY for me--and now they have my business for life.

I was having trouble with my key fobs not working properly and showed up unannounced. I explained this to the technician, Andrew, and he got my car set up to be examined. He also noticed my tire tread was off front to back and suggested tire rotation and alignment. It was all done within 24 hours and everything is working just right. When I walked into the service area, I wasn’t sure where I was supposed to go, and no one acknowledged me. I walked up to a lady that was on a cel phone and then she told me to pull my car in the garage. Then I spoke with Craig who answered my questions and was informative.
Craig called on Thursday and said I could come by Saturday to pick up my car. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Willie, (I’m almost positive that’s his name) who seemed confused that I was picking up on a Saturday. However, he went above and beyond to help by going out to the service area with me so I could pay and be on my way.

I noted there was coffee and snacks available though I did not partake. The service representative kept me up to date on what was happening. I was visiting Nashville from out of state and my car was making some weird noises and i wanted to make sure i would make it back home safely! I took my car in for a Factory recall, and a problem with my sunroof inside cover not closing. I dropped it off for the day. Recall was done, sunroof was taken apart but they wanted to keep the car longer. When I told them I needed the car by 5:30 PM to get home an hour away they did have it ready for me. When I returned 6 weeks later to get the repair fished (1st opening they said they had). I was suppose to have a curtesy car. But they had none for me. I was pretty upset. Talked to a manager, told him I had to have something to drive! The 2nd in charge Shawn and the Dealer General manager took care of me. Took a new car off the lots for me to drive! After that, I received calls everyday on the progress of my car repair! Really good service at last! My car was done in 2 days! Very happy!

I was 12 hours from home when I experienced mechanical failures. Service Director James Cochran and Service Advisor John Law assured me they could provide a very expensive repair that was done incorrectly at my home dealership under warranty and arranged transport to the airport so I would get home. Other repairs were needed and in light of my dilemma, they got financial assistance from Ford Motor Company. While my truck was there, an ice storm shut down the dealership’s part of the state. To catch up, I got a phone call from James on a Sunday, even though that is not an open day for them.
After driving around locally after picking up my truck, it developed a new and unrelated problem. They had a highly skilled technician, named Noble come with a diagnostic laptop and diagnose the problem within 15 minutes of my arrival, verified the parts were on hand and got me on the road to complete my trip in an expedited manner. I was towing a trailer home on a tight schedule so a rental vehicle would not have been a remedy.
They did more for me than most dealerships do for their long-time, local customers while knowing I live too far away to come back for future service. Bravo to the Wyatt Johnson Team. If you live within a hundred miles or even more, of the Nashville area, their character and integrity is well worth the drive.

It was okay. I waited for about 15minutes before I initiated conversation with someone. This was my first time here for an oil change and didn't know the procedures. Where should I go what to do and when it was done didn't know where to pick up my car. Could have been a little more friendlier. Just my opinion as I work in the same industry just on a larger scale. Took exactly 2 hrs for an oil change. The soda machine was broke.

On Friday night, I was visiting my daughter and my truck overheated. We are from Memphis and needed to get home on Saturday. I arrived at the dealership on Saturday morning at 8:30 when the service department opened. I was greeted by Sean, who took my information. He informed me that only lube tech’s were in staff on Saturday’s, but he may be able to be assist. He made a request to the one lead tech on staff to inquire as to if he would tackle my truck repair after he finished a job he had almost finished. Fortunately, the tech said yes, and my truck had a new water pump by 1:00. Sean and the lead tech went out of their way to help me and I was able to be home to Memphis by 6:30. Great service & they were very helpful

I dropped my C-MAx off on Thompson Lane location at 8:00am for a recall fix. Ended up getting an oil change and a new set of tires. I was shocked my pickup wasn't until 5:30. Frustrating to wait all day after bringing my car in at first appt. There was some confusion on my bill at the end, BUT ALEXIS saved the day!! She was my professional, personable, knowledgeable contact person from the minute I dropped my car off until I picked it up.
When I had multiple questions concerning undisclosed charges on my bill Alexis handled my questions and nervous concerns like a pro. She did not become flustered or defensive. She listened and did not interrupt me. She was patient and helped me go over all the individual charges. She then went to the back and spoke with someone, and returned with an acceptable final charge. I was impressed by her professional and mature handling of the situation. I have not experienced excellent customer service like this in a very long time. Alexis needs a raise and a promotion :)
